Zomato delivery boy eating food when he came to give parcel order
He just parked his two wheeler and open parcel and starts to eat the food
How can we order now
If that thing was going outside the area
This was tooo much stupid things goons on
We are depending on zomato and zomato what giving us

    I ordered on zomoto, within 1 minute I requested them to cancel the order that as wrong order was placed, cancel the order I will re order it again, but they said that order is already accepted by the restaurant and food is preparing, but after 14 mins restaurant accepted order, they are saying lies that restaurant has already accepted order and now they can't cancel order, but restaurant accepted order after 12 mins of this conversation with

        Hello,
        I order my food from zomato from an offer and the food was a combo of buttern paneer masala with tandori roti and when i receive order the order was irregular i got half order wrong the roti was butter nan not tandoori roti i further complaint to zomato service but they considered as correct order but actually it wasn't a correct order, as i attach pictures of my order and reply by zomato service was irregular and disappointing please take some action against it

          I am really upset to say that your service is disgusting. My order was placed and confirmed nd my money was deducted. Suddenly order could not be delivered. Rider could not get my details. Customer support was disgusting they did not respond on yime. After 1 reply they used to disapper for 15 to 20 minutes. And then i asked tgem to order something else so that didn't respond and i clearly stated that i dont want any refund i want my food but no response was received. I waited for more than 2 hours. This is really unprofessional and disgusting.

            I want to order from a restaurant shree ji katraj pune but by mistake i had ordered to another branch of shree ji restaurant located at narhe, pune. This mistake i realised while making the final payment hence before merchant accept the request i have cancelled the order while talking zomato through chat and at the same time i called restaurant not to prepare my food becuase i proceed my cancellation request and u may talk to merchant too for confirmation and after 4-5 min i got a call form your side while i talked the whole senerio with customer service i really got a very annoying and rude response he cut my call while talking about i m going to cancel your order and money refund will not initiated niether i got food nor i got my refund at last i m going to send u this request i hope i get my solution as early.

            I order food from zomato and paid money through online payment but i has not received my order and money.The delivery boy cancelled my order and asked me to reorder it but again the same problem happen

              My two orders #[protected] & #[protected] can not be delivered by them for some glitch at their end and they now refuse to either deliver or refund the same. The fact that they have earlier delivered to this location many times does not shame them. They now say we will neither deliver your stuff not we will refund your money. This is the height of cheating and akin to daylight robbery.

                Hi, my name is jubi and i live in nerul.
                I ordered for belgian waffle from the nearby outlet., which i do very often.
                Today i received a very soggy waffle, as if delivered very late. Pls look in to the matter..
                It's a serious issue and needs to be given highest priority..
                The cripsy waffle was turned into a soft bread, which we couldn't consume.

                I ordered food through zomato from pizza hut. The payment was made through paytm.But the pizza was not delivered even after 1 hour so when I contacted the concerned pizza hut out let they told that they didnot accepted the order and they donot deliver in my location. So i wanted to cancel the order but their customer care couldnot do so.

                I received a video forward from someone where Zomato delivery guy seen eating food from the delivery item he picked and repacking it. Please look into this matter.

                  Hi all,

                  I am running a south indian restaurant in greater noida, i was receiving email and message to join a campaign called tasty in which 50% discount was given to the customer.in this only what was told was it will be covering the entire december month and in this 35% will be charged by the merchant and 15% will be given by zomato.in this what was hidden was the 25% extra charged by zomato.

                  I was not aware of the 25% extra charged by zomato as commission so literally speaking after all this charges are gone i am left with 40% only so i thought of withdrawing from this campaign and my am davik who is looking after this area refused saying it cannot be done though i requested him numerous times. I even contacted the merchant helpline and they even conferenced with the am and he is still refusing saying it can be done only after a 1 weak wait time.

                  I want to know why only 15% only was mentioned not the 25% extra not mentioned and why i was not informed that if i am joining this campaign i cannot with draw from it.

                  I want an answer as soon as possible.

                  We are finding advertisements about ZOMATO everywhere and i thought it was very good food delivery system.But i noticed in one of the video that the food delivery agent is eating some of the food and may have handed that left over food to the customer.I have uploaded that video below
                  Seeing dis video it seems all such delivery option r waste, u shud take some steps to stop such things, in terms of packing or video tracking by company, no 1 is mad to eat any1z leftover after paying, company shud chuk all dese guilty people out or take up some steps to stop such incidences
                  Please find the attached video, in which a delivery boy of zomato consumes the food which is for delivery

                    I ordered from zomato today at 1am - order number - [protected], app status didn't change for half an hour, i checked with customer support they said the delivery executive has already assigned and your food is on the way! I could still not see any such thing on app!

