I have contacted your customer service via chat channel and i requested to cancel the order after order has been confirmed by the restaurant. I accidentally ordered it from the restaurant but i said your representative, i will order from same zomato but different restaurant. For that, he cancelled the ordered and deducted the amount and gave a disclaimer that if any additional charges that will be refunded in 5-7 business days.
This is not acceptable, please refund the amount as soon as possible.
