I ordered food more than an hour ago and it is yet not confirmed, the payment has been debited from my account.
After waiting for half an hour, i called the restaurant from my end but they say they have not received any order.
And in account it still says, confirmation is still awaiting and they are calling the restaurant form their end yet no use, i tried to call the customer support, they they dint pick the call (Obviously). Dint respond on chat (Zomato customer support is so unresponsive).
I have had the worst experience with zomato.
It was for my mother on mothers day and they spoiled it to the fullest.
I want the resfund now

    I placed an order from zomato using paytm and the order has been placed and 240 inr has been deducted but the order has not been confirmed even after an hour i ordered from zomato using paytm! Please help! I placed the order at 8:58 pm today at 12th may, 2019, sunday and its 9:48 pm the order has not yet been delivered! I have been waiting and its not even confirmed! I'm hungry! Please help me with this issue!! When i tried to call the customer care it showed busy! Please help me with this issue! Im angry! My paytm money has been cut!!! I didn't expect this kind of thing from zomato!

      I ordered a delight fruit salad from kumar bakes, karnal and order id is [protected] and it was ordered at 8.23 pm today by [protected] and it was not delivered and amount was deducted from my account and no rider was assigned for delivery of my item. Refund my amount. Order was made by ashish having no. [protected].
      U r a reputed company and such a poor delivery ways are not acceptable. Refund my amount as early as possible.

        My money has been deducted. But order is not placed with the hotel. Zomato is not answering my calls or not replying to my chats in the zomato app. So what am i supposed to do, sit idle and hungry till you reply. Or order another order for food & incase both the orders arrive, what am i supposed to do with twice the food. It's been 1 hour my money has been deducted & i have no food. It's the worst experience ever

          Zomato cancelled my order and gave nonscence reason as my phone was not reachable even though i have spoken to there delivery guy for four minutes
          As zomato delivery guy told me he is not able to find my address.. So i tried to guide him but he was just listening what i was saying just telling me m not able to find your address than suddenly he disconnected my call and after five minutes i got message as m not available on mentioned phone number so they are cancelling my order

          Even though i attended zomato delivery guy call

          And as i have prepaid for my order they did not give me my refund even though they cancelled my order and gave lame excuse

          While ordering as they did not mention any time limit i was continuously chatting with there customer care

          Even though i wrote them many mails with evidence that i have spoken with there delivery guy and he cancelled it with false reason no response from them

            I have ordered a food by spending rs.270 for special thali but food is not good and not proper as mentioned in menu detail of ordering as one gulab jamun is
            Missing.

            So please get the resolution as soon as possible because the complaint for ward to food supply inspector and food also not good it is dangerous for health. My by person died after such food

              Hi my zomato acount has been blocked. This is fraud activity by zomato. I did chat with customer care & they told they will credit my cashback & suddenly next day i see my account has been blocked. This is my personal account. Kindly take strict action against zomato for cheating customer. I want my account unblock & my cashback should be given as promised by your customer support team.                 A few months back i had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant rm where i ordered they delivered me a rotten food and when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded back my money but after some time. They blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to call and email them they all went unresponsive every time. I have written them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this.

                  Hi,
                  As per attached screenshot, i have zomato credit amount rs.78 and i use the credit to ordered the food and trying to pay the balance amount thru paytm.
                  When i place the order then i got a message that "can't pay thru paytm" then i just change the payment mode to debit card. Suddenly my credit amount rs.78 was gone and can't find it any where in my profile.
                  It's complete cheating from zomato.

                    Its about my two order the last order of biryani and the 3rd last order of tandoori chicken. Both were partial. And no one from your customer support team is responding.

                    They (Customer support team) assured me after my tandoori chicken order that it will not happen again and promised me of this.

                    But this happend again and i am losing my money again and again.

