This is in regards to the order ID: [protected] from Zomato.
I had deliberately informed Zomato's team to intimate the delivery guy to carry the change of 2000 bucks.
Turns out when delivery guy reached my house door, he didn't have any change.
Now I could have paid the order through the online mode of payment, right? But I chose the cash mode of payment because I needed change. If I had to pay for the order through online mode of payment, I could have applied the Tasty coupon and availed the discount.
But since Zomato's agent did not have any change, I should have gotten the same benefits as Zomato had left me with no option but to pay through online mode of payment.
But Zomato's team was so uncooperative that they didn't let that happen.
Also, to add more to this misery, they took my order back!
This has been one of the worst ordering experiences and I hate to inform you but I won't be using your app again and will intimate about this issue in my social circle too.
I want strict action to be taken against the company and employee who was handling my case.
