This is my 1st order id:[protected]. I received that, this is my 2 nd order id:[protected] this order unknowingly placed same item, same restaurant,

I got a call from restaurant person i told him to stop the preparation, i cancelled from my side also, now it was added for my account, now what happen, shows in my pending payment list, please reduce the amount which is showing my pending payment list, or else inform me, i don't use zomto app for online food, i have lot of service provider,

    Second time zomato cancle my order after cnfrmation and after 10 pm and i hv guest at home and many restorents are closed the we wr going out for dinner and eat food at 11pm this is very very bad and very much shame ful for the zomato app shame shame zomato

      I ordered food but as my money got deducted but order couldn't be placed. Therefore, please help me to get my full refund. And let me know when i can get it. Since i pay through my credit card therefore i am not able to get any kind of resolving message or call. They have deducted my whole amount of bill and as they said that the amount will be in my wallet or it will be refunded to my account within 7-8 days. But i want a confirmation email, call or text of refund.

        I had placed an order on 14/12/18 at 2:17 pm.
        Order number: [protected].
        The driver denied moving to the location suggesting i was at the exact location. The difference was he was at road 9f and the deliver location was 9j.
        I had paid an amount of rs. 358.1 and did not receive any order. The pathetic executives are not even able to convince drivers to deliver at the mentioned location. I was ready to pay extra money to the driver and he still said talk to the company as they dont allow. Please take action as you have lost a customer today. Pathetic experience. Learn from swiggy how to be good at delivering food. Your team is disappointing and i will personally ensure to inform all my friends about this pathetic experience.

          didn't receive the order and they marked it as delivered

          The rider ananthapuram somshekar is delivering someone else's order and we didn't take it. Upon being aked where is our food he told contact zomato after which neither him nor zomato is responding. And they marked it as delivered. We waited for about 1 hr after which we told to cancel the order and refund the money but they are not responding to that too...

          I just order the dominos pizza amount of rs 576 /- from zomato on 17 september @4:13pm but due to distance dominos cancelled my order after 15 minutes and they refund the whole amount to zomato but now 3 months passed no cash will be credit in my account now m going to file in consumer court against zamato even dominos send me bank statements of refund amount which was credit in zomato i[censored] solve my complaint that's ok otherwise c u in court.. I see ur video is the guy eating food of customers how cheap companies.

            The last ordered was absolutely terrible. I ordered tanfoori chicken masala and got some boiled chicken with cold friggin gravy along with it. I received my order late, the curry was cold and above all, it wasn not what i had ordered!

            This is really unprofessional and i just feel helpless and cheated because i don't have recourse except for this feedback which is a far cry from providing hasty redressal. You need tor rework your infrastructure. Should've gone for swiggy in the first place.

            The worst part about this is that it is 1 o'clock at night and almost all the proper restaurants are closed. The ones open are really costly.

            I want my money back or rest assured, i am registering my grievance on every platform i can find from social media to consumer forum. This is borderline fraud.

              They sent me rotten food and when i called the restaurant guy he said he did not have the same food which i ordered so he sent me what was available and said i will call u back let me check, then i contact zomato on chat but they also didn't do anything about it.
              Its not about the money its about the the bad food and the customer service from zomato i tried again next day and they said, don't worry our team will revert you at the soonest and gone still no nothing from them.

                I was orderd jeera rice and shahi paneer from zomato. My jeera rice parcel was not packed properly, when delivary boy delivered it to me, almost half of rice was spilled outside the container in carrybag... Food was almost cold due to spillage.. If you are taking paking charges from customer, then at least pack food properly.. And delivary boy should delivar it to customer without damaging container...

                I ordered 2 thickshakes okay .But surprise the package was fully spilled out everywhere in the carrybag.the package was with poor packing.Dude I am fed up with these Zomato customer support they speak nonsense .they even don't care what we are facing.i just wasted my money ordering @zomato.well played Zomato.

