                Dear Zomato,

                i have placed an order with you on March 18 th, 2.02 pm, order id -[protected] from the shop Ceylon parota, the expected order time was 30 mins, but the delivery partner delivered it with thin that, but i have never received the order untill now,
                i tried CONTACTing the CUSTOMER service at 3:30 after 1:30 hrs, they said your order will be delivered in 15 mins, i asked them then why have they closed the delivery,...

                I am working Zomato delivery partner.
                My I'd Disable for behaviour issue.
                My family running only Zomato incomes.
                Team leader pranav he didn't response call or chat.
                I am angry with team leader.
                But team leader pranav didn't send a warning msg or call and he send a mail to Central team and blocked my I'd.
                Didn't get any proper explanation .
                So many times call team leaders but he block my number also.

                  I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to express my concern regarding the termination of my Zomato account. After delivering my last order today, I received the unfortunate news that my account had been terminated. What has caused me the most distress is the fact that I was not given any prior information or warning about this decision. I have been working with Zomato for over three years now and have always given my best to the company. However, it seems that my dedication and loyalty have not been enough to save my account.

                  As a Diamond Partner with Zomato, I have always upheld the company's values and standards. I have never been involved in any fraudulent activities or cancellations. In fact, I take pride in delivering orders with utmost care and accuracy. Zomato is not just a means of income for me but also a platform I have used to support my family. I am the sole breadwinner in my family and have been able to support them through the earnings that I have made with Zomato.

                  Being terminated from Zomato has put me in a very difficult position. I have no other source of income, and my family's financial situation is now in jeopardy. I understand that Zomato has policies in place that need to be followed, but I am unaware of what led to the termination of my account. I have not received any communication from the company, which has left me confused and helpless.

                  I have always considered myself to be an integral part of the Zomato team, and I have always been proud of my association with the company. I hope my account can be reactivated soon, and that I can continue working with Zomato. I assure you that I will continue to uphold the company's values and work diligently towards delivering orders to the best of my abilities.

                  In conclusion, I request you to kindly look into this matter and reactivate my account as soon as possible. I am hopeful that my loyalty and dedication to Zomato will not go unnoticed, and that I will be able to continue supporting my family through this platform.

                      On Mar 17th I had placed an order ([protected]) from Zo auto food delivery app to Burger King.
                      The food was delivered on time, but the food pack was completely soaked. Initially I thought might be water but when we opened it we realised that it was the Pepsi drink within which had spilled and soaked the entire food. On top of it, one of the time was missing.
                      When checked with the delivery boy he mentioned that it’s not his fault and it’s the burger kings fault.
                      When I raised this with zomato… they refunded 299 and dint give me any option to talk further
                      The entire order was for ₹800+ and I have no clue what that 299 was refunded for
                      Neither was the food in a form to be consumed and one item is also missing.

                      I requested for an entire refund and they emailed me back saying only this much is possible and to dither help them by giving low rating to Burger King.

                      This doesn’t solve my problem. For me it was an entire waste of money.

                        I had an annual Zomato Pro Membership.
                        I saw an offer, and clicked on it, and Zomato charged my credit card and increased my membership for another year. Since I didnt intend to buy that membership, I requested for a refund, which they processed. However, they have cancelled my complete membership, including my old membership. They are now not reinstating my initial membership, and are not responding to any emails or tweets. It is getting increasingly difficult to get intouch with them for a resolution.

                            On march 12, 2023 at 09:14 pm i odered some stuff on zomato priced rupees 363.90 by card . I had given them all the information of my card and do the payment then my payment was failed and the money was credited from my account and since 4 days have passed i didnr get the refund of it.

                                    On 10 March 2023 at 03:47pm. I ordered 4 packs of tender coconut icecream of 500gms each with order ID-[protected] through Zomato. But my phone got switched off so could not attend the calls when it was delivered. I discovered after an hour that the order has been cancelled and so I repeated the order from Zomato itself and from same vendor.The money for the first order is not being refunded by Zomato stating that the food was already prepared and was wasted because I did not receive the call.
                                    Now since my order was 4 packs (plastic casing package) of icecream which will not be wasted as it was a pack and was not even opened. Furthermore I repeated the same order (Order ID - [protected]) in an hour so that same packing was given to me.
                                    I request you to please take my case as there was no wastage and also same order was repeated back again so vendor also had no loss.I would also request you to help me in getting my refund back.