                      Order cancelled due to zomato showing wrong hotel in my location. So delivery agent said he can't deliver. Address given by me is correct, zomato listed wrong hotel in my location, so it's not my problem, also that day zomato customer care agreed to refund me the amount, but it's not processed till now. When i call them they say, send mail to [protected]@zomato.com, i sent so many mails till now, but no response till now. Why to have problem with zomato itself by showing wrong hotel in my area and not delivering it and then cheating me without providing refund. Worst from zomato

                        I ordered food yesterday (12/05/2019) from night food joint nagavara. It showed as they have accepted the order and your food is being prepared. I waited so long no sign of delivery. Later it was showing like your order is delivered. And the main part is the order once accepted will be assigned to some delivery person and normally you will get notifications for that too.in this case even that didn't happen. I don't know how many people they will be cheating like this. My order no is :[protected]

                          Hi,
                          I ordered online food from zomoto. I found the delivery address is my office address. Then i called the restaurant and request to change my delivery address or cancel my order. And you added 72 rs cancel charge on my tomato account. Why did you add cancel charges, when i requested to change my delivery address. If i informed to you before preparing the food regarding the wrong address then how you add cancel charges. Also, i requested to the restaurant and tomato online chat member regarding changing my delivery address.

                            This is my account... Please unblock this account and send me a mail. They responded so late. So i scolded them badly. And then they have blocked. They made me wait for 2 and half hours. So i scolded them. I really apologize for my actions. Its their fault to make me wait for hours and now i am ready to apologize.                               I was informing zomato from 18 april that please hold my payment till my new bank details get updated, still more than 10 times of mail i sent they do nothing they deposit my money in my blocked bank account. Zomato assign am veer singh also mail from my side to change my account no and hold payment but zomato ignore it and blocked my 2000 plus money.

                                I ordered food from zomato app, but by mistake i cancel the order and i was charged a penalty of rs 742, (I. E. 100%), payment was done online in good faith,

                                I started chatting with customer care just after 5 min when i realized my mistake and they kept saying since food was prepared they are charging me full penalty but when i ask for food they don't want to deliver any more.
                                Then they start saying delivery boy is not available to which i also gave option, that i can go and pick the food directly then they stopped responding.
                                Also i checked with restaurant and they said if zomato allow they can send food but zomato will not allow to resend food.

                                When i am asking customer care executive to send me food as it was cancelled by mistake, they are not willing to give me refund nor they want to deliver food.
                                They just want to delay response and waste my time.

                                After waiting for 2 hour my problem was not solved and we were left with no food at 11 pm.

                                This is clearly a fraud and mental harrashment from zomato.
                                I have attached many screenshot to show how zomato replied and kept us waiting.

                                I am really shocked by this incident and still can't believe that such incident are tolerated today as well.
                                This is pathetic service from zomato, kindly look into the matter.

                                  I am madhavi i have ordered on zomato on 11may 2019 11:45pm on behrouz biryani, my was accepted but due to some issues my order was cancelled by the restaurant but the zomato showing it as if the order was delivered by the restaurant the refund was not even intiated i contacted zomato but was not response from them, iam really disappointed is this the customer service provided by famous companies, at least i need my refund to be intiated.

                                    I'm a regular customer at zomato foodelivery app.
                                    Today's incident really shocked me.
                                    They intentionally cancelled my online prepaid order and refused to refund my money.
                                    I tried to contact them but they have blocked me.
                                    Their auto replied (Bot chat) reason is as i was not reachable through phone they have cancelled it and as food has been prepared, it can not be refund.
                                    As i was blocked instantly i can not request them to redeliver also.

                                    Order id is-[protected]-biriyani and side dishes

                                    However,
                                    I was fully available on my phone and
                                    As soon as i have got the not reachable message from zomato i have contacted the delivery person and
                                    He refused to deliver at my location as i was not reachable.
                                    This is totally wrong, the snap and notification time and phone signal (Please see the phone time also) will tell you they are just telling a lie.
                                    They hardly might be waited for 5min and left for the other place. I have no missed call in my phone also. I have also request him to redeliver but the delivery boy declined.
                                    Even if i'm not available via phone they have my full address including floor no with well known landmarks plus their gps help. If he wants to really deliver he can easily ask someone after reaching the place.
                                    But he did not.
                                    Could you please take stern steps against them and arrange for a refund.

                                      I placed an order through zomato for which i paid online through my debit card. The app says the order was delivered but i never got the order. I spoke to the delivery boy, he was very rude by the way, who confirmed that he made the delivery. I have no food and my money is deducted. The delivery boy must've given the food to someone else. I tried contacting zomato in regards to this but no response from them. Please help me resolve this issue.

                                        am i fool here sitting here calling you people.

                                        i waited for 2 hours. there is no option for support.i tried all possible to reach out to them but no result at the end finally delivery guy added like order is delivered even thought it is not delivered.

                                        there is chat box provided on app but no one is responding there too.

                                        what the ### !
