Last day i order from taste and try but i see all time this hotel send us rotten foods after complain they refund me but for hide they just banned my account for no reason just to exposed restaurant they banned me please i just lost all respects from zomato never want to use in future please unbanned my account i have many credits left so please request you to do it faster that ever

    I ordered food from smally's resto cafe ulsoor - through zomato, at 10:02 pm - the wait time given was 25-35 min, i get a strange call from [protected] at 10:35 saying in very rude tone calling from zomato that the order you placed is not available so we are canceling your order so i asked if i can replace my order then he said i have to check with the restaurant and will get back to you after waiting for 30min - 11:01 pm i get a call from zomato valet sunil saying i am calling from zomato and asked for my address i explained the address and asked if he is getting the same order he said i am getting 2 burgers, i said i didn't ordered burger - the i started chatting with the zomato agent on app - after raising the concern abhishek called me at 11:15 pm he also stared the conversation in very impolite way which pissed me off and i tried to explain them that i have ordered for the amount value is rs-215 and what you have sent me is for rs-75 how can i accept that order but didn't listen and cancelled my ordered and i felt humiliated and cheated by the entire incident. Zomato is doing wrong business. My order no. Is - [protected] - pfa

      Dear sir

      With reference to the captioned order no. I have enclosed the pics of foods and label used to pack the food. I have already have a chat with zomato customer service executive and they have also agreed to refund the payment but the food quality anf the response given by then for order no [protected] is highly disappointing.

      I am in process to lodge online complaint in consumer forum against the food delivered and response given by zomato.

      I feel that the company should stopped deliver the food of such restaurant which are serving different food in restaurant and having seperate food for delivery as it may cause health issue to customers.

        We ordered food, they accepted, but not delivered. We called respective person, he said his bike is repaired. He told me that some other person will deliver the food. But no one delivered. Again i called same person, but he dn't picked d call. His mobile is switched off. No one responded. Amount debited in my a/c. Ref no.[protected]. Kindly do d need full.

          I have ordered food from motu seth restaurant bailey road patna today at approx 7:30 to 8:00pm. Delevery boy's name was mantu. I couldn't check the items. During eating i have seen veg jhalfrejy which cost ₹175/- was missing. I have tried to contact delivery boy, but couldn't contact. Even chat over zomato was not possible. Find out where was the fault whether at your or restaurant level and return my money.

            I placed an order on zomato on april 12 at 7:42 pm with order number [protected]. The order was placed online through card. The food was not delivered. I am being told that i am the one who canceled the order which is not true. Later i was able to contact the delivery boy but he refused to deliver the order. Now no one is taking responsibilities for my money and zomato has refused to help.

              I placed an order on april 7 through zomato for om sweets. My order was declined stating some issue with my address however all orders before nd after this were successfully delivered.

              Customer care connected me to the rider and when i explained him the way he said he won't come as he is not being paid per kilometres.

              When i sent mail to zomato describing my issue i received reply that as per zomato's new policy the amount i paid is the cancellation fee.

              With this policy who can trust that food will be delivered as the rider's will not be able to find correct address ever.

                I ordered a food from restaurant aroza casa for which i got spilled food and also insect in it. After complaining they stated refund initiated. After 8 days when i did not get my money and followed up, they said no refund was promised. I sent a mail then with chat screenshots. But still i did not get my refund. Please help on this. These people are playing with customers money and health.

                  I ordered some pizzas from domino's on 18th march in goa through zomato using the above-mentioned number. They accepted my order but didn't deliver even after 2 hours. When i made contact with the store, they told me that they don't have that pizza so they canceled that order (You guys didn't even update the order cancellation status yet). They told me that i would get the refund within 7 days. After making contact again after 10 days, they told me that they processed the refund on 19th march. They gave me some reference ids (Pgi no.[protected]= and tent no. =cc[protected] and told me to contact you with the reference ids in case i don't receive the refund as payment made through zomato gateway. When i made contact with you via chat, you don't even try to look in the problem. (Pathetic service)

                  So you are requested to look in the matter and help me to get my refund as early as possible.

                    I had ordered at 9:50pm after wait for 90 min 11:15 zemato call me and we could not deliver order.

                    Restaurant did not accept my order for 30 min. I don't wether zemato had sent there valet to restaurant are not. I think zemato is fooling and there system is not proper.

                    When order delivery time 30 min when asked in chat that told it's system problem. If you cont run close zemato why are running.

