Spoiled mixed rice (3 packet) delivered to me ref. Order_ID_[protected]. There was bad smell coming out from the food. I contacted your customer care but they refunded me only rs.52.90 but the cost of 3 packet of mixed rice is rs. 477. This is a complete harassment, my guests could not eat the food and it's a total insult to me and when I contacted your customer care, they refunded me only rs. 52.90 instead of rs. 477. I want the total refund of rs. 477 as it is the spoilt food delivered to me.
I have been using Zomato for a long time and there were high amount orders(amounting more than one thousand rupees), but such an worst incident happened first time with me and I got pathetic service from your customer service.
It seems that Zomato has become a third class company in customer service at present. And customers like me would suffer a lot due to this.
