We order the food from anand vaishno dhaba from uttam nagar on 23 dec 2018 and but quality of the food is not same as we order the food everytime from same dhaba by swiggy and boxes were not sealed by your zomato tempared tape as u said., boxes were sealed by normal cellotape and your services not satisfactory and you should be close your app.

food ordered but not delivered

Zomato is such a fraud. I ordered food from zomato and they didn’t deliver the food. The delivery person refused the delivery and they do not even have a complaint number to talk with. They are cheating people, the delivery boy that they have are all useless, no manners to talk!

I want to file a complaint against the online fraud they are doing to people!

You guys are making money by simply cheating people....

did not get refund

I have ordered pizza today at 5:30pm from "order by zomato" app for rupees 679... After 15 minutes i got a call from dominos that they can not deliver my order so they are cancelling this order. I talked with zomato chat support and they didn't even helped me. I am very frustrated now.. Please help.

regarding refund of money for cancellation order in zomato

I have ordered briyani and i was waiting for nearly one hour. After that restaurant says the food is over. But my money is deducted. I asked delivery person to cancel my order. They too cancelled it but still they didn't refund my money. No customer care numbers are working. Very poor support. I have called one customer care number but they are not picking up. Really poor service. Kindly help me to refund my money...

delivered product has spoiled in the bag itself

And the 1st order coupon out of 150 the coupon had not applied
The delivered boy is gandham sanjeevi his mobile number:[protected], he took the image of the damaged dish and he told that they will return the amount till now they didnt transfer into my account please send the amount as early as possible.

order canceled but amount not refunded

Restaurant confirmed food is not prepared and also delivery guy didn't tell me that he has the order or not. I mentioned clearly that if order is not prepared then cancel if not don't.

Now not getting response from anyone. Neither i got my money back nor got food. Now the customer care team are telling food was prepared. While canceling they didn't tell anything.

I was my money back...

my money deducted

I ordered dinner for me... But after i competed payment process... They (Zomato) cancelled my order. Rs - 263.4 deducted from my account but i didn't got ordered food. I asked a zomato boy, how can i get back my money and he said i'll get my money within 24 hours. But i didn't got my money yet. It's embracing... Send my money to my paytm wallet..

they cancelled the order and denying refund

The company cancelled the order on their on and fined me with the entire amount of order. I only requested if the order could be delivered late or if i could pick the order on my own. The restaurant had no problems but zomato cancelled the order and denied refund. This is fraud and malpractice. Now no body from zomato is ready to talk to us as they already have our money. about wrong order and food quality is worst

I ordered food on 21.12.18 (8.20 pm). But after long waiting restaurant not confirmed my order no delivery man arranged for my order for more than 2 hrs. I complaint at customer care.
