I ordered one veg full thali (Darbal thali) from restaurant punjabi darbar, c v raman nagar (Pai layout) for lunch on december 30. The rice item was completely missing. I checked with the restaurant and they confirmed it was missed - but what i was to do. I had the curries but without the staple food to eat. Who would have delivered me the rice item that was a packing mistake by the restaurant? I need a 50% refund of the order amount.

    My email id with which i have zomato gold is [protected]@gmail.com i made this account yesterday and subscribed for zomato gold (Id_928428) which charged me 800 rupees just after having zomato gold my account was blocked from your end i am ready to do whatever necessary is required to resolve this either unblock my account or refund the money that i invested for zomato gold.

      I have ordered 6 dil khush thali from om sweets as on 29 dec 2018. It very disappointing that the delivery boy is denying to provide the original bill as he forgot the same at restaurant counter. I have asked for customer support during zomato chat but no one is interested to provide the order bill to customer. I want you to provide me the bill copy for ordered no. Is [protected] and want you to take strick action against delivery boy vishal.

        I m really very upset with your service today..
        I placed the order ref [protected] on this order id.. Gps didnt capture my location as usual. But whenever any delivey executive comes i request them to come to my location and its not more than a distance of one street either. But ur delivery executive was very rude. Even i had the right of getting my parcel delivered at my door i had been requesting him so many times that i will come to him after he started to throw the tantrums over me i was really worried about the food as i paid already for that. And that u can listen in phone record and also ur executive was nearly 100 to 200 mtrs distance as i checked in map navigation which was showing in ur app itself when i asked him that i could go to him.. But he told me that he already had been at restaurant.. How can it possible that anybody cross 6 kms of distance around 30 sec to 1 min.. And i started to chat to customer care.. I really amazed with their reply.. Without getting my point they are just replying me as "u only have not given proper location, u are not at the mentioned location, u should have requested executive" like this.. And i have never experienced the customer care executive like this without considering our version they are just replying as they have seen everything that where had i been when del executive came to my place and what did i talk to that fellow whether had i requested him or not. See if it is possible jus refund the money but u have to take the serious action over that delivery executive. Wat mistake did i do as much as getting tantrums and profanity. Is it my mistake if the gps took the wrong location. Okay should gps not be at fault when the sapient people like ur executive would commit it. Okay what the personal that he had to give the threat to me. It happened only by lack of proper monitoring of del executives. I really had trust in zomato very much and also u have very efficient delivery executives who serves in real time and are well behaved. But by the countable executives in finger like this fellow ur reputation might get hurt. Until and unless u people enquired into it i really do not place the order in zomato. Just prove that u people will help the in a little amount.

          This is to inform you that we have tried ordering from zomato aap twice with the payment being done of amount 210 indian rupees on date 30th december 2018 but order hasn't been confirmed. The payment was done through sbi netbanking. Kindly make sure to refund the concerned amount as soon as possible. Some snapshots of payment made successfully are attached.

            Recently i ordered one item from neha restaurant on[protected] but that was so worst and they didn't provided bill of the restaurant instead zomato sent email on behalf of restaurant, regarding the quality and the bill i contacted customer care of zomato but they didn't respond, it's not at all worth for our money and we are having doubt that they were showing some restaurants but getting food from somewhere because they are not providing bill or no name on the cover also, please look into this and take necessary action

              I purchased gold membership of zomato while purchasing my money got debited but the server went down and i didn't get membership and my money is stuck and the customer care is not responding worst experience from zomato they don't even have a contact number i am tired of messaging them worst services from zomato i even emailed them but still no response amount - 600 rs

                I ordered food from zomato. As i was on a work related call i was unable to pick up the call when the delivery person had reached close to my home.

                Though i had clearly added my address in the zomato app the delivery person instead of delivering the food called me twice and since i was unable to attend the call these guys rejected my order.

                When i called the delivery guy back he did not respond and said it is cancelled as you did not pick up the call. When i connected to the customer service they charged me the cancellation fees of the same price that i had booked the food for.

                I'm unable to understand even though the address is correct why did they keep calling instead of delivering the food to the address.

                As a resolution i would like the rs 225 to be refunded from zomato as it is their faulty service.

                  Sir,

                  Disappointed with an order placed with you. I chose to place an order for rs.185 applying tasty promo code from the restaurant nh bypass restaurant, thykoodam on 29th of december 2018. The last page showed the promo code applied for a value of rs.85 and hence the total order value is rs.100. I clicked on the 'place order' button. Payment was via paytm, and the message came that rs.185 was deducted. Immediately i contacted your customer care chat. The person says i can apply the promo code on next order. I am attaching the chat screenshots with this mail.

