Today on date 20.01.2019 we ordered 2 meals through zomato app and got only 1 meal. We compelled to miss our lunch and got embarrassed in front of the guest.

Zomato did not bother to arrange the delivery of remaining part of order and simply credited the remaining order amount as zomato credit.
Had a bitter experience.

    Very degraded quality of food completely uncooked and uneatable. My issue is been handle by their so called quality control team and they havent reverted back since 20 days

    When asked to their customer care executive they say it is not in our hand and it will take more time.

    Very frustrated and disappointed with the way they are treating the customers. Utterly like beggers.

      Hi,

      My oder number [protected], one of the item was missing.
      I want the refund in my bank account but they are not ready to refund the amount in my bank. They have refunded the amount in my zomato credits, which i don't want.
      Amount :187/- only.
      Earlier they have refunded to bank account.
      This time they refused to refund to bank. This is not right, they should have an option of refunding to bank account also.

        I placed my order with pizza hut from zomato at 4 pm and instantly i got a confirmation text and at 4:35 pm i got a call which said my order hadn’t been confirmed the whole time. I waited 2 hours for my order to be delivered. My order value is ₹588 and i’m gonna need a refund because this is not fair. This is not my fault. This is your fault and carelessness. I need you to give me refund for the price that i pay.

          I had ordered a kadhai chicken from zomato from the restaurant shahi dawat from jyoti chowk but the delivered product was worst and non eatable. Please do action on this my mob no is [protected] my order no was [protected] but the food delivered was not appropriate please do action on this otherwise i am going to lodge a complaint on this for providing such a waste food.

            Hi, had horrible experience with food from pappu chaiwalla order no.-[protected]
            First now chicken kebab or chicken piece was present nd it was simple plain biryani wic i would hv got for 40 rs nd quality was substandard.
            Why looting customer in name of offer
            Also no kabab or chicken combo was present as promised so it's utter waste of money for me.

              Food quality was so bad that even there were small stones present in the food, and also, it was maybe a rotten food.in deed i had got vomiting 2 days because of having rotten food... Food poisoning was there for me and had to take tablets etc.. I have given evidences so far it's not resolved. I need an explanation and a refund for all the bulls hit it happened

                I am just inquiring about the food from zomato android app and unexpectedly made order. I was looking for a cancel order but i didn't get it. I just call to the restaurant and ask them to not make food for this order and restaurant man said ok.

                Now when i check app it's showing the delivery man is assigned for the order so i again find the option to cancel food so the delivery boy doesn't deliver unwanted food. I just found cancel order and now they are not refunding my money.

                There is a no way of final confirmation of order. I have called to restaurant to not make food and my money deducted and no refund.

                This is not fair to the new customer. I will not recommend anyone to use zomato.

                  I ordered food (Paneer sabni tava rotli buttrr milk)
                  And one more thing that i get free of cost is a bug (Cockroach) in my butter milk.. Its a liquid so i easily found.. But what about sabji.. How do i know how the make. Never buy online anything.
                  I don't have full pic because i directly clicked from the app but i added screenshot of chat with customers care.. They even don't care about it. Not propper answer from them

                    I had ordered food at 10:26 pm serving time was 20 minutes but i was not received my food till12:00. My kids were hungry but i didn't received satisfactory response from zomato even my order was prepaid. One top of that the rider was switched off phone. After so much effort restaurant person was not pick up his phone & zomato helpline service didn't give satisfactory answer

                      I ordered food from kabab souq through zomato app at 7:48 pm, january 18, 2019. They were supposed to deliver the order within 40-50 minutes. I got the order at 9: 18 pm. It was 1.5 hours delay in their delivery.
                      I requested a refund from them, which was completely denied by zomato.
                      The bill amount was: 147.07/- inr

                      Zomato mailed back. They are sorry for their inconveniences but they are not refunding the amount.

                      No zomato credits added. It's showing 0.
                      Zomato replied that they added 147/- as credits.
                      This a bad harassment from Zomato.

