I have received wrong order hence i am trying to contact support. But nobody is responding since last half hour.
The order was aloo gobi and have received something help.
I wrote mail to [protected]@zomato.com
Still no response.

Refund my money at the earliest and there should be some penalty for this to zomato guys.
This is my 3rd bad experience here.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Yesterday i ordered cake from bon bon bakery but when zomato guy called me i didn't picked up the phone later when i called him he didn't responded. And he cancelled my order as well. I paid onlin through debit card but I'm not getting any refund. I mailed zomato but there's ni reply yet. Please refund my amount asap
This was a very bad experience.

    I have ordered the food online using the zomato mobile app on[protected] at around 9:45pm from the restaurant fasoos. After i paid the order amount in the mobile app it was showing that fasoos had accepted the order and would be delivered by 10:45pm. I was waiting till 11:30 pm and no food had been delivered. Then i picked my phone and trying all the listed zomato customer care numbers and restaurant number to check the status of my order. To my surprise none of the customercare numbers were reachable and the chat bot available in zomato was also not responding.

    The reason why i am posting this message here is
    1. Zomato had lost its credibility as it was before and they are not up to the mark in delivering the food to the customers.
    2. It is the responsibility of zomato to followup with the restaurant and track the status of the order until it reaches the customer.
    3. It has poor customer service and none of the numbers work when you have an issue in your order.
    4. Few of the restaurants listed in the app (Ex: fasoos) looks like are not authentic.
    5. Dont pay the money upfront as it is difficult to get the money back from zomato in the case o[censored]ndelivered orders.
    6. Explore the other alternative food delivery apps

      I ordered a 5-in-1 rice box and a popcorn rice combo but I received 1 extra rice bowl, bdid not receive the crispy chicken and I did not receive my Pepsi. When I contacted their customer support they asked me for a photograph of the food which I sent and after that they stopped replying. I had already paid online, so I have paid full money not received proper order.

        When i trying to place an order it shows like your account has been disabled. You can't order anything like that i don't know why this happened. Actually i raise a complaint on one food order and zomato people assisted with me and resolved my concern and that next day i opened the account for ordering them it shows like disabled.           I order american choupsy through zomanto from tandoori chaska restaurant, rajnagar extension ghaziabad. I have received my order one hour late and surprise to see that noodles of american choupsey is not in food packet. I request to delivery boy called rinku to go and bring missing item, but they refused rudely. My mood goes off and i cancel to plan my dinner. Pl take action against rinku.

            I ordered items worth Rs.123/- (118+tax) on COD mode. One of the items (worth Rs. 25/-) was missing. Immediately I called delivery guy. Then as he suggested, i sent message to Zomato, through the app only. One guy named Vikas started addressing my concern. He informed that "30 Zomato credits have been added" but did not explain how to use the points. After repeatedly asking for proper explanation, he said "according to policy, we can give you partial refund for missing items". Moreover the credit point can be used only in online payment mode. I am highly dissatisfied with such service where there is no real time compensation for fault from the service provide end.

                Today 14.02.2019 at 3.30 pm i order for aloo tikki chat. but i received different order that some shave n bundi mixed with dahi ... there is no any aloo tikki in food. i immediately complaint against this to zomato customer care. but they not accept thire mistake.. zomato every time cheat with people.. but nobody take action against this.. i request you please take strick. action on this.

                  I happened to place an order from below mentioned restaurant. I had an issue with the packaging of the food i ordered. Wherein, i ordered puri bhaji and was been given in a paper bag, where all the oil got saturated on it and came out of the paper bag. And hence, it becomes hygiene issue while handling it from restaurant to delivery partner and to the ultimate customer.

                  I did mention this to customer support chat but did not receive any satisfactory reply.

