Ordered food vide zomato order no: [protected] dated 08 jan 2019 from motimahal tadoor trail. Given the exact delivery address. Paid rs 673.79 through online banking. The delivery boy has tried to contact us but we were out of phone contact for some time. Then we contacted zomato support and were advised to lodge a complaint for refund. I contacted the delivery boy but he said that he 'book returned' the food. I contacted the restaurant but they said the food has not been delivered back to them. I wished every body new year wishes!!!
The whole cancellation was very quick and irretrievable. We went without food. Please refund the amount to have our faith back in your company.

    Ordered pizzas from eva's pizza marol using zomato app on 31st dec 2018. Made online payment but the order could not be processed... Yet my money was deducted.. Upon asking for refund zomato staff asked me to wait for 5 days and then wait for 2 more days.. Now its been more than 8 days but i have not yet received my refund... Zomato is not at all professional... Why are you guys not giving back our hard earned money.

      I was ordering food from zomato from kings kitchen resturant but I wanted to cancle the order I called the resturant to cancle the same and they said that once they have accpeted the oder they can not cancle it as it leads to wastage of food .I HAVE TO SPECIFY HERE THAT I cancelled the food before 5 mins HOW CAN THEY PREPARE FOOD with 5 mins . So i messaged to zomato to cancle and they said they will charge Money in the next order, otherwise they will not cancle it . I.had no other option only to cancle so I said ok cancle . Now when I am ordering again they are charging 189 RS extra as cancellation charge.
      Why should I pay the amount if I did not even receive the food because I cancelled it . They should have a provision to cancle the order within 5 mins at least . My concern is that I will not pay the cancellation amount, I know I agreed because at that time they were not cancelling my.order but this is not fair they are cheating the consumer.

        It has come to my notice yesterday that zomato has charged me a cancellation fees of 2222rs for an order cancelled on 31st dec 2018. The cancellation was placed within 5min of placing the order from zomato app itself by the restaurant. Also to add there is no email notification that has been to sent, notifying me of the same. I have tried chatting with customer care but they havent been able to help me out with anything. I am attaching a screenshot of the order for your persusal, kindly look into this matter with urgency as i am not allowed to use the app without clearing my so called 'dues'. This is highly unprofessional and the 'dues' should be revoked as the restaurant could not fulfill my order, it is them who should be charged a fine as customer always comes first.

          I have ordered two chicken fried rice from apna punjab... It was stinking... I talked to the agent... He denied help.. And said he will escalate the issue.. But i never got a response from escalation team. Even the same day... I talked to the owner of apna punjab... Owner said he will refund the full amount.. Still i didn't get any response from you guys. Can you please help me out with this

            I ordered my food from the zomato which has a cost of ₹548.01 and the order wasn't eligible for cash on delivery as i applied a coupon on the order, as it was the first order from that profile. But the app showed me that the order was unsuccessful and it also charged me the cash from my paytm wallet. When the delivery contacted me, i then came to that the order was successfully placed and at that point of time i got a confirmation sms from the zomato, but i already ordered the same order from the other device as it showed me that the order was unsuccessful, so i cancelled the order and the company charged me whole ₹548.01 from my paytm wallet and now refuses to refund.

              I didnot ordered the food but they certainly deducted my money from paytm app thereafter instead of delivering they cancelled this order on their own and also not refuse to gave refund on my order thus is totally fraud that happened to me I neither get food nor any money.I simply want a refund that it.

              They automatically cancelled the order which was placed by them only and letter on they deducted my money too.this is very disappointing and annoying .kindly help me .I want justice.iwant my refund .

                Myself kunal choudhary,
                My zomato account has been blocked and i have no idea why it is so. I have been mailing zomato since last 3-4days, and in return they are saying that your account is permanently blocked. I have also bought zomato gold. I spent my money on gold, and i am really upset from these kind of things that zomato has been doing. They are just upsetting their customers.

                I really want you to do something regarding unblocking my account.

                  I have been using zomato and all of a sudden they blocked me. I am not sure why cause i have done nothing wrong. Now i am not able to use my gold account as well. Please get it unblocked as i am using the account properly.

                  I have already mailed [protected]@zomato.com but they are responsing properly. Everytime i mail they just reply back that system has blocked the account and they cant unblock it.

                    I ordered momos from dum spiro spero on 6th jan 2019. The momos were stale, had rotten smell and were broken completely. (Order number: [protected])

                    I asked the customer support person for a refund. I haven't received any resolution from them yet.

                    The only response i received from customer support is: our team is working on this and you'll get an email shortly. I haven't received any email from their end yet.

