Sir I paid onboarding fees to Zomato but 4days i am waiting for I'd verification all time they show verification failed and don't gave money return and not also verify account plz help me

I was in zomato delivery partner job till last week. about i worked 1 months and 2 week . now my city is not live for delivery. zomato is gone from my city . now i can't do anything with this zomato bag and one o[censored]nused tshirt . they dont have offices to return it . my 1800rs gone . they took this money for security deposit including 1000rs for this bag and tshirt . i don't need anymore this bag and tshirt due to not working in zomato anymore . its look like cheating . i have no option to return this bag and tshirt . and i need my security deposit now . im wasted my days with this cheating company ZOMATO . i cant move to another city to work because its longer and i don't get profit . also i don't getting profiy while in working with zomato delivery job . they giving small income only per order means minimum 15rs only in 1-3kms . but not worth for me . so i need resignation and my security deposit money .

I have opened an account on zomato ne given app for delivery boy job in zomato and id is opened by depositing 250 rupees but it is pending please verify my id.

I have received delivery in damage condition against order id : [protected]. i raised complaint same day (11th Jan 2023) at [protected]@zomato with picture taken in front of delivery boy, but nothing happened till date.

I throw compete order in dustbin and my money got wasted but hardly matters to Zomato.

My account has been terminated due to delay of order which leaded to cancellation of the order. My phone screen got broken and touch was not working and due to that i wasn't able to deliver the orders and this made my account terminated. Please reactivate my account. I'm really very sorry Zomato team for the trouble.i will make sure not to cause any problem like that please kindly reactivate my account.
