Hi team,
I have ordered food order number [protected] and my order has been rejected by saying that my mobile is not reachable. It's wrong. He only called me once and his voice is not audible and i disconnected the call expecting he would call me back as i can't return the call to that number. But my order rejected and i again ordered same food from same place and this time it got delivered perfectly. My address is very easy to find and it's exactly on the map. I have to wait for 30 more mins for my order and there is no refund guaranteed also... This is very poor service... I am expecting a refund atleast.

Did not get my refund back after cancellation of the order. The order was prepaid from my Paytm wallet.

    My order was not delivered to my doorstep, as your delivery boy was saying he delivered the order to me, actually that's false. Please kindly check the call recording of me and delivery boy and also send the recording to me and please listen to the conversation. If you find me wrong then i will step back. He told me that he will not come to the 4th floor and i replied him if you can't come to my doorstep then you can leave and he actually leave just after he disconnected my call. Listen to the recording and tell me that is this is your service? If i won't get the satisfactory answer i will definitely take the action upon your service. And yes also see that how your delivery agent lie to you, because i called customer care named narendra and he believed on his rider. Listen to the recording and take action that satisfy me or i will complaint on core. Nic.in which is supported by dca (Government of india). Do it fast i don't have any patience left.

      Zomato cancellation policy lead to delivery excutive to non delivery the product to customer and cheat customer because they know we can't delivery and company unauthorise charge to custome.in name of cancellation fee. This is totallay fraud with customer, and here higher authority, co-founder and managment and policy maker of zomato are responsible. For this type of policy so zomato immedetely change their policy because their current policy is harrasment to customer and lead to cheating and fraud with customer. Goverment should also take action if zomato not change their policy. Last 1month many complain behalf of zomato register. So i kindly request to management, bod, ceo, co-founder, ca, cs all follow code o[censored]r ethics and stop fraud and cheat with customer. And refund all money to all customer which u charge name of cancellation fee immedetely. For facing competetion and run their business in india. Further i request to zomato grivence officr mam-ms. Anushree bhog pls take immedetely action regarding this and refund all customer money which u unauthorised charge in name of cancallation fee. And not provide service to customer and product not deliver to customer. Furthr i place oder on 4th may but order is cancalled by zomato excutive due to not delivery by zomato excutive. And now they not take any complain and not give complain no to customer 3 day gone not solution yet. Many reply to callcenter and team but they not take any action and support center. So kindly refund 100rs to wallet

        I make a order by mistake after when i realised that i made a order i cancelled that order . The order is not even start preparing. They charge full amount as cancellation fee. I need help.
        These type of policies that full amount as cancellation fee and there is no cancellation button in app you have to talk to customer care for cancellation and they take time too. Please help me

          The order was confirmed and accepted by the restaurant and the payment was done in Shree bhojanalay Kanpur . The Zomato valet called me and told me that there is an issue with address so I cannot deliver I even asked that I'll pick it up from where you can deliver but then he kept cutting calls and said that I'll confirm from the company .. then the order got cancelled from the company without informing me. And there is no response from the customer care too

            I have order motichoor ladoo from singla restaurant sector 12 dwarka new delhi. After some time zomato valet called me and said talk to restaurant representative and he said to me that ladoo is not available at their restaurant so can i send something else so i said no to him. Then i cancelled that order but without my fault zomato is charging 81.4 rupees to me. My order no is - [protected]. Time 1: 43 p. M. So i have contacted so may time with them but they are not helping me. This type of things are not expected from a big company like zomato. I hope this matter will be quickly resoved by posting my concern on this platform.

              I had booked a cake from your site of pheobrama at sda market. I had given the receiver name as well manya gupta. Delivery boy reached there but when asked name he was not able to give.

              He called me but my number was busy. Immediately i called back 3 times but his number was busy. 5 mins later i read a message that order is cancelled. Your person shld hv waited for at least 5 mins for me to call bk

              Now you are not sending the cake nor are you refunding my money. This is very bad on your part. If you wanted charity you should have gone somewhere else.

              Please refund my money immdtly. You have no right to keep my money also and not delivery the cake.

                As i already told you that this is not fair to block suddenly and you could inform me or warn me that report on quality issues even with proofs will make my account block and how could you just block it without any intimation and what wrong did i done there as i complained with all proofs with pictures how can you block a customer like this? Is this a good treatment to a customer... Pls get my account back... And pls don't say that we can't do anything... This is all in your hands and how come you say like that anyway blocking is your hands unblock the same is not in yours?... Pls help me with me... I really want my account back... Even though i haven't done anything this is not fair to be done.. And i am requesting you to get my account back... I need it.. I know you won't make your customer loyalty to be broken..

                My account has been blocked...i raised complaints according to the correct reason and they credits now without using them my account has been blocked and I'm trying to say the exact situation they are sending the mails that my account can't be unblocked...my credits will expire on 11th may then what is use of giving them like you are doing a great service and later blocking the customer without informing to them ..i really don't know that complaining more about quality will block my account...pls consider this and do something...i need my account back...

                  I had ordered today, and immediately after that, asked Zomato Support to cancel it because I'd put in the wrong location and the wrong order. I did it before the restaurant even confirmed the order.

