This is kundan singh as i am very frustrated with zomato services and this is why i am writing this to you.
First of all zomato riders who asked me to cancel the order irrespective of the fact th that cancellation amount was the total booking amount when someone cancel the order.

Fin addition why would someone cancel the order if the the complete amount is the cancellation amount, i asked just after the cancellation that please deliver the order. That can be verified from the conversation that i had with zomato chat support. I also informed zomato management that refund my money other wise i am going to write an email to consumer court if zomato is is not going to refund the money however they didn't respond and ignored totally.

I would request consumer court to look into this issue also i would request the zomato to give me a call on my mobile number that is[protected] and refund my money

    My zomato account got blocked and no prompt response from the customer care service.. They asked me to chat but app got blocked and how can i chat with them..
    I have 2 years zomato gold subscription and i'm unable to use my zomato gold subscription also.. Please help me in this regard also anyone has faced the same issue previously and what's the status??

      I had ordered food from kabuliwala a biryani restaurant from kolkata which has four star rating in midnight i got the product after opening the box a filthy smell of rotten chicken was coming then i saw the chicken was black and was smelling very bad after opening the box immediately i informed zomato service executive and they are telling restuarnt is unresponsive they will not provide the refund and they accepted that product is rotten

        My order from zomato was cancelled informing me that my number is not reachable but my number had full network. I called to delivery boy but he refused to deliver my good and said thay he cabcelled it. Now they are not refunding my money nor did they deliver the food. Its not only about money, its about harassing customers. I want strict actions against zomato

          1) food that came with the package, was found with fly in the salad,

          2) earlier also the quality of chicken that came up from this restaurant, was stale and was smelly, the owner rahul mehta gave this reason that the fridge was not working since there was no electricity that day. So he provided me with the same order and this time too the order came with same quality of chicken, this time he gave me this reason that he himself was not there in the shop, and then asked me order food free of cost whenever i feel free.

          3) another day i found the outer covering of boiled egg in my rice during my next order. But it seems these people are so arrogant and stubborn that they don't bother about the quality.

          When i had 3rd encounter, i called him i asked him the reason but he says he generally doesn't be in his outlet. But does it really bothers whether his presence will affect the quality of food or not? Moreover he abused and said -"itni dikkat hai to order mat kia kar khane baar baar phone kar ke jija ko kyun pareshan kar raha hai", and he argued over that saying i ll pay you your amount and will paytm you. So this is the way the owner talks seems they should be taught the subject of crm before onboarding them to zomato or any such platforms. Is this just because zomato has given them the privilege to provide food of devoid quality and then on finding such issues by customer, return them the amount of food. Isn't this kind of act on repeated times is actually causing to degrade the image of zomato..?

          No, I am not at all considering this as as solution, Just repayment of my money back will not help, It was involved with 3-4 orders, and in the last order, I was replied in a very unprofessional manner and I was abused by the owner, I cannot just demand the repayment, I want strict action against the Owner and the restaurant. This has happened 3-4 times and cannot be neglected at all, just by repayment of money is not the solution or resolving of issue, my food got wasted, money got wasted, I was abused over phone by the vendor owner. So just sending me back the amount cannot be considered as a solution. Moreover it should not be removed from the Interface untill and unless right steps and actions has not been taken by the Zomato.

          Zomato has just repayed me the order value of one order where as the issue was involved with 3-4 of my orders.
          Moreover, i was abused and talked in a very unprofessional and unethical manner by Mr Rahul Mehta, the Owner of Punjabi Food Hut. By just paying me the order amount this kind of attitude cannot be resolved. This can happen to anyone, any customer, finding a fly, Outercovering of boiled egg in rice, and selling of stale chicken shows that the owner is only concerned about the money value that he generates out of the help of Zomato and he is least bothered about the quality of food. Therefore his license should immediately be cancelled and should not be given to any such vendors. Repaying of money to me will not at all solve this issue, It seems as of I am being bribed by getting my order amount back, but the problem still persists. The restaurant will still sell the same quality of food, so whats about that ? I feel pity on vendors for this kind of attitude and arrogant behavior by asking customer like me to do whatever i can as said by him. But this has to stop, so I seek justice for customers who are offered such food but they are reluctant to complain which is because I guess this kind of solution where zomato just pays back the amount and they consider the matter is over, I am against this. I request you to cancel his license on zomato and his restaurant and of possible a surprise quality check of his restaurant.

            I have ordered from s and s punjabi tadka chandigarh. Due to some promo code issues i changed my mind and cancelled the order. But rs. 265 deduct from my account as cancellation fee. I cancelled my order within ten seconds. As without getting any order and due to heavy amount as cancellation fee i have to bear a mental stress.
            Kindly do the best. It's not my fault. Why i pay so much as cancellation fee.

Now they are not refunding my money nor did they deliver the food. Its not only about money, its about harassing customers. I want strict actions against zomato.

                I placed an order today.. My order is not delivered to me of rs 206 and also my money is not refunded back to me.. Delivery boy says i am very far from your address that is not the reason... Order is placed from sports coffee bar, ujjain...

                We placed order.. Its company's responsibility to give pur order anyhow... And if in case it is not than refund the money back... But they take the money as well...

                  Please unblock my account as i have credits in them.
                  And i have complaint about right things.
                  This is not the way to unblock my account.
                  I have credits which is 95rs.
                  And if you attached restraunt which gives bad foods customer will complain.
                  Because of this zomato blocked me and any one order food for there parents and it will not taste good which generally good always if we eat same thing at restaurants so why would i not complain.

