I had ordered Chicken Briyani at Zomato from Thalapakatti Briyani on 16th December with the order number [protected] . But the food was Delivered, again I asked zomato they says your number was not reachable so we cancelled your order but my mobile is not in out of coverage on that time, also they didn't refunded the amount I paid
The refund is not a big issue, but I had waited for around 2 hours for the food, It really hurts me a lot, After I said I will go to the consumer complaint and I will put this issue in social media they said we will refund your amount, but within 2 minutes of cancelled msg I spoke with them I am waiting for the food kindly deliver my order but they said we can't able to do also your order amount is equal to the cancellation charge like that .
They cheated also it hurts me a lot, I need solution for this issue from zomato, kindly do the needful

Payment of rs. 190 has been made and restaurant rejected the order but the refund for the same has not been given by the company yet
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest
