I have placed an order - order id - [protected] for the below at 6:46 pm and the order was delivered at 8:30 pm
Items ordered :
Chicken Chizza,
Hot Chicken Wings -4pc,
Classic Zinger Burger,
Peri Peri 5 Leg Pc & 2 Dips
I have received only
Peri Peri 5 Leg Pc & 2 Dips and chizza
1.In which the packaging was very awful. The chicken legs was stale meat.
2.wrong item received 2 chicken strips instead of wings
Classic Zinger Burger is missing from my order
When reached out to the customer service agent about order status -
1.surabhi - when asked about about the order status that was delayed for more than 1.5 hours, the customer service agent responding saying "JUST WAIT"
2. Upon receiving the order, we realized that what we ordered was entirely different and few items were missing
when we opened the chat with the customer care with the agent name
Harishit who did not respond at all and the conversation was forwarded to Puja who gave an excuse saying the restaurant was not answering her call and forced us to close the chat for 10mins and promised us the next agent will aid us through take it forward. Upon reopening the chat, we did not get any guidance from anyone and we were not able to talk to any customer care executive and there was no resolution provided.
This is the first time we have faced such a awful customer service experience with ZOMATO .
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND ENSURE WE GET OUR FULL REFUND NOT JUST Rs.90.
