I was planning to order from abhiruchi hotel and searching few more items to order. Suddenly it get placed order for 430rs and immediately i cancelled, they are saying within two days it willl get refund but including toady it's 4th day no response from zomato such nonsense app this guys are using big beggers in india. If you don't have skills to manage why you guys are wasting our time. This is not fare enough. What kind of policy do you guys are having such a nonsense, go and learn few things first and run a company, without knowledge without understanding about customer how you are maintaining chuteyey. Bludy nonsense.

    You answered my message after 50 minutes i requested for cancellation and order was not accepted by restaurant until 5 minutes order was placed within which i communicated my cancellation but it is you who didnt responded until 50 minutes. So its communication gap from your side for which i cant be charged cancellation fee when i communicated it before acceptance and when your executive who call me said no cancellation fee and now you're charging few. You can see when i requested for cancellation and when the reply was given. I requested for cancellation before it was accepted so i made request from past order which u can see in screen shot for requesting. Also ur executive said no cancellation charges.[protected] order id, mobile [protected] for which i cancelled order that was placed unintentionally. I requested for cancellation as soon as order was placed. But none responded from your side for long time. But as soon as order was accepted and delivery boy assigned, i called him and ask him to cancel order which he communicated to restaurant. After some time one of your executive call me and confirmed cancellation and he said no cancellation fee. Even i made conversation through delivery agent he said order was still not prepared but just accepted by time cancellation was done and even your executive who called me also said no cancellation charges. But now it is showing cancellation fee. I request you to solve this issue as this is my first cancellation and that too after proper communication from my side but miscommunication and late communication from your side regarding late reply for message i kept. Because i passed information regarding cancellation before order was accepted which you can see through screen shots. Also ur executive said no cancellation fee. If he said there is such i wouldn't but he didn't say that. Mobile [protected].

    When i requested cancellation at 11:30 order accepted at 11:35 and you gave reply at 12:20..its ue communication gap but i communicated cancellation before acceptance. When ypur executive said no cancellation fee when he cancelled when j pass information through delivery agent and further confirmed food ia not prepared but just accepted you cant charge me cancellation fee

      I have placed a order where zomato agent called me & said he will come in next 10 minutes as he wanted to fuel his bike tank but he didnot come nxt 25 mins & update in the app order deliver after taking the help of chat np 1 reverted my query my money has been deducted from the account but food is not delivered no 1 is bothar to reply from zomato on my query.. So zomato is a poor deliver services.

        I ordered biryani from kumbakarnas tarnaka hyderabad. One of the worst restaurant i have ever and that biryani i got was tooo cold and i think that was from yesterday's. I called to restaurant no one picked the call and no customer service for zomato # service swiggy is very very best compared to zomato. They have good customer support and response towards customers.

          Cashback credits are not credited since last two days inspite of filling complaint two times and told in the zomato chat.. As i predicted correctly i should get 48 rs cashback (30%of the last order i. E.158rs).. Everytime they told it will be credited in next 24 hrs but it is not happening.. Customer dealing and fooling customer is very common.. I suffered so many times

            Order cancelled as restaurant had closed its online delivery service. But transaction occured from my account. Customer care agent told me that refund will come in ur piggybank account in zomato within 2-3 hrs. But no refund came.
            And the same happened 2 times with me.
            So either pay cash or do online transaction on ur own risk bcoz they never listen. They only give advices and console that's it. They never return ur money.
            Zomato - worst, unreliable, not secure.

              Hello sir yesterday 02/05/2019 i will order at paisa vasool, ambavadi, ahmedabad for combo special but he will not reached the food at my home addresss which mentioned in my zomato. He will call to me and tell me that your location will see in a map is diffrant so our delivery man will not delivered the food at your location. I did not cancel the oreder and also i ask him to where the delivery man will be stand on? I will took there my orderd food but he ask that our man will not stand and waiting for you.. So please refund my 129.56 rs. Delivery man number [protected] and call center number[protected]

                I had ordered a pizza from a restaurant called "canadian pizza" (Located - pratap road, moga (142001) using zomato. I ordered a medium size pizza from the zomato app and it got delivered. However, there was no bill/invoice provided by the restaurant along with the order. So, there's no way for me to verify if what was delivered to me, actually the order that i placed or not.
                I called the restaurant owner and enquired about the same and he said that he will not provide a bill, but zomato will generate an e-reciept for the order.