                  It was last friday that is 7th december, i had placed an order for empire and i had already paid for my order online but i didn’t received my food as the delivery person was saying that my phone wasn’t getting connected and he told that even zomato tried calling me but the truth was nobody called me i got the message that my order has been cancelled and i’ll not be refunded. I talked to restaurant also they said that you should get your money back as it wasn’t my mistake but on chatting and calling zomato customer team i found them very very rude and ignorant on the matter and they even said that do whatever you want to but the money will not be refunded.
                  I always faced my problem with zomato but this was the worst one i feel that nobody is their who is controlling them and that’s why it is creating so much problem to their customer and their service such that on every would like to talk to them as they are very unprofessional.
                  Zomato is the first app who stole my money in this manner seriously never ever this kind of thing happened with me.
                  It’s better the authority should cancel their lisence and zomato should learn how to treat their customer and no deceive them.
                  I hope writing here would really me and i get back me refund with compensation.
                  Improve your customer service and stop being a thief or else close your app.

                          What the hell is this going on the zomato app the restaurant is delivering always the same food even iff the food ordered is different.
                          Are we paying money for such things to happen or zomato has no responsibilities over its customers to look after whether they get the correct food or not... Not at all happy with zomato this time so rubbish i[censored] want to do such things then close ur app but dont waste our money n this time i want my money back or solve my problem n take action against the restaurant...

                            I ordered full grilled chicken from Imperio restaurant kalyanagara on 50% off with zomato new user coupon NEW50.
                            The grilled chicken was stale and it tastes badly. I complined to customer service about it. They were extremely sorry for this so I asked to replace it with fresh grilled chicken but they refused for it. It couldn't replaced with fresh one. So I gave it to dog.
                            After an hour I tried to contact manager of impero. And he came to know his chef sent stale one and he was extremely sorry for that. He asked me to replace it with fresh one but unfortunately chicken was eaten by dog.
                            He asked me to inform him if I order next time from same restaurants plso that he gave give me compliments with my order. How disgusting the way of business they does I am really socked by his words so I scolded him badly.

                                I had ordered for Dominos Pizza through Zomato today. The required amount of Rs 215 was debited from my credit card but the order was not placed.
                                I contacted Dominos and was told that the order was not received by them. So I placed a fresh order over phone and paid at the time of delivery. However, the initially deducted money has not been refunded

                                  Today i have placed an order of kadhai chicken in zomato order number [protected]. Kadhai chicken according to me should be chicken curry and i received sweet chicken. I received extremely sweet chicken with lot of sugar and jaggery it was tasting horrible. When i contacted zomato they behaved very irresponsible and did not provide any solution. Money waste.

                                    Dear Zomato you have done unauthorised transaction without my permission from my Paytm wallet.

                                    And they are not replying my mail from 20-22 hours.
                                    They only told we will shortly contact you.
                                    I have also talked to the Paytm they told they need a confirmation from Zomato that the transaction was wrong to refund the money.

                                      I had ordered a biryani from Malabar Biriyani centre, Aminjikarai, chennai.

                                      I paid the order by online payment option. And they showed that the order is getting prepared and all those stuff. After 40 minutes they cancelled the order and they said that the guy was trying to call you and you weren't available on call. But the thing is that my mobile was with me all the time I did not receive any call or intimation from them.

                                      Also, the same time I was chatting with the support team regarding the order also and they said that the guy is on the way and exactly after 20 seconds the text popped up that your order has been cancelled.

                                      I had purchased it for around 160 rupees applying coupon worth 50% off.

                                      And the total amount of the food was Rs:85/- Inc of all taxes.

                                      But I didn't receive any calls and even food was cancelled after 40 minutes of waiting for my food to get delivered. Also, they mentioned that you weren't available to collect the food as per the screenshot attached below.

                                      They had deducted the amount and didn't even delivered the food. Also, I mailed 3-4 times to zomato regarding this on [protected]@zomato.com and I didn't receive any response from their end as well.

                                      I was really disappointed as I was a regular customer of zomato and this type of service was not expected from their end.

                                      Appreciate if they see this mail and revert me back.
