In zomato they deducted the money from my paytm wallet without any order. At night i have a massege from paytm there is three transactions from zomato 1 is 106.2 is 880. And 3 is 1347 what the hell they are doing without any order how it be and know they dont tell me any type of answer in there mail i am send them multiple type mail on there mail address but they dont give me any type of answer...

My Complaint is : I tried to change number and it got changed in zomato app before making order.
As number got changed i was expecting communication to be done on updated number but they communicated on my old number. and that leaded to cancellation of my order and hence financial loss also.

I contacted customer care(chat option), and asked to either deliver my order again or refund...

As i have placed order today evening at 7pm through zomato...in venkatesh grand hotel guntur.. It asked to pay the amount through credit / debit card.. As i paid through debit card it redirected to atom technologies limited.. And my amount was debited and the page was not redirected to zomato... And my order was not placed.. Solve this and refund my amount which was debited 590.655rs....

I have placed an order on 21st dec 2018 for a restaurant in guntur and the amount us 149 rps zomato has deducted my amount but order hasn't been placed..i texted in zomato customer support they said it will be refunded and nothing has been refunded...i waited for these days for refund but hasn't recieved it please look into this the order is payed through paytm on 21st dec at 8:48pm please help me out...

I have ordered fish biryani through zomato from a restaurant (FISH CHAIN) Bangalore. They delivered me a rotten food. I asked them to take the food back as soon as I opened it. They intentionally delivered the rotten food, because there food smelled so bad that while packing they know it is not edible. I ordered food from Zomato for my family at my residence. As I was in office I was unable to pick up the call when the delivery person had reached my home.

Though I had clearly added my address in the Zomato app the delivery person instead of delivering the food called me twice and since I was unable to attend the call these guys...

I placed order to domino's pizza on december 8th. Order number [protected] but order got rejected and it says refunded as zomoto credits. But not yet. It's been 20 days still i haven't got my refund. Zomoto support executive are very rude. I called up domino's they say order has not reached them. I have dropped mail to [protected]@zomoto.com i have sent 6-7 mails still no response from them. I'm following up in all social media networks there also...

Again it happens... I am just fed up of this... Last night i order veg noodles and money deducted from my a/c.. Rs.50.. But order not placed... On 22nd december i order teel pork order not placed... It's already 6th day and my money is not being refunded... Last night money also not refunded... What the hell is this happening here... I don't know... I want my money back today... My total money engage in zomato is 140+50= 190...

On december 22nd 2018, i had placed an order on zomato from new take away restaurant for an amount of rs – 3300/- at 4:34 am and paid for the order in advance using my debit card. The order track page showed my food was being prepared, considering the amount of food that i had ordered i believed the food would take a long time to be delivered, hence i had immediately requested zomato to cancel my order for which the request was declined...

Yesterday i ordered a chicken biriyani from zomato and while i was about to eat i found that it was a rotten meat and moreover it seems like a dog meat. Really scared on it. What if my son would ate??

I ordered food from zomato but the food i got was completely different what i saw in an uploaded image.
I called the customer service, some girl answered my call. And i told her that the food i received is not what i ordered.
She asked me to send the image
I sent the image to her and she started with like this is what you ordered, i told her that i saw the brown sauce on image but i got white alfredo sauce. And she started...

I have ordered food, they have assigned it to delivery person who did not even lift the call, when i have contacted support, those support people were worst than that delivery person, they were giving weird reasons that due to traffic the delivery person is not able to reach when it was around 10.00 pm which shows that there is no traffic in that area and zomato people were least bothered about providing solution what to be done, instead...

And not reply me and [protected] order number plz solve the problem and so much waiting and i hope you plz do something and what will be do... No budy call me... Where are my order and showing deliver r order and not received me and done online payment. And company not confirmed my other issues much time and given the say wath. Plz report to complain...

I had placed order on Zomato on 25th December 2018 from Munchies Express Nagpur and I paid from Paytm .After 1hr from deduction of money they declined my order saying the restaurant isn't accepting order since 1month . They should have removed the restaurant from the list then. They said they will refund the money but even after 24 hr it didn't.

you do not provide cancellation of order at an ease of button ...against customer rights...
i will be sending u copies of letters, . raised awareness against this issue to various govt bodies to find a solution. u have to address the issue of cancellation or online helpline on ur app so that customers dont suffer.

It's being 5days... I placed order in zomato... But the not placed and money deducted from my a/c... My name is sristee chanda... I had order teel pork from anandomoi on 22nd dec.. From guwahati... It's about 24th of december, i ordered from a restaurant gopal's 56, kalkaji, new delhi.
I ordered 5 pav bhaji which cost me inr 225 after discount.
I got message that restaurant accepted my order, and also got message that zomato road runner is on the way...
I have waited for 2 hours still didn't get call...
