Zomato cancellation policy lead to delivery excutive to non delivery the product to customer and cheat customer because they know we can't delivery and company unauthorise charge to custome.in name of cancellation fee. This is totallay fraud with customer, and here higher authority, co-founder and managment and policy maker of zomato are responsible. For this type of policy so zomato immedetely change their policy because their current policy is harrasment to customer and lead to cheating and fraud with customer. Goverment should also take action if zomato not change their policy. Last 1month many complain behalf of zomato register. So i kindly request to management, bod, ceo, co-founder, ca, cs all follow code o[censored]r ethics and stop fraud and cheat with customer. And refund all money to all customer which u charge name of cancellation fee immedetely. For facing competetion and run their business in india. Further i request to zomato grivence officr mam-ms. Anushree bhog pls take immedetely action regarding this and refund all customer money which u unauthorised charge in name of cancallation fee. And not provide service to customer and product not deliver to customer. Furthr i place oder on 4th may but order is cancalled by zomato excutive due to not delivery by zomato excutive. And now they not take any complain and not give complain no to customer 3 day gone not solution yet. Many reply to callcenter and team but they not take any action and support center. So kindly refund 100rs to wallet