                  I am a gold member. How can i trust you and place an order next? You do not have a solution to the loss i had. It is not the question of rs.85. But then i lost trust in your service.

                  I would like to get a complaint redressal.

                    Hey,

                    My concern is regarding the refund of my order that has not been placed succesfully but amount deducted on 13th of december from my bank, order amount was - 41.16 aed.
                    According to zomato customer executive, it should be in my bank in 5-7 buisness days but i haven't received it yet.

                    However, i talked with my bank as well regarding the concern, they said on 15th on 13th of december it that amount goes on hold and on 15th december, zomato claimed that amount.

                    Therefore, i i request to zomato kindly refund my money, it's been 16 days from now, i haven't received it. Otherwise, i'll take some legal action against them.

                      Hi i have placed order on zamato by mistake however immediatly i cancelled there was no spoilt from the restaurent still zamato did not processed any refund also then i ask you can't process refund then process delivery. They denied in both. I am wondering how they can keep this money and how they are reposting there books.. No services being given..

                        I had placed an order on 19.12.2018 to chat chowpaati. The payment got deducted twice. The zomato customer team is saying that they have generated a refund vide 75503728355025508592811. On getting the same checked with bank they are denying any return of amount.

                        Such instanes have happened in passed and have been resolved amicably. But this team there is no cooperation from zomato. Its a bald lie that a refund has been generated as had the same been generate bank would have provided the same.
                        All the customer executives are rude and provide no proper reply.

                          I ordered food from Zomato on 28th Dec 2018 at 03:55 PM for an amount of ₹1, 200. The amount for the order was already paid online. Restaurant has confirmed the order. Later, I received a call from the restaurant that the ordered food was not available with them, so they said to take some other order from the same restaurant. I denied the order and requested for cancellation for the order. The restaurant said they will not be able to cancel the order unless they receive a call from Zomato. When i contacted the Zomato customer care, they said that i denied the order and hence I will not be getting any refund for the same. They said to mail the query to Zomato helpline at [protected]@zomato.com. I mailed them and in return i got a response that the address mentioned in the order was incorrect, hence no refund will be granted. They are not providing any sort of assistance.

                            I don't know due to what reasons have my account been blocked. I have not even ordered in last two months. I am a member of zomato gold for which i paid 1200 inr in august 2018. But i dont know what suspicious activity have they found on my phone. Please get it unblocked as i am fine with not placing of online order as there are many other alternatives, but what about my membership with zomato gold.

                              Hello team

                              Good day!

                              There was a order which was placed by mistake for the wrong home address as zomato takes by default the home address.

                              I immediately noticed this and i went to chat support and cancelled the order. It was a big order though of rs. 2121 and i cannot fool with the order by placing it first and then cancelling it.

                              And also i just asked can you please cancel the order with a question mark and with no prior notice they cancelled the order stating my phone is not reachable.

                              I really don't understand why and without any confirmation it was cancelled and when i placed the order on the wrong address that i was not present in.

                              And also as checked with the restaurant they said that they did not get any money for my order and cancelled the same.

                              I want the complete refund of the same at the earliest without any excuse.

                                I placed an order but it wasn't accepted by the restaurant so I went for chat support and asked him to let me know the status he said it's taking longer to connect to the restaurant so I asked him to cancel my order he asked me to wait as the order is up for cancellation but then another executive said it's not the policy we cannot cancel on our platform he didn't cancel it I told him I don't need the order still is forcing me to take the order

                                    Hi, i have done payment for the order placed on 23rd dec, 2018 at time 11.38 am for an amount of rs.135, but the transaction got cancelled then. I again did the payment for same amount and order at 11.41 am for which the transaction was successful. But for the cancelled transaction my sodexo card has been charged and i have not received the amount refunded back. Please check this issue.

                                      In zomato they deducted the money from my paytm wallet without any order. At night i have a massege from paytm there is three transactions from zomato 1 is 106.2 is 880. And 3 is 1347 what the hell they are doing without any order how it be and know they dont tell me any type of answer in there mail i am send them multiple type mail on there mail address but they dont give me any type of answer

                                        My Complaint is : I tried to change number and it got changed in zomato app before making order.
                                        As number got changed i was expecting communication to be done on updated number but they communicated on my old number. and that leaded to cancellation of my order and hence financial loss also.

                                        I contacted customer care(chat option), and asked to either deliver my order again or refund my money but they refused and on asking why i was contacted on my old number he told me your number is shown old one only not new one.
                                        Also he told me that from customer end, phone number can not be changed but i informed him i changed number then only made order .After that he asked me to complaint on mailid:"[protected]@zomato.com".

                                        I mailed them my concern but instead of clarifying my issue they just keep on reciting their policies.
                                        Also i attached one screenshot from my zomato app showing my updated number.
