I m dr. Abhi... Today i ordered some food and the delivery boy misbehaved with me on 55/- balance and he created a scene there. His name is shabon in meerut region. Total amount of order was 455/- amd i gave him 500/-... He shld have return me 55rps but instead of that he abused me and misbehaved with me... And said its ure responsibty to bring 455/- rps only and u havnt gave me some tip... Why shld i gibe y 55/-... I m really disappointed with his behaviour

    1. Food delivered was very very late and beyond the time limits.
    2. Food was cold as ice such that not even an animal would eat it.
    3. Zomato executives were not at all helpful instead they were irritating and denied any refund basically they think of their customers as fool.
    4. Late delivery could have been exception but cold food. Basically i feel cheated. Neither the food on time nor the food was hot or warm.

      This rajinikanth nandanaboina i have made an order 409 money deducted from my account and the order not placed. When it will be refunded. Otherwise i will never order from zomato everrrrr again! It is totally unfair on zomato's part, and is cheating customers by unsafe banking through their app. Atleast they should try to answer customer calls. I have attached the transaction happened. This is the first time have got this problem. Please make fastest resolution

        Sir,
        I am living in delhi and my name is archana pisharody. I had placed an order on zomato on 17jan 2014 at around 7pm. As my mobile number was not reachable, so i did not get any call from the delivery boy. After some time i got the message that my order was cancelled and there will be no refund.
        But there was no mistake on my side.
        As my order was cancelled, the money should have been refunded to my account. I can't spare my money. I did not get my order delivered. How can they charge 317/- as penalty? This is a case of cheating the customer. I cannot pay for the food which i have not eaten. So, please accept my complaint and take serious action against the company

        Sorry the date was 17jan 2019
        Food order placed was shown 20 minutes delivery, made to wait for 2 hours and updated order status as delivered without giving delivery.
        Money was deducted but the order was not placed. There is no number or support system from Zomato. I just want my money back.

          I had ordered some food on zomato:-
          1. On 28/11/18, but i had received stale food, when i asked for a refund this simply kept pushing it for 2 months (In which i had contacted them multiple time) and then they said they can't check it.
          2. On 17/1/19 - i had ordered some food on zomato, after 90 mins, the customer care executive mr. Deepak asks me to call the restaurant to get my order and then informs me that it can't completed. After 90 mins of waiting i get no support from zomato

            I have made payment through netbanking to zomato. My account has been debited but payment has not reached zomato. It has gone to atom technology. My order not placed. Refund my payment. Zomato should have done it by now. I want my money back. How can it go somewhere else. If it has remain somewhere in between then you should have refunded them back by now.

            Sweet Truth 18070804 Rs. 129. Order estimate time to deliver was 10:50 Starting chatting with customers care they said it will be delivered by 11:30 i was almost drowning in sleep, n i slept around 11:45 morning i woke up saw a review popup to review the taste.

            How awkward, delivery boy were eating food i saw but didn't deliver n asking rating

              Placed an order by mistake on 16/1/2019. Within a minute informed zomato to cancel, but they refused saying it is their policy of non-cancellation.

              I called the despatch immediately and told him the order is not needed. The despatch connected me to customer care and told them the same. They cancelled, but refused to refund.

              I called the restaurant they confirmed order cancelled. The despatch did not pick the order. Still zomato says no refund policy.

              The restaurant confirmed they will not be paid since order cancelled. But zomato still saying no refund policy

                I placed following order online:order from hotel laxmi fast food veg non veg.
                Placed on 17th jan at 12:18 am.
                #[protected]. The payment was done online.

                The delivery boy reached near my location. But was not comming to my doorstep. According to the hell chat the rider couldn't reach me. Even i called the delivery boy (Named mangesh according to zomato app), the number was busy all the time. Now after around 40 mins the order gets cancelled without any refund. When asked about the refund, help chat said-since the food was already dispatched, cancellation charge equal to order amount will be levied. Why should i pay the cancellation charge if i didn't cancelled the order myself and at the time also tried contacting the delivery person. Please resolve this. I want my refund

                I ordered food from Malvan tadka, the payment was successful but, after returning to app the app shown order failed and the items were as is in cart. Below is payment confirmation message, please refund the money.

