Ok so that is what I see over here.I have faced enough from your side.Now I have to do something, last time also I was delivered stale noodles with the promise that issue will be resolved but I wont take it this time.I cant change my religion nor my beliefs because of this company's foolishness, I know being an employee you are very loyal to your company and to such an extent that you want to lose a faithful customer, I am ordering food to delhi kolkata and profiting zomato, I have even bought zomato gold and treat.Even after being such an important customer if I face such consequences then it is very unfortunate, I know you can easily place a refund but I dont understand why aren't u doing soI earnestly request you to take an immediate decision because I cant waste my time nor my money.This has happened for the second time and I know this time also no action will be taken.There is no use of telling you about consumer forum because you all take things very lightly.Unfortunately if I dont receive my refund now I will be forced to take some actions.