                      I made order on 31/12/2018 and my order no on zomato is "[protected]" after ordering my money has been deducted from my account but order was cancelled by zomato. I made requst from zomato to refund my money but alredy 6 days has been passed on but i have not recived my money back. So many time i used to chat with zomato consumer number but they took no steps for this,
                      Just before this order i also order daal with zomato but they delivered me food with lot of spicy material that i couldnt eat it and at that time my ordered money of rs 106 was also going waste.
                      So every time zomato plays with consumer and unable to resolve any problem.

                      Today at 9:52 pm i placed a order, money has been deducted from my card.but order has not been placed in the lotus hotel in uppal.i want immediate response for my problem.all costumer care numbers are also temporarily blocked.

                      Amount Rs. 103 deducted by ECOM Txn at Zomato Media on 26DEC2018 21:25:10. I didn't place any order but the amount was debited from my account.

                        I have ordered paneer toofani...2lachcha paratha...2missi roti.. Ndd 4 tanduri roti...in my order tanduri roti is missing.. Ordered to chhabra pure veg and restaurant malviya nagar... Kindly take action against my complaint... Yours thankfully dr ayush saini... This is so unethical and pathetic... U should take serious action against such practises otherwise after a time no one will order food from zomato as it's performance is getting pathetic day by day... Quality is degrading and customer satisfaction is nil... Hopeless performance zomato... Need to be improved

                          Amount was deducted once that is of 158 rs..but my order was not placed, i want my money back..hope my money will be returned.
                          I just made a order with mentioned address n that to raider ask me address he don't the way and said wrong addresd and said after 90 mins cancle not returned my money
                          Ordered food from Zomato using the code TASTY50 . Amount of Rs. 142.50 was deducted but order was not placed. Zomato homescreen displayed ACCESS DENIED. As I was unable to find a helpline number I had to take measures to complaint here.
                          I ordered on Zomato (Order id [protected]), but the order wasnt delivered and when I complained about this on zomato service, I didn’t get any help.

                            I ordered food from heaven's kitchen through zomato. The food delivered was smeeling and had to throw the entire food. I have asked for the refund from zomato and they are still working on it.
                            How can any one compromise with the food that will cause serious health issues such restaurants should be blacklisted.
                            I had even tried to call the restaurant heaven's kitchen (Kalkaji new delhi) but they told that it's not their responsibility.
                            They told that since i had ordered from zomato it is zomatos responsibility

                            My Registered mobile no..[protected] & zomato has charged me Rs.. 1200/- towards Zomato Gold Membership without my permission & Deduct Rs.. 1200/- from my paytm wallet when i tried to customer care they are nothing done by their end & I am not interest for that membership, so please cancel this membership & refund the money into my paytm wallet..

                                  I have ordered from sethi bhojnalyi on 3jan in night and my amount of rupees 89 got deducted and i didn't even get the food delivered to me. I waited for almost an hour to get the food delivered but still i didn't get the food.
                                  Kindly please refund my amount. I hope you read my complaint and solve it as soon as possible. Please refund my amount of rs 89.

                                    Hello team,

                                    I spoke to many people regarding this issue but still did not get the fix. I placed the order on 4th jan at 12:25 for 916.57 rs. Which was the pre paid order. Restaurant was pan pan. We waited around 90 min and then got the order. Food quality was really poor and food was completely ruined. We called zomato and restaurant peeps they asked us to wait and hung up the call. I raised the complaint next day through customer service chat window. That reps also asked me to wait and still no fix. I order several time from zomato but this servuce was the worstest. I will log a legal complaint because this is not the customer service. You guys take money for nothing. Your staff is nit at all co operative. If you cant help your customer why are you runnung the customer aervuce desks. I want my credit back asap. If you dont want us to do something about it seriously.

                                      Hello,

                                      This is to bring your attention towards the utterly poor and disgusting service which your organisation showed today. My issue is that i had ordered total of 3 items from two different restaurants namely desi kitchen, lucknow and pop up joint, lucknow. I had placed my orders at 7:40pm and made the payment via paytm. My order numbers are - [protected] and [protected]. Restaurants accepted the orders and started preparing the order. Before the delivery guy was on the way to deliver the order, i had called them saying that the address which i mentioned is a bit distant from my current place (To be exact 2 kms, road continuuing to the same lohia path) and they agreed to deliver on my present address. But even after waiting for an extra hour, i got to know that my orders had been cancelled.

                                      This made me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Nobody from the support team come forward to solve my query. So, i sincerely urge you to refund my hard-earned money of total of rs120 in addition to the compensation as a token of apology that this kind of pathetic service won't happen in future.

                                      In addition to that, i'm attaching the screenshots of the orders.

                                        Please look into it as it had happened once more in the past with burger.
