I had placed an order with zomato on 22nd feb, 19 at a restaurant ' to die for' from mobile no. [protected] and had paid rs. 1600/- through a credit card no. [protected].

The delivery man had called up in above number but as i was busy that time the call went in missed call. Immediately after 5 minutes when i called the delivery boy said that the order was declined and the food cannot be delivered anymore.

I was expecting the refund of payment but now i have seen that the refund status is showing as ' you were unavailable to collect the food '. This is absolutely false and wrongly stated.

It can be verified with the delivery boy, his number is [protected]

Kindly arrange refund of my payment.

    On 19th feb, 2019, i ordered a desert on zomato app. At the first time the price was debited from my account but payment was failed. 2nd time the order was placed but the order was not delivered because the delivery boy got into an accident.
    On 25th feb, 2019, one of those payments was credited back. But other one is still remaining to be credited.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      As I order from zamoto and payment is done but my order is not recieved and when I call to no.provided he said your order is cancelled ...and I said what about my payment ..then she said not refundable ... really this not done ...nor my order is delivered nor my payment is refunded ...worst service I think delivery boy eaten Oder on a way ..give excuse.

        Respected sir/madam
        I have worked for zomato. I don't know the exact date of termination. On that day when iam in online and doing my duty (Orders). One of the customer placed incorrect address and called me and told come to another address. I told to the customer that the address which you provided me zomato i can come because company gives me only 25 rupees and i explained my problem to the customer. Then i raised an issue from my runner partner app. And then i went to the location which customer provided me in runner partner app. Then i call the call support from my runner partner app then i explained my problem that iam in customer location but the customer is telling that come to another location. Then our zomato customer executive told me that please wait in location and the customer is in line to talk with the customer explained my problem. Customer told to cancel the order. Call support cancelled the order and then i returned to home for lunch. After my lunch i again login the runner partner app but the iam not logging in and showing that user not authorized. I used to login for many times but the problem is same (User not authorized. Then i reached our city zomato office and explained my problem. They told that you are terminated by delhi zomato head office. I asked to the manager what the problem. They checked my data and said you have cancelled 6 orders in a week so that you are terminated. I told to the manager that sir it was not problem that the orders are cancelled by zomato support only because customers incorrect address and not responding the call for many times and the customer is not reachable. I told to the manager what is the solution to log in to my account again. They told that wait for 3 days i have mailed for head office and then we see what the problem is???
        From that day iam used to log in and it is showing that user not authorized. After 3 days i went to the office and asked to the manager about my problem they said that there is no reply from head office when the reply comes we ourself call you to the office that said. From that day there is no response from office and call support.
        Iam from a poor family. Before i joined the zomato iam working in a function hall as a in charge. Because of my family personal problems i stopped my studies and working for my family.

          I had ordered fried rice with chichken from anarkali restaurant durgapur.
          The food was delivered by asish (#[protected]) who gave it to someone else and on being confronted was persistant of having given it to the right guy.
          After an hour of hassling i was able to reach the guy who had taken my food and took it from him.
          But in mean time there was no help from delivery boy or zomato chat. Both of them were persistant that food has been delivered and did not show any empathy.
          The zomato chat guy was abysmal.. He misbehaved and was very rude. I have never come across a consumer help which is this ill mannered and disrespectful. We had this conversation on call so i dont have any proof but maybe u will have recordings.
          I expect you to take action against this zomato chat guy or i will have to forward this complaint to consumer forum.

              I placed an order on feb 23rd 2019 which was delayed owing to an app issue with zomato and finally i had to cancel as i could wait. The app didn't let me cancel as well and i couldn't get in touch with anyone on zomato chat for more than an hr. Finally they had the order ready and wanted to deliver after almost 2 hrs. Which of course i declined and reached out to zomato for a refund. I've sent them all details via email but haven't received a reply. I got an auto acknowledgement but no response. I've sent follow-ups as well but in vain. I need a callback and a refund... That's it and i'm done with zomato and they sick service. Dominic

But you guys make me fool after delivering the bad raw quality food. this is not the first time you guys fooled me with bad quality of food.

                  My son without knowledge has booked the Food so I cancelled the order but now they are not refunding the amount saying it is a penalty how can a company can eat the entire money even if I am requesting to give a Credit they are ignoring even they are not ready to take giv the food order also and they are saying that they have a new rule if there is any cancellation, they are not going to return any amount what kind of a company it is when there is no solution for a problem this is the one of the worst app which is eating the money of the people in the name of penalty. The problem is from my side also let them put some nominal charge and again return back that amount

                      I placed an order of approx inr 500 /- and mentioned the complete address.

                      The food got picked up from the restaurant by the delivery boy of zomato.
                      But, it did got delivered to my address and after discussion with zomato agent they said that you have to go to delivery boys location and pickup the food.

                      Then after discussion. I asked to refund my money.
                      But, the zomato agent refused.