                        Website: I am complaining against Zomato illogical penalties

                        I am regular customer of zomato app as i order thrice in a day through online delivery. I had mistakenly placed an order in chawla chicken restaurant and initiated cancellation of the same in the same minute itself through chat box, even informed the dilevery guy about cancellation, also i tried calling to the restaurant but nobody picked up the call... After 10-15 minutes zomato person is saying to me that you have to take the order and even after cancellation we will charge you the same amount of your order... Whenever you order next in zomato... I had a huge fight on phone regarding this illogical penalty and out of anger i had cancel the order and even after that i am getting the message that you have to pay the amount as fine because the restaurant had made the order in the meantime... That's what i was telling them to cancel the order and i can't understand how the restaurant had completed my order in 15 minutes and it was ready thats a cheat that zomato is playing with customers

                          I have ordered a meal which was delivered by swiggy with invoice of zomato, however i complained to customer care executive and instead of helping me he continuesly kept arguing with me.. I have provided the screen shots as well but he did not help me out. Attached are the details for reference.

                          Please have a look and do the needful as i am privileged customer of zomato i do not want to loose my trust or even my friends too..

                            My account is debited but the payment in zomato is not completed and my order is also not completed

                            Let me explain in detail

                            I am ordering the food from restro burger point

                            The cost of order is rs.180 after applying coupn the cost of the final order become
                            Rs.100 and then the payment option came where i set the payment method to paytm upi and proceed but actually the payment was not completed and my was debited rs.100

                            So how can i get my money back

                            How can i get my money back?

                            Help me other wise i will have to call at your customer care number

                              I m dr. Abhi... Today i ordered some food and the delivery boy misbehaved with me on 55/- balance and he created a scene there. His name is shabon in meerut region. Total amount of order was 455/- amd i gave him 500/-... He shld have return me 55rps but instead of that he abused me and misbehaved with me... And said its ure responsibty to bring 455/- rps only and u havnt gave me some tip... Why shld i gibe y 55/-... I m really disappointed with his behaviour

                                1. Food delivered was very very late and beyond the time limits.
                                2. Food was cold as ice such that not even an animal would eat it.
                                3. Zomato executives were not at all helpful instead they were irritating and denied any refund basically they think of their customers as fool.
                                4. Late delivery could have been exception but cold food. Basically i feel cheated. Neither the food on time nor the food was hot or warm.

                                  This rajinikanth nandanaboina i have made an order 409 money deducted from my account and the order not placed. When it will be refunded. Otherwise i will never order from zomato everrrrr again! It is totally unfair on zomato's part, and is cheating customers by unsafe banking through their app. Atleast they should try to answer customer calls. I have attached the transaction happened. This is the first time have got this problem. Please make fastest resolution

                                    I am living in delhi and my name is archana pisharody. I had placed an order on zomato on 17jan 2014 at around 7pm. As my mobile number was not reachable, so i did not get any call from the delivery boy. After some time i got the message that my order was cancelled and there will be no refund.
                                    But there was no mistake on my side.
                                    As my order was cancelled, the money should have been refunded to my account. I can't spare my money. I did not get my order delivered. How can they charge 317/- as penalty? This is a case of cheating the customer. I cannot pay for the food which i have not eaten. So, please accept my complaint and take serious action against the company

                                    Food order placed was shown 20 minutes delivery, made to wait for 2 hours and updated order status as delivered without giving delivery.
                                    Money was deducted but the order was not placed. There is no number or support system from Zomato. I just want my money back.

                                      I had ordered some food on zomato:-
                                      1. On 28/11/18, but i had received stale food, when i asked for a refund this simply kept pushing it for 2 months (In which i had contacted them multiple time) and then they said they can't check it.
                                      2. On 17/1/19 - i had ordered some food on zomato, after 90 mins, the customer care executive mr. Deepak asks me to call the restaurant to get my order and then informs me that it can't completed. After 90 mins of waiting i get no support from zomato

                                        I have made payment through netbanking to zomato. My account has been debited but payment has not reached zomato. It has gone to atom technology. My order not placed. Refund my payment. Zomato should have done it by now. I want my money back. How can it go somewhere else. If it has remain somewhere in between then you should have refunded them back by now.

Order estimate time to deliver was 10:50 Starting chatting with customers care they said it will be delivered by 11:30 i was almost drowning in sleep, n i slept around 11:45 morning i woke up saw a review popup to review the taste.
