I have ordered from sethi bhojnalyi on 3jan in night and my amount of rupees 89 got deducted and i didn't even get the food delivered to me. I waited for almost an hour to get the food delivered but still i didn't get the food.
Kindly please refund my amount. I hope you read my complaint and solve it as soon as possible. Please refund my amount of rs 89.

    Hello team,

    I spoke to many people regarding this issue but still did not get the fix. I placed the order on 4th jan at 12:25 for 916.57 rs. Which was the pre paid order. Restaurant was pan pan. We waited around 90 min and then got the order. Food quality was really poor and food was completely ruined. We called zomato and restaurant peeps they asked us to wait and hung up the call. I raised the complaint next day through customer service chat window. That reps also asked me to wait and still no fix. I order several time from zomato but this servuce was the worstest. I will log a legal complaint because this is not the customer service. You guys take money for nothing. Your staff is nit at all co operative. If you cant help your customer why are you runnung the customer aervuce desks. I want my credit back asap. If you dont want us to do something about it seriously.

      Hello,

      This is to bring your attention towards the utterly poor and disgusting service which your organisation showed today. My issue is that i had ordered total of 3 items from two different restaurants namely desi kitchen, lucknow and pop up joint, lucknow. I had placed my orders at 7:40pm and made the payment via paytm. My order numbers are - [protected] and [protected]. Restaurants accepted the orders and started preparing the order. Before the delivery guy was on the way to deliver the order, i had called them saying that the address which i mentioned is a bit distant from my current place (To be exact 2 kms, road continuuing to the same lohia path) and they agreed to deliver on my present address. But even after waiting for an extra hour, i got to know that my orders had been cancelled.

      This made me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Nobody from the support team come forward to solve my query. So, i sincerely urge you to refund my hard-earned money of total of rs120 in addition to the compensation as a token of apology that this kind of pathetic service won't happen in future.

      In addition to that, i'm attaching the screenshots of the orders.

          Hi team

          i had bad experience in zomato, where they refunded my money due to unable to provide service bcoz delivery agent not available on new year night.. I not even received food and paid through online after that refunded amount in form of zomato credits i said okay and it's over now with out calling or any intimation blocked my account. After multiple mails also they are not responding, please unblock my account asap as i want to order more. Without my permission only they blocked my account which is unacceptable, i was totally shocked by the zomato's gesture. Please don't be so aggressive on customers.             Food was never delivered on the mentioned address, when complained zomato care says driver called and because there was no signal on phone he never came to deliver, whereas the order was already paid. They cancelled my order took all my money as cancellation fee and told me to place a fresh order. As zomato their job is to deliver goods from restaurants and they charged me for not doing their job.

              I ordered food using zomato on 31st december 2018, money deducted but food was not delivered. I asked about same in zomato support but i didn't get any response. Next day i again raised issue so they ensurd me that i received refund within 72 hrs. Now i contacted after more 80 hrs, so they said you are raising this issue late so you didn't get refund. As i didn't received food, give me refund.

                I have recieved totally burnt chicken in my food order and they have just taken it so casually since past few months these ppl are not taking customer grievances and the reason they give is" quality control depends totally on restaurant and we cant do anything" what # is this than why do you list them. Its been 3 days and all they are saying is we will take feedback

                  I have order from zomoto and the restaurant person called me and told me that we have cancelled your order and will not deliver it.
                  I have informed same to zomoto guys but they didn't take any action night my food is delivered nor i got my money back
                  This is the worst experience, at last i have to order again. They people making customer fool, customer has to wait for more then 2 hours and still no food and no money.

                  After registration of this complaint some guys from zomoto called me from these numbers +[protected] and [protected] Called me asked me to take back complaint. That are using abusive language like "bhos**** ke complaint vapis le nhi to murder Kar denge tera" .
                  I think zomoto has started this kind of thing also. This the way they threat customer to take back complaint. I have recorded call of that person and I am going to file a police case against zomoto and that person.

                    The order was delivered with item missing
                    The delivery boy misbehaved and was threatening
                    Zomato order was delivered by swiggy rider
                    We felt embarrased in front of guests
                    We demand compensation of rs 5000/-
                    Also we want delivery of zomato be closed in agra as these company are forming cartel with swiggy

                    These company are considering users as their property and mistreating us. Robbing us of our money.

                      Hello,

                      This is in regards to the order ID: [protected] from Zomato.

                      I had deliberately informed Zomato's team to intimate the delivery guy to carry the change of 2000 bucks.
                      Turns out when delivery guy reached my house door, he didn't have any change.
                      Now I could have paid the order through the online mode of payment, right? But I chose the cash mode of payment because I needed change. If I had to pay for the order through online mode of payment, I could have applied the Tasty coupon and availed the discount.

                      But since Zomato's agent did not have any change, I should have gotten the same benefits as Zomato had left me with no option but to pay through online mode of payment.
                      But Zomato's team was so uncooperative that they didn't let that happen.
                      Also, to add more to this misery, they took my order back!
                      This has been one of the worst ordering experiences and I hate to inform you but I won't be using your app again and will intimate about this issue in my social circle too.
                      I want strict action to be taken against the company and employee who was handling my case.

