I have order sandwich and masala dosa from guru nanak sweet 46 through zomota after accepting order 15 to 20 min when i m waiting ordee receive got call from restaurant that we don't have sandwich u can place u r another order any other item

When i asked them kindly cancel my gold membership they answer its cannot be refundable or changeable after onces you purchased... As this was their policies

Acc to them makimg clients harshment is their policies making payment accepted making order confirmation

They call after sometime that they don't have that item to serve you...

The policy they made for other they should apply on them self

    My complaint is for the zomato for charging more than the bill amount i have the proofs of the bill and the bike driver;s bill amount. This is ridicilous that the zomato is chargin more than the bill amount. Thats against the law. I want a strict action against zomato else i can file a case against zomato for the voilation of the law (Charging more than the final bill amount).

      Just to highlight how you can make people fool. Zomato is also doing the same by increasing the price the product even from the mrp and post that showing that zomato is offering 50% discount. To support my statement i am giving 2 example happened with me in chittorgarh (Raj) on march 17, 2019.
      1. Dairy milk (55 grams) having mrp of rs 40 on the product showing as rs 55 on zamoto (Screen shout of the product with mrp and online order screen shot is attached). Post this they offering 50% discount where they are making people fool by increasing the mrp.
      2. Raj shree namkeen - the shopkeeper is selling the regular namkin at rs 160/- per kg and there is no mpr or discount offered by the shopkeeper but zomato showing the price of rs 240/- per kg. (Zomato screen shot is attached)

      This is just two example i am bale to face and highlighting the same here but there are multiple example where zomato is doing this which is not fair practice and they are making people fool.

      A strict action should be take and shopped this unfair practice from this food supply service.

        We placed an order rs. 130/-, 130/-, 150/-with zomato. Money deducted but can't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected... I refer my friends to not instal the app. If my friends already using the app then i would refer to delete the app

          Fraudsters. I ordered a pizza from pizza hut through zomato on 8 march 2019. Zomato delivery man brought the disturbed pizza and all its toppings had came at the side of box. On telling this to delivery person asking for replacement, he ran away with his bike without listening. On contacting to zomato customer care, they denied any help and talked rudely. I emailed zomato about the case but they didnot responded. This is the worst customer care i recieved, they talk with so arrogance. I want a strict action against the delivery person and a refund for my order. I am giving proof with a photo of item:

            Sir I would like to inform you about my situation, and I wish you and your team will be definitely helpful for me…
            Two days ago dated 7 march 2018(Thursday), at the evening by mistake I ordered dinner from zomato online food service, amount is 257 rupees, which is cash on delivery. At that time instantly I tried to cancel my order because it was a mistakenly ordered. But there is no option for cancellation in the mobile app. So I called the restaurant from where I ordered that, and told them about the mistakenly order. They agreed and by the time the owner of the restaurant said don’t worry food will not prepared. But after some time I have checked my wallet the amount of 257 rupees has been deducted without my permission. Due to this I am not satisfied with your service and customer support.
            I wish you caught my problem. Kindly do a proper action, and refund my money in my wallet. THANKYOU

              I had placed an order through zomato from kfc. Till around delivery time i had checked the tracking status which said the food was still being prepared and the tracking chart was showing that the delivery boy had not left the restaurant. The next minute i get a message on the tracking status that the order is being rejected since i was unavailable to receive the order and my phone number was not reachable and so according to company policy the cancellation charge equal to order amount will be levied.

              This is a complete lie and they are looting the customer, the order was not even dispatched and they are saying that i was not available (Which is a lie) to receive the order. Then they say my phone no was not reachable. Which policy as per consumer protection laws says that if my number was not reachable (Which is again a lie) that the restaurant can debit my money.

              Also to prove that i was at home i re-ordered the same from the same restaurant and i also received a call and the order was also delivered to me. So i have proof that my phone was reachable and i was available at home.

              In spite of chatting with the zomato support team and telling them to refund the money they did not agree. So basically if their delivery boy is lying to them his words are given more preference than the customer who is expecting delivery of the order and is instead debited for that amount.

