I have order some food item from drunken panda an hotel in kochi from zomato app. I have oredered the same on[protected].37 am) paid through online.
I was waiting for this order for more than 2 hrs and was not able to wait anymore. So ihave reported this issue in zomato app enquiy. They told me that the order is still on and the delivery agent is 20 minituse away from the order so i waited more and more finally i called up the agent. And the agent was rude and harsh at which i could not tolerate. The agent told me the agent called me and i was not picking up his calls thats why he cancelled the order.
The important thing is that i diddnt recive any calls from the zomato agent or zomato. He was just arguing on the same and behaved so rude and very harsh. He was questioning on my rights. It created a bad impression on my credibility. I couldnot tolerate on this. After the agent call got over i called the customer care to see the stand on that and they also was harsh on me which was indeed an really sad and bad experience for me.
As per the details mentioned above i have attached the call history details and chats and order detail screenshots. And the chat recieved from the driver.
This issue was a disgrace to my dignity and violation of my rights. As the order was cancelled very lately and i couldnot find any other restarant open at that time and was not able to satsfy my hunger. Iam still starving at point of writting this complaint.
The refund is just easy thing which can be provided by the zomato. I need compensation on the time wasted and violation of basic rights

    I had ordered paneer satay from go crazy restaurant order no [protected] on 25th april at 01:21 am
    Order amount 165

    The order which came was fully burnt, too oily and didn't smell or taste good, i took up the issue on the chat support, but even after repeated requests the chat support i just got a credit of 41 in my wallet and a a sentence which said, well share the feedback with the restaurant, the food which could not be eaten and had to be thrown, i did not even get a proper support let alone any kind of refund or even a replacement, just 41 and ignorance from the zomato chat support

      Yesterday i ordered food from zomato where there's a deal that you will get 40%of[censored]pto rs.100 and you will get 30% cashback once the team you predicts win. Today was banglore vs punjab match where i got my peediction right on banglore. So according to zomaro i should get 30% money back i ordered food for rs.703 and i got a cashback of rs.60 such a misleading advertisement as well as its a case of fraud. I hope necessary action will be taken

          I have by mistakenly placed the order which salad from the herbiary (Malad) because i was searching some more restaurant but order got placed next movement i called to restaurant to cancel the order i dint even took more then 30sec to call, but restaurant person guide me to call on zomato for cancellation, in zomato app there is no other option for cancellation now i have been penalty charge amout 376 no reason, wud request you to please refund me amount.

            I have ordered today for samosa and poha from sahu hotel raipur and delivery boys says that location is not correct but i have given my correct address and he called and said that u have to send anyone to receive the parcel in between the location or else we will cancel your address and now order is cancelled and also i called multiple times to owner of sahu hotel he is also not receiving our phone calls i want my refund today plz pay my amount

              Yesterday i order from jagdish food. And rider rejected my order. And i not received my order and also my money gone because i already paid through debit card. I also tell how to come there.
              Zomate customer care number not working
              No reply from their email id.
              Customer chat is rediculus. They cant take any steps. Just chat.

              My refund amount=
              Zomato credit=69+25 (Paid via card)+34 match credit
              Total refund=128

              I want my money refund all. And also strict action against zomato rider who behave rudely.

                I ordered food from zomato today. I had paid through the card and my order was prepaid. I kept on waiting for the order atleast 2 hours but the order didn’t reach me. After that, I saw the app to check delivery status and I saw " your order got cancelled due to long distance".

                I have tried to call multiple time to Zomato customer care but phone was not connected and I could not get any help from their end .

                  This entire issue explains over a series of insult and shame faced by me on an order placed in zomato and the order id is [protected]. Please read as this one is sooo shameful and would be interesting

                  Part 1:

                  On my order no update was given and the delivery has been marked completed delivered . When I reached the chat support right from 9 pm till 12 am the Chat service agent gave a 23 credits. I was never desperate for their credits . I asked where my food is which I paid for!!
                  Now comes the real picture of how Zomato treated me as a customer. I asked about my food delivery and you gave 23bucks . What is this ? Did I sound like a beggar to them ? I have paid zomato and it’s their responsibility to render the service for what I have paid for . It’s again I had to follow up asking where is my order and NOONE FROM Zomato TEAM APPRISED ME about the delivery being late. Totally unacceptable!!!

                  Part 2
                  As I emailed the management team. About the poor quality I cc’ed the COO of zomato
                  A team lead called me the next day and apologises and ask my date for a free meal from their side .I did tell him about the poor quality of service and I got the refund.on him compelling for a meal invite I did get compromise on that as part my money got refunded and zomato could have left me as it. Now the second insult comes . The team assured me a lunch today which I never volunteered . I did mention in my last email to them zomato can arrange lunch “if it’s okay”.
                  So they have sent me a note for the same for today around 1 pm and I had cancelled my personal plans and appointments. Around 12:45 pm today I emailed and asked about the status as usual NO ONE CALLED ME and left me waiting the whole time I sent email twice and then I got an apology call.
                  Such a shame on zomato as they insulted me over and over in different occasions totally ridiculous and in acceptable which caused me pain and shame and insult

                    On 23/4/19 i had done an order from zomato and on zomato premier league i was won and they have given only 5 rs after complaining they added more 16rs in my wallet but they are telling about 30% of bill value my order was of rs 100 what is the 30% of rs 100 and in customer support they are responding very late and tell me what is the 40+30% cashback meaning if i am not getting this.

