Today(21 Jan 2018) I was looking to place an order on Zomato for the first time. By mistake, I tapped on "Place an order" button for some item I was looking for before I was 100% sure to book that order. As a consequence, I was deducted Rs 399 at 7:33 PM from my Paytm Account directly. Within next few seconds, I canceled my order since I was not ready earlier to place that order. My order was canceled by Zomato but unfortunately, my money was not re-imbursed. People at Zomato are saying that the money was charged as cancellation penality of the order I canceled. I haven't received the order, only after few seconds of placing the order, I canceled it.As a regret, I placed the fresh order with the same vendor(attached my Paytm payment screenshot), so I think I did no loss to the vendor. Now I request the team of Zomato to refund my money as that was my mistake and I am highly shameful for that act. Please bear my mishap only this time as I used Zomato for the first time and didn't know their policy. I am hopeful that the rising food-giant Zomato would help me and forgive me this time and will reimburse my money positively.