                I also got in contact with zomato customer support and told them about the issue. Also made it clear that the restaurant owner is doing a tax evasion by not providing a valid bill along with the food. They responded by saying that they will share this feedback with the restaurant owner and that the owner will send me a copy of the bill via whatsapp.

                However, after that, there was no communication either from zomato or from the restaurant owner. No bill was shared with me.

                I wanted to bring this grave issue to light as many restaurants evade taxes by not issuing invoices/bills and charge all taxes for our orders. I urge the responsible authorities to take strict action against such offenders and also against companies like zomato who (Without taking action against these restaurants) are also becoming a part of this scam.

                    I order a pineapple cake from "palson bakery, patna" at 11:58a. M today which was supposed to be delivered at (Fraser road, opposite ruban emergency hospital) through the zomato app. Payment got debited from my account but the order dint got placed nor refunde. The amount deducted-196. Therefore request you to either deliver the order or refund the amount.

                      Zomato was supposed to refund a certain amount which they haven't done still...

                      I have constantly been in touch with my bank and they are unable to close on this since they haven't received the credit from zomato.

                      There's no way to contact them either since they don't respond to the customer care number. They show no interest and keep asking to drop in mails which haven't helped me in any way.

                        Zomato cancellation service is very bad. I cancelled my order due to bad food packing. Zomato ask for cancellation charge equal to ordered amount. It's wrong equal to ordered value.

                        Why should customer pay cancellation charge, if restaurant don't pack properly. Your customers are restrurent. I give you 0 star for your service.

                          Hi team,

                          Zomato agent did not delivered the food at my registered address and said that he was calling me.

                          I have already made the payment but they are refusing my refund.

                          When zomato have my address, then why they are calling me and not delivering to my address

                          I called back the agent after some time and he refused to deliver the food although he was very close to my residence.

                          Zomato should provide me with the refund as calling is not the option, agent should deliver the food at my residence where i leave with my family as the payment was already made in the advance.

                            I placed an order on zomato at 12:12 aml at burger singh. There was no contact from any executive for 40 mins. I called the restaurant they said the order is being displayed as cancelled. I tried to reach zomato customer care via the only option they give us, chat, they showd a wait time of 9 min, i waited. Its 1:06 now and now response has been given. I have my money gone and no food delivered, still hungry.

                              I ordered two coke cans and they were punctured from top. So i simply approached to their in app customer support service. But they just showing me one minute wait time from last 35 mins and now one is responding to my query. It doesn't mean that if a customer orders less costly food then you are not going to pay him any attention. Please reply in app customer service and solve my issue asap

                                I order on zomato of rs 164 at 7.10pm but i request for cancel 7.11 pm but zomato dont help me for cancel order. They can reply 7.27 pm too late reply... And my order is cancelled by delivery boy and also my money is deducted without my permission. When i ask why money not refunded they told that is penalty charge but i was cancelld by 7.11 pm so why my order not cancelld?

                                    I had ordered from zomato on the same address which i used from the address book given in the app,

                                    Zomato has delivered multiple times on my address but this time due to some issue with their app it was showing a different address,

                                    The zomato valet was not delivering to my original address, they cancelled the order without even asking me and charged penalty,

                                    This has happened with several customers and zomato shamelessly says that the address was incorrect,

                                    They should take customer service seriously and refund customer's money.

                                      Sir/madam my account is blocked from i'm unable to order my food. Last week the food delivered to me was filthy and spoiled i posted my pictures and talked to customer service but the lady over there was very rude and without proper knowledge on the issue she done it. I'm really a fan of zomato and a happy customer but incident like this really feels hard to digest. I please request you to look into the issue and do justice.

                                      I ordered veg Manchuria fried rice, but they sent no veg one, we are feeling nauseating and vomited, understand how we feel. Zomato escapes from responsibility. My family is nauseated to vomiting.

                                        Zomato blocked my account without telling anything, i only complaint of one food which I got in very bad condition, , , supported snaps already sent thereafter they refunded my entire money in zomato wallet & blocked my account... Y such kind of malpracticing allowed?? As a consumer I have right to say what I got i[censored] don't want then don't refund, , but after giving refund and also I have previous transaction money and cashback... It's worst.
