Zomato just delivered me rotten poisonous food and they are not responding when i ask to change the food. This food can cause death to person, but they are not showing any interest in what they have sold. And when i ask to take the food back and refund my money they are not listening, no complaint number is working, there is no response. I want the refund for same.

    i have order to zomato one food orderd no (#[protected]) date12.05.2019 at 8.30pm but zomato show my ordered payment in-completed. but my payment detected . i log complaint and i have received zomato customer person( At 9.49Pm 12.05.19with [protected] ) call and he will be ensure my payment refund within 4 working day but after that 10.15pm how odered place zomato and 10.53pm call me and plz collect order how I am received that order .
    Attached photo show to my payment detected time and ordered place time. How long we wait from your side .

      I cancelled my order within 50 seconds of placing the order. There is no way in the world that the food preparation could have begun in those 50 seconds. However, the entire bill amount was taken by zomato as a cancellation penalty.

      The penalty amount is exorbitant especially when there was no loss to the restaurant.

        I haven't done the said Transaction fro Gold Membership... No OTP was generated.
        I raised the Complaint within 5 hours of this Fraud for a Yearly Membership.

        I do not go to Restaurants.. I will have to file a Consumer Complaint if your Team does not adhere to fair trade practices.

          Poor customer care services and non regundable cancelation of order... No 50%off charged 100% payment on my 3rd transaction.. Totally unhappy... I was just checking the bill amount and in no time tge order button was clicked by me and full 100% payment deducted from my account... I tried to contact customer care for cancellation of my order... But couldnt contact... Poor service ever

            Zomato has deducted 144.50 money from my account but they didn't confirm the order. When i checked with them on chat support, they said the order was not confirmed hence they have refunded the 144.50 amount and should be refelcted within 4-5 business days in my account.

            Later suddenly, after an hour they saying they have confirmed the order again... I kept asking that refund my money only as i don't want this order (I already had my dinner that time since it's been too late & i was sure that zomato didn't confirm the order & refunded my money as they said over chat support) but their terrifying services continued & they delivered it to someone else at my flat in my absense & saying i have got the food. I need my money 144.50 refuned asap.

            Zomato, Refund my 144.50 rupess quickly. Don't do frauds or you will be lossing me from your customer list as well others whom i know. I will wait for another couple of days or i will post it on social media as well & will take further action as well. DON'T CHEAT WITH CUSTOMER ..YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALREADY A FAKE MOST SERVICE OF THE WORLD

            FINE. #ZOMATO @zomato You gonna pay a lot. I will wait for couple of days more & if I won't get any update then I will delete the zomato account & will post this everywhere on social media along with other steps. Consumer complaints, I am not getting any update from zomato on this

              My name is kevin and i'm a regular zomato customer staying in new delhi. I have a serious issue to report, it all happened on 10th may, when at 10'22pm i placed an order through your app to roomali garg restaurant, the order was confirmed and payment had been made by me through paytm app. My order was running late and i called the assigned delivery, his name is kishore and this is his phone number [protected]. I tried to contact him but he didn't pick up the call, after a while i messaged zomato support but they did not respond to me. After a while the delivery guy is changed (Ashish, phone number - [protected] and he comes up to deliver the food at my place after 2 long hr. Meanwhile i ask people from zomato support to cancel my order but the don't even respond to my messages. At this point i feel cheated by zomato and i refuse to accept the delivery by agent. I spoke to the delivery guy about the issue and told him to cancel the order, he said to me that the order has will be cancelled and he went back, but after a while i get notification that my food has been delivered to me. I tried to address this issue to your support chat but they are not at all helpful and understanding my problem instead asking thumbs up from me. This is lack of professionalism from there side. I have proof of everything that has happened and will send it to you. Please take this matter seriously as it is unethical behaviour from your side that i have to wait 2hr for food. I want to take this matter to higher authority as it has cost me my money and i feel that you will understand my situation and do the needful. Thank you

                I placed an order 3 days ago like always and put my delivery address on zomato which is in mumbai, zomato gives me options in ahmedabad which i was not aware of till i was tracking the order. They charged me rs.160 and are not ready to refund the money saying that there is a cancellation fee. I donot understand why you gave me options in ahmedabad when i am based in mumbai.

                  No one helping me my meeting delay already delay and i had chat with customer support but they also didnt replied any queries.

