The delivery boy johnson mathias was very rude over the phone showing lack of patience and professionalism while providing directions to the location over the phone
He shouted and showed no respect while talking over the phone while at the same time not listening to the directions properly and blaming the same on us.
Pls look into the above matter

    This order was rejected by melting pot. I didnt receive the refund or the order cancellation email or the refund reference number.

    I have tried contacting chat they asked me to email [protected]@zomato.com and its been 4 days and no response.

    Also there is no proper customer care. My money is stuck and my card issuer is asking for a rrn and refund email for which chat associates have no answer and are rude and there is no response from email team.

    Worst experience. Playing a huge fraud game by luring customers with their offer and then not refunding the amount when restaurant rejects order!!

      The very ist order i got cancelled due to some reason.
      First my account got debited and still that was showing payment is pending on the order vendor received but after i cancel the order showed it was paid.. I discussed in chat box the said i would get refund for the order no. [protected] please check i had a word with you guys and be upon your words to refund it.         I have ordered my lunch in zomato. Delivery person ask me to come and collect at main road that is nearly 500 to 1000 m from my office. He told, security guard not allowed me to enter in the campus. I check with guard that guard told previously the zomato team write a letter to security we are not going to enter into the campus because they are not wearing helmet inside the campus. Today, i ordered my lunch in zomato i never received any single message or communication from zomato like we are not delivered your food at your location at the time of order placing. They blaming the security person instead of their problems. I very disappoint of zomato team activity. Please take necessary action on them.

          I hv amy complains agains zomato about late delevery, cold food, bad behave, not canceling my order after 2min bcoz i order by mistake but they cancel my order after 1 hr after bcoz they r not able to send my food on time or some oproblm with restorent they do this with me 2 time and send late order and send wrong food 2 times and also no listning me this is very very bad

            Hi, i made an order on 20th jan at around 2:37 pm and payment mode was autodeduct by patm. While ordering i put in clear instructions that i want my order to be delivered by 4:30 pm not before that. But they didnt deliver the order, cancelled the order themself and also deducted the amount and now not ready to refund it saying that we didnt pick up their calls.

            I had a talk with the so called consumer care executive and he only told me to wait it has been more than 4 days and I still haven't got any response from them.

              I have ordered " spring roll, a pizza and two cold coffee at 11am on 20 january 2019 and believe me that not only the packaging but also the food quality was hilarious. It was the worst experience i have ever have. Earlier also an order of french fries and honey chilli potato from some other restraunt on approx 22december2018 and it was also bad but i was in a hurry so i didn't complaint about that. But now again you are doing the same thing and even after filing a complaint no satisfactory action has been taken and you have annoyed me as much as you could. I am so disappointed by whatever you have done to us

              On January 20th, unauthorised transactions of INR 819.76 took place from my paytm wallet by zomato media pvt limited. I had not placed any order, money was deducted automatically from my paytm wallet without my consent. It was pretty bizzare. Please look into the issue and refund the money as soon as possible.

                They didn't follow my special cooking instructions and they themself refunded 29rs and that night zomato blocked all my account, when i mailed them they said that they are unable to unblock it again. I know why they blocked my account, shame on zomato. You only refunded the amount.. Did in ask u for that 29rs?. Actually your service is poor and you must be ashamed of it and not me.

                  Zomato has listed PizzaHut-Sector 57 as a restaurant that delivers to my location and this is FASLE! I received a call from “Govind” (ph: ‪[protected]‬) who works at “Sector 57 PizzaHut” after I placed the order on Zomato, telling me they have canceled the order as they don’t deliver to Sector 59 where I reside. I received a cancellation SMS from PizzaHut before it was canceled on Zomato.
                  I have attached the same for your reference. I even called back PizzaHut to confirm they had canceled my order. He asked me to call Zomato and inform about the non delivery and assured that it would be canceled there. I contacted Zomato, however, their form doesn’t let me connect to an agent, instead I HAD to choose Cancel Order in order to get connected to an agent. The agent told me I would be getting a refund which I did not receive in the past 10 business days. So, I contacted Zomato and was asked to contact the orders team via email.
                  Firstly, the service is just horrible and now they don’t even want to investigate the issue. I received two canned replies from agents denying refund.
                  This is horrendous considering that I paid for something that wasn’t even delivered and even worst is that restaurant DOES NOT SERVE IN MY AREA OD RESIDENCE! Why am I penalised for something that’s not my fault??
                  Zomato is just cheating customers and making money this way. This is completely UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL!
                  I want a refund and ZOMATO HAS TO FIX THIS ERROR OF LISTING WRONG RESTAURANTS AND MISLEADING CUSTOMERS!

                  Zomato e-mail support keeps sending same canned response saying they won’t refund. Disgusting!! They lie to customers, charge them and make money. This needs to stop. I’m filing it in consumer court. You can’t make money cheating.

                    Zomato has blocked online ordering on my account, which they say has been done due to suspicious activity.
                    Firstly, i don't understand what suspicious activity have i done to deserve this. I have always been an honest and loyal zomato user.
                    Secondly, they say only online ordeing has been blocked on my account and i can use the rest of the app. But the issue is a blocker screen shows up whenever i open the app and does not allow me to use the app at all. I had purchased a zomato gold subscription, which i am unable to use because of my blocked account.
                    So, please either unblock my account or refund my money for zomato gold.

