I was trying to order food from restaurant, i tried for two times for payment but it was showing that payment fails but my money was deducted from account for both the times as 97.50rs and 97.50rs respectively, as my 195rs are deducted and till now i dont get refund!

    Order was incomplete this and then they are not replying on chat it's been more than an hour since then. 200 plus worth of money stolen this is not even the first time.
    Before this they didn't refund me money for an order that was not delivered. This time they have not replied to me at all. Let alone lied. Secondly the quality of the food was # too but i guess that's not even half of the problem when they dont even have a customer care number available online these cheapsters think they can fraud people and run a business, pathetic.

      I have not received the refund of the money that was deducted from my account as the order was incomplete due to some technical problems. Although it was showing incomplete transaction it has deducted rs.200. I made the order through zomato on 14.05.2019 at 6.12 p. M. And my order number is [protected]. Please do the needful so that i can get my refund asap.
      Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Zomato has locked my account, because I was genuine about the quality of the food, as I always call a spade spade, thr were instances were I complained about the quality of food, so in return they locked my account.
      We have placed an order in yesterday night.

        I'd order some stuff from zomato today.in the app my order showed delivered but i think they delivery guy messed up with my order i never received it. I try to get in touch with customer support, they said chat wait time was one minute but there was no response for half an hour and counting now. The delivery guy didn't pick up my calls the only time he did he was extremely rude to me! I tried hard to reach out to somebody in the chats, but it looked like they disconnected from the chat because i kept texting them but the chats just looked weirdly dead after a while. Extremely repulsed by this bad experience with zomato today! This wasn't fair at all!! First of all they mess with my order, delivery guy talks to me like he was doing me a favour delaying my order and so charitably bringing me the food, and then the only support i expected help from disconnect on me. Just cuz they realised there was a mess and they didn't wanna deal with it!!! I might just be one person. But i was a person who valued your services a lot, but even for a customer who just orders food, i was never supposed to be put through this!! This was emotionally hurting. And frustrating at the time you least expected it.

        On 7th of May I have ordered 2intense chocolate milk shakes from Milk and Munch restaurant but I didn't get the correct order I want my money to be refunded on my account.
        This was a careless attitude of restaurant and ofcourse Zomato company for their customer

        Service is too late, quantity less then actual quantity, don't have sense how to talk and drunked
        I have ordered kaju biriyani and received white rice with kaju curry, when I asked them to take order back zometa guys are saying we are not responsible.
        I ordered haleem from paradise. It accepted the order but after 30 mins customer care called me and told me that haleem is over in that restaurant and was saying not even a single item is present. So does that take 30 mins for them to confirm whether there is haleem in the restaurant or not and they wasted my money
        Customer support is not replying
        at all on support chat or emails. We are facing problems with bad quality order and no one is attending our money is getting waste. Look at swiggy they are so fast.

          Two days before i order from zomato but got the wrong order and then and there I chat with customer support and share the order pics. They refund zomato credits to my zomato account. But today morning zomato account has been suspended.
          Also wrote 3 emil to them since then but not a single response from zomato.

          Please note I have approx 250 zomato credits that i won during IPL predictions offer by zomato.

          Kindly take the appropriate action.

          Still no response from zomato. Plz do the needful.

              I tried to place an order of Rs.277 from Zomato app. My money has been deducted from my bank account but no order had been placed, rather it says Payment incomplete.
              And there is no possible way to contact Zomato customer care. It's chat service asks me to select the order about which I need to talk. But the issue itself is that the order didn't place.
              This is disgusting. Extremely poor customer care service. I want my money back.

                I ordered food through zomato in vishapatnam on 9th may & i paid the amount in advance through my credit card. But after 30 minutes of time they cancelled my order without proper information. I saw the status of order then i realised that my order was cancelled by zomato. Then im asked about my money. And they said your amount will be refund within day. But still now i didn't get my money back. Still i'm wait for my money. But zomato didn't respond. Wtf with zomato.

                  Dear team, i had placed an order yesterday. The entire value of the order for rs. 1021 was paid in advance. The delivery boy never called me. I have phone call logs to prove this. I got a call from a mumbai number, i could not answer the same, since i was in the washroom. I did call back in 5 mins, but that number was not getting through. I got a call at 7.06 and called back at 7.13

                  I opened the app and saw the order cancelled. I immediately called the hotel, whose number was mentioned in the app. They gave me the delivery boys number. I offered to pick the parcel up. He refused. All this happened within a span of 10 mins.

                  I tried the chat help as well. Nobody helped.

