I ordered foor with order id [protected] on 26th january at 6:10 pm. The payment had been deducted but the order history desplayed no order for nearly about 10 minutes. I restarted application several times in this period. I thought the order has not been placed an the payment was deducted by mistake so i order another food with order id [protected]. After this order the first order i have placed started showing status. I talked to customer support but they only here to cancel order but not refund my amount while the mistake here from their application not from my end and also not from the restaurant. So, in this way i have no choise but to accept the food. Please take some serious action on them.

    Hi team i was ordering from a hotel today and that did not get approved and no valets has been assigned for a long time and i started chatting with the support people and please find the screenshots for the reply they have sent me and i got irritated and i could not control my anger... Zomato cannot be so irresponsible... Zomato customer service sucks!!!

      Hi team,
      I have ordered a chicken house biryani in biryani house restaurant at chennai on26january through zomato. I paid 143 rs for that apart from the offers.

      Finally i received the food after an hour and i found that egg was spoiled completely as it was not covered and they put it simply like that. When i opened the food box i found very less quantity of biryani which i don't normally get as i have ordered a lot of times here. There were 3 chicken pieces. Its actually not pieces they were just bones with some flesh attached to it. It was not even cooked as the smell itself shows that they have just applied the masala. I raised these concerns in customer chat box and asked for the replacement. But the executive named piyush started speaking sarcastically from the beginning and humiliated me a lot of times even thought i was polite towards him. Finally he said no replacement for this thing... Then i asked what is the use of customer care then.. Then he just ignored mine and put an end to the conversation in a ride way

        I have ordered a couple of pizzas from us pizza on 26 jan 2019, at nearly 1:30 pm and used the payment method of net banking for that order. My bank account shows that money has been successfully deducted and transferred to zomato but nothing reflects in zomato's my orders section.

        I have attached a picture of my bank account statement.

          I ordered pizza from domino's through zomoto app but the pizza didn't got delivered to me but in the zomoto app it's showing it's being delivered so i even complaint to there customer executive about this as my money got deducted from my account so they are saying as it's not there fault it's domino's fault u should call them and complain i even called the restaurant so they are saying we didn't got any money so it's with zomoto both the party are just playing with us about this and both are saying it's not our fault it's there fault so whom should i ask or contact for my refund of rs 208... Help me with this...

            I ordered food in zomato .i have an issue with the food packaging . i complained to zomato helpline. they responded and solved my issue. when i tried to order next day i found my account was disabled.even there is no access to my zomato wallet which has my money. they didnt even informed me about disabling. if they informed . i would have used my money in zomato wallet.this is very bad.

            i request you to look into issue please help me to get back my money.

              I ordered food on 24th jan 19 at 8.45 pm, the same was delivered at 10.15 pm, kept on calling delivery guy, earlier his phone was not reachable and later on said that his bike got punctured and the task was assigned to some other delivery boy. I gave an option to pick the food myself but that was not do able.

                Our Restaurant ID 18365201 Holy Basil Pure Veg Restaurant, Bhosari, From Last Monday 21st Jan 2019 our restaurant goes offline without our prior knowledge after following with area sales manager and customer care we are not getting any positive response and we are losing our business.

                Now we contact to Zomato Customer care they are saying area sales manager out of station and we will solve your problem after he comes but now its long weekend if we wait for area sales manager we will loose our business and our customer will divert to other.

                So we request you please make our restaurant live on zomato as soon as possible

                  Hi,

                  I have order a food from zomato bangalore and i could see the status on app that your order is on the way.. With in 10 min i have got the message stating that we are trying reaching you since your number was not reachable this order stands cancel and paid amount will be charged as an cancellation fee. I also called to the delivery boy and said he was unable to find the address on the map hence he returned the order to the restaurant. This was really surprising for me because am a regular customer of zomato and all my previous orders has been delivered on the same address without any pre confirmation call. Since my apartment is very know place any one can guide in case delivery boy have tried to ask someone.

                  I have dropped an email to the zomato support but they had given very careless response. They not even tried to know who have cancelled the order.

                  They are just cheating the customers.. If they have issue with address they should check before they pick the order from the restaurant.

                  Its just a fraud case. They are charging to customers for there own team failure which is purely unfair.

                  On website, they have shared grievance officer number : [protected] but this number is not in service.

                    I ordered food in zomato on 19/01/2019 .i have a problem with package so i complained to zomato customer care and they responded immediately . till there iam happy.but when i tried to order food on very next day i found that they disabled my account. theres is money in my zomato wallet. this completely unethical and irresponsible.

                      The delivery boy johnson mathias was very rude over the phone showing lack of patience and professionalism while providing directions to the location over the phone
                      He shouted and showed no respect while talking over the phone while at the same time not listening to the directions properly and blaming the same on us.

