Sir,
I am living in delhi and my name is archana pisharody. I had placed an order on zomato on 17jan 2014 at around 7pm. As my mobile number was not reachable, so i did not get any call from the delivery boy. After some time i got the message that my order was cancelled and there will be no refund.
But there was no mistake on my side.
As my order was cancelled, the money should have been refunded to my account. I can't spare my money. I did not get my order delivered. How can they charge 317/- as penalty? This is a case of cheating the customer. I cannot pay for the food which i have not eaten. So, please accept my complaint and take serious action against the company