                  The Zomato Support guy told me that the cancellation Fee is equal to the bill amount and I would get no refused as I'd paid through PayTM. This they said was because the restaurant had started preparing my order (my app still showed 'order is being confirmed).

                  I request you to file a complaint against them.

                    I ordered from pakwaan restaurant, but i didn't received my order waiting for the order i called the delivery executive he said that he cancelled the order because of inability to reach out and instead of contacting me, informing he returned back and now cancellation charges are levied for my next order which i never cancelled.

                    This is the service zomato is providing, easiest thing is to cancel the order and exploit customers

                      On the order id mentioned we see that the amount of 1700.48 is swippped on 18 apr 2019 but the order was never delivered to our societe general company as in the app we see that it is showing that order is delivered but the good bowl have already asked zomato to return the fund but we see that fund not yet returned, can you please check & return the funds to us asap.

                        When we cancel any order in zomato, they don't refund total cash. They deduct total price of the order. I think this is not fair. We don't buy any food but pay for this, why? They say food preparartion has begun, but some foods are already ready, they only pack it and deliver to customer. Without any valid reason they deduct total money.

                          I ordered for food to zomato hyderabad from chutneys, lb nagar, hydeabad on 02.05.2019. The cost of food including all is rs. 571.25. I paid the amount through netbanking o[censored]co bank. An amount of rs. 571.25 was paid vide ref. No.[protected] and since no confirmation was received i tried again and another rs. 571.25 was debited vide ref. No.[protected] and thereafter the order was delivered. I came to know that the amount of rs. 571.25 was debited twice for the same order and the bank informed me that ref. No. M[protected] was credited to atom tec and ref no.[protected] was credited to payu. I request you to arrange for refund of rs.571.25

                            I ordered from the app in the morning but when i opened after sometime zomato shows that they have blocked my account without informing me prior. This isnt expected from a good company. I am a sincere customer of zomato and blocking someone's account prior giving any notice isnt tolerable anyway. I order almost everyday from zomato and this has happened for the first time. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                              Hi,

                              By mistakenly i had placed two orders and immediately i realized it. I called restaurant, asked him to consider only one order and they agreed upon. Then i cancelled order from my zomato app via chat.

                              I haven't got any refund stating that they we consider full amount as cancellation fee which is highly disappointing and kind of fraud.

                              How can cancellation fee is equal to full order amount.

                                This is to inform you that I am very unhappy this time with the service of Zomato.

                                I ordered food from the restaurant, address was confirmed by the delivery agent and later he simply denied to deliver since the location was not showing as per GPS. However in the same address multiple times I have ordered from Zomato and the order got delivered successfully.

                                Secondly the customer support advisor simply called and informed about the order being cancelled but did not even listened to me and hung up.

                                Thirdly the chat executive also did not even acknowledged my issue, simply jumped to conclusion. Also his response was very slow.

                                I'm really unhappy with the service from delivery agent, customer care agent who cancelled the order and also from the customer support executive.

                                  I ordered my food in zomato yesterday and paid via google pay rs.170.. My order was not delivered.. But in app it was updated order is delivered... I called delivery boy.. He has kept forward call setting and restaurant says no order in dat name... Zomato said to wait 24-48 hours.. So they will refund the amount.. Now they have texted we spoke to your delivery boy he has delivered your order.. So issue solved.. What nonsense is this..?? No customer care no.. Response.. So y u keep online payment mode to cheat and deduct money and play game so..?? Worst i need a solution..

                                    I place orde from zomato on 4 may they not delivery by zomato and cancelled by zomato and said ur address is wrong but on same day after i place 3 other order on same address they delivered successfully by zomato. This all thing i explain to zomato by mail and chat support center but they not ready to give refund even throug many mail and chat supoort center. I also mail them for taking complain for order not deliverd by zomato but they also not taken complain redarding product not deliverd to customer and i also said new delivery excutive appoint for product deliverd i[censored]r excutive not know area but they also not appoint and not product deluverd and zomato excutive cancelled the product and not refund 100rs yet. And also request for refund but they said we can't give refund and ur money adjusted by cancellation fee. I also explain them customer not cancelled product they ready to take product but ur excuctive not deliverd the prodcut. So kindly refund whole money 100rs immedetely. Till now 6 may they not refund and not take any complain and not give complain no to me even after many mail and chat support. They totally support misbehviour delivery excutive who cheat with customer and company not delivery the product and wrongly chage to customer in the name of cancellation fee and not refund the money to customer..

                                      On 29 april 2019 i ordered food from zomato (India) but due to some reasons they cancelled my order (Id-[protected]) and processed a refund of rs 150/- with refund id [protected]. But till date i have not received the refund.

                                      I tried to contact your customer care team through e-mail and chat, but every time i disappointed by your customer support. Its high time now please do the needful asap

                                        Hello team,
                                        I placed an order on box8 via zomato which got cancelled by their team as they came to know that they didn't serve my area. I have also received an sms from box8 team that they have reversed the payment but zomato is filing to do the same. They are arguing that their system shows the order has got delivered even after sending a screenshot pf cancellation message from box8 team. They also stopped responding to my emails. This leaves me with no choice.
