I have fast food joint in ludhiana but i am facing issues regarding my payments with zomato.
Zomato being such a big brand is not providing with my proper deatiled payment and account statement i think there is sone kind of fraud or extra commission being deducted by zomato and your concerned account department peron mr rajat is not seriously looking in to my concerned issues regarding my payment

    I have provided my complete house address and just my contact no was not reachable, my order has been cancelled. Zomato is now refusing to refund the payment for the order which was never delivered to me. I could see the live tracking system that delivery guy was quite far even 2 kms away from my location and never attempted delivery and when i tried calling him, he was not reachable. He deliberately cancelled this order as it was already prepaid. How could be my fault, moreover, i haven't received what i paid for.
    I also forwarded a mail for the same issue.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have 500 RS in wallet and Zomato blocked my account for poor rating. Please help me for unlock my account

      We have placed order through zomato of chicken hyderabadi on 3rd feb 2019 from little king. I was not able to get the deliver of the food though my account was debited with 205 rupees. As we were not been able to chat through support system of zomato we contected the little king directly who was rude in behaviour and did not answered properly. I need the refund of my money

      It's really a pathetic experience, I order the food 2 Hours back and chatted with the customer support team for 1 hours, they have just wanted my time and money and not able to rectify my issue. It's really a bad experience for me.

        I didn't get my complete food that i ordered and paid for from pocket meal allahabad. Out of three things one was missing. I took the delivery from zomato guy and paid him full money but when cheked the order it was just half the meal. I ordered one combo fried rice muchurian and another half veg chowmein but i was given only munchurian and not fried rice. I called back the delivery guy and he said the lerson at the restaurant took out the rice.
        Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        It's been whole 24hrw that I raised a complaint against my order and your customer support people who were of no use.I haven't received any reply as if my grievance have reached the concerned party or I am just sending mails to the computers

          Hi sir/madam,

          This is regarding my recent experience with zomato.
          I have ordered a combo chicken biriyani with coke, but i have received only chicken biryani. When i have checked the menu chicken biryani with coke was mentioned in menu, the same was i have asked for zomato customer service people their response is that as it wasn't delivered due to human mistake & they are adding 35 credits for same. I has informed them that see as per the requested item was not able to deliver correct item, please took this back & refund my money for same. They rejected and says that we can't refund the money as per zomato policy.

          My concern here is simple if as per the customer requirement they are unable to deliver the item mentioned, then either they should have took back delivery & should be refunded. But instead they are trying to convince me that the best is this & we can't do more even i have asked them to please connect me to the restaurant manager but they informed no response from them. This is how the zomato is serving.

          Hence they have credited 35 credit points i need to again use their app which is customer unsatisfactory app.

          Attached chat snaps as they are requesting for exception for human mistake.

          Request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

            Hello.
            I orderd bun maska and chai combo its in snakes at 49rs list whwn i placed order it deduct 100rs from lazypay and suddenly due to high price i cancelled the order so they dnt even return my me=oney and the customer support also not speaking properly... This is not first time itrs 3rd time im facing issue with zomato...
            Swiggy r foodpanda providing goodfood sevice and no cancellation fee also but why we are wasting money by using this useless zomato

              I placed my order at zomato, but tried to cancel it as i felt i am overcharged on number mentioned for kfc but he told to talk to zomato staff, delivery boy denied for the same, that he cant cancel the order guided to cancel on chat but some foolish was replying and irritating..he told me that your order is cancelled but u will not get refund.i told him to deliver me as my order is not cancelled and i am not known to your policies, but he carried on giving ### replies.
              If Zomato remained in this manner they will definitely become thug not rich.

                I have provided my full house address and just my phone number was not reachable, so they cancelled my order. And now they are refusing to refund the payment. I could see on the live tracking system that the delivery guy was just standing 20-30 mtr away from my location, at that same time i tried calling zomato delivery guy, but his number was busy for a long time (I have proof of the same). So how it can be my fault. Moreover i haven't received what i paid for. I also forwarded a mail for the same issue to [protected]@zomato.com, and they replied - "we would like to inform you that according to new policies of zomato, if the order is cancelled because you were unresponsive at the time of delivery, a cancellation charge equal to the order amount is charged as the food was already prepared/dispatched.". For the same i asked, what if the delivery guys number was busy for a long time, is there any policy in that case. And i haven't received any reply against the same. If this is the case how can we trust zomato : -
                1. What if the delivery guy is lying?
                2. I provided my house number and full address, then why you are just considering number not reachable.
                3. What if, i would have selected offline payment.
                4. When did they inform me about the new policy?

                  I ordered Mutton biryani today on 2 feb at 10pm from ShahGhouse Hyderabad, After taking order delivery boy called me at 10.45pm to know the the location, and I provided him, after just 5 minutes he called me and saying ###... sir i was bringing your food but dog stolen from me.. so if you don't mind i will arrange some others food... I shocked and getting angry.. and also he showing attitude on phone... So I called Zomato to make complain against him but Zomato executive girl, she is not listening anything and she only with delivery boy... and saying i apologize order not possible and restaurant also closed.. and also she said i wil refund your payment and they rejected my order (please find attached rejected order screen shot) . Then I visited shahgouse restaurants fou its open till 2am late night because it's located im highway. I told all those incidents to restaurant owner, he also shocked...
                  Please take strong action against Zomato and their delivery boyz...
                  Because person ordered food to eat not for refund amount in late nights...

