I placed an order rs. 171/- on 27 april 2019 on 6:15 pm (ORDER NO .[protected]) with zomato app. Money deducted but didn't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected... I refer my friends to not instal the app. If my friends already using the app then i would refer to delete the app.

    I placed an order with Zomato today on April 26, 2019 at 2.15pm. I canceled the ordered immediately after (literally within a minute) and yet my entire amount of ₹1, 874 has been deducted as a cancellation fee. I had to make an online payment since they don’t accept cash delivery for an order of over ₹750.

    I also asked their representative on support chat that if it can’t be refunded then please go ahead and continue with my order but they refused. I then emailed them about the same and they still refused to do anything about it. They don’t even provide with a customer care number. I don’t know how they’re running such a big company. They’re telling me a restaurant starts preparing a bulk order within a minute? Do they really think their customers are that naive? I would’ve accepted the amount being charged for cancellation fee if I’d have canceled even after 5 minutes but this is just such a rip off.

    It’s really unfair and although I’ve had a few disappointing experiences with Zomato, this is my first bad experience to this level. I’m a regular customer of Zomato but I don’t think I’d like to be anymore.

      As per the zomato valet suggestion i canceled the order as he did not want to travel 7 km for delivering order. I also raise a ticket with zomato but they did not reply. I want to complain against the zomato through this portal. Hope, i will get quick result from this. I also have phone recording in which valet suggest me to cancel the order.         As per the chat executive, the order got cancelled due to unreachable of my number. But i didn't get any missed calls alerts also.

        But how can you cancel my order at a peak moment where i'm dying with hunger here..?

        This is not acceptable from a reputed online ordering site like you. Hope the rightful justice will be made for me in this concern. I have lost my money & time & suffered with hunger. I think this kind of service to a loyal customer is not good for you. You can track my orders for accountability.

          I orderd from slice of italy noida through zomato services on 27th april 2019. I got a medicinal tablet in tha pasta order i order.

          I went to zomato customer service for helping out as i was terribly afraid since i almost consumed the whole food without knowing the prsence of a medicine in food.

          The agent said they contacted the restaurent and sending a replacement and they cannot give a refund. I was concerned about my health as i almost ate a food with the prsence of an unknown medicine. I thought zomato would take some actions against this. They merely ignored.

          I could have died if that medicine gave me any sideeffects. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from an food comapny like zomato. They should atleast be sure about the quality of food they are dealing with rather that dumping any kind of food to their customers.

              On 12 april 2019 i had placed an order with zomato for delivery. Later my order was not delivered to me. Amount was deducted from my bank account as i made online payment. Later i received a message from zomato that they will give me refund in 2-7 working days. But its been more then 15 working days my refund is not deposited in my account. My id is [protected]. Refund amount is rs 392/-. My refund is already delayed by many days so take action asap.

                As per our last discussion on 6th feb 2019. You guys says my restaurant will be online for zomato delivery. But since today it is not processed i talk to many of your representative i shared all of my restaurant documents twice but till today i did not receive any help from your side its freaking experience you guys do not want to add my restaurant so please say it clearly your sales team gave me one day time from last 2-3 months but it did not working out if you guys want to solve it or not clearly give me reply..

                  I live in bangalore and i was trying to change my delivery address on zomato and and once i was done, they asked me to verify my number (Which was already logged on) i typed my number and they said "you are not authorized". I thought it might be the connectivity. Sometime later, i tried again but now they displayed "your account has been blocked due to suspicious behavior". Now this is unacceptable. Being an active and almost regular customer, this is highly unacceptable. Please do look into it.

                    I ordered 2 veg thali and 1 bread stick which was ordered totally of 235 but got only 1 veg thali and 2 bread stick which was ordered totally of 170 which was not equally with 2 veg thali and 1 bread stick in case price and zomato agents are not returning my money back and even they always stuck with one word sorry. Does their sorry will return my money back?

                      First of all there is no contact number provided in the app where we can highlight the issue
                      The only option is to chat and wait for the long que for reply

                      I placed an order to lapinos pizza borivali outlet and after processing the payment i received invalid parameters but the payment got debited from my account and the order was not placed.

                      During highlighting the issue in zomato chat option i just received a reply saying it will be refunded within 5-7 working days. No complain number no detail confirmation whether the reversal will be processed.. Absolutely nothing

                      Why does it take 5-7 days??? I don't even get the order neither the savings interest on my money for 5-7 days.

                      After all that even when i am asking for the reason i simply received a reply whether i was satisfied with the answer or not??? And after that there is no reply

I ordered twice by mistake on zomato first order was correct and i paid but second order was mistake and i paid in advance i cancelled the order right after talking with hotel also they told that we put ur order in wait list u please cancel so i cancelled my order in maximum 5 minutes.                           I was ordering food from zomato, i paid the amount using zomato cashback. The money got deducted but the order is not placed. There is no response from zomato customer service.
                          Zomato's service is gone downhill and still going. Please if anyone can help please do to retrieve the money that is deducted for no reason. Its the last time i am ordering from zomato.

                            I had placed an order for black beast (A paneer veg sandwich) and what i got was a sandwich with meat in it. And this, unfortunately, i got to know after taking a bite out of it. Being a pure vegetarian it felt revolting after understanding what just happened. This was a gross negligence from the restaurant side which resulted in putting physical and well as emotional strain on me, exactly opposite of what good food is supposed to do.

                            The order detail on zomato shows the correct item only. And the delivery from the restaurant did't even had a bill attached with it.

                            Zaomato has not even bothered to refund the bill amount as a courtesy after contacting them about the problem.

                            I would like to receive a full refund for my bill amount as well as a compensation for all the emotional and physical trauma this incident had caused me.

                              I have ordered yesterday 9:45pm from burger king, zomato delivered it around 10:30pm, when i checked the packing, found 1 burger and 1 patty are missing. Also 2 cheese slice was missing. All the burger were in bad condition.

                              Immediately tried to contact support, but the agent replied me after 35 min and after read my message he again went offline.

                              I also called burger king for missing item, but the manager told we are not responsible, you need to contact zomato only

                              I have attached the photo of food, screenshot of chat.

                              Here i noticed that this might be planned fraud from both party zomato and burger king, they are cheating the customer and not taking responsibility.

                              Suggest me if i can take any legal action against zomato.

                                Yesterday i had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant from where i ordered they delivered me a not satisfyingfood the rasmalai was very hard and when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded back my money but after some time they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they all went unresponsive from yesterday onwards i have wrote them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this as because my money is there in that account.

                                    I have kept an order on 25th april 2019 at 7:21 pm order no : [protected] delivery boy no : [protected]. At 8:10 pm still it showed that my food is being prepared i never experienced this much of delay so i called delivery boy and he said that he haven't received any order maybe the has been assigned to another delivery boy then i called the restaurant where i have ordered they said it's not their mistake it's all up to zomato delivery boys so i checked the app still it haven't changed the delivery boy status and even haven't shown any improvement in my order status so i called delivery boy he said he don't know and immediately i got a message saying sorry... Even i tried reaching out zomato chat even their i haven't got any proper response.

                                      I ordered for a grilled sandwhich through zomato. It priced rs. 80. I submitted the debitcard payment details and clicked for place order. I selected the otp option. Otp was sent to my mobile. I enterrd the otp but the order was not placed and cash was debited from my account.
                                      I again clicked for otp and order was placed. But again cash of rs. 348.75 was debited from my account. If you could please look into this. Thank you.
