I have made a payment of rs 170rs against my order no.[protected] from 'pk biryani' deccan gymkhana pune-4.
Details for the payment made on 20 january 2019 from my airtel payment bank account:[protected] are as follows
Transaction id:[protected]
Rrn no:[protected]
This order was not placed but my money got deducted. I have made this payment through upi from airtel payment bank account no. [protected].

I have contacted zomato about the same and complained about it. I was told on 4th february that payment has been refunded from their end and i have to contact my bank for further assistance.
For the same i have lodged complaint with airtel payment bank with complaint id: 3011399. I was constantly told by the payment bank customer service that i have to wait for 2 more days to resolve this issue and which was resolved on date: 21 february 2019 saying that payment was successful and not met with 'payment gateway failure' for above mentioned order id:[protected]
And no refund was made and i have to provide them with the bank details of account (Account statement) of zomato from which this refund is made.
For same i have approched zomato chat services and was provided with

Gateway: razorpay

To which date and account details was asked by me to be provided and was not provided by their chat services and customer care till the date.
However i have not got refund in my bank account as i have checked my bank account statement from 19th january 2019 to 5th march 2019.

It is more than a month now and i am not being provided with whereabouts of my money. I was constantly thrown from one party to another since more than a month and i am under very much mental stress now.
I want to know
1. The bank account statements of zomato from which this refund is done 2. Date for the same transaction
3. The refund of 170rs

The amount has been refunded after nearly 45 days. And so much mental trauma. The grievance addressal is of no use. You have to contact consumer complaints only. I learned it in hard way.

    I ordered an egg curry which had no gravy only oil plus i ordered 2 rumali roti but got tandoori roti instead. Have a look at the photo of the amount of oil. I want a refund immediately!! I've got sick eating the egg curry.
    I want my money back. I am taking a screenshot of this complaint in case no action is taken here soon. Eating this egg curry has made me vomit and such service o[censored]nhealthy food is disgusting by zomato.

      Hi ordered leg soup on zomato, and i got very dirty food, it was smelling like expired. And mutton leg was too smelly and dirty, pubic hair also i found on this soup, i contacted them for refund or replacement. They didnt refund or replaces. I need my money back. I hardly earn money i cant waste for this type food. Zomato taken delivery charge, service charge etc. And they didnt given any resolution for my complaint. Plz return my money. I have attached the image of that dirty and smelly leg.

        I had ordered from burger singh, fries via zomato, and have not yet been assigned a delivery agent. It's been 1hour 20 minutes. Now after this they call me to ask me the address which is already mentioned and is available on google as well. Kindly process refund and take strict action. I called the restaurant twice and an continuously reporting this to zomato. However, there's no response from thier end.

          The biryani ordered in zaffran restaurant was very dirty with dirty smell. We can't eat that type of food. I really hateeeeeee... 😠😠😠😠😠. I really needed to get refund. This was really worst. A big company like zomato can't take this type of restaurants in the list. I ordered on march 5th 2019. By paytm. I ordered a family pack chicken biryani. Really it was worst with dirty smell. Plz refund my money.

            I m order chicken thali from yuva kokan aploch aasa 2nd time but i have issue in this 1st the solkadhi is half of the glass and in chicken curry i found feather of chicken. This is food they serve, which not good and from 15min i m try to complaint in support on zomato application but no response from there. This is very bad i want answers all the things going on.

            I have received wrong order from Zomato, I raised same on customer care chat options but care executive was not able to provide any solution
            The given order has not been confirmed and the amount has been deducted from our account 2 times.
            I faced same kind of problem . 600 rupees penalty . They don't have sense, we are struggling to earn money . I ordered food and within next minute cancelled due to high cost . 100 percent money gone . Zomato making business with fraud policy .Irctc even won't do this much penalty .
            Never bother about complaint and their delivery boys are totally carelessly behaving.

            Their helpline is always not answering. If you order with any instruction no care has been taken. I would never recommend Zomato.

              Dear all,

              I would like to make complain about one of your team member name manju and ask to be taking actions on the poor job he provides. I did order two pizza on your app which is "tropical hawaiian and super suprime". One pizza i receive right the second one which is suprime i receive "bbq chicken". I contact you stuff manju, he ask me send him the pitchers of pizza and invoice. When i send him pitchers which is clearly sees it is wrong pizza, he confirms me that i receive the right one which is "super suprime". Then i try to send him pitcher of right pizza i should receive, he still was convincing me i am wrong and pizza which i got the suprime one. When i ask him manager number yo make complain about him, he is answer was "the number are unavoidable".
              Please see attach pitchers of all and kindly take action on he is behaviour and poor customer service.

                Hello sir, when will you resolve my problem.
                I made an order for Rs 479 and paid it through PAYTM which was successful, but later i got a message that the order was failed but the money was actually transferred from my banck account, but no order was placed. I need my money back.

