I ordered burgers from zomato and i wanted to cancel the order so i called the restaurant owner and he didn't picked up... Then i called delivery boy and told him to cancel the order... So i got a call from customer care executive from zomato and he said ur order will be cancelled and u have to pay some cancellation charges on next order so i confirmed with him that will i get full refund so he said yes u will get full refund and will have...

I have order food by burger king through zomato and payment is aallready made... They have cancelled my order and refund is also not initiated... Please take action urgently they have make fun of customers...

I made a online order on 25 november with sbi netbanking. The amount debited from my account, but order was not placed. I checked the bank, my transaction was successful. I didn't get the status of the order also. It was hanged. Moreover i cannot access support in the zomato app.
Second time facing this problem.

I ordered today 25th november before 11 am 40% cashback offer is there. But i got 6 rupees cashback only instead of 24. I ordered 60 rupees. Coupon code is gm40.
60 rupees amount is deducted but cashback is 6 rupees only. Please solve the issue as soon as possible and add the cash to my paytm account as soon as possible. I ordered so many orders before but it will never happen like this....

We have ordered pizza through cheesiano pizza, the order was delivered in a pathetic condition, zomato denied further service. Pathetic customer experience.

When i trying to place an order it shows like your account has been disabled. You can't order anything like that i don't know why this happened. Actually i raise a complaint on one food order and zomato people assisted with me and resolved my concern and that next day i opened the account for ordering them it shows like disabled. We receive raw pizza and very silly we receive pizza by zomato from dom'd pizza.
We have complain zomato and dom'd pizza no buddy response pizza is very silly and many time we call dom'd but he give abuse...

This is to inform you that i have order some sweet to my best friend, amount is deducted and in bank transactions showing amount succesfully transfer to atom technologies but transactions details and book order details is not showing, i am surprising i have never seen this kind of problem ever.

In 17th november i tried to place an order of amount ₹191.25 by debit card from zomato but order was rejected for 3 consecutive times. I got refund of the last rejected order within 2 hours. It's been a week but haven't received any refund in my account even though they claims to have refunded it. Again in 19th november i tried to place order of amount ₹107.8 again it got rejected and they claims to have refunded it but the amount doesn't...

Whatsapp location and told that it is far away around 2km and i will charge the

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that Today, i ordered Lunch (Half Paneer Lababdaar, 4- Butter Roti & 1- Laccha Parantha) from Punjabi Angithi, Janak Puri New Delhi India. But they delivered me only Plain Roti & Roti's were also not cooked properly i.e. All were "Kacchi".Unwillingly, i have to throw all those Roti's into my dustbin because it was not worthful to us.
So, it's just a waste of time and money with Zomato....

This is regarding my money refund issue from zomato. An order was placed on zomato through debit card. My money was deducted and the order got cancelled, i talk the support team they said you paid via paytm but i didn't is the paytm, is this how your refund service work i'm very upset about that, and file a case in consumer court against that, better you resolve the issue as fast as possible. The payment was done through net banking of sbi at 1.27 pm -22nd nov

There was no message and mail so that i can track the order

Please let me the status, will i get the refund?

I got the refund around 300 in my zomato credits and they have blocked my account so that i cannot use those refunded amount. They are clearly cheating and not letting me use my amount. They are running out with my money. I want my account to be unlocked with my money as it was. They should look at their services and support. Their chat support always give false information and lie to the customer. I should get what i am paying for as a consumer....