              My complete amount should be refunded and zomato should be penalized for the same for lying & stealing the customers money. They are absolute frauds and necessary action needs to be taken against them.

                I had placed an order with zomato. I had pre-paid for the order.
                I had been constantly tracking the delivery boy and at the end moment i get a notification stating order cancelled as my phone was no reachable.
                When i spoke to one of d executive over a chat he blamed it on me and stated i would not get the refund either.
                What stupidity is this? While will a customer pay for the order and not like to take it. It can be that the delivery boy has not called me coz i have received calls from n number of people that time.
                Even if the boy could not reach out to me and my order was cancelled, why should i suffer and pay? So now a customer will have to pay for the delivery boy or the restaurant to eat the food if they are not reachable?? I am not sitting rich here to let some else eat my food. What about the live location which zomato has incorporated in the app? I guess they do not know about it.

                I need the complete refund for this order. Exactly during dat duration i have received so many other call.

                . Incase i had availed cash on delivery how would i be charged? Just cause i have paid the amount i should not be victimized. Which world zomato policy makers are in. There are network issue everwhere, which does not mean i will pay for someone else to eat my food.

                And the worst part they have no customer care number. Only chat which is left unresponded and the email as well.

                Incase i demand for the number they say the address all the query via chat and email?

                Is zomato kidding? It's high time. Please shut down this

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I placed order with the zomoto app at 2pm with the restaurant which is just 10meters from the place of delivery and yet i donot get the order delivered till 3pm and the delivery agent is very unprofessional to respond and also the customer care though was in touch with the agent didnot bother to inform me that becaz of some other order issue my food delivery was delayed without no fault of mine.
                  When we chat with customer care they respond that they cannot call and inform as it is chat based firm it seems... Post multiple strong request i received a call and they started saying sorry without listening to my pain and cut the call. Post which i again received call at 3:12pm stating that the delivery boy met with an accident which is very false thing and upset me with he kind of feedback.
                  Fyi, i spoke to the agent at 2:40pm and as he spoke to me unprofessionally i myself went to the restaurant in 2mins and spoke to the delivery boy strongly to which he said becaz of batch delivery of some other order i had to wait and cannot deliver ur food unless that issue is resolved.
                  Kindly take up this zomato firm strongly and provide justice to me and also i donot want other customers like me to suffer as i did.

                    I ordered veg burger and they delivered non veg inspite of repetitive request they told me that i can throw burger and money would be refunded. I asked them to atleast place another order as it was already 3 pm and also requested to call restaurant but they gave me number and told me to do it by myself. When i called for half an hour no number was reachable. I have to sleep hungery throwing that burger in dustbin.
                    They are worst support ever not have ettiquetes and very rude. They simply disconnect call by saying sorry we cannot help more. And then don't even place call. After 5 min chat representative changes and again u have to tell them all story.

                    I need to know if as a customer we have any respect or not. Are we getting any help from them when it is their mistake. If delivery is wrong should not they place me other order or show empathy,

                    Being vegetatian i had a bite of that burger and that too because initially they said it was veg only but when later on i told them to check with restaurant they simply told me not to eat it and throw it.

I immediately talk with om sweets to cancel the order he said that you may cancel the order at zomato chat. Mera order jo rs 204 ka tha apne cancellation fees bhi rs. 204 kat li hai. Please app mere rs. 204 ko refund kar de ya next order me adjust kar de.

                        I accidently placed a order and so i asked delivery boy how to cancel it, i received call from zomato and they told me easily that total amount will be refunded worth rs 144. Then they disconnected. I ordered another burger which was delivered but it was non veg while burger i ordered was veg. Again i i was told by zomato executive that my money would be refunded.

                        Now zomato has only refunded rs 75 for non veg burger but for first order he dint refunded. Chat support is willingly saying they never commited while i am asking them to reverify from delivery boy also.

                        I will provide proof when required.

                        Indrashish is the chat support executive who even after one hour of chat said continuously that they will not be able to help me on this, aslo he dint reverted when I asked him for the time of call that he is referring to . He is not ready to even call me back on multiple requests. I hope this is going to be highlighted as Zomato chat has not responded to me even after 15 min.Nobody is reverting me on chat.

