I placed an order on 30th april 2019, order no :[protected]. The delivery boy called me saying that he has brought my order (He called me once).

The delivery boy was on the ground floor and my office is on 4th floor and it takes 3-5 mins to reach ground floor and as soon as i reached ground floor (Within 3 mins) the delivery boy was not there i called him and he dint pick my call and i checked that my order was canceled. I called him back from different no and he said he has canceled my order.

The delivery boy did not even wait for 2mins and canceled my order. This is totally wrong deliver boy should understand the situation of the customer.

And similar situation has taken place with my friends i think the delivery boys are doing this intentionality as the undelivered order does not reach back to the restaurant. I have confirmed it from the restaurant also that if customer cancels the order it does not go back to the restaurant.

Moreover the i tried contacting the customer service through chat option and email but did not get any response from them. I have send multiple emails they have not responded to any of my email and the chat option provided on the app is not at all helpful.

Now because of his mistake of the delivery boy i have been charged the full amount without consuming the food. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money.

Order on 7.37 pm.
Delivery come on my room 8.22 pm.
Then he doesn't give me parcel.
I want refund amount
The Zomato took the payment of 1832 rs and the bill given by the restaurant is 1380. Such a big difference.request to refund the amount excess charged.

    I placed an order at 11:30 in the night. Order gets processed and is pre paid. Delivery is supposed to be in 35 minutes but i never get the food. The delivery person moves to some opposite direction and stops for an hour and switches off phone. I start talking to chat support but i get no response. Its 2 am i am hungry and have no clue where my 300 rupees went. I contact on twitter but they say they are sorry and ask order id. After i give them id they do nothing.in the morning i get a notification at 6:30 am that your food has been delivered. I never got the food. Never got support. Never got my money back. This food theft has happened to me before but they gave me refund back then but this time they have done it. 4 days and no recall. I will never place an order again and might even go legal coz even though the money is little i dont want to get scammed and left hungry. Just because we are indians a company cant just scam us off our money in blind sight.

    First thing. I ordered food..came after 40 mins but in a trash mode. When i tried reaching support the wait time was more than 15 mins.. I am fed with zomato

    Past two months back I was terminated from Zomato i don't know the reason...
    And I visited to Zomato office in koramangala they are telling that termination happened from delhi...Please rejoin me as soon as possible
    Today I ordered 2 items from zomato online delivery. But after 1 hour delivery boy called and said order cancel due to wrong location.but my location is perfectly alright.please refund money in my account otherwise I will launch a complain against zomato to consumer forum. It's a totally fraud service.

      Hi team,

      Due to incorrect address, delivery person tried to reach me via your customer support. However, due to natural call issues, i was late in responding to your calls and with in 5 mins i tried to reach your delivery person. However, he told that he rejected the order and told me that he is returning to restaurant, but did not returned in real.

      I was charged around rs.400 and even food also did not deliver. No support was provided in any form.

      Please help me.

      I had ordered food from Shawarma Nation on the 2nd of May at 1.50 am but it was at the wrong address so I cancelled the order. The order was prepaid from my Paytm wallet. But, after cancellation the amout for the order i. e. Rs 340 was not returned to my wallet. The chat support shows a penalty of Rs 340 was charged which seems unreasonable.
      I have ordered two milkshakes but when i have received that parcel it was not properly packed and everything gets scattered in polythin bag !!

      You guys have spoiled my mood as well as my Money. Next time i wont place any order from zomato and never suggest any one to use it !!
      I have placed an order today (25.04.19) . Amount Rs.871 is deducted from my account but order was not placed. I have called zomato customer care many times but they are not responding. What is the procedure to get the amount refunded.
      please reciprocate at the earliest.
      I placed an order for one full Chilli Chicken. I received a normal size box with with mere three small pieces.
      I duly registered a complaint, and No action was taken.

        I placed two mutton briyani from nasar idiyappa paya unavagam, thanjavur through zomato app on 20th apr at 2.37pm worthrs 270 then i received a call from zomato delivery boy stated that mutton briyani went out of stock so i cancelled the order. And i was notified that refund process initiated trasnsaction details:[protected]
        Anda refund reference number is[protected]. But still no amount is credited yet. It has been a week there is no changes in my statement.

