Hi, my zomato account has been blocked associated with my gmail id [protected]@gmail.com.
They stated in email that multiple accounts and few merchants complaint about my account.
I don't know if it's true or not.
They have blocked my account without hearing from me by their own assumptions which is unfair.
I don't know on what basis have they considered merchants complaint as i haven't done anything inethical or suspicious from my account accept ordering food.
Please look into this matter and help me in getting my account recovered

Complaint marked as Resolved It's not resolved yet as my Zomato account is still blocked. They emailed me regarding my another ongoing issue on app. It was of technical glitch in one of the orders I placed on Zomato. Basically, nothing is done yet for the account block matter.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