                      I placed an order from theque crazy restaurant, durgapur, west bengal., and they cancelled the order for some address issue. Everyday i use zomato with same address which was set itself by a zomato vallet but today they cancelled the order.. My payment was done online by phone pay.. And i even did chat with zomato assistant but all in vain. I am very much dissappointed by this kind of service by zomato.. Please kindly solve my complaint and refund my money back.

                        I have order some food from zomato.
                        I have mentioned complete address which was gurgaon. After payment i have checked that location was wrongly selected by your gps system.

                        Then i called to deliver person that please deliver my order in gurgaon not in delhi. He said we can't deliver in gurgaon. Then i said please cancel my order. After that i received call from zomato customer care they said we are cancelling your order. I said ok.

                        After that they said you will not receive any refund, because food was prepared.

                        I said why, if i cancelled my order within 5 minutes then how food will prepared & it was not my mistake you can check i have mentioned complete address of gurgaon.

                        Please tell me about my refund status asap.

                          They have delivered stale food at night to us.
                          And when we raise a complaint later they say it had to be raised within 2hr.
                          So basically they are least bothered about the customer problem and situation and they dont care if customer had food at night or not.
                          As i was late in raising the complaint they are putting the blame on us and are not providing any compensation.

                          Even being a zomato gold customer this is servixe i recieved from the zomato support and they were rediculously rude and adament.

                          First time I used zomato app always used swiggy earlier and to my bad luck my very first delivery was undelivered and my money was charged. The order no is [protected]. This is pathetic and worst service I am utterly disappointed and annoyed.

                          Making someone hungry and charging him is worst

                          My account was deactivated without any prior notice or warning.
                          I should have been given at least a warning before my account was deactivated.

                            I ordered Domino's Pizza today i.e. 18.04.19 from Ooty my order number was [protected] this order was not delivered to me but I paid the amount of 299.
                            Hi I live in Surat on 9th April I had order shake from crussh via zomato due to some reason restaurant cudnt deliver me my order. Now it's been 18th April I have not got my refund. This is highly unprofessional behavior. There's no one at customer care center to attend the call.
                            I have submitted my order of 72rs and plus i have used my zomato credits the amount was deducted from my credit card but the order was not processed what pathetic service is zomato giving to its customers.
                            Payment is deducted but order not placed. It is showing some missing parameters. Also tried to contact customer support but they are not answering the chat.
                            I have placed one order through zomato and i wanted it to be cash on delivery but the amount has been automatically deducted from my paytm account...so i was trying to cancel that order and trying to reorder the same but i got the message that it is penalty amount..please refund my amount as soon as possible

                              I have noticed that zomato has deducted various amounts from my Paytm account without my consent or knowledge against the orders that has not been placed by me. These orders are also not shown in my zomato app.

                              The payments has been deducted since last few days... I have noticed when i have seen monthly statement from paytm

                              There are various deductions in total of 3000 above.

                                I recieved bad and damaged pizza today evening. When i reported the same to support representative, he said he can't help as i always demand refund for orders and threatened me of legal action. He escalated the issue and refused to justify his words about taking legal action. He was vey rude and denied me when i asked for apology or contact details of zomato media officials.

                                They showed me that I have 120 credits, I can use it to buy foods. But when I was ordering foods, The billing amount was Rs 115 after applying the credit. But they deduced Rs 235. The I asked them to cancel the order as the amount deduced was more than what they have showed, they didn't cancel the order.

                                  I had ordered for pizza from dominoz whitefield (Bangalore) on 21st april at 11 15pm and the order was arrived after 12 30 am, almost after 1 30 hour hour and the number provided by them was not responding at all. And then it sounded busy and again not reachable, and when the delivery boy was questened about this, he said iwill get the cashback since it was their mistake to deliver it too late, that too in the midnight,...

                                  I have called the zomato support person ([protected]) for refund that was initiated previously for my food order missed one item which i didn't get my refund back so i registered complaint for the refund then i got a mail with the mentioned phone number from the zomato to resolve the issue then i called that person he asked the bank details.

                                  Then the zomato support person is a fraud who have stolen 800 rupees from my account....

                                  On 22/04/2019, I have placed an order of Rs. 97 approx. Somehow, delivery address (sector 18, Gurgaon) was mentioned wrong. I request delivery boy to deliver it at my area(sector23, Gurgaon) but he told me to wait in the meanwhile, he will talk to his support. And after 2 minutes I have got a call from Delivery support regarding the same, I have requested him to deliver it at my area, but he denied. Than I told him let me talk again with the delivery partner. As, delivery partner was ready to come in the Sector 22, Gurgaon market, and I was about to leave from my home to pick up the parcel. But Zomato cancelled my order and did not refunded back. I request them, that I did not cancelled it, why they had did it without my knowledge. It Is my loss of money, loss of time and Mental harassment.

                                    I have recieved no help from your end till now. I have been screaming on top of my lungs that, i received an incomplete order, spoke to your support through zomato chat & in place of crediting my account with ₹414 ruppees, you people blocked my account & now somebody claiming to be from your end (Deepak kumar) has blocked my number & tried to loot me through my bank details! I'm going to post this complaint everywhere until one of you calls me & resolves this issue.
