So, what zomato does was that, whenever i ordered food, there was fifty fifty chance that the rider would deliver or not. If rider doesn't deliver, rider cancels the order, not me.
Firstly, if you can't deliver at my location, then for god's sake please don't show that restaurant in the app as nearby places.
Secondly, zomato officials take no pain to dive into the matter, shaking it off says, we can't do anything as system has blocked your account.
Very irresponsible customer service.
I had unclaimed credit points in that account which got locked in as well.
At least let me use my credit points in my account, for whatever unjustified reasons, they blocked my account.
I need immediate action for this mishap occurred by zomato, or else i'll report it to consumer court.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
