This is the case that happened today in d morning, i ordered burger online from burger king through zomato, order no:[protected] werin i payed my amount online, and ws waiting for my order to come, suddenly a msg comes up saying, dat we could not deliver your order since your number was not reachable, as soon as i got this message i chatted on zomato i took d delivery guys number, had a word with him to deliver d parcel at my place, but he refused saying your order is cancelled for refund u need to speak to zomato team and disconnected my call, n zomato also refused to repay.. Now d question arises we're is d money and food gone... I seriously need to know about it... And get my money back..

My zomato account has been blocked without any misbehave.When i ordered food even after receiving the order, order is not delivered .when i ask payment for my inconvenience, then he paid a amount as i m begger.

    I ordered a pizza from domino's order number is [protected]. I have paid by my debit card the amount 341 rs. They do not provide delivery at my location which is 118 royal paam treasure fantasy cat road indore. So i cancelled the order now i am not getting refund back. I am calling to the customer care number but they are not answering also the app shows that the order has been delivered. Can you help me with this.

    My account has been blocked bcoz I have ordered and my order has been cancelled by merchants so it's there problem they have complaint about me and Zomato has blocked my account I have 1000+ Zomato money I want my account back please give my account back as soon as possible

      This order was not delivered but the amount was already charged and refund also denied.
      I kept calling the delivery executive multiple times but the number was always in waiting or busy. After that when i checked on the order status through zomato chat, i was told that order was not delivered because my number was not reachable as reported by the delivery executive. After requesting multiple times, zomato executives denied the refund as this was against their policy. They neither helped to get the food delivered nor they initiated the refund.

      This is pathetic and very disappointing as i kind of order food daily from zomato and this is how zomato treats their gold customers. My number is always is network and available. I was calling the delivery executive multiple times but could not reach him. This is serious fault from the delivery executive side and he reported that my number was not reachable. And zomato cannot do anything on this and denied the refund as per their policies.
      If not refund, they could have tried to deliver the food again when i checked. They didn't do that as well.

      I request to kindly take action against this and request to refund the order amount asap.

        Hi, I have ordered in Zomato, order details are below. It is 10.15pm now, more than 1.5 hours done, still the order is not delivered. I have contacted customer care, but there is no valid response. They told to stay connect and telling that order will be reached in 10 mins for last 1 hour. I asked them to cancel the order, but they told order can't be cancelled and the amount cant be refunded. Looks like I paid the money and ordered the food for the Zomato delivery boy. Very poor customer support.

          I placed an order on zomato of rs 466.20. I made the transaction via google pay but it failed thrice and amount got deducted on the third attempt. On google pay it is showing transaction completed and paid to zomato. But on zomato app there is not mention of such transaction. Will you pleased refund the amount as soon as possible or atleast provide me the guarantee that it will be refunded within the certain amount.

          I had ordered 2 cakes from baker square and paid via paytm because i was entitled to a 40% cashback upto Rs 150. now the zomato representative is saying that the promo code was not applied .
          Its been 72 hours i have not received my Paytm cashback
          I ordered meal (Chaitanya Paratha) from Zomato and delivered something like rice plate. The Chaitanya Paratha is only famous for Paratha so that was the reason of my order. I tried to reach-out them for corrections but couldn't get proper response. May i know the root cause of this mistake?

            How can you not refund the amount when the order was placed by accident? This is not the way to behave with your customers who are placing orders everyday. Sometimes we forget to add the promo code to the offer and with that the product is ordered. I requested you to refund the amount or you will be reciving for unhappy customers in the upcoming future.

            Fraud has been done with me my 2-3 orders money has not being refunded and recently 75 deducted but no order received

              The taxes and charges differs when the 50% off coupon is added. Why do zomato provide such an offer if they are again charging the same.

              I have attached screenshots that shows the difference between the taxes and charges with and without coupon applied!

              Seems like zomato is trying to be smart by offering useless coupons!

              Never ever will use zomato again!!!

                This is in regards to my order number [protected] placed on jan 27th, 2019 placed at orange wok [chennai]. This order was cancelled by delivery person as he was not able to reach me on my mobile number.

