I have ordered my food on zomato on 3rd of october 2018 the items i have ordered r not there i already did my online transaction of rs 208 to them they said they'll refund my money with 5-7days yet didn't get my money back n if asked they are like we have refunded from our part the bank might not have done my dad is a manager in bank he is like how we say with refund no. N he checked my balance sheet there was no refund given back n still i was patient n put an email to the help centre of zomato n they r not replying me!!! I even sent them a balance sheet...

I have ordered an order from zomato of order no [protected] in name of ashutosh paneri from resturant veere da dhaba of rs. 290 which i rejected later but i didn't got my money back please do something. i have already mailed a report regarding this incident but i didn't got any response please help me regarding this
I tried to book order using SBI netbanking twice but order not confirmed but amount deducted not getting my refund yet, app support not working. My user name- Bhagabatiprasad Mohapatra, registered mobile - [protected]
My account debited twice 270, in total 540 on 9oct. Waiting for support response.
Money has been deducted from my account but no order has been placed.I have placed the order through zomato app. I can provide the transaction details.Please look into this issue.

    I was new to zomato and made a account and tried ordering food online. I ordered 3 times with zomato in which 2 times there were issues with food which restaurant partners accepted. Regarding the same zomato added the credits of order value but at the same time they blocked my account so i wasn't able to use a single credit. I want to know what was the point of refunding the money as credits when they were going to block my account? Is this scam from zomato? Are they making fool of people?       It's been 8 days, I raised a query about this in zomoto but I didn't get my money back, amount is 624.5 on October 7th.the person who took the call from their side asking my card details CVV numbers and cut the call without any intimation.

      This is the last message I got from their side on Oct 8th
      We have initiated a refund against your order (id: [protected]) on Zomato Order. Refund of Rs 624.50 will start reflecting in your account within 2-7 working days.

      I ordered food from berouz biryani for the amount of 1495. Zomato cancelled the order I did not get any refund. I tried calling customer care number but none of the numbers given are working. My order number was 14847803. I am really disappointed and distressed.
      I had placed 2 orders on the same day on zomato. I payed through net banking and the money was debited from my account. The zomato app suddenly crashed amd i couldn't find my order in my account and i haven't received my money back

        Yesterday evening, i ordered 2 plates of veg chowmein.
        It delivered in 40 min. Approx,
        Thanks to my awareness i checked it in front of rider that i have ordered 2 veg chowmein but got only one.
        I told him to stop but he left.

        Now when i told all this to customer service, they neither helped that too blocked my account.
        Pls let them know their # mistake.

        Website showing no order history. Customer care no is switched off. [censored] service zomato is now providing please cancelled there food liaison.

        I have ordered jeersa rice and veg Manchuria today.. But I surprised when I supplued with sum biryani and veg 65. I don't know how it was changed my order online I request you to look into this matter

          I placed an order through zomato in pizza express noida for an order of rs. 2, 200 on oct 14, 2018. Money was deducted from my account through net banking, although the netbanking transaction was cancelled. I then received an sms saying 8721 was my verification code and "enjoy".
          The next day, i realised that the money has been deducted. Kindly return the money.

            I got stale food. I ping on chat support. The guy there was totally unprofessional and did not do anything. Rather he was happy seeing me frustrated. Just go through the chat which was so unprofessional and he did not do anything to resolve my issues rather was just repeating two or three statements again and again.

            I am uploading a snapshot of the chat. Just go through his responses.

            Did not got the mail stating the problem, justification, cause and closure from zomato
            6 October ko mere 2 order cancel kie the. Muje bd m call aaya ki apko 2order cancel krne p 24%less hokr 5days m refund aauega pr nhi aaya avi tk or customer service p chat ki 2din se daily fake reason dere h chat p muje mera refund kijiye order no. [protected].
            I order and my amount got debited, but rider dined my order and customer care chat responses me after 45min...
            Really fed up with response.

              I ordered pancakes from the london bubble co. On the 8th of october this month. But i recieved an incomple order. After which i complained and got in touch with the zomato customer sercive. I paid rs 146 for the pancakes (Rs 136 for the dish plus rs 10 delivery charges). After complaing and also sending the pictures zomato credited my zomato account with 36 credits. When i demanded a full refund in either my paytm account or as zomato credits i was outrightly refused and told that this was against the company policy and they asked me to let go off this issue and bear with them. On further conversations when i stated clearly that i am not satisfied with their solution they have been dodging me and refuting to solve my problem. Also simultaneously while complaining to zomato i was also talking to the restaurant owner from where i ordered my pancakes from where i came to know that zomato had deducted their account for the amount of the price of the product. This is when i got more pissed off that zomato did not only return my money but also charged the restaurant for the order. This is how zomato loots its customers on a regular basis. Its been 6 days since i placed the complaint but the only reply i have been getting is you issue has been escalated to higher authorities. Being such a big company and having such hopeless customer service and treating your regular and zomato gold customers like this is really disappointing and unexpected.

