Zomato always unanswered my queries not even try to resolve it, so i took responsibility of my bad choice that i ordered group booking for restaurent on zomato, delivery boy ready to cancel but i requested him to at any cost bring the food which we booked, he told ok, then he marked it as delivered by the time order for ready delivery boy was with other booking when i requested him to bring my order which is ready then he is saying no i am busy now it takes 30 min to reach there then i will pick your order, in that case i told him why that much delay he told me i am in a queue company would not allow then i asked him why did you marked it as delivered already, now creating problem to deliver which is actually delayed 1:30 min, his answer was stopped me too talk to him, he started scholding, zomato encourages such filthy language but as a customer i can't, in this platform i am asking zomato to refund my zomato gold member ship which is renewed for two years more, wrong choice as i feel, here one another thing zomato gold member when visit the restaurant just check the quantiy of zomato gold member ordered and normal order, you will be surprised with the offer you get, once i get refund of my money i. Am going to stop useing zomato, hope this time some one listen it carefully with cognitive skills