                  I have ordered three beef fry through zomato fronsi th joy dine & cafe. On 02 march 2019. But the food was rotten. I could not eat it. I called the restaurant but they asked me to complain zomato customer care. I am a zomato gold member. I want to to refund the amount rs 199. Very much dussappointed by the quality of served food. After eating food I got sick next day and on medical check up test I was diagnosed with typhoid from eating this sick meal from Zomato . It had made me hospitalised for 4 days and put my life on an emergency. I request Zomato and consumer board to please check their quality of meal .

                    Thinking of you people to be genuine i placed my first order with zomato today. To my worst experience with zomato chandigarh, your service is pathetic!
                    Zomato cancels my order in minutes because my phone was not reachable. But can u explain if my phone was unreachable and your zomato vallet was standing outside the house gate, why he did not ring the house bell?
                    If my phone was unreachable why he did not simply ring the house bell when he was standing right outside my house gate?
                    And yes later on when he rung the house bell we immediately opened the house door and he was standing infront of our eyes with my package and refused to deliver the package because zomato had self cancelled the order.
                    How irresponssible is this behaviour?
                    Zomato if because of signal issues my phone was not available and i would not have come out of my house to reciebe the package then cancelling my order would have been justified but when as soon as your delivery boy rung the bell, i came out immediately, then y my package was not delivered?
                    I requested that im standing rigjt infront o[censored] please deliver the package and they just refused... And mind u this happened within minutes!
                    I need an answer to such a behaviour o[censored]rs!
                    And then after such a behaviour, you donot refund my amount too...

                        I cancelled my order before it was on the way to delivery but zomato didn't provide me any refund. So i called the restaurant to deliver my order then they told it been cancelled from zomato then they won't receive the money so they will not deliver my order.                           Packaging was broken and food was exposed for the order that i received. So i complained to customer support and showed the photo of the received food. Instead of helping me, response of the agent was "as i can see, food looks perfectly fine to me."
                          What sort of a joke is this? Food looks perfectly fine to you? Even though you can see it is exposed?

                            So, what zomato does was that, whenever i ordered food, there was fifty fifty chance that the rider would deliver or not. If rider doesn't deliver, rider cancels the order, not me.

                            Firstly, if you can't deliver at my location, then for god's sake please don't show that restaurant in the app as nearby places.

                            Secondly, zomato officials take no pain to dive into the matter, shaking it off says, we can't do anything as system has blocked your account.

                            Very irresponsible customer service.

                            I had unclaimed credit points in that account which got locked in as well.

                            At least let me use my credit points in my account, for whatever unjustified reasons, they blocked my account.

                            I need immediate action for this mishap occurred by zomato, or else i'll report it to consumer court.

                                So i placed the order from a restaurant that is like 7 mins away from my place. Once the order was picked up by zomato rider, i saw that he was going in a different direction and hence i called the rider and he said that he is stuck in traffic and will take 20-25 mins to reach. And well even in heavy traffic, it takes maximum 10 mins to reach. So i got on the zomato chat and well they are completely useless and gave me a credit of 17.5 and gave me all those # scripted lines over and over again.
                                So hands down the best pathetic services that they provide these days.

                                  On 22 feb 2019 i ordered a veg and a non veg wrap from box 8 through zomato. The restuarant messed up the order and kept the non veg wrap in the veg box. My vegetarian friend took a bite of it and was very upset to find out it was chicken. I complained to zomato and they told me they would take action against the restaurant after crediting my account with zomato credits.
                                  On 2nd march zomato permanently blocked my account based on suspicious activity possibly based on merchant complaint.
                                  They are refusing to unblock my account and are not offering any clear explanation.
                                  I am also zomato gold member for which i have paid. I am not able to obtain my gold privileges either.
                                  Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    I wanted them to cancel it, they did cancel it but charged me the full amount of it.
                                    Because they were charging me the whole amount i asked them to deliver the food as there was no point paying free money to them.

                                      I have ordered from zomato on 26th feb 2019, order number [protected]. First of all i didnt receive the order and as per the status in my account, the order was rejected, but the money is still not refunded yet. I've also called customer care but didn't get any response regarding the refund.
                                      Please resolve the issue at earliest and refund the full amount

                                        I received the last order from 'the hungers' at new delhi, 'banga bhawan, hailey road' at around 11:50 am on 23rd february 2019.
                                        I even paid and received the food. The delivery boy called up the zomato online support and i confirmed my order even there. Still, i am being charged with cancellation charges.
                                        Why would i pay for the same order twice? If they have call records they definitely would find the record of me confirming my order.
                                        I don't know whether this is the irresponsible behaviour of the restaurant or the zomato app. But i think that zomato should bear atleast this much responsibility for its users so that they don't loose money like this.
                                        I am attaching the photo of the food that i received.

                                        Zomato has replied saying the cancellation charges will be credited in my account.