                I had made a payment online for rupees 728 towards an order at around 8, 30pm. The secure gateway of transfer occused saying something went wrong. But i received the message saying payment deducted. Order was not registered at all. Want a complete refund immediately.

                    In zomato services is very very bad, i m from vadodara gujarat. I give a one order angoori basudi from jagdish farshan ltd throw zomato on[protected]:00 am. After 12 o'clock i send a msg to zomato customer care.. And he check and he told yr order is cancled. Zomato can not delivered, why it payment early... I very disappointed to zomato service...

                      Had placed an order with zomato, for a veg triple schezwan fried rice at

                      Had ordered a veg triple schezwan fried rice from dynasty (Santacruz west) which is 10 mins away from my office through zomato. After waiting for an hour, i called the restaurant, to my surprise they informed me that they do not accept any orders through zomato. After that i reached zomato through their chat page. At the same time i got a call from zomato apologizing that they cannot delver this order. After chatting for quite sometime, they were only sorry for the incident. Later they, came up stating they have credited an amount of 124/- in my zomato wallet. I have informed them that their credit is not going to return my precious time and i am the one who remains hungry.
                      Shame on zomato!!!
                      This has not only wasted my time as well as the all the effort of the delivery guy who went all the way to the restaurant to collect the food and to give information to the back end team to please inform me about the same. But the back end team got back to me only after the delivery guy told them to. It had been ignored for the entire one hour.
                      Waste of time, money (They said it will be refunded with 2-7 working days) and waste of someone's energy and petrol.
                      I pity the delivery boys. You treat them like machines and not humans. Wake up zomato...

                        Ordered on 16th january 2019 from, tandoori chicken ramdevnagar ahmedabad through zomato.
                        Received message that the order has been confirmed.

                        Order was not delivered and the mobile number provided to contact was out of service.
                        The order tracking still shows that the order is "en route". This is after the delivery time has elapsed.

                        I want refund and on top of that compensation for keeping me hungry and causing me inconvenience waiting for the order...

                          I came from ofc and order food but after waiting 2 hrs they cancelled my order and i'm hungry and dying for food so i request you kindly take action against this company they are wasted my 2 hrs in the night after that i'm unable to eat food from anywhere

                          So i request kindly banned this company from india they are not a good company they are liers

                            Today I ordered food from Truly Punjab restaurant through Zomato.com and got the wrong food delivered when I contacted customer care through chat, they just didn't care to solve the issue. They just added Zomato credits into my account. I don't care about zomato credits. I paid in real money through online payment and I want my money back in same way. When asked for the same they denied it clearly and kept repeating that 'we have added zomato credits to your account'. I paid in real money and they are refunding it in virtual currency is cheating.

                            I don't want to reorder anything from Zomato and I want my money back in same way I paid.

                                I paid online for a delivery but it got cancelled as i was a little late to pick up my. Phone as the delivery boy arrived. We then called the delivery boy back, he did not receive the call and blocked us, we told the restaurant, they tried to reach the delivery boy but he did not pick up the call and was untraceable. We lost our. Delivery, it got cancelled and then we got the message that we will get the refund back within 10 days. Its been more than 10 days and we did not get any refund yet.
                                Kindly help us to get our money back.

                                  I made an order for double cheese margherita from domino's kharadi pune on 14th jan 2019 around 7 pm. 1st time i made payment through google pay but it didn't process the payment later i made 2nd transaction through googlepay again but again it didn't process the payment. 3rd time i made payment through payttm upi and the order was placed.
                                  On zomato i can see the payment for 1st 2 tries is incomplete but the amount is been debited from my account.

                                  Could you please help?

                                      Unlike other days this time my order fpr domino's got placed in an outlet that was far from my location. The outlet cancelled it, which has not been updated on my end. They told me to contact zomato. I tried reaching zomato on their chat assistance and they only said hye, nothing after that. After 30 mins after my help me pls msgs they reply and say the same, pls contact the restaurant we don't manage the delivery. But it was a order problem. This is not the first time trouble with zomato orders and customer service.

                                      I ordered from Zomato on 27 dec. As I use to order on cod asked the rider to come up with the change as I was having 2000 note. Rider completely denied and said you will not get the order. And when I get back to cx care said you were not responsible so the order is rejected and amount will be added in your next order. And my cod is also disabled.
