Hello,
This is to bring your attention towards the utterly poor and disgusting service which your organisation showed today. My issue is that i had ordered total of 3 items from two different restaurants namely desi kitchen, lucknow and pop up joint, lucknow. I had placed my orders at 7:40pm and made the payment via paytm. My order numbers are - [protected] and [protected]. Restaurants accepted the orders and started preparing the order. Before the delivery guy was on the way to deliver the order, i had called them saying that the address which i mentioned is a bit distant from my current place (To be exact 2 kms, road continuuing to the same lohia path) and they agreed to deliver on my present address. But even after waiting for an extra hour, i got to know that my orders had been cancelled.
This made me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Nobody from the support team come forward to solve my query. So, i sincerely urge you to refund my hard-earned money of total of rs120 in addition to the compensation as a token of apology that this kind of pathetic service won't happen in future.
In addition to that, i'm attaching the screenshots of the orders.
