Yestetday at 9:15 pm i have ordered some deserts from mobile app. It was prepaid order of rs 170/- and money was getting debited from my account. It has been 24 hours gone neither my food order was received nor my money was getting refunded. I am calling to local vendor but he failed to answer my complaont. I am even calling to zomato customer care but no response. This is big blunder for company like zomato. Will you pls revert on this.

    Dear sir
    I had ordered food from bikanerwala sector 29 gurgaon and was charged rs 245 from my paytm account. The food was not delivered to my address.
    The last four digits of my order are 9887.
    The app shows as food delivered.
    When i call the delivery boy phone number whose name is mandeeep is showing as switched off.
    .
    My amount of rs 245 may be refunded to paytm account

      I have placed an order through zomato with order number [protected] which was auto cancelled saying the customer is not reachable where in I haven't received any call/notification while he is trying to deliver.
      I received a cancellation notification after a while, then I called up the delivery guy assigned to the order and he conveyed that the order is cancelled as I'm not reachable.
      I have done the payment upfront when placing an order and would expect a refund as I haven't denied/cancelled the order.

        I was 2 ordered today but one received and second order not delivered company says that your phone not reachable so I not order deliver and no any amount refunded. I was many times call customer care number but call not connected and also complained app and also mailed but company says that no any amount refunded. I have a justice for this cheater company

          Hi, i just found it yesterday. i have had a few complaints, bad experiences, foreign elements fond in food, complaints regarding not following my instructions in zomato. so i had sought support from zomato customer care. and i found my account has been blocked. i think they dont want to take actions against bad food qualities, restaurant partners. if you say truth, your account gets blocked.

              I ordered food from pizza hut through zomato on 19th feb 2019. But it was cancelled by the restaurant. And since then i am following up for the refund but they are fooling me by saying that it will refund within 5-7 days. But still i have not got my refund. Order id - [protected]. And the executive replying in the chat is extremely unprofessional. It's been 32 days now and i haven't got my refund. Every time i ask for refund the told that order is delivered already. And now i am tired of follow ups.

                I ordered paani puris, tamatar chaat and chura matar from deena chaat bhandar. The pani was too tangy, the puris were soft, tamatar chaat was stale and pathetic. The chura matar was pathetic and the smell was the worst. The quality of the oil used was very poor. And finally the after taste was very very bad. I paid 610 for this order and i regret it from head to toe. I contacted the agent but he didn't give any satisfactory response. I insisted on getting any sort of compensation but all he kept saying was that he is sorry for the inconvenience. I kept on asking about where should i take the matter? Where it can get resolved but all he did was "we won't repeat it again". I really need this matter to get resolved at any cost.

                  I placed an order on zomato app
                  (Order no:[protected]), for which I did the payment through online. Money also got debited from my account for that. But it shows me my payment is incomplete & payment could not be processed. I contacted the support department regarding this, but there's no proper response for this. Please check this issue & do the needful.

                    I orderd food from kfc (Moments mall kirti nagar, delhi 110015) via zomato yesterday (21.03.19). My order was confirmed (Order no.[protected]) and the status even showed "in the kitchen". I received a message stating that food has been dispatched. I waited for more than an hour but the food never came. On contacting the restraunt, i found that the food was ready but the delivery boy never arrived.
                    I tried contacting zomato ([protected]) but none answered.

                      A delivery company shouldn’t be taking orders if you are not able to deliver ordered. I ordered twice on zomato around 2-3am. Everytime after 30-40 mins of placing order when the zomato driver picks up the food they call and say they can’t deliver the food since it’s far for them to deliver it.in the first place itself the company shouldn’t be taking orders from clients if it’s far from them because they know it instantly where the order is being placed at and where it has to be delivered. The excuse they give to the clients is that the driver is saying he can’t deliver since the delivery point is far for them. And when you chat with customer support they keep saying we assure you it won’t happen ever again. It’s just total harassment from the company to the clients that they keep making them wait for 30-40 mins at late night and then tell them they can’t deliver it. They shouldn’t be accepting the orders in the first place if it’s far for them since they know even before ordering how far is the restaurant from the delivery point.

