This order was rejected by melting pot. I didnt receive the refund or the order cancellation email or the refund reference number.

I have tried contacting chat they asked me to email [protected]@zomato.com and its been 12days and no response.

Also there is no proper customer care. My money is stuck and my card issuer is asking for a rrn and refund email for which chat associates have no answer and are rude and there is no response from email team.

Worst experience. Playing a huge fraud game by luring customers with their offer and then not refunding the amount when restaurant rejects order!!

    I was searching for pizza on zomato and unfortunately I liked the deal of chocolate room but I was just watching the pizzas and selecting. Order was accidently placed and no confirmation from zomato and Paytm as my money (Rs410) was deducted from my patym wallet and after that we called zomato, they just canceled the order but they told no refund will be given please help.

    I m giving this feedback to u n will make sure to share the same on every social media... You people are working as fool... Ur zomato guy is saying "sir Mai to fash gaya zomato K chakar me"...I had placed my order at 8.30 pm n same was not delivered to me by 9.30 pm by giving a foolish reason that my location is not found ...this was happened when the payment was made in advance to you guy...this is nothing but a kind to theft... Why don't u take cash on delivery... Make sure that I get my Money back into my account otherwise u people will b responsible for the consequences..

      I had ordered food on Zomato and incorrectly gave the delivery address as home when I was in Guindy Office.
      I immediately called the delivery boy and spoke to him and informed to cancel the order.
      He informed me to chat with the tomato support team and I did that and they also confirmed the cancelation in their chat.

      At last, when asked for the refund they told me the food was despatched so no refund can be made.

      I confirmed with the delivery boy and gave the order number and he canceled the order at the restaurant.

      If the food was despatched the food should have reached my home address which did not happen.

      Also sent out an email to the zomato support team and no response from them on the refund.

        Dear concern,

        I am an indian citizen, resident in uae. For the past 5 months, i have been consistently getting calls from the zomato asking for tim hortons, jbr. I am no where related to tim hortons. I am engineer, working in a reputed organization. Despite of confronting that i am not from tim hortons, i am getting repeated calls on untimely.

        This is just annoying and request you to kind necessary action in avoiding wrong calls.

          I order dominos pizza using zomato app by paying rs 322.When i recieve call from dominos for my location then they said that they cannot delivered food to my location in mohan garden (delhi). So they said that they are canceling my order from their side. Afterwards Zomato showing the status as delivered which is completely false. I connect with Zomato support, they promise to solve my problem and saying to wait 5-7 business day. But i issue is still not solved. They are saying that i have to wait 5-7days more for refund.
          But logically my question is when my food is not delivered then why your app is showing it as delivered. Then they said they contact me but thet didnot even call me.
          I just want my paid money back into my account as they cant serve me food due to cancel order from their side.
          Its completely their mistake.
          Zomato is not giving my refund money.
          They are trying to cheat as status of food is showing delivered. But i have proof message for order cancelled.
          "Your order no. 38 has been cancelled at our restaurant. We apologies for inconvenience caused. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders."
          I just want my refund money by Zomato

            I ordered fm empire restaurant through zomato on 10/10/2018 at 12.26pm. O didn't get a status of my order hence contacted customer care who told me there was some technical issues and my order was not accepted and i could re place my order in a while. Please note, my payment was already done through paytm. Not wanting to wait indefinitely, i went ahead and placed my order with swiggy. I was told the money will be credited to my account. Meanwhile, the delivery guy fm empire delivered the food at 1.45pm. My mom had picked up the food thinking it was the food from swiggy. Customer service informed me of the same and i told her to pick up the food as it's not needed and to refund me and i was denied. Firstly, you didn't accept my order and you wanted me to wait indefinitely till you rectified your technical issues??? I ordered in at 12.26pm and food comes in at 1.45pm. Have the decency to make matters right when there is fault on your side. Stop with all the cheating!!

            Dear sir. I was order KFC at Barrackpore West Bengal outlet and I was payment through online I am waiting for the confirmation after sometime I complain
            Zomato online help service butt my order was not confirmed form Zomato they said within 7 days money will be refunded but I am still waiting for refund.
            The rider was told not the ring the bell still lie rang the bell at 1am on the night. Horrible service he took the order I paid by paytm no refund nothing.

