Had placed an order with zomato, for a veg triple schezwan fried rice at

Had ordered a veg triple schezwan fried rice from dynasty (Santacruz west) which is 10 mins away from my office through zomato. After waiting for an hour, i called the restaurant, to my surprise they informed me that they do not accept any orders through zomato. After that i reached zomato through their chat page. At the same time i got a call from zomato apologizing that they cannot delver this order. After chatting for quite sometime, they were only sorry for the incident. Later they, came up stating they have credited an amount of 124/- in my zomato wallet. I have informed them that their credit is not going to return my precious time and i am the one who remains hungry.
Shame on zomato!!!
This has not only wasted my time as well as the all the effort of the delivery guy who went all the way to the restaurant to collect the food and to give information to the back end team to please inform me about the same. But the back end team got back to me only after the delivery guy told them to. It had been ignored for the entire one hour.
Waste of time, money (They said it will be refunded with 2-7 working days) and waste of someone's energy and petrol.
I pity the delivery boys. You treat them like machines and not humans. Wake up zomato...

    Ordered on 16th january 2019 from, tandoori chicken ramdevnagar ahmedabad through zomato.
    Received message that the order has been confirmed.

    Order was not delivered and the mobile number provided to contact was out of service.
    The order tracking still shows that the order is "en route". This is after the delivery time has elapsed.

    I want refund and on top of that compensation for keeping me hungry and causing me inconvenience waiting for the order...

      I came from ofc and order food but after waiting 2 hrs they cancelled my order and i'm hungry and dying for food so i request you kindly take action against this company they are wasted my 2 hrs in the night after that i'm unable to eat food from anywhere

      So i request kindly banned this company from india they are not a good company they are liers

        Today I ordered food from Truly Punjab restaurant through Zomato.com and got the wrong food delivered when I contacted customer care through chat, they just didn't care to solve the issue. They just added Zomato credits into my account. I don't care about zomato credits. I paid in real money through online payment and I want my money back in same way. When asked for the same they denied it clearly and kept repeating that 'we have added zomato credits to your account'. I paid in real money and they are refunding it in virtual currency is cheating.

        I don't want to reorder anything from Zomato and I want my money back in same way I paid.

Please take necessary actions and try to find out answer to it. Please note zomato should not call me or any of my family members without our consent.             I paid online for a delivery but it got cancelled as i was a little late to pick up my. Phone as the delivery boy arrived. We then called the delivery boy back, he did not receive the call and blocked us, we told the restaurant, they tried to reach the delivery boy but he did not pick up the call and was untraceable. We lost our. Delivery, it got cancelled and then we got the message that we will get the refund back within 10 days. Its been more than 10 days and we did not get any refund yet.
            Kindly help us to get our money back.

              Hi,

              I made an order for double cheese margherita from domino's kharadi pune on 14th jan 2019 around 7 pm. 1st time i made payment through google pay but it didn't process the payment later i made 2nd transaction through googlepay again but again it didn't process the payment. 3rd time i made payment through payttm upi and the order was placed.
              On zomato i can see the payment for 1st 2 tries is incomplete but the amount is been debited from my account.

                I had ordered paneer manchurian from the tibetan flavours on 14th jan at 09:02 pm.
                Id: [protected] but received chicken momo. When called the restaurant they said they can't do anything about it and only if we order something else then only they will send us the correct order. Moreover we were not given any invoice n i have complain on the zomato support page not getting any support from zomato.

                  Unlike other days this time my order fpr domino's got placed in an outlet that was far from my location. The outlet cancelled it, which has not been updated on my end. They told me to contact zomato. I tried reaching zomato on their chat assistance and they only said hye, nothing after that. After 30 mins after my help me pls msgs they reply and say the same, pls contact the restaurant we don't manage the delivery. But it was a order problem. This is not the first time trouble with zomato orders and customer service.

                  I ordered from Zomato on 27 dec. As I use to order on cod asked the rider to come up with the change as I was having 2000 note. Rider completely denied and said you will not get the order. And when I get back to cx care said you were not responsible so the order is rejected and amount will be added in your next order. And my cod is also disabled.

