And dilli darbar ignore my complaint

Zomato has delivered rotten food which was ordered from a restaurant called Northern Flavors Gokulam, Mysore. After contacting the zomato support they were least bothered to refund the money which was paid for the order.

Basically they are selling trash and making money.
I have order through ZOMATO but I want to apply coupon on that order but for to apply the coupon I cancelled the first order and I reorder the particular order but there is a penalty in my wallet . can you deduct the penalty ? other wise I have to quit ZOMATO. and for next order I will prefer SWIGGY or any any other
I have placed a order for chicken noodles from Dine N Fine on 13 March 8.30 PM but have received half baked food I have received a Complaint to zomato about this it's been 24 hrs now but haven't got any updates for thisand zomato refused to help me with replacement or refund for the food

    I ordered through zomato from eat fit on the 19th of march at 10.02pm #[protected] and paid rs 155.00, and i wanted to cancel the order cause i changed my mind and had a chat with the zomato rep to have the same cancelled but i charged 155rs for cancellation. The reason provided was food would get wasted.. I ordered for biryani which is already prepared and i was told the food just got started to be prepared and will get wasted.. I asked them for refund and was denied the refund.. I asked to reorder the food and was denied the same..

    I order some stuff from zomato.i accidentally put wrong address. I paid my order online. When i goes to cancel it cancelled successfully. But not processed my refund.help me it was 120rs

      Today i ordered from zomato application from a restaurant sahi zaika and the food was alterated and spoiled plus the quality was worse... A bite fron the food was making vomiting... The food was taken back by the restaurant and not even refunded for the same... Online payment have been made through the app already from debit card... No returns... Have a paid for this trash like food? Or should i sue against the restaurant for the quality of the food and the payment made to zomato

        I am extremely disappointed with zomato. I am using zomato for a long time now. I was quite happy with the service but today what happen which has shaken my trust in zomato.

        1st order:

        I am pure vegetarian and i do not allow any egg or non. Veg products in my house. Today again they deliver wrong order and i also raised complaint for the same but they did not provide any support to me.

        I am reaching again and again to customer service team and but they do not bothered to reply. I don know what they are doing?

        I believe that they have not right to break or disrespect my belief in this way. I want to share this experience with all zomato users, so they will be aware of such possible encounters.

        I really feel pity for an organisation like zomato. Sorry but you have lost one of your valuable customers today.

          When i order a cake from zomato the deliver guys called me and i was in a meeting could not pick the call after the 3rd time i called him back and he said that he cancelled the order by himself and said you will get refund and ate the cake,
          However i repeated the order and got the cake for which i paid and for the first order there is no refund provided,

          First i called the delivery guy he said he ate the whole cake and told me to contact zomato support i contacted their cx support they said i will get refund in 5-7 working days they promised me in chat and they are repeating the same every week saying i would get the refund in 7 working days which i believe is fake and they are not providing any refund or compensation for which their deliver guy is eating customer's food with out any permission for which i am paying?

            The ketchup that’s supposed to be delivered along with any mc donals order was missing and when i contacted you for the same you instead of taking a corrective measure you decide to give me 50 zomato credits!! Do you expect me to dip my fries and burger in your 50 zomato credits??? How pathetically ignorant are you?? Is this how you treat your clients. I need an immediate action on this and not your 50 zomato credits!!

            I am a Zomato runner my login ID [protected].On 14/03/2015, when I got order for angithi restaurant, I went to the merchant to take OTP and they did not allow me to come inside the restaurant and I was driven out, they started giving me a lot of treachery abuses.i request the company to terminate the angithi restaurant

                    I made food ordered on 17/03/2019 at 11:58 am, suddenly i got the massage that your order rejected due to not reachable of mobile number. Immediately i called the corresponding restaurant and he said he also got the same massage but the amount will be credited your account in some time.
                    Then i called to customer care, he said that the money will not be refund due to cancellation charges. I did not get ordered food or my money, even i immediately called the restaurant too when i got rejected massage.

                      I have ordered food on zomato on 17.03.2019. And paid for the same. More than 1 hour i am waiting for my order to get delivered but i didn't get my food.
                      Regarding this i have asked zomato support to cancel my order, they are simply saying be patience due to changes in polices you can't cancel order.

                        I have ordered food from zomato and the food should be delivered by 12:30pm but they didn't delivered even by 3:39pm.
                        They are not even giving me the appropriate answer.
                        They made me wait for nearly 3 hours and now they are saying the delivery person is not reachable.
                        This rude behavior had in salted me a lot and i want to get this problem resolved by the customer service.

                          I placed my order last night. And was waiting for more that half an hour for it to be accepted. I called the number provided in there and got to know that the restaurant is closed.in next 15 mins i get another call asking me to replace the dishes for their unavailability in the restraunt. This improper communication made me cancel the order. And of which i have not recieved my refund yet! Lood forward to it.

                            I placed an order dated 7/march/2019 due to some network issue the delivery guy came to my place but he tried calling me my no.. Was not reachable.
                            If my order is getting cancelled or rejected whatever it may be what is the point to charging me penalty which is of full amount. If i am not able to receive the call for 10-15 minutes, he should come inside my premises ask my name at reception so that they can contact me over the extention no. And hand over that thing at office reception so that whenever i am available i will be calling delivery guy and he will tell me that i have handed over the food at reception you can collect it from there.