                    A message was received on 21st april'19 for refund against order id [protected] on zamato for rs. 1085.46. This order was not executed and hence the above was initiated. Though 7 working days was mentioned for the refund the same has not been credited back into the account. Pl. Respond on the status and when the same will be refunded. A confirmation in this regard is expected.

                      Order number [protected], ordered on 5 may 2019 at 1928.
                      Order was 01 x cream pasta and 01 x chilli cheese garlic bread from pasta street (Indiranagar), bangalore.
                      Problem with the order : garlic bread was stale and had white mould/fungus growing on the bread. We unknowingly had unfortunately eaten 3 pieces of the same before noticing this.
                      Two o[censored]s had eaten the bread and both experienced some nausea.

                      This lackadaisical attitude of the restaurant and zomato is unacceptable.
                      We complained to the restaurant and zomato both immediately after.
                      Though zomato has tried to wrap up the matter with giving us free credits, but such a matter which deals with the health of the customer needs to be dealt with sternly.
                      I want a legal action by the health department against the restaurant - pasta street, indira nagar branch, bengaluru and against zomato.

                        I had placed an order in two different restaurants on 30th of april which didn’t get delivered at all. I messaged the customer care and they don’t respond to the messages at all. I haven’t got any refund for the money that i have paid for the food that i have placed using zomato. I feel really bad for their service. I need my money back and their services to be revoked

                          I was about to order from chawla 2 from my paytm wallet and and just searching for right promo code and immediately within no time you deducted rupees 419.50 from my wallet for food in my kart and place the order without my consent. When i came to know that you froudulently ordered and deducted this amount i immediately called the restaurant owner not to prepare this order and i informed the delivery boy also because it was what i believe was software problem. Now i want my full refund of 419.50 because that time food was not ready.

                          Please immediately response to this mail and act professionally. As we the the customers who believe in zomato. Order no.#[protected]

                              My order no. Is [protected] is of 340 rupees and i cancelled my order but my money is not refund yet. I need refund money. I had cancel my order because i forget to apply promo code which is most important. But my money is not refund yet and my food is also gone. Not delivered to me as i request on zomato chat to refund my money or my food. 340 rupees is not a small amount.

                                Hello as i have ordered an item from a restaurant named al amanah cafe order id:[protected] the delivery boy named had cancelled my order without informing me and when i try to order the next it's asking me to pay the cancellation fee amount which i have not got it is this the service you are providing i am going to raise this issue and i am going to consumer court in public interest litigation and i will also raise the issue in fssai.

                                The order which i have not got delivered and has been cancelled from your side why i should pay that ur zomato help support was also not helpful please request you to solve my issue or i have to take action against zomato in a different way in court with all the public with all zomato issues

                                  Nuisance company : order no [protected] delivered us with wrong items in it and full amount already paid to the zomato. After informing the delivery boy he said no bill given this is the only order sent through me, while contacting zomato they replied, ask for pictures and went off no more replies received.
                                  Such a pathetic service and they are looting customer's money and duping us by sending cheap orders and charging high prices!

                                  Pls tell me what to do with such companies which has no ethics and enjoying luxury brand name due to customer's and now started duping them!

                                    I placed an order using zomato at 7:06 pm (Order id [protected]), and immediately canceled it within a minute since i wanted to order something more.

                                    I ordered from another restaurant at 7:13pm and requested refund of the previous order from gypsy/zomato

                                    I was informed that the refund of any amount would not be possible since the restaurant had confirmed the order and had started preparing the order.

                                    This is highly laughable since the order was canceled within a minut3 and the logic given for denial of refund does not hold and will not hold in a consumer forum. It is not expected from zomato to pinch the consumer on such frivolous grounds.

                                    The cancellation charges post confirmation of order from the restaurant were a steep rs. 450 (Which was the entire order amount of the order).

                                    I request zomato to look into the same and expect the refund to be granted. This brazen loot must be accounted for.

                                      I ordered food from zomato at 1:25 and i know it would take time so i was just waiting holding my phone as i was very much hungry and without a single call i got a mesg he was not able to reach me i started dailing his number and immediately following i got a mesg it has been cancelled he was not lifting the call not hanging my call saying customer service has cancelled he was somewhere 10 kms away how can they do this and they are not responding nor calling me back i want my refund back very poor service though i they always cheated me many times but i gave chance this time they really took my money and cheated i hate them i want refund of my money

                                        Yesterday, i. E. On 4th may 2019, i had ordered an ice cream but zomato delivered wrong order. I immediately put up request in their support chat to which they replied 40 mins later where as the estimated wait time was 7 mins. I provided them pictures and after a long wait, the agent assured me that i will be credited with 120inr zomato points. Today morning i open the app and see that my account as been blocked and no money has been returned. On top of that i am gold member and unable to have access to that even. This is like daylight robbery. I mailed them as well but there has been no reply whatsoever. I want my account to be unblocked immediately and my money to be credited back.

                                        After multiple mails, I get a mail from the zomato saying my device has been routed to have suspicious activities. They consider reporting wrong and incorrect deliveries done by them after complete payment from my end is a suspicious activity done by me.
                                        Also they have mentioned that they have PERMANENTLY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND CANNOT UNBLOCK IT.
                                        So not only have they denied by refund but also denying my GOLD privileges which I have paid for already for a year.
                                        Day light robbery and goon type behaviour by this zomato firm.