                  Now i will registered the complaint againt you in consumer court.

                    I had ordered 3 food items from zomato on 08.05.2019 and made an online payment for the same. I realized that the address was incorrect and just 4 mins after placing the order, i raised the issue on zomato chat. They said that i shall be penalized with a full amount. Their agent called me and in that telephonic conversation, she assured me that i may cancel, i shall get my refund. Accordingly, upon my request, the cancellation was done from their end. However, the same was denied in zomato chat, they even refuses that any such number belongs to them. I have automatic call recording system in my device and i informed them about the same. They said if i had such recording, i will get a refund. I reduced the whole story into writing, attaching that recording. The next day, they replied saying refund cannot be provided as my order was already dispatched.

                      I don't know why i've been blocked. I've registered complaints once or twice regarding the food and shared the pictures regarding that to the consultant as well as the restaurant. I'm the gold member of zomato and it's not even been a month and i've been blocked for suspicious activities.
                      So even if i can't order only due to your error of blocking me atleast i should be able to use my gold previlege for the same. Please look into this matter.

                      Hello I haven't received any mails or nothing from Zomato. It's been more than a week now.
                      Please have a look and resolve the issue asap. Also I tried contacting them using their support email but there didn't reply me.

                      I still haven't received anything from Zomato. I'd like consumer complaints team to look into this matter because it's been more than 20 days my account is still blocked. And I'm not able to use the thing which I've paid for. Please look into the matter as the gold membership is only for 6 months and I haven't used for 20 days.

                        I ordered in lassi shop for two times amount paid through phonepe 240 but status is incomplete for later two hours again orders came i cancelled it i already got in cash on delivery the zomato chat supports are messaged your money will be refunded in 4-5 business days so i order food for again cash on delivery then after 2-3 hrs sents a order what can i do please refund my amount as you said 😢😢😢😢

                          I ordered food on 9:07 pm on 12th may 2019 it shows payment incomplete but i paid for it tried to contact customer service but no replay from there, so i ordered it again and got it delivered. I was trying to get my money back for the order that i paid but eventually they delivered it after 2 and half hours i don't want that i want my refund.

                            I had ordered 2 chicken rolls at 8.51pm. However even after waiting for one hour the order was not confirmed. However i had already paid for the order online. When i raised my issue on their chat window, i didn't get any response from their side. It's been over 2 and a half hours since i sent them the first message. For the last two hours i am continuously sending them messages regarding my issue but i get no reply. I even have the pictures of the chat window which i am attaching. After waiting for over two hours i finally decided to file a complaint. Pathetic service from zomato.

                              I ordered on zomato using my account and its been 3 hours now but zomato has not yet delivered my order. Money has been debited from my account but i haven't received my order. Order id and amount has been mentioned in the photo attached. When i tried contacting them through the chat they choose not to reply to the same. I feel betrayed and i am cheated. Please stop using zomato.

                                I have placed my order on zomato since 4 hours now and i my order is still showing to me as it is being prepared. I have tried to contact the restaurant but they said they have not received any order by your name. I have tried to contact the zomato support but no response from them. I have asked to cancel my order still no response from them. I want refund of my money that is deducted.

                                  I have order food on zomato at 8:57pm. Then it showed me the payment was incomplete and at 10:20 i got a message that order was confirmed. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money they have not refunded the amount and saying that i have order at 10:17pm. I have full proofs that i have order at 8:57pm and i also contacted customer care at 8:58pm. But still they are saying that amount cannot be refunded.

                                      I ordered from zomato and during payment after providing the otp application crashed and when i re open the application the order was in pending from restaurant.

                                      Actually money was deducted and order was registered on zomato but not on restaurant so they denied to serve my order. After having a long conversation on call with restaurant i cancelled my order but zomato app says as a panelty my order amount will be deducted and rest of the amount (Which would be zero) will be refunded.

                                      When i approached help then all i am getting is "we might take extra few minutes... Please bear with us".

                                        I have ordered food from zomato and my money got deducted but my order was not placed. Order number - [protected]. There is no way i can contact zomato except chat. I tried to chat for hours but there was no response from zomato. I will suggest everyone who is reading this please stop using zomato because once you got cheated there is no way to contact them.
                                        The costumer service is really very bad. They really don't care about costumer. Zomato don't care about there costumer. What they care is only money.