                        I contacted zomato customer care regarding food wrong order, he is checked and confirmed that he will return the amount rupees of 211. After some time i checked wallet amount not credited, so again i chat with agent, new agent checked and confirming last agent not promised you about rupees of 211.

                        I informed that i have a chat proof which he confirmed that amount credited you can order again.

                            I placed an order today, did not get my food delivered. Zomato chat support also not responding.I paid for my food, what is the use of this worst service if you can not deliver the food on time! My money is stuck, no food delivered.

                                Today[protected], I placed an order using the Zomato App from the restaurant Chef Style, Gurgaon. This order was placed at 12:57 PM and as per the app the delivery time from this restaurant shows 30-40 minutes. As no delivery person contact was given in the app, I called the restaurant, no one picked up the call. I tried calling twice but now the line was switched off by the restaurant. I will post a review at the restaurant website as well on this. with no delivery person contact and no ability to reach the restaurant, I tried the Zomato Chat. At first there was a waiting of 8 minutes and post that for extra three minutes no one picked up the chat. Later, there was someone who got connected and when I explained my concern to this person (Amit from Zomato Chat). He did not respond or a long time to the point that he was deliberately ignoring the chat. I have attached the screenshots for the chat as well. For two hours of time I did not get my order and no one was responsive when I had already paid for my order. Its infuriating, ugly and absolutely pathetic customer service from Zomato. I wish to take this to the CEO. I have sufficient evidences to prove my point on this. This better be addresses or the company will bear grevious consequences.

                                  The food provided by zomato is stale
                                  The smell is very poor
                                  Does not cook the food and the vegetables in the food are very poor quality
                                  My first experience with zomato is worst
                                  If this kind of services u provide to your customers they have to consult to doctor after eating the food provided by you
                                  The vegetables are sticky with each other and we have to throw the food after eating just one spoon

                                      I ordered the food through zomato for 720rs and the food was picked up by the delivery guy as i called and confirmed from the restaurant. While i waited for my food to arrive with my phone right next to me. I never received even a single missed call but i am told that the restaurant tried to reach me and i was unreachable and so the food did not get delivered. While my address that was provided was correct and i have ordered multiple times food before and after this incidence and the delivery guys are able to reach my address without any assistance and always able to deliver. But this guy who picked my order never called and put a note on my zomato order stating i was not at my delivery address which i wrong as i was home waiting for food. He never turned up.in fact he even switched off his phone and when i called i even left a voice message on his phone and called even the restaurant. I expected the email support to do a minimum investigation but they come back after a week stating it's all my fault and never answer to my question as to why his phone was switched off after collecting my order while he enjoyed eating the food i ordered for free.

                                      I need my refund back. This incidence really makes me annoyed and baffeled regarding the customer safety and loyalty. No one would bother to question the issues the delivery guys cause. The company simply deducts the amount from customer for no fault of his own. I need to contact of the person to whom i can escalate this issue.

                                      I even have the proof of the chat i had with zomato who confirmed that the delivery guys phone is switched off.

                                      I ordered from inner chef today for lunch but the delivery time was supposed to be 2 PM. I received the call from innerchef that it wud take another 25 mins so I asked to cancel order. The customer care motion charged me full amount as cancellation fee and didn't respond further. Care less and worst service.

                                        I had ordered on 17th mar'19 from restaurant mothers kitchen in pune balewadi. The restaurant rejected my order and executive mentioned saying it will refunded back in 2 - 4 working days and today the support team says no amount will be refunded and it's our policy. What a clueless support and no action.

                                        Nobody is able to solve and the support us utterly rude and denies the refund before even listening to issue.
                                        Is this a loot?

After the transaction my account got deducted and was successfull as per my bank but it was written transaction failed in my zomato order list. And the order was not initiated at the restaurent as well, i've already called. Please check it, i want a refund.
