I had ordered food through zomato from kitchens electronic city. When i got food it was smelling foul. It was not eatable. Immediately i called restaurant, they said we will refund the amount, but you need to raise a complaint with zomato. Then i called zomato customer care, customer support executive talked nicely and he said full amount will be refunded within 2-3 days. Afterer a week i got mail saying, this kind of incident will not happen again, but there was no mention of refund. When i asked for refund, they were not ready to refund, when i insisted gain and again they refunded just rs 77 where as i paid rs 312. Now they are saying, they can do this much. When i called customer support they are taking rudely and not ready to refund money.
I am not getting any contact where to escalate this matter.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
