Please don't change status as resolved until you provide the resolution. It's been two time you directly change status

I don’t have any regret to say this “ i am cheated by you like anything”. It’s not your mistake, it’s mine to trust you and install your app hence i have to penalize badly and i did.
Scenario : i order on zomoto on 30th nov around 11 pm, 1 family biryani worth of 380rs for 4 members. After 35 min your delivery boy brings me a small biryani who even cant eat 1 person.
I ignore to take it as it is not my order, my order for 4 members, i can’t took. With in a minute the status as changed delivered. I called to delivery boy, he was not picked up.
Immediately i went to your zomoto chat, i didn’t receive it, how can he change the order delivered, no ans from you end, they said issue will be highlighted and needful wiil be done.
No ans from your end from last 1 week, i chated with you team 3 time, every time is same ans, but now they are saying it’ not in my hand, we have a separate team, they will resolve it.
Now it’s the new way of answering the thing, i hope you trained them very well to cheat cust. Order no :[protected]
Now i need some answers from you, i don’t think so you can resolve it so just give me answers for me.
· what’s my mistake here to trust you?
· how can you change the status has delivered without happen?
· is 7 days took to speak with delivery boy, whether it delivered or not?
· how you can you send single biryani instead of family pack at least you can’t compare worth?
A small suggestion from my end : “instead of cheating cust please increase your charges o[censored]sage that’s better, if we love your service we will pay but cheating don’t not worthy “.
Still i don’t understand will changing status will come under cheating or not?

Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ordered one choco brownie fudge sundae from polar bear on sunday 3 dec, 2018 and my order id is [protected]. Delivery agent has refused to deliver the product and my amount got debited from my card. I need my money refund immediately.
