Worst experience we have found 2 big size staple pin in panner btr masala which we have order on 8.05.19 at 9.58 pm, inspite or our reminders staff and manager not interested in attending complaints of customers however they have ignored & charged full money & not said sorry too hence we should avoid to go in such a hotel where not maintaining quality and services to the customers regds worst experience in heart of mumbai

    Order no.[protected], date: 8 may 2019 9:39pm. I got a call from the delivery boy at 10:30pm saying my order can not be delivered due to distance. And he asked me to cancell my order, but i coudnt. Later at 11pm i see a update in zomato saying my order is delivered. I tried max with zomato support chat, but nothing much was done. I need my refund back for this order.

      I have ordered pizza online through zomato food delivery app but my order was refused to deliver by the delivery boy we contact him and instructed to deliver food to our address but he refused to deliver and he cancelled order of pizza not from our side so plz refund my amount on order food from zomato it is mistake of delivery boy not from our side the delivery boy is not supportive so plz refund the amount back to my account

      Order number #[protected] on 1st May 2019, was cancelled by the restaurant Ohri's Rubaiyat. I havenot received any refund till date. Instead there is a penalty levied on me. I want full refund for the order cancelled by you.

        I have ordered a pizza online through zomato online food delivery app my order confirmed but the delivery boy not delivered our food to us instead of his negligence food he himself cancelled saying he not delivered food to our address but i have paid for food through online payments but they refused to refund my amount back and it is mistake of delivery boy not from us very unfair so i complain g about this issue

          I received food with cockroach in it

          I ordered food from zomato last night for party at home, but when i got food there was a cockroach in that, i complained for that in zomato and the restaurant but they only giving money back and that also in their wallet.
          I need a proper compensation so they will know how to treat any customer and how to maintain proper hygiene.
          I want a heavy compensation to treat these online portal and these lazy restaurant....

          I had ordered from a restaurant. The valet took too long for delivery. As i called him.. He started telling lie that he was calling me from last 1 hour and started using vulgar words. He delivered the order to me after 1 hour but to save his negative feedback on the app he fraudulently marked the order as rejected and the zomato is showing me i have to pay the penalty. I have proofs that i received the order but the zomato that the order is rejected.

            Did order from nellore bhohanam on 8th may id#[protected], i was charged but then the restaurant stopped taking orders, no refund nor contact from anyone. This is terrible from the restaurant, as this is the third time that this is happening, am not sitting quite on this one, am taking this case seriously. How many people you cheat on an average?? I need a reply to this immediately.

              I had ordered 2 fish curries and instructed the hotel (Hotel aalishan, pachpedi naka, raipur) to keep one normal spicy and to keep the other one not spicy at all as it is for a child. But they gave too spicy fish curry. Neither the child could eat nor me. It was full of oil and spice. Pure unhealthy food. Instructions were totally not followed.

              The worst part was even the zomato support service is not punctual. I was asking them repeatedly to make me chat with a zomato agent but they did nothing.
              I want my money back in this case for those 2 fish curries as they were totally spicy and unhealthy. If not returned that will violate the rules of zomato.

                Order number #[protected] placed at 10:01, the zomato valet refused on delivering the order and abused me and my family on the call and marked the order delivered and is refusing to have the payment reversed to my paytm account. Further, the zomato chat is not replying to my texts and also the valet is not picking my calls and has switched his mobile off.

                  I ordered chinese cousine from zomato with order number-[protected] they cancel my order without my knowledge they didn't call to me, i also tried to contact the delivery boy but i couldn't. I tried calling zomato customer care number but was not connected.
                  On contacting the chat support, i got a response as "as per our records, your order was cancelled because we were not able to connect with you. We will not be able to initiate refund as our delivery person and support team tried several times to reach out to you but there was no response at your end"
                  My order amount is 210 rupees
                  Payment is made through card

                    Zomato a worst food delivering service company, if someone cancels a order zomato (Poooorest company) begging to get richer... Charge full amount as cancellation charge. They dont have brains, just making money whatever it takes to. I am waiting for the day when they will make illegal ways to make money. Even irctc dont take full amount as cancellation charge. Zomato should be banned as soon as possible.
                    They by default save some other address and they change it after the order is placed and they manipulate ki user changed the address but its their application problem

                      Hello i ordered food on zomato online vide order no.[protected] on 4th may from gopal krishna, chakala j b nagar restaurant and paid the amount online. The zomato person delivered the order and left. But when i opened the parcel for my lunch, to my surprise, one item was missing. I tried to call restaurant on the no. Provided by zomato, the no. Updated was completely wrong. After long search on website managed to contact restaurant, they said i have to contact zomato. Zomato customer service no. Is never answered neither their customer support is working online. I think till we place order and pay their website work properly. After that they just disappear. They dont bother about the customer. If they continue act like this, they are going to suffer in the long run. I am not getting any feedbback or call from them,

                        I ordered khadai chicken from zaika delhi 6 on 2nd may 2019 at 8.24 pm. Quality of food is poor and chicken smells so bad and some sugar like stuff added in the chicken so i have to throw that khadai chicken into the dustbin. If me and my family eaten that chicken that night then surely we will have some health issues the next day. So i talked to the merchant about this issue and he was ready for reimbursement of the money and he told me to talk to zomato for refund. I have also asked him to directly transfer money to my account but he told me that 30% of the whole amount is deducted by zomato that's why i have talked to zomato for refund.
                        I talked to the merchant on two mobile number [protected] (Elder brother raes khan) and [protected] (Younger brother). I have call recording also if you want i can share with you. Both are ready for a refund. Who will be responsible if someone gets health problems due to that worst quality food? So kindly initiate my refund and sir 440 rupees may not be a big deal for zomato but i know its value.

