On 22/04/2019, I have placed an order of Rs. 97 approx. Somehow, delivery address (sector 18, Gurgaon) was mentioned wrong. I request delivery boy to deliver it at my area(sector23, Gurgaon) but he told me to wait in the meanwhile, he will talk to his support. And after 2 minutes I have got a call from Delivery support regarding the same, I have requested him to deliver it at my area, but he denied. Than I told him let me talk again with the delivery partner. As, delivery partner was ready to come in the Sector 22, Gurgaon market, and I was about to leave from my home to pick up the parcel. But Zomato cancelled my order and did not refunded back. I request them, that I did not cancelled it, why they had did it without my knowledge. It Is my loss of money, loss of time and Mental harassment.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Kindly assist refund this amount.
