I placed an order of approx inr 500 /- and mentioned the complete address.

The food got picked up from the restaurant by the delivery boy of zomato.
But, it did got delivered to my address and after discussion with zomato agent they said that you have to go to delivery boys location and pickup the food.

Then after discussion. I asked to refund my money.
But, the zomato agent refused.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Chandigardiya restorent provided bad quality food due to which i face food poision. So please take force step against this restorent so in futur any other customer will note face same problem that i am facing.       I ordered domino's pizza via zomato and paid via paytm but domino's called me and said we don't deliver there so I told domino's to cancel order but zomato is showing that order is delivered and I didn't get my order as well as money refunded

        On 27-02-19, i ordered a paneer biryani under veg section of zomato from the restaurant "mughlai - the taste". The restaurant served me with a chicken piece in the food and even tasted it a little bit.
        We come from a pure veg hindu family and worship balaji, where even touching meat is condemned. No one in our family have touched the meat and never anyone even thought of it. I called the owner, the muslim owner didn't listed to me at all and said nothing wrong is done with u and we usually serve non veg only. He dropped my call and not even pickuping the call.
        I want some strict legal actions to be taken againt the restaurant and even the food delivering app according to the consumer rights for the voilation of my right to be informed about the food (Veg or non veg).
        In this concern, i want a written apology and also the proper compensation from the owner.

I received incorrect or missing order that why i chats on zomato service they give me zomato credits which can be used on next order but then after sometime my zomato account got blocked. My credit are in that wallet. I request you to unblocked my account. He telling the reason is suspicious activities caused by me.
          Sir i don't know why he is telling these words but yet i do such things i say sorry for this with deep heart and want the zomato pls give me second chance. I promise such things not repeat in future. Kindly request you to unblocked my account.

          I have ordered pizza today worth of 1567. Transaction failed for the first time and i have done the payment again. But 1567 deducted twice from my accounted.

          I have ordered in zombies, online payment got failed, money was deducted but transaction failed. They said money will be repaid within 24-48hours, but till now not yet got back.
          My order in 16 feb to my mobile number [protected] to order but 2 sec. Cancelled my order 148 rs is not refunded fast work and my refund process pls
          I ordered food on Zomato on 16th of feb 2019 from nalpak restaurant, Mysore. They missed two items from the order but charged us for it. When asked for a refund, they have given a Zomato credit of ₹232 with a validity date of March 18, 2019. Who are they to give a validity date for my money. I need some solution for this.
          Deliver boy delivered order at wrong place after 1 hour and when i complained with zomato senior executive then he showed his arrogance only..then i thoght about to pull out u in media and news paper soon ..all the best for ur arrogance with zomato..very poor service n behavior

            Dear sir,

            Please note that, i have ordered a pineapple cake of rs 310, but the zomato have asked me to pay 810rs. I have paid it.

            Upon investigation, the reason being told me that, i ordered previously and cancelled those orders and it is true that i ordered and cancelled it due to some personal reasons.

            They are giving the reason that that ordered food has been wasted and thats the reason previously ordered amount also deducted from account.

            Below are my questions to zomato and i want my money back.
            1. If the same value charged for the cancelled orders, then why are you providing the option to cancel it.
            2. Before asking for the payment of previous canceled orders. Why dint you intimate me regarding the extra cost.
            3. As you said, if the food was being wasted, why dint you send me the proof or even a simple message that your food is being wasted. I could have donated that wasted food to some charity.
            4. As the zomato charged me more money without informing me. I would need the justice.

            I had ordered a burger around 2 weeks back and when I complained about the quality of the burger, Zomato ensured me it will look into the matter and get back to me via Email. It's been 2 weeks since, I have not received a single mail from Zomato, no refund has been initiated and also without any information they have blocked my account

            I ordered food from a restaurant and it was not delivered but in the app showing it is delivered. My money is deducted from my card. The customer service is very poor. They're not picking up phones and not answering.

              In two weeks my food has twice been accepted by ministry of burger and has been cancelled 25 minutes later once and 45 minutes later once. The chat bot refused to help me. I spoke to someone from the zomato office and they offered me 28 rupees as credit. My order amount was 140 odd rupees. They were also downright rude. The twitter handle also stopped replying to me.

              I have had no help from zomato ever in cases like this and by this point i am literally being pushed around and being treated like a dog.

                I had ordered food online from zomato app and made payment through phonepe on 21st feb at 9:36 pm.
                But zomato could not confirm my order and it wrongly deducted rs 34 from my account. I have contacted them on customer service but they have not refunded me my money rs 34. This is cheating from zomato.

