We ordered an paneer biryani from aroma's hyderabad house, hinjewadi phase 3, pune branch. We got an chicken piece in it. We are pure vegetarian people, eating meat is against our religion. We are deeply saddened by such horrible experience from zomato and on top of that, when we contacted the branch owner his was asking apology but at the same time his approach wasn't that much serious, we even heard from him stating such incident has happened in the past too and i feel zomato is also responsible for this, its your duty to check the restaurant kitchen, its hygiene before starting business with him. Zomato has broken the trust of its customer.
I want strick action to be taken against the restaurant to avoid such incidents in future! You should blacklist such hotels from your app and you need to check every restaurant which has tie-up with your company.
I at-least except above things will be action-ed on priority!!!