                    I placed an order and due to some customization error from zomato i cancelled order within a minute and i lost my 321rs

                    I sent them an email and there is no response i need my money back

                    They sent an email saying as a one-time exception, we are initiating the refund in your source account. The same will reflect in your source account within 24-48 hours

                    But no refund received yet

                      I had ordered food on 22.1.2019 at 9:00 pm amount rs. 320/-. I had applied a coupan at the time of payment, coupan was applied successfully but when went for onlime payment i saw that amount rs. 320/- was deducted from my account. I immediately contact to rider, the rider told me that the food is not prepared and i informed rider that during payment coupan is not applied pls inform zomato care. The person of zomato care told me that you cancel your order and make another order and you will get your amount refund within 5-7 days. The zomato care person canceled my order and till date i do not received my amount rs. 320/- back. Even i contact to customer care, the customer care person also replied that you will get your money refunded within 5-7 working days in your account.

                      Please look into the matter very seriously and do the needful and refund my amount rs. 320/- as early as possible.

                        When i trying to place an order it shows like your account has been disabled. You can't order anything like that i don't know why this happened. Actually i raise a complaint on one food order and zomato people assisted with me and resolved my concern and that next day i opened the account for ordering them it shows like disabled.
                        I also ordered a veg food and they delivered me a non veg.
                        I also did nt received any update regarding the same..
                        Instead of resolving they blocked my account..
                        #unblocked my account.

                          I have sent two mail since morning regarding the issue but still i getting copied mail. After confirmation of order and delivery picked up by delivery boy i got the call from zomato regarding my cancellation. He promised me to deliver it by 10:52pm otherwise the amount will refund., on behalf of his statement i agreed but the order gets delayed and delivery boy didn't picked the call. I again got the call and he said the amount will refund. I need positive reply from your side. They are saying that they will not refund the amount.

                            Delivery guy failed to contact me. I tried contacting him but his phone number was busy for a long time. I could see on the map that he was standing about 40-50 metres away from the delivery location. I went to the location and was finally able to contact him. He informed me that he had left the place and that the order has been cancelled. Customer care of zomato was very unhelpful and they deny to refund the amount.
                            Clear case of fact manipulation by those concerned. And very poor customer care service.

                              I had ordered zomato gold membership for rs500 with 50% cashback in form of zomato credit on 13/12/2018. But, instead of getting the full cashback of rs250, i got only rs105 cashback, i have wrote multiple email to them but only response i got they credit the remaining amount soon. (Screenshots are attached below). Today is 2/2/2019, but i still didn't get my remaining amount. I wonder if i was the only victim of their bogus advertisement, if i know such thing was going to happen i would have not purchased the membership. The only reason i purchased because of the 50% cashback promise.

                              I hope you will address my grievance as soon as possible.

                                I had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant i had ordered delivered wrong order and the order was delivered very late so i informed this issue to zomato team and i got full refund but my account was blocked without any prior intimation. I tried to contact zomato team through zomato support chat, email but didn’t receive any proper explaining regarding why my account is blocked? 🤷🏻‍♀️

                                  I ordered from zomato and made an online payment and then restaurant called me and said i has to give 40 rs. Extra delivery charge and asked me to even confirm it with zomato as well. When i told zomato about it they told that you don't had to pay anything to the delivery guy they called and when i put the zomato guy on conference with delivery guy zomato guy yess sorry thier was a glitch in sytem thats why this has happened and can you please pay delivery charges to the delivery guy. I am attaching pictures containing my order id as well as screenshot of chats.

                                    On date 01 feb.19 from om bikaner dwarka sector 8. But my order didnt delivered when i contacted zomato through chat they answered me that my fon is not reachable so that item not delivered and they deducted the full amount as cancellation charge, why i pay the cancellation charge when i didnt cancelled the order. This is my 5th order from zomato my previous 4 order delivered at the same address by rider. Nobody called me and nobody came at my doorsteps to deliver the order and today full day i am present at my address with my family but nobody came to my doorsteps to deliver the order. It may be possible that there may be some network issue with my mobile but for this i am not responsible. I am living in a well. Known area and my address. Is easily reachable. This is not my fault

                                      My baby one and half year old baby pressed by mistake zomato gold membership and zomato took 1200 rs from paytm without any notification. I contacted their customer care at that time itself and said it was by a mistake please refund my money they chatted for 3 hours and said not refundable. Please. I don't want any membership and my paytm account is a partner account i hav to pay this huge money and am not having much capacity please do the needful i want my money back please

                                        I ordered something and due to bad packing I asked for a partial refund, I was given refund in credits. But when I was complaining, the customer support heard me for more than 2 hrs and then they changed the person and asked me to explain everything again, I still have the conversation's screenshots. They refunded me after proving me wrong for 3hrs and they blocked me from Zomato.
                                        Instead of taking action on customer support person they removed me from Zomato.