              I ordered for the amount of 120rs but it failed but Money deducted from my account and again i did payment for 120 and it got failed and Money deducted .. i need my money to be refunded as fast as possible as it happen 2 time and amount to be refunded is 240rs.
              I ordered a Dominoz pizza on 4th october but the order got cancelled but money was deducted from my Paytm wallet. Kindly return my money as soon as possible

                I ordered 2 items from #zomato, hotel details as below

                Sheetal restaurant.
                Placed on 13th oct at 12:21 pm.

                After 1:15minutes i received the order. On unpacking 1 food out of 2 items, i got a real bad smell. Immediately i took that pack near & the smell of that food was pathetic.
                Since 2nd order was good we ate that & post this i travelled to sheetal restaurant from where the food was ordered. After confirming the restaurant owner it was his order, i asked him to smell the food. Even that restaurant owner couldn't smell it, it was so bad.
                Then he told me, "sir this is not my mistake, i had rejected the order when i receivedfrom zomato, as one item was not available with me. Later zomato called my manager n my manager accepted the order. I had prepared one item in my restaurant & the other item (Which was rotten) i have borrowed from nearby hotel."
                Then he asked one of his staff to return the food, even i followed his staff. It was suprise to knw that the nearby hotel was a local unhygienic place. That place was literally a hell for eating food. (It was so bad to know that we get such bad n unhygienic food from zomato). Even that local hotel owner couldn't smell that food & he accepted the food was rotten.

                As i couldn't complain this issue to zomato on same day i started a chat conversation on next day. But as usual zomato executive directly refused to take action against the restaurant & said you arr too late.

                It was such a bad experience from zomato. Guys pls think twice before odering food from zomato.

                I do not have that nearvy hotels photo with me as of now. But if i can edit this post later i will update this post with supporting pics soon.

                  I have ordered a food in hotel imperial restaurant which is located in coimbatore through zomato but the packing of the food is not good as it got opened and the dishes have gone waste.
                  I hereby by attached the picture of the food which was delivered to me. Everything as gone waste even the delivery boy knows it. Can you please refund my money back.

                  My order was complete rotten with hair particles on the slices of pizza I just throwed th whole order in my dustbin well done Zomato never trust Zomato #zomatoscam never order at Zomato. I was trying to chat with customer support for my refund but they are useless talks nonsense it's been 1day my order I'd:[protected].but no response. 877 rupees wasted.
                  I also got my opened packaged from zamato chat support didn't help me with it. They say it's restaurant's fault not the dilivery boys fault, Dilivery boy could check it before taking it in for dilivery.

                    Ordered subway from zomato. When the order was delivered a 2nd order was automatically created and money withdraw from paytm amounting to 700rs. I saw the paytm message and immediately contacted zomato.
                    Their customer service is pathetic. Might as well not have one at all as they just like to chat without actually helping. He refused to help. Delivery guy had not even picked the order and delivery guy asked me to call zomato. We can only chat with useless folks. No phone number. No one ready to take responsibility or help. After 30 mins of chatting he/she says you should have told me 30 mins back and then i would have refunded. I asked them to just scroll up and then no reply.
                    Their app is creating orders without notice... Customer service doesn't want to help... So at their mercy even if they create multiple orders and withdraw from paytm.. And after 90 mins i still haven't received the 30 min order.
                    There is no phone no to contact. It should be provided. Sad that they are looking at growing by cheating customers not by keeping customers happy.

                      We want to inform you our very bad experience with the order no [protected] placed today i. E. On 14th october 2018. You can check the details of the same from online account.

                      We have informed that irshad has not come to delivered the food he informed that we have not taken the delivery. We have informed that we have visitor management system in our society wherein entry and exist is recorded in register and there is video recording is also available and than he informed that he assigned this work to other person.

                      The other person has not delivered the food. Although money paid by us is returned back however it wasted our entire sunday.

                      Request you to do the needful and take necessary action, you can send your executive also show that we can provide the evidence of camera and visitor register that feroz was speaking lies.