                First of all, i have an order history of more than 40 and never have faced this problem and i am completely disappointed by what has happened.

                The delivery person has called me thrice, i was standing outside my home waiting for my order [had kept my phone in my home]. Since it was taking a while, i picked up my phone to see 3 missed calls and spontaneously gave ring back and got an update that my order was cancelled.

                Now to explain about the timeline, i received 3 calls continuously and i had called back in 5 mins to be precise.

                Total wait time = 3 mins + 5 mins that is not even 10 mins of your time. [ please refer my screenshot]

                In 10 mins when i had returned the call, the delivery person mentioned that he had left and he cancelled the order. If i am right, in 5 mins he wouldn't have crossed the main road from my place.

                Please also note that, i was standing just outside my house and i saw no delivery person during my wait time.

                Also, my order has the address mentioned and i do not understand why the order never came near my house or even if they had claimed to have arrived why wasn't the door bell never called out.

                To my surprise, this was called a penalty and i had to incur full loss of my payment and the food.

                My lunch was also cancelled as it was too late to order another one.

                I have never had such worst experience in any of the food delivery services and i duly need a detailed response on my query and pay my loss.

                I had spoke with the zomato chat assistants twice and not even once was the user apologetic rather he was sarcastic enough to educate me on how to answer my calls.

                I do not think this is how a service needs to be provided nor have i ever experienced anything this tragic in my experience.!

                I have placed two order wid zomato rs 126.76 and rs 55.04 i have paid amount from netbanking the amount is debit from my account and order not received very bad service of zomato i have not received any call from zomato side so refund my amount in my account as soon as possible
                After cancelled the order no refunds and on chat taking approval for it and I am usually say yes that I am understanding that they are asking thatI have not get refund till now and they have not any customers care telephone and only chat and everyone can not understand everything

                  Mode of payment was online.
                  But when the delivery boy came, he took cash from us. Basically we had to pay double for the food.
                  We said it was online payment but he didn't agree and said that the payment wasn't processed so we have to pay in cash.
                  It is still showing paid pine and even the amount got deducted

                  I have ordered the food from AL Jami but unfortunately when we paid the amount through debit card... Money got deducted.. It has happened on 30/1/2019..and 120 rs has deducted.. But I didn't get the money back... Kindly.. Refund the money.

                    I have ordered food on saturday from 9280 (Allahabad) zomato. But due to incorrect adress it got cancelled. When i talked with customer care, they said ur refund will be initiated. But next day i get a message that ur refund cannot be processed. So why zomato is spreading wrong information.
                    I[censored] guys have said that time only i would have collected the order from restaurant.
                    I had a terrifying experience with u guys.
                    So give me my refund.

                      I have fast food joint in ludhiana but i am facing issues regarding my payments with zomato.
                      Zomato being such a big brand is not providing with my proper deatiled payment and account statement i think there is sone kind of fraud or extra commission being deducted by zomato and your concerned account department peron mr rajat is not seriously looking in to my concerned issues regarding my payment

                        I have provided my complete house address and just my contact no was not reachable, my order has been cancelled. Zomato is now refusing to refund the payment for the order which was never delivered to me. I could see the live tracking system that delivery guy was quite far even 2 kms away from my location and never attempted delivery and when i tried calling him, he was not reachable. He deliberately cancelled this order as it was already prepaid. How could be my fault, moreover, i haven't received what i paid for.
                        I also forwarded a mail for the same issue.

                        I have 500 RS in wallet and Zomato blocked my account for poor rating. Please help me for unlock my account

                          We have placed order through zomato of chicken hyderabadi on 3rd feb 2019 from little king. I was not able to get the deliver of the food though my account was debited with 205 rupees. As we were not been able to chat through support system of zomato we contected the little king directly who was rude in behaviour and did not answered properly. I need the refund of my money

                            I didn't get my complete food that i ordered and paid for from pocket meal allahabad. Out of three things one was missing. I took the delivery from zomato guy and paid him full money but when cheked the order it was just half the meal. I ordered one combo fried rice muchurian and another half veg chowmein but i was given only munchurian and not fried rice. I called back the delivery guy and he said the lerson at the restaurant took out the rice.