                Hello, zomato cheated me by deducting money & not delivering the order, they said payment incomplete & nobody is responding in the chat section. I want my refund back
                I just ordered momo from denzong's kitchen jadavpur kolkata and after checking it out my main balance got deducted and it came like 502 bad gateway and my zomato app stopped working.
                I did not receive my food and still got my cash deducted
                i tried calling custumer care but they didn't receive my calls

                  On 21st feb i ordered one veg kofta through zomato from india garden restaurant.[protected] order number. Veg kofta did not had any kofta in the curry. Only gravy no kofta. Plus other curry also was horrible in taste.. I complaint to zomato chat (Which is quite irritating as zomato does not have a customer care number). Chat executive told separate team will get back to me. But in reply what i get was a pre formatted ready apology mail which zomato sends to any complaint. After numerous mail i was told they can't do anything. They offered me 25%. I need full refund of 120 and not 25% as the main ingredient that is kofta was only missing. Thanks

                    I placed my order from ur app clearly mentioned want hot food also tell rider to don’t ring the bell and call me before he reach

                    When i clearly mentioned my address on ur app why i need to tell rider again n again
                    He gave my call to strangers just for guiding him wth address

                    When i reported this problem to ur concern department check al the details how they helped me
                    Why i receive food which is traveling almost 2 hours here and there
                    Secondly, without deliever the order automatically he itself filled all te details
                    This is my last order after i will not order anything from this # app

                    My anger is on other level

                      I ordered food which was missing items and drinks which were not the ones I ordered
                      ihighlightedd this to Support. The vendor and the customer support team agreed that it was a mistake and refunded due amount into my account. Immediately afterwards, blocking my account from online ordering. After multiple requests, they simply say Account Reactivation not possible.

                        I ordered food in the evening yesterday and paid online. Then due to some emergency i had to leave home so i decided to cancel and when zomato said there will be no refund, i opted for no, don't nt cancel but to my surprise they cancelled my order and kept my money!!! That very second i asked for zomato support. These people are practically useless. They asked me to write to [protected]@zomato which i did. They refused to help me and haven't been responding to my mails ever since! It's such a disappointment! Though the amount was 90 bucks but even that amount means a lot of an average middle class individual. It's so wrong to dupe people and zomato is an expert at duping people! Please help me!!!                           We ordered through zomato on 23rd feb, around 8 pm... (2 biriyanis from swadisht aahar at btm layout bangalore).

                          The order got rejected after 45 mins. Before this when we contacted the hotel they said the order is been dispatched for delivery.

                          No one from zomato even bothered to contact us and tell us about the reason for rejection whereas the hotel manager himself confirmed the dispatch.
                          Later when we spoke to the hotel manager, he said may be the dispatch boy from zomato may come back to hotel. And also he said to us to try and give fresh order again.

                          We had to forcibly cook at post 9.30 pm and it was almost 11 when we completed our dinner.

                          This kind of hardship is never expected, highly disappointed.

                            I placed an orderafter checking summary, wher it was showing a burger and a coke. But after making payment they removed coke. It was added as complimentary combo with a price of zero rupees.

                            After raising complaint they are not ready to refund or deliver full order.

                            I have screenshot of order summary and still it is showing while placing new order with same item.

                            Please help here and resolve it.

                              An another fraud done by the zomato. I ordered biryani from three kings and just for a few seconds my phone turned off and they cancelled my order by showing you were not reachable. They didn't refunded the amount as they were saying the food was already prepared. Last month i ordered food from a different restaurant the delivery guy waited for me like half n hour because i was stuck in a traffic that time also my phone was not reachable and they didn't cancelled my order and yesterday my phone was turned off like for a minute they cancelled and took the money as well. The difference is that order was "cash in delivery" and yesterday one was already paid through upi. I wonder that there are some companies are opened just to steal money from innocent people. I hope this will reach to the many people so that they won't be trapped by such fraud companies like zomato.

                                Hi this is soumyadeep boral registered no is [protected]... I have ordered of amount 254 from food in resturent on 24th feb 2019. But immidiatly i found i have given wrong order thats why i cancelled it and inform ur support team and the restaurant... Restaurant said ok they are cancelling from their end but i have to inform zomato. After that i have constantly chated to ur support team but they have not resolved my problem... Its very unfortunate that u dont have any proper support team...in this case i am feeling totally cheated as i have lost my product and money both.
                                I hope u will understand my problem and refund my money back so that i dont have to take any further action.

                                  I am trying to use coupon code tasty using my account - manan.*@gmail.com. The app says - "unable to use code more than three times a day". That's incorrect. The last time i ordered something from zomato was on dec 24. The customer support takes an awful long amount of time to show me details of another three orders (Which aren't mine). Those are from my wife's account (Simreen*@gmail.com), and made via a different phone/device. The support person tells me that i can't use the code "even if the orders were made from the same device". But the fact is that she made the orders from a different device, not mine. Why am i not eligible to use the code? To top it all, a simple check is taking so long for zomato to determine, and the restaurants are closing. I am unable to order food as a result. This is breach of policy and a clear bug in the zomato app.

                                  I want my refund, for the inability to order food.

I received the otp and i have a screenshot of payment successful. I thought zomato uses this payment service. But surprisingly order did not get redirected to zomato. No one is responding. Please look into the matter. Where has my money actually gone? Who has taken my money? Is it atom technologies or zomato???

                                        My order number is [protected]. My payment is incomplete. Order has not been placed. Yet cash has been deducted from my debit card. The hotel manager says that the order is not placed and the customer care i am trying to reach is currently out of service. I have tried all the numbers available on the website bt none of them is reachable. So i want u to look into this matter and refund my cash asap
