Hi zomato team,

My order id is [protected]. I cancel this order because your delivery boy deny to deliver my order within time. He told me that it was take more than 2 hour so he told me to cancel the order. Your delivery boy number is [protected] (Bharat). Kindly talk to your delivery boy. I want to refund my money with penalty charges. I think you will understand nobody can accept this type of service which take more than two hours to deliver a single pizza. I again requesting you refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise i raise my complaint in your escalation department or post my concerns on social media. Hope so you resolve this issue and i will be always connect with zomato services.

    I dont know what kind of people you hire for your chat team. But let me tell you, they are very very unprofessional. I would like to attach screenshots of the chat that i had today with one of your employees. Inspite of being a very old member of zomato (Since the time zomato was just a restaurant searching app), this kind of behaviour shocked me!! Your cce actually cancelled my order without my permission and threatened to block my profile!!! Is this what you train your cces to do when a customer is in problem? The delivery valet was taking too much time!! By saying 15 mins, 20mins, he took more than an hour. And then even before delivering, the zomato valet pressed the delivered option on his app!! I could not track him. Then when i raised the issue, the chat person delayed a lot in replying. When i wanted to talk to the manager, he started speaking in hindi, cancelled my order, and threatened to block my profile. I want this issue to be resolved asap. Also, how can someone cancel my order, when it was showing delivered on my app??!!

      I ordered food from zomato on 11th of march but when delivery person came to my office i was in meeting so when i took excuse from my current meeting and came out from room my order was cancelled, it was just delay of 2 to 3 minutes by that time my order was cancelled and zomato people says since food was prepared they can not refund. When we contacted zomato they said they will come back in 2 days but its been 3 days no reply from zomato.
      When food was ordered and payed that means consumer is need of it, we will not pick call with actual reason, cant you wait for 5 minutes.

      I have an histroy of call when i received call from zomato when i tried to call back which is only having delay of 2 to 3 mins maximum.
      Zomato is fraud, cheating people in this way.

          Zomato valet delivered us broken cake. Valet seemed very careless. I had mentioned a proper address still he took almost an hour to reach us. Delivery location is only 15min away from cake shop.
          Few hours befor i ordered a cake at b p sangle constructions, tidke colony, nashik from v m enterprises, nashik.

          Please look into this and refund me the amount

            I have ordered food which costs me rs867. 2 from burger king. The payment was done and the order was incomplete showing the issue of incomplete payment. The money was not refunded. When i tried to inquire the matter the helpline showed that they have refunded the payment where as no amount refunded was reflected in my bank account.
            Order id was [protected] from burger king sector 35 c, chandigarh.

            We are running cake shop at chennai.We raised issue 5 days back.But still no one replied.

              Hello zomato

              Recently i placed order from thali king laxmi nagar through your app but my experience was not so good..

              Actually i ordered food on my work location but some reasons i want to deliver food on my house... I call the rider (Delivery person) and request to deliver food on my house but he denied and mis behave... Use cheap language and cut the phone call...

              Zomato app deduct money from my zomato credit and i don't received any food from thali king..

              I don't want credit but please take strict action against the rider...

                I ordered food today from zomato. My contact number is [protected]. The rider that was assigned to my order told me that some other rider has picked up my food from the restaurant. After waiting for so long zomato is telling me that i asked the rider to cancel the order. I waited for one hour. They did not even give me the number of the other rider. Restaurant dsnt know anything. Zomato is cheating on customers. And at 11 pm in the night they are making fool or their hungry customers

                Order was cancelled by zomato after waiting for 2 hours post order confirmation. Useless app and poor coordination with hotel.rude behaviour of customer Support and purposefully cancelled the order against my wish. Complaining against consumer forum. Order id 78571 Dt 04.02.19

                  I order food in lucknow from
                  Khana khazana restaurant with tomato 1 paneer paratha and 1 manchow soup
                  They did not send sev with soup i call to restaurant and i have a call recording also for the same they were sorry for forgetting to send sev with soup
                  When i open the packet i checked there was no soup shere was some gravy i have share all photos on chat i asked to return the food but they deny to take back

                    Please refer to the message that had been sent from sbi regarding the payment made to zomato for the order placed:

                    Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For transaction of rs. 555.0 from a/c ending 4520 to zomato media pvt. Ltd on 13-mar-19 at 19:53 is igafpzils7.

