My concern is regarding the refund of my order that has not been placed succesfully but amount deducted on 13th of december from my bank, order amount was - 41.16 aed.
According to zomato customer executive, it should be in my bank in 5-7 buisness days but i haven't received it yet.
However, i talked with my bank as well regarding the concern, they said on 15th on 13th of december it that amount goes on hold and on 15th december, zomato claimed that amount.
Therefore, i i request to zomato kindly refund my money, it's been 16 days from now, i haven't received it. Otherwise, i'll take some legal action against them.
