Iam ordered food at 8.31 pm on 13.05.2019 at slr restaurent, tini. With sudexo card. Amount deduct from my account. But order not confirmed. Order is conformed 10.13 pm more than 2 hours with out my conset. Delibery boy call at 10.30 pm. We are taken altrenative food. Hence order is rejected. But amount is not crefited to my account. Pl verify and proceed as early as possible.

    I ordered food from. A hotel where they delivered not as exact as their menu. I complained this to zomato customer care and they provided a refund. But suddenly they blocked my account stating suspicious spam activity observed. I mailed them and they are not giving proper response and now they stopped responding also. They replied twice and now no response.

      As on 5th may 2019 my zomato account was banned without any prior notices.
      When i mailed them they didnt give any reasonable reply. They said their bots have banned my account and they cant do nothing.
      Also i asked them to return my rs.250 which was there in my account but they didnt reply. If they have blocked my account then why are they not returning my money. I have every right on that money, it is mine.
      I request to return my money to my paytm account.

        Hi, i am writing 2nd time on this issue. My zomato account has been blocked, associated with email address - [protected]@gmail.com.

        They said it's blocked as merchants have complaint for my account and i don't know how can they block my account without hearing from me.

        If they rely on any merchant complaining against customer, then it's completely a poor service from zomato, kind a monopoly from them.

        I want the account to be recovered.

        Please help.

        Nothing has been done. It's a fake status of being resolved. This consumer complaints also seems to be fake to me now. No resolution provided and status marked as resolved.

          I ordered food from zomato on 17th may 2019, then i wanted to cancel it and i cancelled it within a minute by using the option "having problem with your order" provided by the zomato. They cancelled my order and my money was not refunded and now they say cancellation of order leads to food wastage, wastage of time of rider and restaurant. Then i asked them to atleast send the food that i ordered as according to them it was wasted, they said they cnnot do anything about it. They hide the fact that if they will not return the money they will also not send the food.
          The order number was [protected] and i paid it online using paytm

            I have ordered food from the app and paid by using net baking service! Money from my account was deducted but order was not placed! It has been days but haven't got my refund back!

              A restraurant 10km away from my location was listed which eventually based on food preference I selected and paid. Later delivery guy called and asked me to cancle the order and the full amount of 430 was deducted as a penalty. Within an hour the Zomato associate promised me the refund but still there is nothing accounted. First of all the restraurant shouldn’t have been listed and also the restraurant shouldn’t have accepted the order. So it’s not customers fault

                Order placed on, 16may2019 @09:42pm through paytm and order is waiting fir confirmation... Waited for some time minutes for confirmation from zomoto about my order. Immediately called customer care arrou d 16may 2019 @9:49 pm about 13 minutes. Zomoto executive confirmed that order is cancelled since payment us not successfull.in the same call i asked to confirm and he checked confirmed test order is cancelled it will reflect in your app after some time. I ordered through swiggy larer. Arround @10:40pm same-day zomoto delivery boy try to deliver the same food with saying that in my system it is showing as order sucessully. I said i am not ready to take since i already ordered and having food. He checked as delivered and left. I called again to excutive he said send mail to refund the money.

                  Status on my zomato app was showing as ordered delivered even though i didn’t receive my order. My order consisted of both cash & zomato credits amounting to rs 91.40. Also i dont want zomato credits any more as i am not going to use zomato from now on. Please take strict action & refund the entire amount.

                    I orderd food on zomato (restaurant name - Special Parathas) on 6th may 2019 at 1:12 am. Order no. is [protected]. After 2 hrs they rejected the order and did not refund the amount. I contacted them many times, each time they are saying that your refund has been processed and you will get the money in 24-48 hrs in your wallet. But it has been more than 10days but still i did not receive the refund. Order details are:

                        In last 10 days i had two cases of bad delivery.
                        The first time was my food which i received was wrong and the other is the food i received was spillt. I did complain to zomato and they refunded my money but right after that they blocked my account saying that they found suspicious activity on my account. They are not even replying to my emails.

