I have got the food which is not sealed with the so called zomato stickers and it was already opened when it came to my hand. I immediately took the picture and shared to zomato customer care. The great response which i got from them is they will share the feedback to restaurant. Good they have shared the feedback, then what about customer’s money?” the best possible solution is feedback to the restaurant “ was the response from zomato. So there is no customer satisfaction from zomato. Customers are here just to waste their money. And they also admitted that the restaurant might seal sometimes and at times they dont. Then where did zomato followed the so called corrective measures. They promised with proper sealing but forget about zomato stickers its all opened when i got the food.

Even i asked to send the same food with proper packaging again or refund my amount. They simply denied. They just share feedback to restaurants and they don’t care about customers. They just rob money from the customers like this.

Its one hour of conversation and zomato is not ready to accept for what they have done wrong.

I have order food from zomato app but i haven't received my order and its show your food is being delivered the order id is ([protected]) which i have made in 7 feb time is 09:32 pm and the resturent name is (Narayan Sandwich House)

I have ordered food from Resturant ‘Munch punch’ though Zomato today 6 minutes ago. The ordere failed to place and food worth INR 90 got deducted from my Paytm wallet.

    I ordered Gobi 65 and Chicken Biryani from Mehfil restaurant - Hyderabad with order number - [protected] on 8th Feb 2019 through Zomato app. Gobi 65 deliebered was completely spoiled and stinking . I complained by Zomato chat support and did multiple follow ups. After 2 days, I received email from Zomato saying that refund will not be possible. This clearly shows that Zomato lacks seriousness and only care about their vendors.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Why you people are behaving like a crap, may I know the reason please, I faced another problem last week also

    I tried to order Food from Sangeetha Veg Restaurant Today for an amount of 64.50Rs. through online payment. When the process was going to get completed, suddenly the webpage has gone and Order was not placed but the amount got debited from my account . What is the solution for this? !!! Please take action ..

      I didn't receive my 50% cashback from zomato in my paytm . I ordered food from zomato on 7.3.19 . Applied promo code FIRST50. order id is [protected]. I have already contacted the customer care so many, they are just increasing time range. After 72 hours why i didn't receive the cashback ? Please issue my cashback in my paytm wallet as soon as possible.

      I orfered from Kfc through Zomato, KFC kfc was far away from my home and, tbey rejected my order and i contaced customer care, they people not replying correctly, they are telling refund not possible because cenccelled it.
      Hi sir i m faizan khan i have order the food from the zomoto but through my acc amount has been detected very third class zomoto app ### off ... i want to complaint regarding the refund amount.
      I have placed an order at 9.43 PM from the near restaurant which delivers their food within 30-40 min..But after waiting till 11:00 i have not received my order..Though i complained in between regarding late delivery and the robert from zomato we are looking into it ...

        Paytm food order 10th feb 2019, temptations bar and restaurant and on mobile no [protected]. My paytm deducted but order not delivered. I tried calling temptations and zomato. No one receiving. Please refund like the last time i'll did. Also please if you'll can't provide don't display your service on paytm app. Hoping by the time i get up this will be resolved

          The delivery person of zomato didn’t deliver me the food despite he abused me and physically argued on me resulting to me giving a fir report against you’re delivery person

            I have placed 2 orders of 9+9 parathas from the same restraunt.. One of my order has been delivered bt the order got rejected after 1 hr of the time or order placement.. I expect to get a proper explaination and apology in the form of zomato credits.. I have attached 2 screenshots giving the details of the order.. Such an unprofessional behaviour is not expected from a brand like zomato

              I live in a women's hostel on a campus of a university. At night time sometimes the main gate doesn't allow people in. This happens rarely and there is no way of knowing when it will happen in advance. When I ordered food at around 8:00pm the deliverly guy called me up and told me that they were not allowing him into the campus. I cant go and get the food from him at the main gate as the womens hostel doesnt allow me to go out at a certain time. So i asked him to cancel the order after he said that they will refund the amount. When customer care called me I explained the situation but they told me refund is not possible as the food has been already prepared. The support staff hung up on me. I called the delivery guy and said I'll try to get my guy friend to pick up the order. The delivery guy said that the support staff asked him to return it back to the restaurant and that he is okay in giving it to my friend but he cant now that they have asked him to give it back to the restaurant. How can they just give it back without asking me ? When chatting with them on Zomato nothing came out of it and the procedure is like this so they cant do anything. When I'm willing to get the order and the delivery guy is willing to give it to me how can the stupid rules prevent me from getting my moneys worth like this?

