I was given a list of restaurants available in my area and after order been placed it was accepted and valet was also assigned to me. After all these the order was canceled without any intimation to me and i came to know about the following when i contacted my valet to enquire about my delayed order delivery. And the customer care is saying that there valet was not available for delivering but when i spoke to the valet he responded that the order was cancelled only from their management side and he had nothing to do with it

    Dear sir
    I have made advance payment for my order of shrikhand through zomato application. After one hour their customer care calls me that your order is cancelled. When i asked them about reason, no appropriate answer was given. And also they said if amount will get refunded, it may tak 7-8 working days.
    My concern is that if they are unable to complete order they should have intimated me early so that i could order from other restaurants and also they were rude in call.

    Please took it as serious concern and i want early action upon this matter.

      I order an item my money got successfully deducted but zomato failed to process it. I contacted representative they said you will receive money within 48 hours its been a while and there is no sign of refund i checked my upi paytm status it was successfully paid but zomato app completely decline of receiving money looked like some kind of bug in the app this could have been resolved by refunding but here's how it goes second time chatting with dumb zomato representative iam attaching screenshot for your reference

        Hi team,

        I am mohit, i have seen an offer on a restaurant called 'taco ice cream'and offer name was bogo but while i open that restaurant there is no bogo tag on any item.

        So, i contacted to zomato chat support and my chat got started with an executive but that person was not able to help me.

        I asked my issue to that person and he/she asked me to share a screenshot for the same.

        When i clicked on camera icon it was not showing me an option to go to gallery to select that screenshot.

        Then i informed the same to that person and then he/she asked me that zomato does not have that option to take attachments.

        It feels like that person was making fun of me.

        After that i asked then why did u asked me to share the screenshot then he/she did not replied back for around 15 minutes.

        This is such a harassment of a customer from a brand support side.

        I need a resolution for the same and i want a strict action to be taken for that or i want compensation for that harassment.

        I have also shared 2 attachments for the same.

        One if that offer and another one is in which that agent did not replied me for more than 15 minutes.

          My zomato account has been blocked. When i tried to reach customer service by mail they just said account has been blocked due to suspicious activity and we cannot unblock.
          When my account is blocked am i not supposed to know the correct reason or complete details about that?
          And also they do reply only when i ask them a couple of times for an update.
          Please resolve this for me

            While placing the order online on zomato app for food delivery, i did the online payment by debit card and 136/- got deducted but order couldn't get placed, it showed "parameters missing", i would like to have full refund asap

            Zomato app - 9834 food truck, ahmedabad - home delivery - billing amount rs. 136/- on april 20th, 2:30pm

            Please address the issue and refund the money asap

              I placed an order rs. 164/- on 14:13:29 with zomato app. Money deducted but didn't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected... I refer my friends to not instal the app. If my friends already using the app then i would refer to delete the app

                I gives the order today 20/4/2019 in zomato.
                Order number is [protected].

                The quality is very bad and dangerous.
                I gives the order sandvich idada and send me sandvich dhokla
                And cooking instruction not follow

                And i paid 73 rupees for this order.
                So i complaint in zomato support so they till me i give you refund only 45 rupess.
                I want 73 rupees refund

                  In jan zomato’s number of accounts were hacked. The hacker then placed bogus orders. My account was one of them - rs1080 worth of domino’s pizza ordered in mumbai whereas i’m in delhi. Money deducted from my attached paytm account. Domino’s immediately canceled my order but zomato is not refunding my money. My account has also been blocked bcoz zomato found it was hacked. Now chat service says that i shud email them which i did... But no response.
                  Instead of spending millions of dollars on ads, they shud spend a fraction on customer service.
                  And i’m a gold member... So much for being a vip member.

                    I have order the food yesterday at night and unfortunately make the wrong order, within next 5 minutes i was contact with custiomer support zomato and cancel order. But they had charge me 100% cancellation charges.

                    When order going to cancel they are details about anything that charges are applicable.

                    How this will fare that anyone takes 100% cancellation charges.

