This is related to my latest order in zomato, from hotel - tummy kitchen. I received a spoiled food, it had a bad smell and tasted sour. I raised the issue with your online support, which is the most annoying form of support you can provide. It's like talking to a bot which repeats the same set of lines to all my concerns.
I shelled out money from my pocket to get some quick food. You guys charged me money but provided with inedible food, which i had to throw away due to the bad smell coming out of it.
I want a refund of the amount i spent for the food. I inconvenience i had to face due to no food, what about that, how are you going to repay that?
Unrelated to this order, lately i feel the service of zomato has gone down terribly. I am a regular online food ordering person and have been using zomato since the beginning. But these days it seems zomato takes it's customers in a granted way. The quality of food, the delivery time, the support everything has gone down. You should go check the number of times i have had issues with zomato over the past few months which made me reach out to your support, you will understand. Oh, and btw, none of the times that i reached out to support, did my issue get resolved