          Order number [protected] from durgapur placed at dominos durgapur. the order was rejected but amount has not been refunded.payment made using UPI from number [protected] on april 29, 2019 at 6:30pm for an amount of 418INR.

            I am writing for a non delivery of my order by a zomato valet. The valet didn’t contact me and didn’t even come to my address for delivery. As soon as i saw the update that the valet is out for delivery i was standing in my balcony waiting. After a long time when he didn’t appear, i called him and his phone was constantly switched off. Then i contacted the restaurant who told me that the order is cancelled and didn’t cite the reason. I called the valet again to check and by now his phone was on but he started cutting my calls. I had guests over and we were waiting for the food that we ordered for a long time. This kind of pathetic service is not expected from a brand like yours. I’m not even sure how the valets are trained at your end now. Because of this faulty service at your end i had to make a sorry face in front of my guests.

            To add to this further, you can check my previous order which was delivered just minutes before this order was supposed to be delivered. How come one valet is able to deliver and the other one is not in a span of merely 10 mins??

            To top this all your app says that my money for the order is also gone. This is sheer harassment, my order doesn’t get delivered and my money is also gone. I want full refund of my money at the earliest.

            You can see my previous orders and will understand how long my association with zomato has been. Also, zomato cannot be trusted with prepayments now as money given to you is money lost as there is no sureity whether food will come or not.

            Refund my money at the earliest.

            Zomato valet's number is switched off and after a while my order got cancelled. No refund also.

              The stupid fellow zomato person has served me non veg item instead of veg. And after that they are not responding. I am a purely vegeterian person ans i never eat non veg but this stupid fellow perosn has cheated me like that
              Please take immediate necesaary action again zomato stupid fellow.
              Otherwise i will take the necessary action against them in court.

                On 27th april, i ordered one four cheese pizza from baking bad. I placed this order through the zomato app, and was charged rs. 513.90 for it two times. The two reference numbers for the money deduction are:
                Ref#igafzyxvf1 and ref#igafzyxzs5

                On may 2nd which is today, i ordered a thali from roomali garh. This costed rs. 283.09 which was deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
                The reference number for this money deduction is:
                Ref#igagaworj6

                In total, i have lost 796.99 rupees. I expect a full and fast refund of this amount. It is very inconvenient to lose money like this. Please see what you can do as soon as possible. This is extremely frustrating.

                  I will start this email saying this -"is it a joke"

                  Few days ago, i ordered pulao and chicken bhuna from a restaurant called 'aami bangali" refer to the order number - #[protected]. However, once i unpacked the food, i found instead of pulao they sent me rice and instead of chicken bhuna they sent me chicken kosha. Unfortunately, i had already rated them before unpacking the food because of the delivery guy behaviour but that was a fault.

                  Again, today i order the same dish refer to#[protected] thought, that was a mistake may be. After placing the order, i called the delivery guy and informed him everything about the previous order. He promise me this time it won't happen again.

                  Again, again i received plain rice and chicken kosha. Please find the attached screenshot of the food received.

                  Not only i want my money to be refunded, but also i want apology from the hotel owner. We are not asking free food, if you don't have the menu with you, wipe it off from the list.

                  Zomate also should be responsible for this along with the hotel, its your responsibility as well to cross check.

                  I will make sure one thing if i am not getting proper response from zomato nobody will order from zomato in my known circle. I have a youtube channel so that i have a good contacts, do revert back asap with the resolution.

                    I kept order via zomato at sangeetha veg restaurant for two items namely onion uthappam and wheat halwa but to my surprise when i received the delivery at 12.00am and came to room opened and saw the package but wheat halwa was missing. I tried to contact zomato person through their chat window in app but they did not respond though it is showing chat wait time as 1 minute. Secondly then i called to restaurant people for the same they responded stating they handed over the item to zomato rider. So the wheat halwa was missing from the order and zomato people are so insensitive to customer issues... I want the issue to be resolved with a penalty on them

                    See the zomato support sir...even without trying to resolve the issue they sent a message stating the issue would have been resolved ...so pathetic is their way of treatment to customers need to take some punitive action against the concerned authorities...else they cheat people in a bigger way

                      I cancelled my order by mistake and i told zomato chat guys about it but still they do not refund my amount saying retro has made its order they will be in loss. I told them to deliver my order than but they refused. Restro told me that my order is ready but zomato is not giving them money as they are saying customer has cancelled. Zomato people are making fraud with me as well as retro.

