Hi, my order id is [protected], i had received an incorrect order which was stale, cold and stinking. I talked to the customer care on the app to which they said that the item is correct and regarding the quality, they said they would take care in future that it does not happen again. What crappy response was this. I expect a refund to which they are not replying yet

    Im given order by zomato to local restaurant and my order decline by company the issue is customer phone is out of reachable
    Im trying so much to executive no is [protected] to try understand the way but he not responding my call (After 12-15 call)
    To worst experience with be and company says to me your refund is not eligible bcoz food is ready
    Ok im again placing order as well as same (Order no-[protected]) it delivered
    Who's responsible for for my refund totally zomato becoz its taking unresponsive staff ant totally bluff company
    Such shame on zomato

      13/03/2019 i ordered two meals (5 side dishes with payasam and fish curry) from 'ila restaurant' through zomato of which the side dishes for one entire meal was missing and payasam for both the meals were missing. On contacting the customer service with the issue and photo evidence, they started lying, saying that the restaurant is not active now since their 'building owner' died when i could clearly see that the restaurant was still active on zomato to take orders and the zomato customer service even had the audacity to tell me the items for which i paid money were actually free items served by restaurant and the money i paid for can't be refunded because of the above reason!
      I find this experience very traumatic and humiliating because zomato cheated me of my money, wasted my time and provided a poor service with lies as excuses.

        I ordered veggie supreme pizza from zomato yesterday, it was rotten. I complaint at zomato app but no suitable response i received. My order i'd is [protected].
        I want my money back. The cost of that pizza is 487 rs. I paid cash on delivery. This is very indecent behavior of zomato, customer care service people not responding. With zomato i faced very bad experience and will definitely give this feedback to my friends, colleagues, family and on internet as well. This app has cheap customer service. They are just looting the public.

          On 10th march 2019, i placed my order from aromas hyderabadi house, warje
          1×veg manchurian
          1× aroma special paneer biryani
          The restaurant delivered wrong order to me. On which i immediately called zomato customer service and told what happened.
          The zomato agent contacted the restaurant for replacing the order, but they denied to do so.
          After that he told me that my order will be refunded with 48hrs. I waited for 2days, but till then my refund amt was not deposited, then i again contacted to zomato on refund. Again he said to wait for more 24hrs. Again today they said wait for more 24hrs.
          What should i do now.

            We ordered 4 chicken fried rice in bujjigadi biryani in nellore.they send the fried rice but it is made up of afternoon rice and they added the chicken, carrots which is kept aside.in the fried rice there is no oil.when we call to the restaurant they gave a neglect answer.the zomato is newly launched in nellore, then why you are giving to these restaurants.[protected] it is my account number.bank name bank of India.bank ifsc code BKID0008690.we want immediate reaction on tis complaint.

              I had placed an order with order number [protected] on march 07/2019 with domino's. I first tried online payment but it showed failed transaction but the money from my bank account had been deducted and i have not received any refund till date. When the order was delivered i again paid by cash on delivery.
              Kindly let me know when will i get the refund.

              My amount of RS 150 deducted from my card and the connection to zomato site broke down after that. Plz confirm the refund status

                I ordered kori rotti wanted to taste the mangalore an style dish.. I was very disappointed when they served me with rotten chicken curry... I asked for the refund but keep saying that they will revert back but no response from their end. This is very irresponsible behaviour. Please uninstall the app they doesn't care about customers. They just randomly adding restaurants without checking the quality. If food is spoilt they are not providing refund.

                  I had ordered dal makhani (Full) of rs 200 from sweta restrudent, barola, sector 49, noida by zomato at 1:22pm on 12 march 2019. My order id -[protected]. But my order had not delivered yet. I had called to their runner boy name umesh kumar (Mob - [protected]) he said that a strike was happens with him and his pick-up order had cancelled. I had already called to sweta restrudent about this matter ther said that my order has delivered not any defaullt happened and they are not responsible for any thing but my money has been deducted by zomato. So it my request you to please refund my money or send my order quickly otherwise i have do complaint ahead

                    I placed an order (Order id [protected]) on mar'09 and paid in advance. However i did not receive this order. When i contacted the delivery boy from zomato he said that it was picked by someone else. I placed a request for refund. I was told refund will happen within 24-48 hours but not zomato is not even responding.
                    Zomato sucks big time. I need my refund asap.

