Please be informed that, there were payment gateway failures during restaurant bill payment dated 10th Dec 2022 and 14th Dec 2022 (Total 3 times from my visa credit card ending with 9253 and 2 times from my master credit card ending with 4379). Irrespective of payment gateway failure, zomato claimed the amounts from my respected credit cards.
Details are as shown below;
Master card ending with 9253;
3 nos of zomato claim transaction ID's are 020122, 092726 and 043105, claimed amount 28.26 AED each dated 10th Dec 2022 : Total : 84.78 AED
Master card ending with 4379;
Authorised code for 28.26 AED is 756541, claimed on 11th Dec 2022
Authorised code for 101.72 is : 756543, claimed on 15th Dec 2022
Total : 129.98 AED
Proofs showing the claimed amounts from my credit cards (i.e mini statements for both the cards) and zomato pro transaction details are as shown in the attachments.

Requesting you to refund the claimed amounts at the earliest, as there was no support received from your online support team irrespective of my several requests.