                            It's been whole 24hrw that I raised a complaint against my order and your customer support people who were of no use.I haven't received any reply as if my grievance have reached the concerned party or I am just sending mails to the computers

                              Hi sir/madam,

                              This is regarding my recent experience with zomato.
                              I have ordered a combo chicken biriyani with coke, but i have received only chicken biryani. When i have checked the menu chicken biryani with coke was mentioned in menu, the same was i have asked for zomato customer service people their response is that as it wasn't delivered due to human mistake & they are adding 35 credits for same. I has informed them that see as per the requested item was not able to deliver correct item, please took this back & refund my money for same. They rejected and says that we can't refund the money as per zomato policy.

                              My concern here is simple if as per the customer requirement they are unable to deliver the item mentioned, then either they should have took back delivery & should be refunded. But instead they are trying to convince me that the best is this & we can't do more even i have asked them to please connect me to the restaurant manager but they informed no response from them. This is how the zomato is serving.

                              Hence they have credited 35 credit points i need to again use their app which is customer unsatisfactory app.

                              Attached chat snaps as they are requesting for exception for human mistake.

                              Request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

                                I orderd bun maska and chai combo its in snakes at 49rs list whwn i placed order it deduct 100rs from lazypay and suddenly due to high price i cancelled the order so they dnt even return my me=oney and the customer support also not speaking properly... This is not first time itrs 3rd time im facing issue with zomato...
                                Swiggy r foodpanda providing goodfood sevice and no cancellation fee also but why we are wasting money by using this useless zomato

                                  I placed my order at zomato, but tried to cancel it as i felt i am overcharged on number mentioned for kfc but he told to talk to zomato staff, delivery boy denied for the same, that he cant cancel the order guided to cancel on chat but some foolish was replying and irritating..he told me that your order is cancelled but u will not get refund.i told him to deliver me as my order is not cancelled and i am not known to your policies, but he carried on giving ### replies.
                                  If Zomato remained in this manner they will definitely become thug not rich.

                                    I have provided my full house address and just my phone number was not reachable, so they cancelled my order. And now they are refusing to refund the payment. I could see on the live tracking system that the delivery guy was just standing 20-30 mtr away from my location, at that same time i tried calling zomato delivery guy, but his number was busy for a long time (I have proof of the same). So how it can be my fault. Moreover i haven't received what i paid for. I also forwarded a mail for the same issue to [protected]@zomato.com, and they replied - "we would like to inform you that according to new policies of zomato, if the order is cancelled because you were unresponsive at the time of delivery, a cancellation charge equal to the order amount is charged as the food was already prepared/dispatched.". For the same i asked, what if the delivery guys number was busy for a long time, is there any policy in that case. And i haven't received any reply against the same. If this is the case how can we trust zomato : -
                                    1. What if the delivery guy is lying?
                                    2. I provided my house number and full address, then why you are just considering number not reachable.
                                    3. What if, i would have selected offline payment.
                                    4. When did they inform me about the new policy?

                                      I ordered Mutton biryani today on 2 feb at 10pm from ShahGhouse Hyderabad, After taking order delivery boy called me at 10.45pm to know the the location, and I provided him, after just 5 minutes he called me and saying ###... sir i was bringing your food but dog stolen from me.. so if you don't mind i will arrange some others food... I shocked and getting angry.. and also he showing attitude on phone... So I called Zomato to make complain against him but Zomato executive girl, she is not listening anything and she only with delivery boy... and saying i apologize order not possible and restaurant also closed.. and also she said i wil refund your payment and they rejected my order (please find attached rejected order screen shot) . Then I visited shahgouse restaurants fou its open till 2am late night because it's located im highway. I told all those incidents to restaurant owner, he also shocked...
                                      Please take strong action against Zomato and their delivery boyz...
                                      Because person ordered food to eat not for refund amount in late nights...

                                      I will be thankful.

                                        I placed an order and due to some customization error from zomato i cancelled order within a minute and i lost my 321rs

                                        I sent them an email and there is no response i need my money back

                                        They sent an email saying as a one-time exception, we are initiating the refund in your source account. The same will reflect in your source account within 24-48 hours

                                        But no refund received yet