                  Request complete refund.

                  I ordered the food in app. Today.The delivery boy went to wrong address but I mentioned complete details with pin code..He said to cancel my order i cancelled but their is no refund is happened till now..They said 115 penalty..I chat with zomato chat but no positive reply i need my money back...
                  I had ordered a mini thali and sooji ka halwa from a restaurant Dilli 6 on Wheels listed on the app. The order number is [protected]. As there is no provision available on their site to complain, I want a refund for my food. The halwa was completely sour and not fit for eating.

                    At may 12 i have ordered for 600 rs with zomato code and it was like 1hr to get delivered and i asked them why it was too late and they gave some zomato credits and said pls accept this as an compensation and suddenly at may 14 i cant open the zomato app and it said that my account is currently blocked from online delivery and it's been more than 24 hours and i didn't even got response for my mail. It is like worst customer service

                      Zomato has sent me the message stating that for order no#[protected] a refund of my money has been initiated & i will receive my money in 2-7 days.
                      Its been more than a month but i have still not received any refund. Neither there customer care helpline is working since that time.

                      A. You are not delivering customer's order of food when you claim you will.
                      B. After waiting for almost hours i had to place another order using a different vendor.
                      C. After a lot of hardships i was able to contact zomato through their chat support platform & they ensured me the refund of my money which i already paid them while placing online food order.

                      Please don't cheat consumer in the name of online delivery & than looting them of their rightful claim of their refunded money. Hope this message find its source & i would be able to receive my refund.

                      Due to delay in the order I had asked zomato team to cancel the order and initiate a refund and it took me 2 hours to get them understand the problem.

                      Here is my order details and my chat with the support team as screenshots.
                      While i made the order i by mistake entered my home address i was at my friend's home.i tried to cancel and rebook the order the next moment of confirmation and they charged a 405.26 rs as penalty. Thats not what i call a service.it was an honest mistake

                            I ordered food on zomato and paid through paytm. Now the ordee has stuck to awaiting restaurant confirmation since 2 hrs. I cnt contact support to cancel my order.
                            Maine food order kiya tha jiska payment maine card se kiya money deduct ho gye lekin fir immegetly transation cacel ka msg aya paise bhi withdraw ho gaye aur food order bhi cunfirm nahi hua tjis happened 2 nd time with me. Aur abhi apke custumer care wale bhi jawab nahi de rahe hai .poor service your providing.

I need the refund of my excess amount deducted.

                                Dear Zomato,

                                Today when i was going to log in I found out that you have locked out my profile due to some so called suspicious activity. First of all let me tell you this that I am one of the oldest customer of your app and I always use Zomato only to order food and not other apps. But I have committed a mistake..The mistake of trying to improve your service so that zomato always stays ahead of its competitors that is why I have always tried to give feedback about every order. Recently for some days I found that the food that you have delivered were of below average quality. Most of the time the order was delivered late, the food was of bad taste and cold and below standard packing. None of the complaints that I gave were fake and I tried my best to give proofs to customer support whenever possible. I found an insect in my food once and I could have take that issue to social networking sites that could have affected your business but I didn't do that because personally I am attached to zomato as I am using it from the time when it was launched. If you feel that I have complained for some free credits then let me remind you that I am a gold member of Zomato. I earn a lot and I don't have to lie to get some free credits. I guess you should have closed this credit giving facility as you don't trust your own customers and you don't have the required resources that will help you to cross check the customer's complaints.
                                I have referred your app to so many of my friends and family members for so many years and yet at the end of the day I got this behaviour from you i.e profile locked out due to suspicious activity. This is how you would retain your customers?
                                Another activity that you may have founded suspicious is that same account is being used by two users? So what? where it was written that only one person can use one profile. Me and my friend is paying you money. We are not getting free food by using same profile. And if its wrong then you could have warned me before locking my profile
                                Its a request from my side to go through my mail properly, cross check it and then if you don't find my account "suspicious" anymore then please unlock it asap because I am a working person and food delivery app plays an important role in the life of people like us, My gold membership will be wasted and also I don't want to shift to other apps because of my great relationship with zomato for so many years. Allnthing is i lost my 700 rs as hold member in zomato

                                  I have ordered ice cream 3 flavours and when it reached to me almost all scoops are in liquid state and when I have raised concern with zomato then I didn't received response from chat support and when I have raised concern again so they are saying ki it's too late to verify concern where the problem is with your customer assistance and not mine and I have tried reaching customer support they are not helping customer or neither taking any complaint against that restaurant so reaching you guys for support
