My i.d has been disabled due to frequent cancellation since last 24 hrs...
Please activate the i.d so that i can work.
Please note that all the cancellation done by the customers and not by delivery partner.
And i mostly work during late nights,
And During Late night, Mostly customer did not recieve the call or ask to cancel the order due to their domestic reason.
And it is invalid reason to disable the i.d

I Recently Ordered Food From Burger Farm - Shop 7, Dev Atelier, Near Anand Nagar Cross Road, Prahlad Nagar,
Ahmedabad.

Cheesy fire house meal was stale food I don't event eat it, Cheese was like smelling and tasting sour, they were about to close the restaurant, if they don't want to give proper order, they have to cancel it, why to give stale food? I have paid ₹66 Delivery Charge, added ₹15 tip to delivery partner, Paid GST of ₹11.55, They Charged around ₹29 Packing charge... For Giving that much unsatisfactory taste. Only the Farm Aloo Tikki Burger was Average in Taste. I want my money back. In the Mid of night I am ordering from your restaurant and paying amount of ₹333 for 2 Veg Burger and getting unsatisfactory taste, That is not Acceptable. It was not worth of ₹50. I want my Full Money Back. And one more thing they are charging unwanted amount of packing charges with branding of farm burger. They are branding his/her restaurant and charging packing charges too. I Will Complaint it to Consumer court. I am staying in Ahmedabad For some Business Meet-up and I also Run a Restaurant & We are also Zomato Restaurant Partner, My Restaurant ID[protected], Tadka Punjab - Commercial Chowk, Darbhanga. I don't have so much time to complain about food unless it is worthy. I know how the food business run. I am requesting Zomato team to please take appropriate action and refund my money. If not, I am complaining it to Consumer court.

I ordered 12 chicken strips from KFC but only received 6. After raising the issue with Zomato I was first transferred between three support people and tried to have the conversation forcibly closed and at the end they said they cannot provide any support and provided no help other than asking to drop a review on their app for KFC.
