Yesterday I placed an order from Burger King via the app.
When the delivery guy came, I paid on the Zomato app via Google Pay, the money went from bank but the app said payment error. The delivery guy said that he is not seeing that the order is paid from his side and then the app was not showing a method of payment, so I paid the delivery guy via Google Pay again. I basically paid twice.
Then after not getting refund automatically from the failed payment earlier, I issued a complaint on Zomato website, and they replied to me on email.
According to the email I received from Zomato, they said that the delivery guy will refund me via online payment method and provided me his mobile number. I tried calling that guy a lot of times, but he is not picking up the phone and half the time the number is busy.
Only once someone picked up the phone and said that it is his brother and that I should try contacting him again in 10-15 minutes, but since then no one is picking up the call.
Can you please deal with this and return my money?

    I have ordered 3 shakes from the monkey house at 5:08pm and delivery partner came to our address with wrong item i.e rolls.
    He said that he misdeliverd the order with other customer. He said that he will come back in 5 min with proper delivery but still he not came and not lifting the call also please immediately look into it. After some time it is showing order delivered in Zomato so now I am unable to connect with delivery partner. I have mailed to Zomato and they responded by saying that we connected with delivery partner and he said that order is delivered which is lie. Even I have call recordings of delivery boy in which he was saying that he will come in 5 minutes.

    Now it is showing order delivered but we have not received any order.

      Hi, I had made an order on feb 4. The transaction said failed so I had to pay thrice but later when I checked the money had been debited from my account twice after saying that the transaction has failed . I’m suffering a loss of 520₹. Please refund back my money asap.

          I have ordered a pizza on Zomato, I have not received my food and also, they didn't refund my money, Zomato is not giving a proper service, they are not delivering the food on time in a proper condition, some delivery partners are having customer food. Requesting for quick action on this company and refund all of the customers money as earliest

                          I have placed an order - order id - [protected] for the below at 6:46 pm and the order was delivered at 8:30 pm
                          Items ordered :
                          Chicken Chizza,
                          Hot Chicken Wings -4pc,
                          Classic Zinger Burger,
                          Peri Peri 5 Leg Pc & 2 Dips

                          I have received only
                          Peri Peri 5 Leg Pc & 2 Dips and chizza

                          1.In which the packaging was very awful. The chicken legs was stale meat.

                          2.wrong item received 2 chicken strips instead of wings
                          Classic Zinger Burger is missing from my order

                          When reached out to the customer service agent about order status -
                          1.surabhi - when asked about about the order status that was delayed for more than 1.5 hours, the customer service agent responding saying "JUST WAIT"

                          2. Upon receiving the order, we realized that what we ordered was entirely different and few items were missing
                          when we opened the chat with the customer care with the agent name
                          Harishit who did not respond at all and the conversation was forwarded to Puja who gave an excuse saying the restaurant was not answering her call and forced us to close the chat for 10mins and promised us the next agent will aid us through take it forward. Upon reopening the chat, we did not get any guidance from anyone and we were not able to talk to any customer care executive and there was no resolution provided.
                          This is the first time we have faced such a awful customer service experience with ZOMATO .
                          PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND ENSURE WE GET OUR FULL REFUND NOT JUST Rs.90.

FE2451609 है। मैं जोमैटो कंपनी में फूड डिलीवरी ब्वॉय के रूप में कार्य करना मैने ज्वाइनिंग फ़ीस पे कर दिया है जहा आपके द्वारा बोला गया 3 से 6 घंटे में प्रोफाइल वेरिफिकेशन कर id एक्टिवेट कर दी जाएगी, जो 24 घंटे से अधिक हो गया है अभी तक न ही id एक्टिवेट हुआ है और न ही कोई मैसेज आया है...

                                    Rs.94.60 was deducted from my paytm wallet towards zomato private limited with order id- ZTD-23-8CCE32F3A8419 and wallet ref.no.- [protected] on 31st Jan 2023 at 9.57pm
                                    Not only once but twice it happened again.
                                    Rs.136.48 was deducted on 30th January 2023 at 11.48pm. With order id- ZTD- 23-900A9B9EDB9D6, wallet ref.no.- [protected].
                                    Please look into this asap and my money shall be refunded. Thank you
