Please change and do something good for customer in case of refund, such # and rubish policy are there, if food is not ready and preparation have not started yet you should our money back if you can't then remove the option of cancellation, i lost my money because of this i have informed to restaurant also they also said that you must get refund and learn from swiggy to have a good customer image in world.
But now in helplessness i have to received my order forcefully. I lost my savings.

    I am give a order by zomato on 24 jan after 1 minutes cancel this order. But zomato is not give my refund. The zomato say your order is ready. So how to possibly 1 minutes in ready in order. So the zomato is charged rs -336 for is my order and my order total is rs-336. The zomato is not refund my rs-346. Give my refund in my account.

    Hi I have placesd this order through your mobile app and I made a payment of RS. 965 through NetBanking and as this order was on prepaid and your rider took RS. 950/- from my son and want it back asap.

      Zomato gave offer using promo code next50 but when i actually tried using the same they denied the offer terming it was a glitch. I was assured that i can use it by zomato chat support but they changed xolors overnight and denied the discount. Seems like they are fishing for customers by posting fake offers which is causing a lot of problems. Im posting the screenshots which clearly depicts the way zomato changed their mind over night. If they are not willing to give us the offers why are they giving out such things which will attract customers and give them psycological pain.

        Dear sir,

        This is with refernce to order no [protected] dated[protected] at 6:57 pm which was cancelled within 2-3 minutes as payment option was selected as cash instead of paytm.

        However, cancellation value of rs. 619/- is still appearing as previous balance. You are requested to remove the same as due to which i m unable to give new orders and whereas my cancellation was promptly made.

          Dear sir, I booked order jst ryt now and pay also from net banking but order not confirmed, why sir this happened 3 times with me .last time I booked 2 order of 27th January that day same issue, I lost total 152.5 rs.I request that please refund my money and improve service by zomato,
          It is very hurtful for customer bcz customer have trust on your site that do pay before delivery, so notice this point always.

          When i ordered a non veg thali from food junction at last i was paying the money from my phonepay account after that my money was deducted from my account but my order was not placed..
          Is that kind of service you provide to the customer..very shameful.

            Please find the snap shots of messages received from Zomato. I am taking follow up since last two months but not receiving any reply from ZOMATO. I still haven’t received refund for two failed orders(Rs. 1417 & Rs. 1133). I am trying to call Zomato customer no. also but couldn’t able to connect. Very bad experience received from Zomato. Will not order anything in future.
            We are facing this issue since last few months. But your team is not taking any action on it.

              We order some food from zomato but this is not deliver at mention address. It went on other address. It's mistake by the zomato side now i required my refund back. When i compaint on contact number no perfect solution is provided by zomato side. This is not good way to satisfied to customer. I am attaching image that's answer is given by zomato office member

              I complaint about the issue with in 30 minutes after taking delivery .

              They still running some useless communication rather than refund of my money.

                I had ordered a pizza from olivia on 27 jan 2019. So before ordering i had updated my address to juhu. (Previous address was khar west). But somehow the app didn't picked up the updated address and the delivery guy went to khar west for the delivery. So as the delivery guy could not come to juhu for the delivery he cancelled the deliver without even informing me and i was charged penalty because your (Zomato) didn't picked up the updated address

                They said they will issue refund in 24 hrs and still havent issued a refund to my zomato wallet even after 48 hrs of waiting and keep delaying whenever i message them and say do this do that . wat do i do with yhis company
                This company is not giving me refund for such an pathetic order... And also they provide the wrong item for coke. also the order was raw and food was smelling bad.

                  Hi, i had a long day and came home with full hunger. It was 11:30 i ordered food in punjabi affairs. Waited for an hour to get it, but it didn't. Contacted the support guy and asked for help. He said delivery boy not picking the call. I just told him that i want my money back. Then he cancelled the order without intimation. I asked as a matter of inconvenience caused because of delay in delivery i asked for refund. But support guys cancelled the order without intimation. I was hunger like anything. It became 1'o clock in the night. I did not have my dinner. Almost dying with hunger. Is this kind of service that zomato does? Make your customers starve with their services. Delayed delivery and brainless support people. Finally they ruined my dinner any my entire night. They give least value to the customer satisfaction. As a matter of inconvenience caused and made me hungry entire night because of zomato worst service, i demand a compensation of 20000 rupees.

                    I ordered 1 full biryani from shahi biryani. They provide two packets or biryani in 1 full plate. However zomato delivered me only one packet in 1 full biryani. When i had a word with resaturant, they clearly said that they have given two packets of biryani to the zomato guy...

                    I am trying to explain this to zomato support however they are not understanding...

                    I was working as zomato delivery partner, one day i had a big argument with my tl the very next day he blocked my ID and told me to come office when i reached office they ask me to give my asset and leave the company and blocked my zomato online order food app also. I still don't understand why they blocked my zomato food app.