                My order got rejected but i paid through credit card!! Bloody hell i need my cash refund! I've trying to chat for 25 mins and they do not respond is this a stupid joke! I ordered from palmshore using zomato and this is the # service i get!! There is no way that this is acceptable so, please resolve this issue asap or at least let them bloody respond to my complain

                  I placed an order (Ice cream) and paid online. I mistakely cancelled the order. So i contacted the support to change the flavour but they didnt do so. So i asked them to reactivate the order. They charged me 100% money as cancellation fees. What would they have they done if i placed cod? They reuestedme to accept the order which i said i am doing it. But they are not ready to reactivate the order

                    I had payed to zomato through internet banking. Cash got deducted from my account and order was not placed. I am not getting any response from zomato and their chat support is also not working. I want them to address my complaint because i lost my money and got nothing. Why they are using this bad payment gateway. Please be sure about your customers satisfaction. Please reimberse my money

                      I subscribed for 12 months gold membership on zomato. The app was set for auto renewal, which i was not aware of. Zomato just auto renewed and charged me a fee. This is an unethical way. The app can have various settings and all of that customer cannot possibly be aware. 194090 is my membership id.

                      I had to block my credit card to ensure that zomato does not do this again.

                      Zomato please do not adopt such practices which will defame your own reputation. If you are good then customers will renew themselves rather than do such auto renewal things.

                      Please refund the amount immediately.

                          I had booked food from zomato on 9th feb and the payment was made through net banking.
                          I had to make 2 transactions against the same order as the first order had failed. But my account got debited with the amount of failed transaction as well as successful transaction.

                          Both the failed transaction and successful transactions were of the same amount.

                          You have such a pathetic customer redressal system, have never come across something like this before.

                          Yes same thing happened to me I used mobikwik wallet to order from zomato and the transaction got failed twice.. And the amount got deducted from my wallet...

                          This happened yesterday.. Zomato customer care said that it takes two working days for refund and refund process won't be on Saturday and Sunday..

                          even I'm waiting for my money.. Fed up with these kind of transactions

                            I have placed an order in zomato from hyderabad flavours at 11 29 pm

                            A delivery boy from ubereats brought an order
                            Bt his phone was showing a different customer name and order details
                            He was asking to pay rs 70 for a veg biriyani which wasn't my order
                            I told him to confirm with the restaurant and call me back
                            He left without informing me and i haven't received any further info regarding the same later
                            On contacting the restaurant they have told that they have given the order already and updated it as delivered and are now unable to reach the delivery boy
                            I haven't even been offered a refund of the same
                            No one has called to inform about the issue
                            Until i took time to complain on their customer desk
                            The only response i got was that a team would reach to me in 24 -48hours

                                I have not made any transaction with zomato for food or anything else, however money got deducted from my paytm account thrice without any notice for 270, 100, and 104. I'm very much disappointed with online paytm service and zomato, without any orders how can i be charged from paytm, this is modern stealing of money from customers very cheap tricks, please get my money back to my paytm account, below are the screen shots of fraud transaction done in paytm

                                  I had an account in zomato under the name of riddhiman dutta roy and email address [protected]@gmail.com. I had placed an order from a restaurant showing to be delivering to my area, but after placing the order they informed me that they will not be able to serve me. I then went to the chat support and then they provided me compensation for this harassment in the form of zomato credits. I was happy with that. But all of a sudden, i found out that my account has been blocked due to what they stated as "suspicious activity". And from then onwards it shows that my account has been permanently banned. I cannot even use those zomato credits anymore.

                                  This is a really poor service on part of zomato and i will take legal actions, as they can not take away my zomato credits by banning my account since it is my money.

                                    I want to bring this to your notice that i am very disappointed by zomato service and delivery option today. I placed an order via the zomato app at 08:56 pm on february 9th, 2019. But the food wasn't delivered at the mentioned time on 30 mins, somehow the delivery guy showed up at 10:12 pm but with missing items from my order and the food is cold which i didn't accept. I requested the customer service agent to cancel my order and refund my money or at least get me someone on call to speak as the representative over the chat wasn't responsive and helpful. The chat representative name is umer.

                                    I have attached the full chat transcript as a screenshot since i don't have any option to email the chat transcript to my email id, also your chat representative didn't help to send one. I am really pissed off about the service today and i am going to file a consumer complaint about this issue which i faced today. I do understand that due to rain the delivery has been delayed as it happens and i am totally fine with that but my issue was with the service i received by the chat representative and the delivery agent came with cold food with missing items which lead to further delay.

                                    Zomato should not run the business if it is not capable of delivering its standard in any situation. Swiggy is far better than zomato as it delivered the food just on time to my neighbor.

                                    The chat representative says that zomato doesn't have anyone customer care service on telephone or it doesn't have any manager to handle such situations, it just harrases the people who prepaid their order.

                                      I have orderd the pizza from snake bite from zomato and i have recieved this order in an spilled condition and when i complaint about this they also dont gave the reply of my e mail and thus now have sufferd from this issue and now wsnt my compensation as soon as possible and please refund my money as soon as possible because it is for my first time and i have got this..

                                        I find it completely worthy to inform you that my dinner was ruined and jeopardise my i asked for the jain pav bhaji and i got tomato soup in exchange... I was not able to eat it and it just ruined my day. The seller or the restaurant assured me to give the refund but when i asked zomato for refund they told that they won't be able to refund the amount.. I don't know what's the problem..