                    Its totally a fraud with customers without any information.

                      I ordered food from giani's, dehradun but it never got delivered to me. The delivery boy said he will talk to the restaurant but they also didn't refund. Then i constantly talked to customer support and they told me they will credit the amount but they never did also their customer service number doesn't exist.. And their delivery support is also not working. I think they are running some type of fraud please kindly look into this matter.

                        Pleae take it as an official complaint as i am really dissatisfied with the service i have got from zomato.. I have been using this app from a long time but my recent experience is just unbelievable with zomato.. I have paid for my past 5 orders after waiting for an hour or so i get a reply your order has been cancelled and when you try to speak to customer service on chat you get a reply after 15 minutes we hope you were happy with the services without getting any response from them.. I have the call recording and the order details

                          Hi team,

                          I had placed the above order at 7:51 pm, and cancelled the order at 7:53 pm.

                          But the whole amount was charged as cancellation charge.

                          The reason of charging the was that the restaurant had started preparing it? Is it possible that restaurant started preparing the order within 2 minutes of placing the order?

                          I called the restaurant to confirm, they had not started preparing the order.

                          Please help me and refund the cancellation fee of 235/-.

                            I have ordered food from firangi bake, kaggadasapura at 7:04pm ist today. Then i have received a call at 7:06 from the restaurent directly (Phone number :[protected] they said that they are unable to send my order. Hence would cancel the order so that i would get my amount back in my simpl account. After my thorough folowup with irresponsive zomato customercare for 2 hours, they have updated that the order is delivered. But i have not received my order. What should i do now? Where is my order?                               We had ordered for chinese food from hong kong express, defence colony, new delhi and had paid the full amount through my credit card. The delivery boy went back without delivering the food and zomato cancelled the order and refused to deliver the food as well as refund our money.

                              Please do not trust zomato as they will take your money and not deliver the food.

                                I have ordered chilli chicken. My order no [protected]. It was mentioned that i will recieve 5pieces chicken. But i got 3and half pieces. The chicken quality is worst. Its not fresh. I sent photos of my food to the customer support and asked for refund. But they didnot respond properly. I want my money back. I want to make complain against zomato. Do respond

                                  Hi, after complaining so many times i didn't get my refund back. Whenever i talk to your representative they simply say it will reflect on your account in 5-7 business days but it didn't. So, after that i stopped placing order from zomato instead i started using swiggy whose service is far better than yours. Very disappointed.                                     We ordered a medium sized pizza from pizza house along with pepsi on 4th april, 2019. We live in a college and delivery guys are allowed inside the main gate if the have bike papers. We have always seen delivery guys coming up to our hostel. The delivery guy assigned to us in this case does not have the bike papers (Which is not my concern). He refused to come to my hostel and was continuously asking us to come to the main gate, which we refused to do as it is very far from my hostel. He also asked us to cancel our order. The zomato help line chat did not help us at all and at one point even threatened to charge us. This was a very poor customer service from zomato which was not at all expected. The email address used for the order was [protected]@gmail.com. The name and contact details of the delivery person is santosh ([protected]).

                                      2 days before an amount of ₹125.50 was detected from my paytm wallet for the order which i don't even know...

                                      I want my whole money to be refunded to my paytm wallet
                                      It's unfair why customer are facing any problems of money imposed to them illegally
                                      Without ordering anything...

                                        I have placed the order from my laptop and i dint have my phone with me. Immediately after placing the order i have informed the customer support the same and they said it is not an issue. I also mentioned that im in first floor of the building. The delivery boy went to 2nd floor and cancelled the order. This i came to know when i saw that the order has been cancelled. I reached out for my phone as soon as possible and then called the delivery boy. This is a complete miscommunication between the customer support and delivery boy.
                                        Address i have mentioned in the order: vivekananda library, flat 201, h. No 3-4-615, besides airbus apartment, vittalwadi, himayatnagar, hyd 29, venkata swamy nagar, narayanaguda, hyderabad. I have never mentioned 2nd floor in the address. I repeatedly told the support that it is the first floor.