                            I marked a mail stating all my concern i got a call back due to some concern i was not able to receive the call after few moment i tried calling on the same mobile no. But no response after that i marked a mail also my alternate no. My available timings but no revert or call back after that also i remailed this concern back to zomato twice or thrice but today is 17/march/2019, still no revert no call back no resolution no refund.

                            In today's date i called the customer care i had a word with 2 officer named anshul &. Neeraj both are providing me different answers. Please do listen to the call recording how the officers are behaving over the call. Simply denying that we cannot transfer the call to the senior then sir why the seniors are sitting over the floor of customer care centre when you cannot transfer the call to them for an escalation matrix. And do listen to the neeraj call so that you can at least give a feedback to him that how he should behave it with customer for customer service.

                            Do you even know how a person earns each and every rupee working for full day and you are just charging the customer with a full amount as a penalty.

                            I am not saying that you don't charge you charge your delivery charge you charge your penalty as a nominal charge which should be 100rs, 50rs.
                            Wat is the point you are taking full money as a penalty boss.

                            I need my money back into my account. You took my order back, you took my full amount as a penalty charge. Am i fool sitting here in office earning hard earned money and you are taking that money by cancelling the order.
                            If cancellation is not allowed then it is the responsibility of the delivery person to get the order delivery any how. That doesn't mean he will not deliver it he will enjoy it of his own.

                            Each and every customer know about this thing. This is how the policies are made by a startup company where the person is # up with the amount for which he has ordered.
                            This is not the way you are running your business, fooling the customer and taking advantage of an online payment method.

                              Hey zomato team,

                              I am regular customer of zomato. My order id is [protected]

                              Last day at around 8:00 pm, i had ordered an icecream from amour. But since my registrated number wasn't working. So immediately after placing the order i had asked the zomato support to inform the delivery guy to call me at [protected]. They replied that they had informed the delivery guy.

                              By 8:48 pm, i didn't received the order, i called the delivery guy, he didn't picked up my call. I called him twice once his phone was busy another time he didn't picked up. I contacted the support team that i didn't received the order at 8:48. They told me that they will reply me soon. They replied me back saying my order has been canceled at 8:50 since i didn't picked up the call. However, the reality was that i didn't even received any call from him. I was in contact with the team asking them that i didn't received any call.

                              I constantly called the delivery guy, he didn't picked up my call, he later on blocked me. I had called him with another number then he picked up the call. He told me that he called. Even though he didn't, i asked him to share the screenshot of the calls. So when i received the screenshots he basically called me at 8:53 (By that time my order was already canceled). But the reality is that he called me but he didn't rang it for the single time, he did it on purpose since i didn't got any missed call from his number. And i was having my phone in my hand by 8:53 as i was talking to customer chat support.

                              Later on, on asking him the reality, he told me that he fooled me, he called me after the order got canceled, he confessed that he forgot that he has to contact on another number, so in order to get punished from zomato team he lied. He confessed it.
                              Later on, he abused me for not telling this to the zomato.

                              Sir, i think it was an unfair action taken against me, since the delivery guy didn't called me, i have all the proofs, when i called him, when he called me, when my order got canceled, when i contacted zomato, i have every proofs. Kindly go through the same.

                              Please revert back as soon as possible. And refund the money as i don't want to pay for someone else's fault. I am ready to share all the screenshots and details. Please do the needful.

                              Clearly the delivery guy lied.

                                Hi team,
                                This is in regard with my recent order and experience that i've been through, although the order came on time i have a mutual request to make to the organisation, if we could ethically try and help the service boy who came on bicycle riding almost 2-3miles to deliver the item. I completely will not witness for troubling the boy with an attempt to make him work. Could be digestible if could be a half mile away however it was far from the place. I personally would like to request the team and management or operations to look forward and take a vivid step to help him get a vehicle atleast and i personally would like to stand for it. If we could have a portal to donate for a bike atleast. I'm sure with the gross earning for zomato with an accountability for 2018-until now have been quite a lot of numbers that atleast could try an afford a second hand bike for the delivery boy. Henceforth i'm attaching a proof and can further investigation the said. Regards and waiting for a positive response.

                                      On 10 march midnight i had placed order with ZOMATO order id: [protected]
                                      The order came after 40-50 min.
                                      On the receiving the order i found that the food is not hot. And after open the packet i food that food is also not freshly cooked as of the restraunt has just sent me the old cooked food, and upon that also i found some long hair pieces in my fried rice. I tried to raise a complaint on ZOMATO app but in the chat option it was showing that "can't connect at this hour of time and try again". And there was no Customer Care phone available so i had to manage with that food at that point of hour. And in the morning when i got up, the first thing i did was to raise a complaint, but the Chat executive dined to raise as according to their policy i was late to report. Now tell me i spent my hard earned money Rs.560 on the stale food with hair pieces. And on top of thati had tweeted also about this but nothing happened.
