              Am out of country till 26 I send a flower to my wife on Valentine’s Day but behaviour of delivery boy is not good, he saw her badly when he came to receive order, I really feel bad by national delivery chain doing such kind of behaviour .

                  Mai Rehan shaikh Akbar Zomato delivery partner hu meri id 8 dino se disable ho gai hai reason due to fraud bata raha hai ye mere se by mistake hogaya hai iska mujhe khed hai aur aap se apologize chahta hai please meri id ko activate kijiye. Mai bahot pareshan hu mere paas yehi Zomato service ka kaam hai aur Mai isi Zomato k sath judkar kaam continue karna chahta hu. Aur Mai Zomato company ka aabhari hu please active my Id.                       I ordered a pizza from the pizza hut through Zomato which cost me around 280 rs !In app i showed the order is received so when i went to pickup my order i couldnt find my order so i called delivery person and asked about it !He told me that he misplaced my name with some other named Thomas !This is such a bad excuse how can't he see my name or number through my app Profile and details .He didn't even call me that your order recieved ..I lost my money my food and bad bad delivery person ;How can u allow such people to work you !I need an immediate solution for this ...This is totally unfair and unacceptable

                                My name is Viresh Shah. I have subscribed to Zomato Gold membership on Feb 6, 2023.

                                I had paid Rs. 249 via Gpay to Zomato for its Gold Membership, however, I have received an invoice for the same amounting to Rs.230. After repeated email exchange and reminders my query of this discrepancy in the amount remains unanswered.

                                Henceforth, I seek advise from your end.

                                    On Dt.12/02/2023, 4.25 pm one Zomato delivery boy was driving rashly his bike and knocked down mirror of my car and caused damage. This incident happened in Sector 6, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai near Mukambika society.
                                    I request Zomato to take action against this delivery boy who was working in this area at this particular time. Hope justice is done to me for the damage .

                                      I placed an order for around 793 at kfc using Zomato and money was deducted from my side but it was mentioned that order wasn’t placed and the payment failed and money never got refunded.
                                      And there is no customer service for such a large pan Indian company which is so popular
