This Zomato take my order at 10:40 p.m.
the Zomato app is showing your food is ready . After 10 min it's showing the delivery boy Abhishek Poddar is on the way after 45 min it cancel my order at 11:20 p.m. I call the delivery boy many times but didn't pick my call. I tried to contact Zomato support for food from other restaurants but it's not response me .now no restaurant is open and I have to sleep without dinner I need compensationbr...

I ordered abt 2 n half hours ago... N now my order stand cancelled due to temporary glitch at zomato end... Aap kept on showing dat order has been picked up... Which never reached me... My guest had arrived... N u had caused such a embarrassment to me... Who will pay for my reputation... M u take money at dat instance... Y refund take such along time... Order was an ice cream... Placed an order yesterday from down town kitchen (Order i'd : [protected]) as i had guest over so it was a bulk order, the zomato app showed the "food was on its way" message for almost 1.5 hours, i tried calling the restaurant but both numbers were not reachable and apparently they're still not so i went to chat support, even they couldn't reach the restaurant or the delivery person and were continuously asking me to wait. I have order food through zomato. I got the rotten/spoiled food from pritam dhaba amritsar. My 3 year old daugther, me and wife also had it. We all fell ill and now dont know who among is responsible for this big blunder with customer. I also did not find any link on zomato app to register a complaint. We ordered trusting zomato so i believe they should compensate me....

Sir why you have blocked my account . I have also 441rs in my zomato wallet. I don't know what's my mistake or it's your mistake. I placed total 4 order. Please do something and trust me sir only complaint for bad quality of food. This not my intention to refunding the amount. Next time i will not complaint in anyway that if my food is rotten.so now please sir unblock me....

I wanted to modify the order and hence cancelled the order.And i ordered right away.They are charging me for that.And this policy is not mentioned any where atleat before cancellation they should have told me. They said it would be turned and all ### and after 4days they now saying ot wont be.I need the refund or else stop this app.

I ordered biryani from Behrouz Biryani through Zomato. This was around 21st march. Since then I've contacted your chat service several times and they keep saying that my money will be refunded.
But I never got it. Such a waste of time.

I have placed an order with zomato of id [protected]. Restaurant has accepted the order and again rejected it without any call or intimation and updated the status as my number not reachable... My number is in reachable location and if suppose my number is not in reachable area i will get the missed call alerts... That was not done.. Means it is in reachable area...

I dropped mail to [protected]@zomato.com and the customer care people...

I ordered chicken strips and chicken pizza (Rs 158.80) with coupon. I placed the order at 18:29 and was checking the live map and the delivery guy was driving to somewhere else and it kept showing "14 minutes more". I had to cancel the order because it's too much wait time and when i cancelled the order i didn't even get a refund. When i check with zomato (Zomato support chat) it said "order was cancelled with a penality of 158.80 rupees....

Placed an order from my zomato app, waited for 1hour :30 minute but order didn't deliver. When the order arrived nuggets were all over the place and mayo dip was missing, i did contact the customer care through zomato chat the said i will recieve a full refund in 48 hrs, it's been 7 days still didn't receive a refund.

I sent them another text 48hrs ago the said refund will be done in 24hrs. Still didn't receive the refund, they gave me 97₹ as apology, ordere...

With reference to the captioned order no. I have enclosed the pics of foods and label used to pack the food. I have already have a chat with zomato customer service executive and they have also agreed to refund the payment but the food quality anf the response given by then for order no [protected] is highly disappointing.

I am in process to lodge online complaint in consumer forum against the food delivered...

We ordered food, they accepted, but not delivered. We called respective person, he said his bike is repaired. He told me that some other person will deliver the food. But no one delivered.
