My order #[protected] was cancelled by Zomato because I was obeying traffic rules and could not answer my phone. The delivery person came to my house with the pizzas and refused to give it stating that the order was cancelled.
I did not cancel the order so how can Zomato decide to cancel my order without my permission and then refuse to give the food and also my money.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally after persistently asking Zomato to return the money that they took without my permission, they have returned it. No mail from Zomato on this but I checked my account and found out. So I urge other users to keep pushing till you get your money back if it was taken from you wrongfully.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Belinda Veronica Zomato executive called and refused to take responsibility for their actions. They don't just rob customers by cancelling their orders without any intimation because of their incompetent delivery employees who cannot even locate an address that is available in writing and on GPS but they also put the blame on their customers. They manipulate their policy to such an extent that there is no respect for it anymore. Customers need to fight for their right and not let such companies rob them because of the company's policy that helps them commit such crimes.