                        I placed an order with kfc but the order was declined from the restaurant and the reason given for the same was: your cell was not reachable and i was charged 703.55 inr and when i asked the chat support executive about the address provided then he said that the address was not exact. However when i placed the order again for the same address it get delivered successfully.in this case how come the second time they got the address right.
                        Secondly, when i mailed them the below description:
                        Whenever my cell is not reachable and someone tries calling me at that time then when my cell finds network i get a message saying that this number tried calling you at that time.in my case i did not get any such message till now. If possible kindly provide me the screen shot of the delivery boy's cell phone as a proof that he tried calling me.
                        They again gave me the same old stuff that you were not reachable and you were charged for the canceled food as per their new policy. They are not even ready to provide proofs.

                          I had submitted my application to join zomato as food partner since last 3 months and they have approved my documents in meanwhile. But after that they have just vanished. After they told me that it will open in next week. That week went but they didn't. Next week went, but they didn't. Whole month ended but they didn't.
                          It's been more than 2 months now but they didn't open my shop yet. I am not at all satisfied at their service, i am terrified with their this gesture. They should answer me for this! I have been through a lot during this time and i don't want to waste any more time!

                          They even took registration fees from me. But they didn't bug an eye even after it. I have been through enough suffering now i don't want to suffer anymore. If they do not start my restaurant within this week i'll post about their fake promise on all social media platforms.

                              Order ID [protected]. I had placed a prepaid order of sweets worth Rs 676 from Zomato at 5:43 pm on Jan 3 '19 pm and was expecting the delivery in 20-25 minutes. To my surprise, I learnt after waiting for 40 minutes that my order has been cancelled and the amount is seized as the cancellation policy towards food delivery because my phone was unreachable and the boy was unable to contact me. It is completely shocking that why a delivery boy had to call for an order where the address was clearly mentioned and a delivery happened in the morning too at the same address against a cash on delivery order. I am very distressed with this kind of harassment I had to face after so much of begging and pleading even after knowing that the cancellation reason (phone unresponsiveness) is absolutely lame. I asked them to at least deliver the product back in Om sweets and that's also declined. I offered for bearing the delivery charge but of no avail. The company with the help of their delivery boys are running a racket of harassing the customers with their prepaid orders. I am assertive that had this been a cash on delivery order sincere efforts would have been made for delivery but just because of a prepaid order I have been harassed to this extent where my refund is seized and order delivery back to the restaurant is also not happening. This is not the first case where Zomato has behaved in this manner with its customer. It is truly disturbing I had ordered sweets worth Rs 600+ and now the delivery boy have a good time relishing the deserts

                                I've ordered with ID: [protected], this is BOGO ordered. I by mistake ordered something I requested you guys to cancel it. But you guys said this is not done as once order is placed on our platform then I cannot cancel. Then I said ok no problem, just make sure the ordered gets delivered on time. Now you guys have cancel my ordered with my consent. How could you do this. This is hypocrisy. I want compensation for this ordered as the thing has happend with me many times, I am going to claim you guys in consumer court or you guys compensate me and refund my ordered money as well. The same incident has been happened many time with me and my friends. This time I am not going to leave you.

                                I want compensation & refund else be ready to face me in consumer court!

                                  I order from bombay sandwich (Alkapuri Baroda) at 6:06 01/01/2019. I got OTP and i submit instantly then after i got error and then after i got SMS that from my account payment was already cut so i want that please refund my payment of Rs.122 .
                                  Please note I have ordered food online around 9 pm and still not received parcel till 11 pm I am frustrated because their coustmer care no also not working and parcel said delivered...wast of money

                                    Order number [protected].after inordinate delay of order I received my food cold and stale .Also food quality was pathetic.curry was having fungus like texture with very bad smell . veggies were also not fresh .all in all very disappointing experience.

                                    Kindly refund me my amount instead of credits.Zomato itself has admitted of foul and bad food quality.i won't be accepting anything less than refund in original mode of payment.
                                    Now they have blocked my account but they themselves admitted their fault and told me they will unblock it .I am attaching email where Zomato promised me to unblock my account
                                    Zomato is desperate to loot customer money and my first order from Zomato has turned to be disaster.

                                      I placed a cash on delivery order today. The delivery person called me to get the directions to my place which i told clearly. Even the gps tracking showed that he was on my street but suddenly the order was cancelled by the restaurant saying that the delivery person tried to reach me once again but i did not attend. I did not even have a missed call from them. When i called the delivery person he was very rude asking to talk to zomato directly. Customer support did not help much too! On top of this when i tried to place another order i was shocked to see that they are trying to charge for the cancelled order, that is, the new order's total amount includes the amount of the previous order which was cancelled by the restaurant!!! This is heights o[censored]nprofessional approach by zomato! Why would i pay for an order which i placed, guided the delivery boy on phone, ended up waiting for an hour and finally cancelled by the restaurant for no mistake of mine?!!

                                      This is actually a case to be taken up to consumer court!

                                      I ordered from zomato on 28th December, but the order was somehow cancelled and was not told about the same.It was i who called and confirmed and then got to know that the order is cancelled. I had already paid the amount by credit card