              Today i had called mojo pizza azad nagar branch and they said my order is cancelled and he said that my money will be refunded in next 5 days but when i'm checking my app order list the order is delivered but not received the order please check something is wrong
              And it is showing the money cannot be refunded. Please look into the matter.

              This is very bad experience i have ever seen with any service provider. Zomato service provider delivered worst pizza. No one can have it . It is kept here with me and while i was trying to call there is no one answering the call.

                My order was marked as delivered when in fact it was not. Further, the delivery person was unreachable to follow up on the status of the delivery. The chat support have zero support and has now gone so far as to remove the chat icon from my app! The email id for customer support did not send a single acknowledgement despite repeated emails to them. The phone numbers found with online are invalid. There is no way to contact these people! And with absolutely no accountability, they have simply no functional system that is in place. Pathetic and shameful service.

                I ordered from zomato, super snacks in delhi krishna nagar. I didn't find any chips or sauce with spring roll. I received tasteless spring roll only.
                Hello, last night I had ordered food from TOGO Khar and it was a burger.
                It was so bad had to throw it away. This is not what i expected when you're extremely hungry and trust Zomato recommendations. Kindly let me know what you can do about it.

                  I ordered food from zomato on 6th oct 2018 and order amount was 310 inr. Order id - [protected]
                  My order was canceled by restaurant due to food unavailable. After 4days i didn't receive the food neither the refund. When i contacted zomato chat help and they also declined to refund. This is very disappointing to see such services from such a highly reputed organization whose motive is to serve customers best. This is the first time they have canceled my order after 1hour of ordering. Request you to please look into this and initiate the refund asap.

                      Today i ordered from zomato, after the online payment has been done i was not sure if the order got confirmed or not. This goes upto two hours. I have the order number ([protected]) and so i've initiated the chat. (I can also share the screen shots if needed). I was not getting any notification or any information about my order. Then i decided call the delivery person (Rahul), who himself lacks to share the correct information. So asked him, if i can have a word with the merchant, as this order is for my mother who is unwell. Despite of listening to what i want to say, he misbehaved and disconnected the call. I explained the same over the chat at same time, however no one was there to assist me. Also i was unable to get an appropriate answer for the same. So i decided to cancel the order and asked to refund my money as it's already been too much delayed.
                      After a while i got a message that they cannot refund my money as i've not accepted the order, which came to me after two hours and that was the only reason i had to cancel the order, due to the pathetic service.
                      Apart from trying to understand the matter or to make any apologies, they shared an email link to write on.
                      As of now i'm highly disappointed with the services, staff and merchants as this was very first and now would be the last time i had used this app.
                      I want you to kindly look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I have placed an order by mistake in zomato for an amount of 554/-. I have contacted the support immediately to cancel the order and called the restaurant as well. Zomato has no phone support and everything is through chat. I have informed them as well to cancel the order.in 10 min i have got a call from zomato customer representative and i have explained him everything regarding the order. He said that he is going to cancel the order and i will get the refund. The order was cancelled but i didnt get the refund. I have contacted the support again and not they are saying that this cant be refunded. This is not a fare play but zomato. No food and no money. Is this what they are following? If i eat, i will pay. If not why should i. And they have stated in order summary that i will get 554/- as zomato credits but i didnt get those as well. This is not at all tolerable by any of the customers. This incident happened on october 9th, 2018 and the order id i have placed in zomato is #[protected]. Hope you people will take action on this.

Please do something and trust me sir only complaint for bad quality of food. This not my intention to refunding the amount. Next time i will not complaint in anyway that if my food is rotten.so now please sir unblock me....

                          I Kishan Tulsyan had placed an Paytm Prepaid Order (along with a tip of Rs 20 to the delivery person) but due to certain grave medical emergency I couldn't take delivery boy's call as coincidentally I was with the doctor which was obviously indispensable & very urgent in nature .