                      I ordered 2 parathas from hotel navejeevan restaurant opp. Navjeevan society samrat ashok nagar r. C. Marg, ashok nagar, chembur east, mumbai, maharashtra 400074 on 11 march at around 9:53 pm for rs 152.91 after applying the tasty coupon code of 30%off, the payment was successful and the amount was deducted from my debit card account but it neither reached the hotel nor did it show as an order.
                      Please respond as soon as possible.

                        Dear team,

                        Order no: [protected] is not delivered yet. I made this order from zomato by around 09:27 pm and the same has committed to deliver by 10:10 pm. It is not delivered yet. I am not getting any response from the delivery boy (+91-[protected]) and from the zomato customer care.

                        I have paid through paytm payment (Rs. 127/-) method in advance.

                        Zomato support is telling that delivery boy has delivered the order.

                        But order not received yet.. And the app says delivered... Don't know who is responsible and enjoying?

                          Hello.. I faced an issue today i. E; 11th march 2019 with zomato. My food was spilled and customer executive asked me to show him the food and i did as said but he said later he would like to see the wrapper. Do you keep it after opening your food? Do any of you? Do even the people working in zomato does that?
                          I mean that's funny and when i asked him to forward me to a different customer executive he rejected saying "there weren't anyone else available over there". Really? That's funny that there is no senior.
                          Later he accepted they don't have a feature to forward my request to a different customer executive which clearly stated he lied at first. He rejected every request, wasted my time and blamed me in the end. Kindly look into the issue and help.

                            I ordered a black forest cake from zomato... It was rotten n sour in taste having bad smell.. Zomato is playing with the hel of people.. I complaint at zomato app but no suitable response i got.. My oder value of cake was 697.. Was not amall amount for me.. Kindky help me by taking action.. It was too embarrising for me to present duch a rotten cake.. Kindly help me by getting my money back..

                                Worst experience with zomato today. Order # [protected]

                                I ordered the food today as on 11th march 2019 using zomato app on 01:14 pm from one of punjabi restaurant in ahmedabad. The money was deducted & zomato delivery guy was assigned... It was almost 45 minutes i was waiting for my food to be picked up and waited for some more minutes.

                                To know the status of my order and to make ensure i receive the fresh and hot food i decided to take help from chat support.. Surprisingly they said the delivery guy will soon pick up my order (It's already 45 minutes and i am dying from the hunger)... I immediately informed the agent to cancel it but they said it will take only 10 minutes to delivery (I still informed if it's cold and not fresh i will ask refund) and that's all... I got the food (After 15 minutes)... I opened the box and the food was cold as i was afraid of and the food was not fresh at all... I complained the same and asked for refund... No resolution yet.

                                Note: it is not the first time guys... I have experienced this before and they assured me it will never happen again and i trusted but now it seems they don't care... What they call "service".

                                  My account is blocked for online ordering and is saying it is due to suspicious activity but i haven't done anything but its ok if not zomato i will use swiggy they will be lossed not me but my problem is i cannot use the app like viewing a restaurant using gold etc and customer care is also not responding to it. My gold account is linked with it so i want you to resolve this so that i can use my gold or transfer my gold with another account

                                    I have been never seen this kind of worst services... Even i am not hope from zomato...

                                    I placed my order (#[protected]) & mention proper address. Even i used same address multiple times for zomato orders in past.

                                    But zomato deliver person not able to provide food on time & say your mobile is unreachable and reject my order & also say you will not get refund also.

                                    This my bad experience with zomato.. Definitely i will give this feedback to my friends, family members and also planning to give this worst feedback on internet portal.

                                    So other people will not face this issue... May plan to ignore zomato food online orders.

                                    At least he needs to reach my home without any excuse. If he was facing some issue. He can ask other people or get from google map.. Its correct address.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have ordered veg aloo biryani from zomato on 10th march 2019 (Order number #[protected]).
                                      And received my delivery peacefully. I have started eating my meal but in between i found chicken bone piece in my veg biryani.

                                      As i am completely vegetarian, and suddenly found chicken bone in my meal, that was huge careless act by zomato with my feelings.

                                      My spiritual feelings got hurt badly which is resulting as mentally stress.

                                      However there is no any compensation for feelings but still i am expecting fair decision from you end please.

                                        Zomato gold is unable to resolve my gold membership issue. I am unable to log into my account. I have requested for a refund and there has been no response ever since.

                                        One ms akanksha singh is the person responsible for my case from zomato gold, i have paid inr 1000 for the gold membership, but am unable to utilise the same.
