I will start this email saying this -"is it a joke"
Few days ago, i ordered pulao and chicken bhuna from a restaurant called 'aami bangali" refer to the order number - #[protected]. However, once i unpacked the food, i found instead of pulao they sent me rice and instead of chicken bhuna they sent me chicken kosha. Unfortunately, i had already rated them before unpacking the food because of the delivery guy behaviour but that was a fault.
Again, today i order the same dish refer to#[protected] thought, that was a mistake may be. After placing the order, i called the delivery guy and informed him everything about the previous order. He promise me this time it won't happen again.
Again, again i received plain rice and chicken kosha. Please find the attached screenshot of the food received.
Not only i want my money to be refunded, but also i want apology from the hotel owner. We are not asking free food, if you don't have the menu with you, wipe it off from the list.
Zomate also should be responsible for this along with the hotel, its your responsibility as well to cross check.
I will make sure one thing if i am not getting proper response from zomato nobody will order from zomato in my known circle. I have a youtube channel so that i have a good contacts, do revert back asap with the resolution.