                    After 10min my app showed me that my ordered has been delivered!!!

                    I asked the customer care and he told me that he is trying to call the delivery executive but he is not responding to their call (Round of applause).

                    My order was supposed to reach by 1:20am and at 2am their customer executive is asking me to still wait!!

                    I have not received any order, i slept hungry and angry!!!

                    And they refunded me 14rs!!!

                    14rs!! Seriously!

                      I ordered one chicken biriyani on zomato on date 10-dec-18 from new tanddor restaurant around 9.30.
                      I di not recieve my order till 11 o clock. On checking with restaurant they said that there is no delivery boy here so we cant do any thing. On the other hand i was on chat with zomato customer service.
                      After waiting 2 hours when i didn get my food i had to go to the restaurant by my self and collect the order.
                      While yur people updated that the order was delivered with zomato.
                      Please confirm with the restaurant.
                      This is the worst thing and not acceptable with zomato.
                      Already you guys and your delivery guys are doing nonsense things like stealing customer food and all which can be seen on social media.
                      I paid every thing before hand only and not reciving the food itself.. Was not acceptable. Restaurant is not at all responsible for this.

                        There is a video which is viral in andhra pradesh and karnataka, may be in other states also about a delivery person consuming the customers' food which is ordered by customers. Before delivering to the customers, on his way, the delivery person eating the customers' food by opening the food packets. This delivery person eating the food partially from each customers' food packet and keeping the remaining food by closing the packet as it is and cleaning the spoons with his tongue and keeping as it is in the customers' food packets. And delivering the food to the customers which he left over after eating them. Attaching the video for your reference.

                            I ordered food item from zomato, and due to poor quality of software, Location was not set properly, I even written full address, but zomato only considered wrong address, and he rejected my order and fined full amount penalty, I want refund.

                            Date of the incident : 11 DEC 2018

                            Zomato needs to update their software because locations can not be saved properly with all reachable locations, I just did not get delivered my food even after correct location of my office.

                            That was just 2 km difference after wrong and misplaced location on map, but still did not get delivered and he rejected my order.

                            Please help me to get my refund.

                              Delivery boy eating the food that he has yo deliver and packing the same. I was astonished to see this video. Really i couldn't bear. After this, how can i order. Please take strict action against this type of things. I got this video thru social media. Even other online food delivery boys also will be doing such things. Please take a stringent action n laws against them.

                                I was awake till 5 in the morning the restuarant owner is lying along with the rude delivery boy who spoke like he's giving us free food and refused to come to the location and when i contacted the number listed under zomato they said the delivery boy had waited and we don't pick the call i have the call history and everything in fact he contacted me to share the location again too this is pathetic service from zomato i would never again order from here kindly give me my money back

The delivery boy call me and said cancel your order i'm not going to delivered your order because there is too much traffic. After some minutes they cancelled. And didn't refund my amount. Totally fake app.. They are making fool to the customer.. Please take some action on them they are not refunding the amount

                                      I ordered via zomato and for the refund i was asked by the zomato support staff to talk to the vendor directly as zomato is here to make money but not to refund. Zomato didn't take any kind of responsibility regarding the refund as it's my money and it's the vendor who received it. The support staff didn't help or tried to help in any way. They just replied with vague and preset answers. If i am ordering via zomato then it's zomato's responsibility to take care of the grievances also. Support staff should help and not reply with vague answers. No. Through which order was placed on 2nd december is [protected]. Please improve your support staff and grievance redressal system.

Since the food was already dispatched, cancellation charge equal to order amount will be levied. But i call delivery boy within 2 mins he downside my home and having my food but he say we cancel my order and day refund my amount

                                        Zomato is directly converted my cashback money into there zomato currency which forceful act o[censored]sing consumers money without consent. And also fraudulent promise of providing cashback and misleading consumer. Definitely there are less chances that this will be noticed and action will be taken.

                                        Today, I placed an order approx 20:30.
                                        I got a call from the delivery executive and asked me very rudely. Kaha hai bhai ? Kaha milega? i told him, please come at given address.
                                        He replied me, metro station par pahuch ke call karunga bhar aa jayio... I told him, ok...

                                        After few minute i got a message. your order has been delivered. but in reality not received my order... when i called him, he misbehaving with me on call.

                                        Overall

                                        very bad delivery service.
                                        very bad staff behavior.
                                        Very bad experience.

                                        I think you need to change your delivery staff and cx care executive also.
