I had placed the order from eat. Fit via zomato on feb 23, 2019. The order was not placed and was not confirmed for few mins after placing it.
After waiting for few mins, i went ahead and canceled the order at 1:21 pm, my order was then suddenly confirmed and in the same min again i received a message from zomato, stating something went wrong, order cannot be completed meaning order was canceled/declined. It all happened within the same minute, infact within few seconds.
Now, when i try to contact zomato at [protected]@zomato.com, they are saying we can’t refund. I am explaining to them, that order was not confirmed when i canceled it, as soon as i canceled it then i received the confirmation message and then within few seconds received order declined/canceled message but they are not understanding.
Why are you simply taking my money and not ready to refund it by telling me that order was already prepared bu restaurnat. How can someone prepare the order within seconds.
I have attached photos of whatever i have mentioned. Refer timestamps and mesaage stating fodd had been prepared already and that too within seconds which is not possible.
I would appreciate it if i can receive the redund asap instead of ignoring what i have to say and you not ready to listen.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
