I was trying to order my food from zomato but the transaction came unsuccessful twice. A minute a later i get a notification that the linked account is debited for Rs.183.45 and credited to VPA [protected]@icici. aBut on the app no order was confirmed from the restaurant. How do I get my money back?...

I ordered one paneer tikka sub from my nearby subway using zomato, they delivered me an alootikka sub, when i contacted the restaurant they admitted for the wrong product and said their paneer tikka was finished so they sent me an aloo tikka, zomato have no direct customer call feature so mailed them everything but they are saying the order was right and there was no issue, i have added them the image of the product but they are not verifying...

On Friday I had order a burger and french fries . When delivery boy called me at time I wasn't able to take call so I make call after 2 min. Later but at that time he had cancelled my order without any information and deducted my payment as a charge .If I didn't get my order than how could they deducte my money, now I want my refund. When I contact Zomato they only said give us 24-48 hours but the time period was over now they didn't response...

After the payment done, the order was cancelled mentioning the reason due to Heavy Rain.

On 8 th december i ordered food online through zomato at (dominos) at 9pm..my order number is [protected].till 10 pm i didnt received my order so i reached dominos at csm mall ajmer. .they told me our server is down so we wont be able to deliver food so i cancelled my order as i had my train in one hour.they told me they wil refund my amount and contact zomato for amount as you have paid through zomato..when i contact zomato they also refused...

There is no cash on delivery option available on my phone for any order. It always shows cod is not available at this order but if i order the se thing from other phone it will show the cod option. I want to use my cod option kindly give me my cod option back. At first i was able to use cod but now my cod option is not working. You really need to fix that....