                      I gave a wrong address when I placed an order from Koko China, Kolkata. Upon notifying the issue to the zomato helpline, they gave me the delivery person's number and asked me to inform the change of address. I did as asked, and the delivery person said "okay! I will talk to zomato".[At this point zomato app says the delivery person has not even reached the restaurant to pick up the food]

                      25mins Later a zomato representative, calls me asks me to pick up the food from the wrong address[which is 30 mins away from my actual address.]. Otherwise, food will be cancelled and refund won't be given as 'food is out for delivery'.
                      BUT it was NOT out for delivery when I raised the concern.

                      I am attaching necessary pictures.
                      Please initiate a refund.

                      Today I'm order some Food (Pappu Restaurant total 6 items)from Zometoo app total amount - 546.95, pay buy google pay (Transaction Id - CICAgKCSgpTcAw) amount was deducted but my order not placed. kindly please refund me that money back.
                      We placed an order rs. 55 with zomato. Money deducted but can't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected..

                        I placed an order around 10.pm of 14th jan from kick out the jams a bacon burger worth 180 RS my money got deducted from account n transferwd to zomato I have proofs I use phonepe for it so I have the receipt photo please I want my refund we workhard for it and you guys have been playing we come late from work and we have no time to cook so we decide to order from you guys and this happen very bad experience

                          I have made 3 payment yesterday during the technical issues as said by your employees in Zomato chat.
                          The payment has been successfully made through paytm but I didn't got the order as you mentioned for technical issues. I want my money refunded back for 3 orders from El Rancho yesterday in which my money was deducted. I am not able to see in my order section so I cannot get order id as well. I have been talking continuously to Zomato chat but I didn't find a resolution. Please solve this issue or else I have to go to Social media because I am pissed with Zomato now.

                              This is regarding a scenario where i placed an order at around 11:15 pm on 13th jan 2019. while the order showed pending for a long time and did not materialize i contacted your customer care chat on the app and was kept on waiting without any result now today is day2 and no refund of my money has been reverted to my paytm account

                              the order number and other details are not shown on my side of the app as well
                              but i did recieve an update early in the morning around 8:20am that the order has been picked up by Mr arjun singh number [protected]. but the order was never recieved and its still showing pending on my app

                                  This new hyderabad briyani is situated near t. Nagar bus depot - chennai. We ordered (Our first order after registering in zomato) various biriyanis (2 egg biriyani, 2 chicken biriyani & 1 plain jeeragasamba veg biriyani) from the restaurant through zomato. The problem is
                                  1) we could find the taste to be of very old flavours
                                  2) 2 packets of onion raitha side dish was only provided for 5 biriyanis
                                  3) most important - the so called jeeragasamba veg biriyani was not delivered instead it was a plain biriyani with lots of chicken pieces soaked in it. It was also mentioned in veg column in zomato. Thats the reason we ordered from this hotel. We got highly pissed off and to our surprise, we also called the hotel to make the complaint.
                                  It was a big shock as no 1 answr proprly. Pls suggst wat to do

                                    Few days back i ordered some pizzas and veggie wraps of hungry hub through zomato. Shortly after placing the order i got a message that they cannot deliver my order this order with hungry hub is declined as i was unavailable to collect the food at the mentioned address and my phone was unreachable. First of all, i mentioned the proper address of my house then also rider didn't came to the given address and secondly, i didn't receive any call regarding my order. And that order was prepaid. When we call rider he said, he gave the order to someone else. Kindly please refund me with that money back.

                                      Hi,
                                      I placed an order through the zomato app, on 13th jan 2019 at 11:00pm. I did not get any confirmation so accidentally ordered another time. The amount was debited both times but the order still did not go through, and i cannot see the order in my history.

                                      Customer care chat keeps saying they cannot find my order details, however the app shows me 2 order numbers when i try to initiate customer chat. The order numbers are only available in the customer chat. I also have with me the paytm transaction ids.

                                        Raised a complaint same day and no resolution yet. Its been 5 days snd they don’t have a tat yet. There is no 2nd level escalation process and they can’t reveal it!
                                        Whenever i contact customer service on chat, they just say one thing - we have a separate team and they handle complaints one by one!! What is this??? Also, they don’t have that team’s number and can’t provide the number also.. I mean why even have such customer service which is not capable of resolving such minor issues too
