I ordered grilled chicken nugget with mayo dip.
When the order arrived nuggets were all over the place and mayo dip was missing, i did contact the customer care through zomato chat the said i will recieve a full refund in 48 hrs, it's been 7 days still didn't receive a refund.
I sent them another text 48hrs ago the said refund will be done in 24hrs. Still didn't receive the refund, they gave me 97₹ as apology, ordere was 400₹.

Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
He sent me link of terms and condition which I m sure no one go through while registering for Zomato account because of too much small content. Anyway I read those too but it is not there that door bell would not be used, replied back to him and awaiting response. Zomato we know same company recently whose guy found stealing customer food and now this is next level of fraud. Cellular network is not in control of clients, mine address was complete and very specific.