                    In feature i will never recommend any one zemato.

Ordere number :[protected], deducted rs.155 from my bank of india bank account number :[protected], but you guys shown me that time out, i repayment for next for one ordered, then when i checked my balance i shown that my balance cut rs 155 unexpectedly, me and my family a regular user satisfied user, i hope you will resolve my problem shortly and refund my rs 155 very soon.

                        Recently I have ordered my food through Zomato, the restaurants didn't delivered food correctly so I kept a complaint so they given me credits next day you people blocked my account as suspicious activity
                        This is unfair
                        Not only one order many of your orders are of very low grade quality this is the reason I have complained about it but in return you people blocked me for speaking truth, this is the way you behave with customers and play with their money
                        If you don't want to run a app please donT run but dont play with people's customers money

                        I have ordered Pizza and received burned pizza. Even after complaining no action taken.

                          I had ordered food from Zomato. And Zomato wallet personnel tried calling me for only 5 min. And cancelled my prepaid order without any waiting. And I was not refunded for order and also I am being more charged for cancellation which they cancelled.I called the wallet in 5 min and he dint even given my food. And zomato customer care Rudely replied me on chat saying this is their policy and they will not refund .

                            Pathetic service i placed a order and canceled within 5 mins and they charger full order value as cancelation fee but on 8th aptitude when they canceled my order after order and payment confirmation i have not got any compensation for this inconvenience only got refund. Its unfair that u don't even compansate for ur fault but take cancelation fee for cm request. Such a pathetic service.

                              I ordered some food they provide me wrong food on the behalf of wrong food they provide me refund but not in my account they provide me refund in his own wallet and also deducted the amount after few days saying that its validity has expired but they dont provide me expiry date and nowhere it is displayed. And if the money is mine how it has expiry. And now he stop replying me. Refund against order no. [protected] on 11th of march.

                                I ordered pasta from fit food 27 noida. I ordered this item before 11 pm. The restaurant didnt confirmed my order and even was arguing that i didnt ordered the item before 11pm. I ordered the food by the name of mahajanmrinalini and then the owner is calling me to cancel the order. High level of irresponsibility is there. We are left hungry. You can check the photo.. Give me compenstation for this. Else serious actions will be taken.

                                    I recently by mistake ordered food on zomato while seeing the promo code, and the food got ordered, i searched the app for cancelling the order but there is no option to cancel.
                                    I called the hotel and told the situation, they told there is no cancellation policy.
                                    Zomato helpline is of no use,
                                    There should be some buffer time to cancel the order.

                                      I am a regular customer of zomato. I order food almost daily but i have serious complaint regarding zpl offer and response of zomato team. Zomato started a offer of 30 percent cashback if rightly predict ipl match. But even after right prediction cashback is not coming.in fact on 9th april csk vs kkr match i predicted csk and that won but i got message that csk lose the match. At least don't change the facts. For the information of zomato team csk won this match by 7 wicket. I am attaching screenshot of that msg which i got from zomato.
                                      It is not the only case on 7th april i ordered food of amount 179 and rightly predict the zpl but i got only 23 rupees as a cashback. I chatted two days for this issue with zomato agents but they didn't give satisfactory response.
                                      Why customer take so much pain for such issues. Why anybody use zomato service.

                                        On the 9th of april 2019, i have had ordered through zomato, using code for zpl prediction, for the match csk (Chennai super kingd) vs kkr (Kolkata knight riders)
                                        Early on, i had predicted csk's victory through the zomato app, csk beat kkr by 7 wickets
                                        As i was overjoyed for the victory of my favorite team, i received a notification enunciating
                                        That my prediction was wrong, saying
                                        "oops! Csk lost the match"
                                        But clearly they won the match, and i didn't get my cashback, which i was entitled to. I hope you can fix this error, and i grant me my cash back.

                                        I paid through net banking
                                        We placed the order on Zomato and order ID is [protected]. Forgot to apply promo code so cancel the ordered to do it again.
                                        Money has been deducted and order has not supplied.
                                        When communicated customer care they promised to refund the money in 24hrs.
                                        After 3days of order now they are saying cancelled ordered can't be refunded.
                                        Today i want to buy a pizza so i paid 219rs via net banking but somehow after i payment successfull it gave me a error and when i tried to return back it shows me "do you want to cancel your order?" . Now money is debited from my bank account but nothing is showing in zomato app.i just want my refund.
