Complaint marked as Resolved No, I am not at all considering this as as solution, Just repayment of my money back will not help, It was involved with 3-4 orders, and in the last order, I was replied in a very unprofessional manner and I was abused by the owner, I cannot just demand the repayment, I want strict action against the Owner and the restaurant. This has happened 3-4 times and cannot be neglected at all, just by repayment of money is not the solution or resolving of issue, my food got wasted, money got wasted, I was abused over phone by the vendor owner. So just sending me back the amount cannot be considered as a solution. Moreover it should not be removed from the Interface untill and unless right steps and actions has not been taken by the Zomato.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sushant Ranjan Lall Zomato has just repayed me the order value of one order where as the issue was involved with 3-4 of my orders.
Moreover, i was abused and talked in a very unprofessional and unethical manner by Mr Rahul Mehta, the Owner of Punjabi Food Hut. By just paying me the order amount this kind of attitude cannot be resolved. This can happen to anyone, any customer, finding a fly, Outercovering of boiled egg in rice, and selling of stale chicken shows that the owner is only concerned about the money value that he generates out of the help of Zomato and he is least bothered about the quality of food. Therefore his license should immediately be cancelled and should not be given to any such vendors. Repaying of money to me will not at all solve this issue, It seems as of I am being bribed by getting my order amount back, but the problem still persists. The restaurant will still sell the same quality of food, so whats about that ? I feel pity on vendors for this kind of attitude and arrogant behavior by asking customer like me to do whatever i can as said by him. But this has to stop, so I seek justice for customers who are offered such food but they are reluctant to complain which is because I guess this kind of solution where zomato just pays back the amount and they consider the matter is over, I am against this. I request you to cancel his license on zomato and his restaurant and of possible a surprise quality check of his restaurant.