                        I ordered cake at 3.30 pm today from cake 24x7 vasantkunj. Delivery boy sonu @ [protected] came..

                        Delivery boy told he rang door bell and kept cake out side door as my wife get delayed by 5 min in opening door..

                        In 5 min he told my cake got stolen.
                        This guy taken it back and when my wife called to check, he start misbehaving.

                        She recorded all communication.

                        I will do police fir against zomato and sonu, for this if zomato not take quick action.

                        This is not about cake or any delivery boy from zaomato.. But this is reputation of zomato.

                          I have order food from kafe9 kasba on wednesday around 8:27pm of amount rs 880, but sadly i didnt receive the order. The delivery boy is saying he called me though i didn't get any call but he didn't bother to deliver me at doorstep when my full address is given. On same day i ordered food from another restruant and i received the food without any ring at my doorstep.
                          I am disappointed with the delivery done by soumen on wednesday and need full refund.

                            Order ID:[protected]- Hi I have ordered the food with a proper address but your delivery agent did not come to the mentioned address he went to wrong address and at last he asked me to send the location I have sent to his whatsnumber that is [protected] after looking at the location he rejected the order stating wrong address. Is it my fault? After contacting to your customer care service I got good response stating it is my mistake so 100% penalty and there is no refund. Why should I pay the penalty for your delivery agent mistake? I want my money back

                              With above mentioned subject iam chiranjeevi s from mgit college hyderabad, i visited to a frame kitchen restaurant near to my college with zomato gold visit id 12528859, as for zomato gold terms and conditions zomato gold is applicable only on dines it is not applicable on parcel or delivery

                              Hence i placed on order by using gold benefit but their is no free drinking water if table service served,
                              It means how the zomato choose the restaurant as gold selected restaurant if it won't provide free drinking for table service??

                              In such cases it should provide parcel or delivery or should provide or select which hotel give the free water for dines service or otherwise indirectly zomato is supporting to the restaurant to stop giving free drinking water

                                Respected sir/ ma'am,
                                I am a regular customer of Zomato, today i found something very strange from there side.
                                My account was working all well till the noon. suddenly when i opened it in evening
                                It shows online ordering service has been disabled due to suspicious behaviour.
                                Don't know what behaviour they're talking about.
                                I issued a complaint against one of their partner restraunt for delivering incomplete order.
                                To which they apologized.
                                And send me 72 rs. (Not in account) as Zomato credit.
                                And next time when i was going to use it
                                They are showing me you're disabled.
                                No cause, no issue, no warning nothing .
                                They just disabled my account
                                And I've lost my money which was there as Zomato credits.

                                This is dictatorship.

                                  I ordered my first prepaid order from zomato & filled all my details and address as cod was not available. After some time delivery person called and said my address and his map location isnt same so he can only deliver upto the location shown to him and not to the actual address we have provided. Then there was a call from your agent and i said the whole issue. He said to contact the delivery person. Even before i could talk to the delivery person for any extra charges. Your agent had cancelled my order & my ₹587 is wasted. My address is verified on zomato app. If location shown by your map is not matching with the address i have provided, then the order should not have been accepted in the first place. Clearly this isn't my fault. There is an issue with your system. Zomato have no right to cancel my order and get my money wasted. Too disappointed with their service. I have ordered the same items on the same location just after this order was cancelled from different account which was cod. The order was accepted and delivered to my location because it was cod. I want my money back. My order no. [protected]

                                    I ordered food from zomato and i cancelled it as i wanted to modify the order. My money was deducted but after cancelling the order, i didn't got any refund.
                                    Again, i placed the order from zomato but my order didn't delivered and they show the status as delivered. My money again got deducted.
                                    Now, when i try to contact customer executives, they do not respond. Zomato has a very pathetic service. Can you help me in getting my money back.