                      I had ordered from eatfit restaurant and initially the payment gateway said payment failed and asked me to try again as the order dint get confirmed, after trying it charged me the double the bill which was shown. Rs 513 was the bill and zomato charged me rs 1026. I have the bank messages too saying money deducted twice for zomato payment. While chatting with the zomato agent, he was only effin repeating those stupid pre defined snippets. I better get my money refunded asap else i will escalate rhis further and ensure no one from my family, from my workplace and my friends would choose zomato ever again. You guys better refund my money asap

                        Today(21 Jan 2018) I was looking to place an order on Zomato for the first time. By mistake, I tapped on "Place an order" button for some item I was looking for before I was 100% sure to book that order. As a consequence, I was deducted Rs 399 at 7:33 PM from my Paytm Account directly. Within next few seconds, I canceled my order since I was not ready earlier to place that order. My order was canceled by Zomato but unfortunately, my money was not re-imbursed. People at Zomato are saying that the money was charged as cancellation penality of the order I canceled. I haven't received the order, only after few seconds of placing the order, I canceled it.As a regret, I placed the fresh order with the same vendor(attached my Paytm payment screenshot), so I think I did no loss to the vendor. Now I request the team of Zomato to refund my money as that was my mistake and I am highly shameful for that act. Please bear my mishap only this time as I used Zomato for the first time and didn't know their policy. I am hopeful that the rising food-giant Zomato would help me and forgive me this time and will reimburse my money positively.

                          I ordered from briyani Ali restaurant on 20th jan, the worst food ever presented, Smelling of bad ingrident and definitely not looked like what I ordered.
                          They have put their pricing so high that I was sure to get a good good but turned out the other way.
                          The restaurant had no answer to give and were not apologetic and never offered me any solution.
                          Zomato has been extremely unhelpful and I’m really unhappy with this entir episode.

                          I need a response with complete refund and I’d expected to get this fast.

                            First no chicken kebab or chicken piece was present nd it was simple plain biryani wic i would hv got for 40 rs nd quality was substandard.
                            Why looting customer in name of offer
                            Also no kabab or chicken combo was present as promised so it's utter waste of money for me.

                              I ordered egg frice from a shop name chick 'o' chick in thiruvanmiyur, chennai, india. It contained chicken pieces in it. They had provided chicken fried rice instead of egg. I am filing this as a complaint as there are many people who are eggetarians like me. What they did is unfair. I don't want this to happen nexr time. I trusted zomato so much. I am disappointed now.

                                My name is Urja.
                                On the night of 20th January 2019 I had placed an order on zomato from the restaurant “CHINA GRILL” from my different account name- AKASH TULSANI and we had ordered chicken Dum Biryani and Tawa prawns and what we received is Fried Rice for our paid order.
                                I haven’t gone through such ridiculous service ever and then the best part was no resolution and response from zomato’s end and with that we went to that restaurant today and what we received was pathetic reply from them and haven’t got any resolution till now.
                                We have slept hungry last night and I am so disappointed that I can’t express my frustration even.
                                I am feeling like this zomato should be closed permanently.
                                Help me with the fast response and solution please.

                                  This is in reference to my order [protected] placed with "kfc" on saturday, 19th january 2019. The order contained a combo from kfc consisting of 8 pieces of chicken (4 hot & crispy + 4 smokey grilled) out of which i received only 4 pieces. Upon inspecting the contents of my order, i immediately contacted the delivery boy. He said that since the parcel was seal packed by kfc, i must contact zomato help center and i immediately emailed my complaint to zomato.

                                  Since, i got only 50% of the contents of my order, i was expecting a discount coupon or refund valuing to the amount. Instead i got am email stating that i will get rs.111/- in my zomato wallet as a gesture.

                                  I am ordering from zomato almost everyday and i don't want any guestures or chaity. I want a 50% refund a t the earliest.

                                  I had placed a prepaid order worth rs.444/- for which i demand a refund of rs.222/- at least.

                                  It would be great if someone from customer support team can call me @ [protected].

                                  Your swift action will be highly appreciated

                                    Zomato blocked or disabled my account by saying there were multiple signup without giving my ay informing and i was not aware of that. They blocked my account on 15th january and i have also gold membership which zomato offer.

                                    I noticed my zomato gold visit unlocked on 17 january 2019 even after my account was blocked on 15 january 2019 how can it be possible means my account was hacked so that they were multiple login. I was continously asking them about my query but they were not responding on their customer support. Multiple login were not my fault i am using this app on my 2 phones only.

                                    I request zomato to unblock my account as i spend rs 2000 on your gold membership and i was suffering without doing anything wrong.

                                      I ordered food for my guests at 8:05 pm using zomato app. Food was delivered after 1:30 hrs in cold condition. Naan was unchewable like rubber. It was such an embarrasing situation. I didn't had enough time to order from somewhere else and my guests left without eating it. When i tried to complain over zomato chat about this nobody replied for 45 mins. I kept waiting on and on. This is shameful behavior. Stop harrasing your customers. Please take things seriously or shut down your services.

                                        I have ordered food from zomato at 23:51 pm and the amount was deducted from my account but i didn't received any confirmation order or any message regarding order placed. Last message was debited for rs.110.40 on 20/jan/2019 23:46:15 (Upi ref no[protected]. I want my money back immediately. This the worst service i got. Look forward to the issue as soon as possible.

                                        Yesterday ordered for 130. Amt deducted never received order and still showing pending confirmation for 10 hours.

                                        Product order from zomato and the food delivered was stale and smelly.

                                        I complained zomato to return my money and take the smelly food back.. However they don't want to take any action..