                        I have tried contacting chat they asked me to email [protected]@zomato.com and its been 4 days and no response.

                        Also there is no proper customer care. My money is stuck and my card issuer is asking for a rrn and refund email for which chat associates have no answer and are rude and there is no response from email team.

                        Worst experience. Playing a huge fraud game by luring customers with their offer and then not refunding the amount when restaurant rejects order!!

                            I have ordered my lunch in zomato. Delivery person ask me to come and collect at main road that is nearly 500 to 1000 m from my office. He told, security guard not allowed me to enter in the campus. I check with guard that guard told previously the zomato team write a letter to security we are not going to enter into the campus because they are not wearing helmet inside the campus. Today, i ordered my lunch in zomato i never received any single message or communication from zomato like we are not delivered your food at your location at the time of order placing. They blaming the security person instead of their problems. I very disappoint of zomato team activity. Please take necessary action on them.

                                Hi, i made an order on 20th jan at around 2:37 pm and payment mode was autodeduct by patm. While ordering i put in clear instructions that i want my order to be delivered by 4:30 pm not before that. But they didnt deliver the order, cancelled the order themself and also deducted the amount and now not ready to refund it saying that we didnt pick up their calls.

                                  I have ordered " spring roll, a pizza and two cold coffee at 11am on 20 january 2019 and believe me that not only the packaging but also the food quality was hilarious. It was the worst experience i have ever have. Earlier also an order of french fries and honey chilli potato from some other restraunt on approx 22december2018 and it was also bad but i was in a hurry so i didn't complaint about that. But now again you are doing the same thing and even after filing a complaint no satisfactory action has been taken and you have annoyed me as much as you could. I am so disappointed by whatever you have done to us

And later, his phone started saying that you will get ten minutes and later say that your address is outside our area and your order is canceling. 1-in-2 days.And now there was not a rupee for 4 months now.[protected] okhla
                                  On January 20th, unauthorised transactions of INR 819.76 took place from my paytm wallet by zomato media pvt limited. I had not placed any order, money was deducted automatically from my paytm wallet without my consent. It was pretty bizzare. Please look into the issue and refund the money as soon as possible.

                                    They didn't follow my special cooking instructions and they themself refunded 29rs and that night zomato blocked all my account, when i mailed them they said that they are unable to unblock it again. I know why they blocked my account, shame on zomato. You only refunded the amount.. Did in ask u for that 29rs?. Actually your service is poor and you must be ashamed of it and not me.

                                      Zomato has listed PizzaHut-Sector 57 as a restaurant that delivers to my location and this is FASLE! I received a call from “Govind” (ph: ‪[protected]‬) who works at “Sector 57 PizzaHut” after I placed the order on Zomato, telling me they have canceled the order as they don’t deliver to Sector 59 where I reside. I received a cancellation SMS from PizzaHut before it was canceled on Zomato.
                                      I have attached the same for your reference. I even called back PizzaHut to confirm they had canceled my order. He asked me to call Zomato and inform about the non delivery and assured that it would be canceled there. I contacted Zomato, however, their form doesn’t let me connect to an agent, instead I HAD to choose Cancel Order in order to get connected to an agent. The agent told me I would be getting a refund which I did not receive in the past 10 business days. So, I contacted Zomato and was asked to contact the orders team via email.
                                      Firstly, the service is just horrible and now they don’t even want to investigate the issue. I received two canned replies from agents denying refund.
                                      This is horrendous considering that I paid for something that wasn’t even delivered and even worst is that restaurant DOES NOT SERVE IN MY AREA OD RESIDENCE! Why am I penalised for something that’s not my fault??
                                      Zomato is just cheating customers and making money this way. This is completely UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL!
                                      I want a refund and ZOMATO HAS TO FIX THIS ERROR OF LISTING WRONG RESTAURANTS AND MISLEADING CUSTOMERS!

                                      Zomato e-mail support keeps sending same canned response saying they won’t refund. Disgusting!! They lie to customers, charge them and make money. This needs to stop. I’m filing it in consumer court. You can’t make money cheating.

                                        Zomato has blocked online ordering on my account, which they say has been done due to suspicious activity.
                                        Firstly, i don't understand what suspicious activity have i done to deserve this. I have always been an honest and loyal zomato user.
                                        Secondly, they say only online ordeing has been blocked on my account and i can use the rest of the app. But the issue is a blocker screen shows up whenever i open the app and does not allow me to use the app at all. I had purchased a zomato gold subscription, which i am unable to use because of my blocked account.
                                        So, please either unblock my account or refund my money for zomato gold.