                        We have placed the order no [protected] on zomato online. The payment has also been done online.
                        We want to inform you our very bad experience on the order placed today i. E. On 14th october 2018. The delivery boy firoz khan was came to deliver the food when we asked him to provide the invoice copy he informed he can not provide, we informed him to arrange the same later but he refused the same and left immediately without delivery of food.

                        We contacted customer care our chat message and we got a call in which it was informed to us that invoice copy will be sent to us and call centre executive informed feroz to deliver the food. But he has not come to deliver.

                        We have sent against chat message that he has not come, to our surprised it was informed that feroz came again to our house and he waited here for 30 minutes.

                        We have informed to call centre executive that he has not come and we have visitor management system in our society wherein entry and exist is recorded in register and there is video recording is also available and he was not there i.

                        We have not received any support and we it wasted our entire sunday planning.

                        Without delivery of foods, zomato has shown that customer rejected the order and they have also not refunded the money.

                        Please advise how to recover the money and compensation for mental harassment suffered by me.

                            Hello,

                            I had placed a pre-paid (Net banking) order (Order ID. [protected]) on 12th October, 2018 from Royal Indian Restaurant. The delivery boy as well as zomato support said my order was cancelled as they could not contact my mobile no. I met the delivery boy right outside the main gate of my house and he said the order was cancelled and I would get a refund. The zomato support on the other hand said I won't get any refund as I couldn't be contacted, claiming it as some non-refundable policy.

                            I'm terribly dissatisfied with this strange policy from Zomato. A person's mobile may have faced network issue but it doesn't make sense that they won't get the food, nor will they get any refund.

                            When the support (contact person Aditya) called the delivery person 10 mins after he left my house, he claimed he had given my ordered food to some poor people. So instead of giving it to poor people (which he claims, not that there's any proof that he hadn't stolen it himself), he could have handed it over to me when he met me. Also, from the delivery boy's perspective, I don't feel the urge why they would call me so many times. If they couldn't contact me on mobile number, they were waiting right outside the main gate of my house. So there was no problem in finding the address. My question is why didn't they simply ring the door bell and deliver the food instead of trying to call me over and over?

                            It's because of his lack of common sense and Zomato's strange policies, I'm the one who's having to suffer by losing all my money and not getting any food.

                            It's also very frustrating that I was told I'd get a response within 24 hours of emailing to [protected]@zomato.com, but I haven't received any response even though it's almost 48 hours.

                              I order two domino's pizzas through zomato. I paid total rs. 233 through paytm. I neither got my order nor the refund. When i asked zomato about they asked some info and told me to wait a min. It's been over 2 hours and they haven't replied anything yet. Also zomato don't have any contact no. If they can't establish good relationships with domino's then they shouldn't accept the order. Thanks

                                Zomato has cancelled my food order 12-10-18 by themselves since delivery boy is stuck in traffic and in turn they are not refunding my money. They made me wait 1 hour after my order is accepted by them and the cancelled ordered by themselves. I need refund. I chat to customer care they are not at all giving proper response. Instead of solving problem they are saying "we can't do let's close"like that comments.

However i received sabudana khichidi but instead of sabudana vada i received kachori which was absolutely non sense for me as whole day i was fasting and at the end when it was a time for me to open the fast i had to face that nonsense situation.

                                  I started chatting with the zomato helping agent, even that person was not helping me at all, was responding very late as well as denied to send the vada again. Inspite of sending the vada's again he mentioned he will give me a refund. I did receive a refund but his response was so late that i was still frustrated and annoyed. The time when i told him that i will go to consumer forum that's when he started responding.

                                  Getting a refund was never a help as because of you guys i have to had that kachori for my fast day and that's against my belief's.

                                  I am still an unhappy customer, who is, looking forward to go to consumer forum.

                                      I had ordered for a domino's pizza through zomato app on 23/09/2018 and it was cancelled by domino's.

                                      I didn't get back my refund of ₹418 in the past 3 weeks.

                                      Zomato and domino's are just trying to shrug it off and ask me to get back to the another each time i contact them.

                                      Please check with both the parties to get it resolved at the earliest.

                                        I order food using online payment, my money deducted but my order was not received. I used zomato apps around 11 am and i order meal from shri karchi kadhai restaurant and hakeem restaurant.
                                        323 inr was deducted from my account but i have not received my order. I complained to zomato but haven't received any response. It is against the customers right. So i want my money back.