                            On 27-02-19, i ordered a paneer biryani under veg section of zomato from the restaurant "mughlai - the taste". The restaurant served me with a chicken piece in the food and even tasted it a little bit.
                            We come from a pure veg hindu family and worship balaji, where even touching meat is condemned. No one in our family have touched the meat and never anyone even thought of it. I called the owner, the muslim owner didn't listed to me at all and said nothing wrong is done with u and we usually serve non veg only. He dropped my call and not even pickuping the call.
                            I want some strict legal actions to be taken againt the restaurant and even the food delivering app according to the consumer rights for the voilation of my right to be informed about the food (Veg or non veg).
                            In this concern, i want a written apology and also the proper compensation from the owner.

I received incorrect or missing order that why i chats on zomato service they give me zomato credits which can be used on next order but then after sometime my zomato account got blocked. My credit are in that wallet. I request you to unblocked my account. He telling the reason is suspicious activities caused by me.

                              I ordered food on Zomato on 16th of feb 2019 from nalpak restaurant, Mysore. They missed two items from the order but charged us for it. When asked for a refund, they have given a Zomato credit of ₹232 with a validity date of March 18, 2019. Who are they to give a validity date for my money. I need some solution for this.
                              Deliver boy delivered order at wrong place after 1 hour and when i complained with zomato senior executive then he showed his arrogance only..then i thoght about to pull out u in media and news paper soon ..all the best for ur arrogance with zomato..very poor service n behavior

                                Dear sir,

                                Please note that, i have ordered a pineapple cake of rs 310, but the zomato have asked me to pay 810rs. I have paid it.

                                Upon investigation, the reason being told me that, i ordered previously and cancelled those orders and it is true that i ordered and cancelled it due to some personal reasons.

                                They are giving the reason that that ordered food has been wasted and thats the reason previously ordered amount also deducted from account.

                                Below are my questions to zomato and i want my money back.
                                1. If the same value charged for the cancelled orders, then why are you providing the option to cancel it.
                                2. Before asking for the payment of previous canceled orders. Why dint you intimate me regarding the extra cost.
                                3. As you said, if the food was being wasted, why dint you send me the proof or even a simple message that your food is being wasted. I could have donated that wasted food to some charity.
                                4. As the zomato charged me more money without informing me. I would need the justice.

                                I had ordered a burger around 2 weeks back and when I complained about the quality of the burger, Zomato ensured me it will look into the matter and get back to me via Email. It's been 2 weeks since, I have not received a single mail from Zomato, no refund has been initiated and also without any information they have blocked my account

                                  In two weeks my food has twice been accepted by ministry of burger and has been cancelled 25 minutes later once and 45 minutes later once. The chat bot refused to help me. I spoke to someone from the zomato office and they offered me 28 rupees as credit. My order amount was 140 odd rupees. They were also downright rude. The twitter handle also stopped replying to me.

                                    I had ordered food online from zomato app and made payment through phonepe on 21st feb at 9:36 pm.
                                    But zomato could not confirm my order and it wrongly deducted rs 34 from my account. I have contacted them on customer service but they have not refunded me my money rs 34. This is cheating from zomato.

                                      On 21st feb i ordered one veg kofta through zomato from india garden restaurant.[protected] order number. Veg kofta did not had any kofta in the curry. Only gravy no kofta. Plus other curry also was horrible in taste.. I complaint to zomato chat (Which is quite irritating as zomato does not have a customer care number). Chat executive told separate team will get back to me. But in reply what i get was a pre formatted ready apology mail which zomato sends to any complaint. After numerous mail i was told they can't do anything. They offered me 25%. I need full refund of 120 and not 25% as the main ingredient that is kofta was only missing. Thanks

                                      Mene yesterday cake order kiya tha but by mistake me address change ni kar payi aur order confirm ho gya lekin jb mene order cancel kiya to money refund ke liye MNA kar diya 370 ka order tha Sir puri money refund na ho ye kaha ka rule h plz refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        Disgusting behaviour from rider and customer support team

                                        Pizza take 30 mints
                                        Burgers take 20-30 mints
                                        Food other 45 mints

                                        I placed my order from ur app clearly mentioned want hot food also tell rider to don’t ring the bell and call me before he reach
                                        First of all,
                                        When i clearly mentioned my address on ur app why i need to tell rider again n again
                                        He gave my call to strangers just for guiding him wth address

                                        When i reported this problem to ur concern department check al the details how they helped me
                                        Why i receive food which is traveling almost 2 hours here and there
                                        Secondly, without deliever the order automatically he itself filled all te details
                                        This is my last order after i will not order anything from this # app

                                        I reached home i was hungry i placed order for me not for u guys

                                        My anger is on other level

                                        Giving u suggestion pls don’t harras ppl unnecessary.
                                        Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Informed missing food item with customer care as the Restaurant didn't attend the call.After a long chat they simply said " Deeply Sorry.Unable to help".The irresponsible reply.Please post like this Happenings of ZOMATO and let them understand their mistake.Very worst Service.Please take care while ordering with this platform.
                                        My order no [protected] is uncomplete, I sand many massage but in vain. No one reply to me. I paid full payment. This is very bad experience for me regarding you