                          Though the very next minute I did call the delivery guy which was first rejected multiple times and later he responded in a very harsh tone and told that your order has been cancelled.

                          Please look into the matter carefully and initiate the consequential proceedings for the REFUND and Inconvenience caused due such misconduct and reckless behaviour of delivery boy.

                            I ordered food through zomato from real food mall for amount of rs. 319.70. First i tried twice via netbanking but encountered error. So i paid from debited card and it got debited from my account but for a longtime it said taking back to merchant site. Pl do not refresh or go back but the order was not completed and was buffering for a long time.
                            So i had to cancel the transaction.
                            Pl refund me at the earliest

                              My order was cancelled by restaurant due to inconvincing reasons. We didn't receive the food neither the refund. Zomato chat help was also of no use and declined to refund us. This is very dissapointing to see such services from such a highly reputated organization whose motive is to serve customers best. This is the second time they have cancelled my order after 1hour of ordering. Request you to please look into this and initiate the refund asap.

                                I ordered some food through order id [protected] dt 6th october 2018 and as i received the order i found that total order is a waste. It was not in consumable form and i had to throw all the stuff in garbage. I attached three photos also for your reference. All pizza stuffing is stuck up to their box, honey chilli potato is almost a waste as it contains no vegetables and last but not the least veg manchurian is in liquid form as i ordered dry one.
                                I immediately ping you on support tab and they assured me that they will do something regarding this.
                                I called up restaurant staff he said sorry again and again. But zomato didn't refund any amount to me in fact they know the order is of inferior quality.
                                I ping on support tab and they regularly assured me they take up the matter to concerned department but no action has been taken yet.
                                I don't know cherry'n and i ordered through zomato but this time you had looted me.

                                I ordered from Zomato (paid via paytm) for ₹139 for order in lassi shop but payment happened to zomato, but order did not get placed. I had to order again on Zomato. Please refund the ₹139 to my Paytm account back.

                                  This order was placed by me on the date given. The first problem was food was delivered 1 hour later to me it and the order was incomplete the coffee was not as per the minimum level and the food was worst. It was like that it has been cooked a day before and than that has been delivered. Complain so many time in zomato chat but no satisfactory reply was given by your team.
                                  So you please check it and provide refund of the entire amount because of defecency of service by your team and restruent.

                                  I had placed an order for pasta at Zomato's Sunday offer . I applied the code NEW50 the offer was valid...I did a card payment. The Money was deducted as I got a message from the bank. Zomato's app said that 502 gateway not found..I don't know what that means..but my order was not placed..I have lost my Money..

                                    I ordered food mistakely saying i will pick up from the restaurant as soon as i saw that i tried multiple times contacting the customer care via chat and pathetic was toll free number was not working after 2 hours i got reply saying the food was delivered now you guys tell me at 11:45 were i go and beg for food worst service of zomato never expected.
                                    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      My name is yukti, i am using zomato since a long time now. I have 2 gold membership also so i expect a proper reply and coordination from zomato.
                                      I placed the order yesterday from the number - [protected] registered under the name laxman das
                                      I placed the order at 9:00 pm
                                      And till 12 zomato was not even responding regarding my order. The order was made for the restaurant - kfc
                                      When i called kfc they said thaty order is ready but there is no delivery boy to pick my order and when i tried to contact zomato they were not responding with anything
                                      And at 12 i had to finally cancel my order
                                      The next day when i contacted zomato
                                      They were ready to give me cashbacks coupons and every sort of discounts to not complaint against them.
                                      And today again i ordered from zomato for kfc at 9:00 pm and again the situation is same
                                      Its about 11:30 now and no clue what’s happening with my order
                                      When we contact zomato, they are not available and when we contact kfc they say that my order is ready
                                      Last night i went to bed empty stomach and today also the situation also remain the same
                                      Its the responsibility of zomato to atleast reply to my messages or atleast try to contact me
                                      Contacting me after 12 and telling me to cancel the order is really a long time
                                      It took atleast 3 hours for them to decide my order.

                                      I had placed an order. I applied the code SAVE50 the offer was valid, paid through net banking. The Money was deducted & got message from the bank.