                      I ordered food from Royal restaurant in Chennai veg biryani and they gave me mutton chicken/biryani and big and I realise after eating it.
                      they ruined my religion
                      and hotel must baer for this irresponsibility

                      i asked zomato chat person to tell hotel to pay for their mistake and i asked just 5 people lunch/dinner for the staff of hotel.i m staying in ..
                      they just gave me an email and asked me to write my problem there what i have already told them

                      I had placed an order on tomato for 2 milkshakes at 26 January 1.16 am not instead I got only 1 milkshake and my money got deducted for 2 you can ask the delivery guy as well my order number is [protected] and this is the 2nd time it's happening
                      On 24/1/2019 at morning 9 clock I ordered food from amurtha paradise one ghee karam dosa and one plate poori they charged 72.50ps they delivered some unhygienic and qualitless food me and gave complaint on zomato but the people are not taking any action against them my money also refunded till 24 hrs completed they are saying that please wait

                      I ordered food today in zomato from the merchant burger times . I ordered pizza and the pizza was like not cooked base bad smelling as well I found the insect on it . I called to burger times and informed the issue there is no response from her and saying that will talk to customer care and informing pizza maker is not feeling well so the food is not cooked properly. Is this the way they give the response because of you people why should we spoil our healths . We are ordering for food you people are sending poison for us which break down our healths . I want a immediate action over it if not I am crime department officer I know how to knee down you people . I have attached the worst ever pizza in the world that was delivered by zomato from burger time . The same will be escalated to the food department officer of India by showing your insects food

                        I ordered for one mini idli from banana leaf on 27th january at 9.
                        22pm. After all discount they deducted from my account rs. 50 on idli through paytm wallet banana leaf branch vijay nagar, indore through zomato.
                        I placed the order and cash was debited from my paytm wallet. But there was no order confirmation and was automatically redirected to the previous page.in my orders section of zomato app only order confirmation was not there. I even called the restaurant and asked whether the order got booked. They said we didnt get any order. So we are not responsible for your amount. From now onwards i will never pay with debit or credit card if this kind of service is provided. Not able to contact customer service through app and phone call also

                          I ordered a food through zomato and i complaint the quality about the food through help centre. They told they will check and will let me know within 24 hours. But now they blocked. I am a zomato gold customer and i frequently order from zomato. I dont know what i did. I have ordered some 10 times and use zomato gold frequently. I dont know what i did. Please help

                            Placed on 27th jan at 02:01 pm.

                            Dropped email to [protected]@zomato.com. But there is no response.
                            I ordered veg thali. Each of the small containers had all the curries and payasam. Payasam, buttermilk, kootu and sambar cups were open and the parcel was fully leaked that the delivery boy ([protected]) wiped it outside and apologized for it.
                            I asked him to take it back but he refused and left the place.

                              I have ordered a pizza from hunger pizza on 27 jan 2019, at nearly 1:30 pm and used the payment method of paytm for that order. My bank account shows that money has been successfully deducted and transferred to zomato but nothing reflects in zomato's my orders section or not refund my payment.

                                Zomato is giving such a poor service. My order id is [protected]. I have placed an order from biryani zone but i got message saying restaurant didn't confirm my order and it got cancelled. And no one is initiating my refund of rs 1130. I haven't received any call from their executive and they are saying i didn't respond. I also tried their call but they were not responding, refund my money as soon as possible. You have no rights to do like this.

                                  I had ordered food through zomato from kitchens electronic city. When i got food it was smelling foul. It was not eatable. Immediately i called restaurant, they said we will refund the amount, but you need to raise a complaint with zomato. Then i called zomato customer care, customer support executive talked nicely and he said full amount will be refunded within 2-3 days. Afterer a week i got mail saying, this kind of incident will not happen again, but there was no mention of refund. When i asked for refund, they were not ready to refund, when i insisted gain and again they refunded just rs 77 where as i paid rs 312. Now they are saying, they can do this much. When i called customer support they are taking rudely and not ready to refund money.

                                  I am not getting any contact where to escalate this matter.

                                    I ordered one pizza from pizza by zomato. The whole order was completely cold. First thing the guy who delivered the pizza didn't give the bill at the time of delivery. When we saw and call that guy told sir i can't do anything contact support.
                                    One funny thing is that they have only chat support not call which is also only for the shake of name actually they do comedy there. You cant get any help out of the chat. You will last up with wasting your time. At night 1130 he says sir please wait for some time our team is tracking with the restaurant please wait for some time once we get any response we will let you know. That too only though email😂. If you tell anything they says sir please don't use profanity here.
                                    We need to follow company policy and protocols which is scrap just for shake of name.

                                      I ordered pav bhaji n peri peri fries from chai kaapi.
                                      Bhaji quantity is very less.. Less than half... I called chai kaapi.. They said they filled half cup quantity of bhaji in it.
                                      It is clearly visible that bhaji has been deliberately taken n parcel has been tampered with..

                                      It is very shameful on part of zomato team. U have lost customer trust... I will never order from zomato in futute

                                        I am atul sharma, i ordered food on zomato dt. 25.1.19 time 7:19 pm from wakhra swag restaurant. Order no. [protected], order was confirmed. But on 7:33pm zomato called me that there was not any delivery boy so we cancelled your order and amound will be refunded back. After that they cancel my order and not refund my money. And now they said you cancelled your order so there is no point of refund. Screenshot attached that they call me but they are not accepting, please help