                  Again, i called up to the zomato customer service mumbai office. There, this guy named shivank tiwari was on call, his behaviour was very much casual, had an over commanding voice. I find him very much sarcastic and not at all bothered about anything. And to the worst he was talking to me while he was chewing something and spitting at the same time while conversing with me. He was sounding very much dared enough and announced himself as the hr of the zomato. again it was so rude, no professional behaviour, didn't follow any business atiquette. What an attitude this guy had. Never seen such a pathetic customer service. I really felt i was talking to some street thug or something. Worst ever customer service experience.

                  I just disconnected the call and informed him that i'll mail it to the concern department. He he was like huh! Just can't speak cause of having something in his mouth. Wow! Zomato you guys really need to be professional enough.

                    The order what i placed was veg biryani on 14/02/2019 and the so called delivery boy delivered was a completed different order with a non veg combo and he is forcing me to have the same as he cannot replace the order and he cannot speak to managers as its his mistake, getting the different order and such a reputed company customer care executives are least bothered regarding the complaint

                      Please find attached images. I've placed an order and I'm mediately asked to cancel it . That's because it took me close to 45 mins to order. Due to some system down time on ur website. When my order got placed I immediately chatted to cancel it. Ur agent took a long time to cancel it because she was hell bent on telling me the policies.                         Hello Team Kindly note we did not receive any mails regarding the complaint from the company When I myself tried calling the customer care of zomato, the call was not answered And also when I called to restaurant they said they will call back in 5 mins and later I did not receive any calls regarding the issue Hence the complaint is not resolved..                           I placed an order on 14 feb 2019 and money got deducted from my account with money being transferred to atom technologies. I received the otp and i have a screenshot of payment successful. I thought zomato uses this payment service. But surprisingly order did not get redirected to zomato. No one is responding. Please look into the matter. Where has my money actually gone? Who has taken my money? Is it atom technologies or zomato???

                            “sorry online ordering service has been disable due to suspicious behaviour”

                            My account has got blocked.

                            I have 275rs in my zomato wallet and they are telling that you cannot use that now. It is a big chewing from their side....

                            This is the fourth time i am getting a spoilt food, how does zomato sustain with those kind of hotels or restaurants, and this time it’s been 4 days and there is no refund or any feedback i got from the support team
                            Please raise this issue till higher management to take care of the support team being so lazy
                            Will that be okay for zomato if i order food and pay after 4-5 days? I am attaching all the screenshots of the conversation which i had with support team

                                I ordered barbeque chicken and got tangdi kabab. When I shared this concern with customer care That guy named kushrega forcefully asked me to accept the order and saying this is barbeque chkn. I am attaching this pic. Any guy having a minimum common sense will figure this out. Please resolve this . Such behaviour we can't tolerate. That guy was making a fool out of me saying I searched how barbeque chkn looked and the item is correct. That's how they used to verify the product and implied I am lying.

                                  4-5 days back when I opened my zomato app it was showing that your account has blocked due to suspicious behaviour. I immediately mailed the Zomato customer care and asked why they blocked and they said we are using multiple accounts. Then I reply that I didn't use multiple accounts as my son is in college he uses his own zomato account and my husband frequently goes out of station, so he also uses his own account. But after that Zomato customer care didn't reply. Please unblock my account.

                                    Hello Sir/Mam,
                                    I had a verbal and email conversation with the Dominos and Zomato guys, that I placed a order of 424 rupees on 7 feb’2019 and my order number : 320 .The order was cancelled from the delivery boy of zomato and dominos end due to the location was nearby highway . I agreed and ask them to refund my money so that I could place another order and they ask that will be refunded till Wednesday but the zomato guys doesn’t paid any attention and nor send me the order cancellation message with their reason. I am highly disappointed with this behavior. So kindly help me out in this case and come to solution with my refund amount of 424 rupees, asap.

                                      I ordered my food by paytm (online) they called me first to confirm my order and then they did not call me after that and then when i ask for my order status they said that your order has been rejected ... Then i complain to customer care they were saying the same that you didnt accept the call thats why your order is cancelled but they didn't even call... They are fooling me and saying we unable to refund your money ...( my email [protected]@gmail.com and contract [protected]