                          In response to yesterday's complaint, a person called me two times today morning asking for my debit cards number and cvv no. It sounded like fraud. I am sure that some person in zomato is somehow related to this racket. The mobile no. From which the call came is [protected]. Please take necessary action. My complaint was regarding non refund of my money which was deducted by zomato on 28th april

                            I ordered food through zomato app. After sometime i got a call from zomato and they told me they cant deliver food to my location as it was more than 15km. Now in zomato app it is showing that they cannot provide the refund. If you cant deliver to the location then why are you show the restaurants in the list. I need to get my refund.                               I ordered from zomato and the order vale was 300 but i didn't have change of 500 so i asked zomato support repeatedly to ask my assigned zomato valet to carry change. Then the zomato valet comes to deliver my order and starts shouting at me why don't i have the change ready for him and how can i expect him to get change for my order and started abusing me verbally when i said i can't help it since i don't have the change at home. Then he leaves with the food and zomato customer support calls me and says i have to give the change to the delivery guy orelse i will have to pay a huge fine if the delivery guy has to give me the change and starts shouting at me again. Then in seconds the zomato valet comes and gives me the change and says now you pay the fine # and laughs and leaves and now i have to pay a fine. My question is what's with the attitude of customer support and valet? Aren't they supposed to be polite and well trained not shouting unnecessarily like this? And taking out their frustration on customers? What is happening?

                                Zomato has disabled my account from online ordering, all because i complained abut the wrong item delivered by. I ordered chicken chicken sub, subway prepared and sent over egg sub, now obviously i was gonna complain. Provided proof too. They added zomato credits to my account and then conveniently disabled my account. Now those credits are useless for me. I want the credits to be transferred to my bank account and also my piggyback coins that i've earned.

                                Why there is no automatic refund!!?
                                I have placed the order at zomato for pizza from ovenstory but they cancelled the order. But in my app it's showing that they have accepted and its been delivered. I paid through paytm and my money was deducted but not refunded yet.
                                I made a food order from my no. [protected]. I have received no call from the valet regarding delivery and he cancelled my order saying that i have not responded to the call. Now their chat support is of no use because they forcefully impose their decision upon the customer. I request to kindly resolve my matter and initiate the refund

                                    Order was incomplete this and then they are not replying on chat it's been more than an hour since then. 200 plus worth of money stolen this is not even the first time.
                                    Before this they didn't refund me money for an order that was not delivered. This time they have not replied to me at all. Let alone lied. Secondly the quality of the food was # too but i guess that's not even half of the problem when they dont even have a customer care number available online these cheapsters think they can fraud people and run a business, pathetic.

                                      I have not received the refund of the money that was deducted from my account as the order was incomplete due to some technical problems. Although it was showing incomplete transaction it has deducted rs.200. I made the order through zomato on 14.05.2019 at 6.12 p. M. And my order number is [protected]. Please do the needful so that i can get my refund asap.

                                      Zomato has locked my account, because I was genuine about the quality of the food, as I always call a spade spade, thr were instances were I complained about the quality of food, so in return they locked my account.
                                      We have placed an order in yesterday night.

                                        I'd order some stuff from zomato today.in the app my order showed delivered but i think they delivery guy messed up with my order i never received it. I try to get in touch with customer support, they said chat wait time was one minute but there was no response for half an hour and counting now. The delivery guy didn't pick up my calls the only time he did he was extremely rude to me! I tried hard to reach out to somebody in the chats, but it looked like they disconnected from the chat because i kept texting them but the chats just looked weirdly dead after a while. Extremely repulsed by this bad experience with zomato today! This wasn't fair at all!! First of all they mess with my order, delivery guy talks to me like he was doing me a favour delaying my order and so charitably bringing me the food, and then the only support i expected help from disconnect on me. Just cuz they realised there was a mess and they didn't wanna deal with it!!! I might just be one person. But i was a person who valued your services a lot, but even for a customer who just orders food, i was never supposed to be put through this!! This was emotionally hurting. And frustrating at the time you least expected it.

                                        On 7th of May I have ordered 2intense chocolate milk shakes from Milk and Munch restaurant but I didn't get the correct order I want my money to be refunded on my account.
                                        This was a careless attitude of restaurant and ofcourse Zomato company for their customer

                                        I have ordered kaju biriyani and received white rice with kaju curry, when I asked them to take order back zometa guys are saying we are not responsible.
                                        I ordered haleem from paradise. It accepted the order but after 30 mins customer care called me and told me that haleem is over in that restaurant and was saying not even a single item is present. So does that take 30 mins for them to confirm whether there is haleem in the restaurant or not and they wasted my money
                                        Customer support is not replying
                                        at all on support chat or emails. We are facing problems with bad quality order and no one is attending our money is getting waste. Look at swiggy they are so fast.