                    Though the payment has been made, zomato did not acknowledge it.

                    Kindly help in retrieving the amount.

                      Hi, my order id is [protected], i had received an incorrect order which was stale, cold and stinking. I talked to the customer care on the app to which they said that the item is correct and regarding the quality, they said they would take care in future that it does not happen again. What crappy response was this. I expect a refund to which they are not replying yet

                        Im given order by zomato to local restaurant and my order decline by company the issue is customer phone is out of reachable
                        Im trying so much to executive no is [protected] to try understand the way but he not responding my call (After 12-15 call)
                        To worst experience with be and company says to me your refund is not eligible bcoz food is ready

                        Who's responsible for for my refund totally zomato becoz its taking unresponsive staff ant totally bluff company

                          13/03/2019 i ordered two meals (5 side dishes with payasam and fish curry) from 'ila restaurant' through zomato of which the side dishes for one entire meal was missing and payasam for both the meals were missing. On contacting the customer service with the issue and photo evidence, they started lying, saying that the restaurant is not active now since their 'building owner' died when i could clearly see that the restaurant was still active on zomato to take orders and the zomato customer service even had the audacity to tell me the items for which i paid money were actually free items served by restaurant and the money i paid for can't be refunded because of the above reason!
                          I find this experience very traumatic and humiliating because zomato cheated me of my money, wasted my time and provided a poor service with lies as excuses.

                            I ordered veggie supreme pizza from zomato yesterday, it was rotten. I complaint at zomato app but no suitable response i received. My order i'd is [protected].
                            I want my money back. The cost of that pizza is 487 rs. I paid cash on delivery. This is very indecent behavior of zomato, customer care service people not responding. With zomato i faced very bad experience and will definitely give this feedback to my friends, colleagues, family and on internet as well. This app has cheap customer service. They are just looting the public.

                              On 10th march 2019, i placed my order from aromas hyderabadi house, warje
                              1×veg manchurian
                              1× aroma special paneer biryani
                              The restaurant delivered wrong order to me. On which i immediately called zomato customer service and told what happened.
                              The zomato agent contacted the restaurant for replacing the order, but they denied to do so.
                              After that he told me that my order will be refunded with 48hrs. I waited for 2days, but till then my refund amt was not deposited, then i again contacted to zomato on refund. Again he said to wait for more 24hrs. Again today they said wait for more 24hrs.
                              What should i do now.

                                  I had placed an order with order number [protected] on march 07/2019 with domino's. I first tried online payment but it showed failed transaction but the money from my bank account had been deducted and i have not received any refund till date. When the order was delivered i again paid by cash on delivery.
                                  Kindly let me know when will i get the refund.

                                    I ordered kori rotti wanted to taste the mangalore an style dish.. I was very disappointed when they served me with rotten chicken curry... I asked for the refund but keep saying that they will revert back but no response from their end. This is very irresponsible behaviour. Please uninstall the app they doesn't care about customers. They just randomly adding restaurants without checking the quality. If food is spoilt they are not providing refund.

                                      I had ordered dal makhani (Full) of rs 200 from sweta restrudent, barola, sector 49, noida by zomato at 1:22pm on 12 march 2019. My order id -[protected]. But my order had not delivered yet. I had called to their runner boy name umesh kumar (Mob - [protected]) he said that a strike was happens with him and his pick-up order had cancelled. I had already called to sweta restrudent about this matter ther said that my order has delivered not any defaullt happened and they are not responsible for any thing but my money has been deducted by zomato. So it my request you to please refund my money or send my order quickly otherwise i have do complaint ahead

                                        I placed an order (Order id [protected]) on mar'09 and paid in advance. However i did not receive this order. When i contacted the delivery boy from zomato he said that it was picked by someone else. I placed a request for refund. I was told refund will happen within 24-48 hours but not zomato is not even responding.
                                        Zomato sucks big time. I need my refund asap.
