    I had placed order with Zomato from McDonalds twice. Twice Rs 603 got deducted from my account but i did not receive the order. The customer support is useless. They don’t allow to chat with any executive. No reply to the emails as well. My order ID is [protected] and [protected]. Both time Rs 603 has been deducted and i have received no refund of the same.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Dear sir,

      Your delivery partner Hemant had not delivered the food at my location and from the every first moment he is asking me to cancel the order .

      First, he called had told me to cancel the order

      Then he called me and doesn’t speak to me

      I had attached the screenshot of blank calls answered by me .

      Then after a hour I contacted ur chat support

      And immediately I got a mail from Zomato had ur food is delivered

      And on second hand Zomato app showing canceled order this a clear fraud

      Secondly, today I had no money so I had borrowed the money from friend

      You can also check the payment detail I asked frown to approve upi payment

      This is not a humanity that you are not delivering food to the hungergy person and even not refunding the hard earned money even the money is borrowed for filling my stomach.

      Poor example of humanity

      I will complain at every platform

      I will fight till my last breath for my hard earned money

      Zomato can’t keep my hard earned money

        One of the Zomato Delivery person crashed on my car today. He is from Chennai and is from OMR location. His vehicle number (motorbike) is TN07CZ1935. When I confronted him he spoke very rudely in an abusive language to me. He did not share his name. I have taken his picture.

        I raised this complaint to Zomato and asked them to take disciplinary action against him. He did not pay the damage he created to my car and on top of it he was talking very rudely and abusively. Upon informing him that I will complain to Zomato he said do whatever you want.

        Zomato team simply replied me to make a complaint to local authorities. What is their accountability in taking disciplinary action against the delivery person?

        He made a mistake, he spoke very rudely and abusively and he will go scott free is it? This is highly disappointing.

        I sincerely request Zomato to take this complaint seriously and take disciplinary action against the Zomato delivery person. If you don't take serious action now, this delivery person will continue to make mistakes causing trouble to others without any fear.

              I have placed two orders on Zomato app one with Pizza house bakery (prepaid the bill) and the other one from Bahar Biryani cafe (cash on delivery – Order Number: [protected]) on 26/12/2022- Hyderabad, Telangana.I had a very unpleasant experience with the zomato delivery agent for the order number [protected](pizza house) which was just 23 minutes away from my location. This area has two routes, when I placed the order, the app has taken captured the current location and unfortunately the route which was closed due to road repair work and I came to know about it only after getting the call from the delivery agent.
              Delivery agent called and started shouting on me rudely that I have not shared the correct address and disconnected the call without listening to my words. When I tried calling for the first 5 minutes, he did not pick the call. Later, he picked the call and again started shouting on me and I was trying to guide him to the main gate to which he is not ready to listen to me at all and he told me in a loud and rude voice that “you don't call me and I cannot deliver the food to your address and even i[censored] call I will not pick your call and will cancel the order. For this order, I had made the payment already of Rs.402.55. When I requested him that, we have guest at home and they are waiting for the food then he rudely demanded Rs.100 and said otherwise he will not deliver the food. After all this drama he gave his mobile number and asked to share the current location and to my surprise he was there at my doorstep within a minute. When I question him how he reached now so soon, he started arguing with me in a very loud voice. I can scold him and avoid giving him the Rs.100 but I did not do that and gave him Rs.100. After taking money, he still keep on saying that “what mad people are there they don't have brain” to which I raised my voice to question him. Then again, he said I am getting late for the other deliveries and I don't want to waste my time here.
              This was really unpleasant experience for me with the zomato delivery agent. I did not feel bad when he demanded Rs.100 but his rude and unprofessional behaviour made me so.
              I am hereby providing his the contact number that he shared to me for current location (Delivery agent Number: [protected]. I request the Zomato to take restrict action against these kind of delivery agents and Zomato should give proper soft skills training to its agents.
              I hereby requesting for the refund of Rs.100 and also an apology from the delivery partner for the mental trauma caused to me because of his unprofessional and uncultured behaviour.
              The other delivery agent did not find any difficulty in finding the main gate and the money was given was not voluntary it was by force taken from me.
              I have voluntarily given Rs.50 to the other delivery agent for this polite and calm nature.

                    My order [protected] was not delivered due to agents mistake and later on it is shown as cancelled/ rejected/ declined at various places and Zomato is taking ground of wrong address at one place and not responding their call by me at other side where as both are false
                    I am claiming compansation and refund of full payment but they are refusing on above

                      I order oven story pizza from zomato on 23/12/2022 with the address in pashan, pune. The order was accepted by the oven story outlet in karve nagar and then the delivery boy called me and said he will not deliver my order as it is to long for him and said he will cancel the order from his side.
                      I called the oven story outlet and they said it is out of range of delivery and told me they will cancel my order and I will get the full refund. But after some time the order was marked as delivered and I did get any refund for this. Zomato should refund me all my money

                              I ordered 2 ginger burgers from Almushi foods and I paid through Gpay the amount was 284 i also used an coupon, but after paying through Gpay the amount was debited but the Zomato app didn't counted it, it was showing that payment failed but the amount was already debited from my account, i tried getting help from Zomato customer service but it's not of any use i didn't got any help from it, so I came here to raise an complaint about it .
