Hi zomato,
Finally i am here because of the patience level that one of the representative had tested and tried. First of all, it has been a pathetic experience with zomato not because of its brand but because of its internal process. I had been facing lot of - lot of - difficulties with the delivery and the customer service. Today, i want to share one of the incidents happened on 26 mar 2019 (Today) at somewhere post 12am.
I will be attaching some screenshots of the chat that i had with the representative as a prove. Zomato i need you to see now how you are loosing lot of customers day by day. Its beem really horrible time and i really feel petty posting this in social media.
Coming to the point, i had an order that had to be delivered within 30-40 mins as per the highlight says at the restaurant home page. Restraunt name, order number, order etc everything you will find in the screenshots.
So after i placed an order wondering it will be delivered soon as said, took almost 1 hour or more - why?- because the delivery boy - he kept his phone switched off. I actually tried contacting him at first when he spoke to me saying that the restaurant took time to hand over the order. And when it was almost more than 50 min i tried chasing zomato customer service and him at the same time. His phone as i said was switched off. I tried calling the restraunt as well but they denied saying that its zomato responsibility.
So, i tried chasing badly to there customer service because its been out of patience at that time where i got irritated most with the ignorance of the person chatting with me.
Its already went late and i was waiting for the food to be delivered. But it seemed that zomato customer service really dont care. I got responses for the representative after every 5-7 mins... Or so. Chatting like a robot sending scripted texts. Everything is visible in the screenshots. I wanted to have a look by zomato ceo or higher level authority to see what exactly happen with the service.
I believe i am not only the one who is facing trouble with zomato... There must have been a lot. This is my anger that burst out when i was ignored tremendously without respecting my time. And was what given was credits as a token of apology. Nobody wants apology or credits. Everybody wants good customer service or service rather. I hope my screenshots will say the rest.
Zomato please look into this and i need an answer from you as soon as possible.

For the above order so have received spoiled Food. When I contact the agent they simply say sorry and they will try to avoid this in future. What about me? I asked for refund they say no to that.
Poor attitude. Zomato, Tamilnadu, India
