Delivery fraud : Didn't receive my prepaid order from zomato and marked delivery by zomato valet

Address: M-1/74 kesri kunj colony ram ganga vihar moradabad

This has reference to my recent order from shake it up cafe by using zomato in which the delievery partner marked my order delievered without delievering it to me and switched off his phone..
I have tried to contact him 5-6 times and even raised my grievance to the chatbox several times but I didnt fet a satisfactory answer from zomato.
They left me helpless in the middle of night .

This has reference to my recent order from shake it up cafe by using zomato in which the delievery partner marked my order delievered without delievering it to me and switched off his phone..
I have tried to contact him 5-6 times and even raised my grievance to the chatbox several times but I didnt fet a satisfactory answer from zomato.
They left me helpless in the middle of night .
In connection to that, I would like to register the complain against the zomato delievery valet for such a horrible and unethical act especially while representing one of the biggest food deliever partner.
I also demand full refund from the company and a penalty to zomato and the irresponsive delievery boy.
Please acknowledge my complain and provide me the best solution

        This complain is againt Irani resturant and zomato they dilvered wrong food in my place.I ordered veg shawarm roll but I recived chicken sharwam roll how could they do this kese kr skte h ye ek veg ko non veg khila diya ...mje compensation chahiye ..ye mjese bt kare nahi toh m court m complain karungi inki I know all the rights Fssai m karungi ki resturant bnd kre inka zomato bnd kare ...m khud ek food technologist m ...bhut glt kiya h galti ni h ye ek jo mai maff krdu ...they have to pay for this.

          I had placed an order and made online payment. Money got deducted but payment status is not confirmed. I sent an email to customer care, they asked me to check with bank. I haven't received my refund yet.

                    I'm here to file a complaint against Zomato India,

                    I lost my Zomato account all of data like Payment information, Address, Order History and Zomato Gold, it was happened on 21st feb 2023, Zomato team failed to solve this issue, even i emailed Zomato Multiple times but not positive response from team.

                    Here my concern is how can i trust Food Ordering website like Zomato to save my payment information when my data is not secure.

                    Please address this issue. Thanks

                          My profile verification pending due to invalid ev document and according to there review and fix error process I submitted the bill ( tax invoice) of Vehicle. It was with owner sign and company stamp but then also the error is coming invalid but according to the requirement I have submitted the document which is clear to see and scanned copy . I should get profile verified now but it is still not verified.I am attaching photos for the same

                                Not refunding money of not sealed and half eaten meal

                                This is for order no [protected] i ordered from zomato and when i recieved order its not packed it was open box half eaten. I complaint and provided video to customer care they said they working with delivery boy and restaurants. Later, they closed conversation and then i emailed zomato that i would not have half eaten food i need fresh sealed box.
                                They offered me 50rs coupon. I asked them for sending order again or refund my complete...