                        If I was assured by Zomato executive that my money would be refunded and then my food was not delivered either.Then why are they not refunding.If there was any constraint then they should not have commited to me full refund at least I could had my food. Now they are not taking responsibility and saying that it is mistake of their representative if he miscommited and that they will not help me on this.Chat is also not responding.

                        now they told me over chat that food was ordered and delivered and delivery boy came at my place and I refuded to take order, But the fact is that delivery boy never even picked that order and he was the one who asked support to reach out at my number.For my second order he collected it and came at my place and I received it also.

                        This is such a shame that they are saying lies.Also most importantly they are saying that I dint picked delivery boy call while the truth is that I had 4-5 calls with him bacuase he was not able to find my building.

                          I was having an issue with failed transaction after 1 hour of chat one of you customer care rep called me and i qote "go to hell" "bhosdikey" (#) i need an escalation now. I was sply asking for refund or to get my order processed after 1 hour of chat i get sweared by your rep is this the kind of customer service you provide. My issue was simple money got deducted from paytm and not placed order for what i opted on zomato app. I gave the paytm trans number the zomatod order id and was with 3 agents before someone finally called my while on chat and was downright rude with me, after a heated discussion i was said go to hell man go to hell. This is how you treat your customers! Kudos! I want actions taken immediatley.

                            My order no is [protected] whoch i placed on 7 mar 2018. I never cancelled the order. I made the online payment yet zomato guys didnt deliver it and cancelled it from their side and now their customer care is giving me these wrong excuses and not refunding my money.

                            I want my refund or deliver the order. Please help.

                            How can they cheat us by taking our money and then cancelling the order on your own and now refusing to give me the refund.

                            Please help provide a resolution to this issue. Why am i being charged for an order which was never delivered to my. I need my refund. Kindly help.

                              My order placed tonight with dine post 9 was supposed to be delivered by 9.40... I called the hotel and they said we havent cooked yet and need an hour more to cook and said that they dont have a delivery boy. I asked them that why did they accept the order, if they cant fulfill the request and the person just kept quite. After all that, i got in touch with zomato chat and they, once the order is taken, we cannot do anything... I waited for two hours for the food to arrive and then get a message at 11.30 pm that zomato has cancelled my order and are going to process refund... Pathetic service and they dont even have a phone number or a person we can talk to... Worse experience...

                                Hi i ordered food on line on zomato order no #[protected], i was in washroom when the delivery guy called me, i called him back in gap of 2 minutes by then that guy had already cancelled my order.
                                As per delivery guy he called me 3-4 times but i have the screenshot where i have received only one missed call from his side.
                                zomato says they cannot refund the amount.
                                If that guy has tried 3-4 times they should also provide the proof of call record.
                                Feel like zomato is no more an ethical company.

                                  The order is not place... We did not get the complete order of our food... And we had orders a medium size pizza but we got it small size... Garlic bread was not even delivered... The delivery man bought the pizza in a very bad condition... I request u to take a stuck action against this... N went i complained it through zomato chat... They did not take any actions...

                                    I have ordered food from zomato and while it delivered it came with a traditional polythene packaging along with loosely packed. I have the billing details of order along with the name of restaurant and also i snapped photos of delivery. Kindly take immediate action regarding this. There was no packaging details of restaurant and bill either. Hence take necessary action against this issue.

                                      I have placed an order but due to some emergency i have to cancel this order too. Payment was done via instantly while placing the order.

                                      Zomato system tells that the amount will not be refundable. My question is, if they don't able to refund then why did they allow me to cancel it. End of the day, i paid the whole amount but did not get foods. Is it justifiable?

                                      If the restaurant don't allow this kind of cancelation, then they definitely received the order amount and handover the parcel to the delivery boy.
                                      Is it correct? If yes then where the food gone?

                                        I had booked order for an amount of rs 820.01 on 08.03.2019 at about 07.05 pm. I had placed my order from faruzzi restaurant chrompet. I had made payment through my net banking mode vide my indian bank. The said amount of rs 820.01 was deducted from my account but the order was not placed so i request yourself to refund the said amount to my account as soon as possible