                        Zomato wrongly delivered Chicken food to a 100 % vegetarian. And I have eaten it unknowingly as I have ordered a vegetarian dish. It is against my religion values and I am feeling corrupted after eating it. The food was placed from Indocheen restaurant based SDA Delhi.

                          I order one sandwich and burger from burger point.. Nd waited for approx 2 hours.. After that i get to know that by your system default the rider get different address and they decided not to deliver my order... This is not very professional. I want my money back and last time zomato deliver my order 3 hours late.. Nd i ignore that.. But this is the limit.. Solve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will complaint you in consumer court and you will compensate

                            My zomato account has been blocked and when i tried to contact the support system they are not responding. When i asked for the reasons it was due to repeated complaints and reporting. But thing is that i[censored]r level of service is satisfactory then why would i report. What for all my account is being blocked. I need my account to be unblocked and i have around 300 zomato credits in account linked to that.

                            I ordered chicken tikka Biriyani from charcoal eats.and see the packaging and quantity, it was surely not from charcoal eats.

                              I kunal talwar a resident of gurgaon has placed an online order on zomato for mango shake and mango fruit cream but due to certain circumstances i had to cancel my order. Cancellation fees rs 312 was charged. It is a request either refund the total amount amount regarding the same or deliver the same order to our doorstep. The details of the order are given below:

                              The order was prepaid, got a notification that order was delivered, but it wasn't. the delivery guy was not receiving my calls and finally when he did, he spoke rudely and sounded drunk and told he's not the delivery guy. Zomato support chat isn't resolving my issue and only repeatedly telling me that the order had been delivered.
                              I have ordered my food in Zomata I haven't received my order from them and they rejected my order without informing me.
                              Yesterday I Ordered biriyani from Zomato and I have done payment from card and the txn payment is done two times.The total amount is 390 but the payment is done two times.So 780 has been deducted from my account instead of 390.
                              Last order has been cancelled but till time amount is not credited in my paytm wallet.
                              Pleased be assured when my account has been credited.

                                Hi team,
                                I have ordered food order number [protected] and my order has been rejected by saying that my mobile is not reachable. It's wrong. He only called me once and his voice is not audible and i disconnected the call expecting he would call me back as i can't return the call to that number. But my order rejected and i again ordered same food from same place and this time it got delivered perfectly. My address is very easy to find and it's exactly on the map. I have to wait for 30 more mins for my order and there is no refund guaranteed also... This is very poor service... I am expecting a refund atleast.

                                  My order was not delivered to my doorstep, as your delivery boy was saying he delivered the order to me, actually that's false. Please kindly check the call recording of me and delivery boy and also send the recording to me and please listen to the conversation. If you find me wrong then i will step back. He told me that he will not come to the 4th floor and i replied him if you can't come to my doorstep then you can leave and he actually leave just after he disconnected my call. Listen to the recording and tell me that is this is your service? If i won't get the satisfactory answer i will definitely take the action upon your service. And yes also see that how your delivery agent lie to you, because i called customer care named narendra and he believed on his rider. Listen to the recording and take action that satisfy me or i will complaint on core. Nic.in which is supported by dca (Government of india). Do it fast i don't have any patience left.

                                    Zomato cancellation policy lead to delivery excutive to non delivery the product to customer and cheat customer because they know we can't delivery and company unauthorise charge to custome.in name of cancellation fee. This is totallay fraud with customer, and here higher authority, co-founder and managment and policy maker of zomato are responsible. For this type of policy so zomato immedetely change their policy because their current policy is harrasment to customer and lead to cheating and fraud with customer. Goverment should also take action if zomato not change their policy. Last 1month many complain behalf of zomato register. So i kindly request to management, bod, ceo, co-founder, ca, cs all follow code o[censored]r ethics and stop fraud and cheat with customer. And refund all money to all customer which u charge name of cancellation fee immedetely. For facing competetion and run their business in india. Further i request to zomato grivence officr mam-ms. Anushree bhog pls take immedetely action regarding this and refund all customer money which u unauthorised charge in name of cancallation fee. And not provide service to customer and product not deliver to customer. Furthr i place oder on 4th may but order is cancalled by zomato excutive due to not delivery by zomato excutive. And now they not take any complain and not give complain no to customer 3 day gone not solution yet. Many reply to callcenter and team but they not take any action and support center. So kindly refund 100rs to wallet

                                      I make a order by mistake after when i realised that i made a order i cancelled that order . The order is not even start preparing. They charge full amount as cancellation fee. I need help.
                                      These type of policies that full amount as cancellation fee and there is no cancellation button in app you have to talk to customer care for cancellation and they take time too. Please help me
